Maria was an incredible host, and her place in Playa del Carmen was absolutely amazing. The location could not have been better—everything we needed was within walking distance. She supported us every step of the way and consistently checked in to make sure our group had everything we needed. She also helped coordinate additional services, including airport transportation, private chefs, and massages, which made the entire experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The accommodation was spacious and perfect for a large group. We stayed for a referee trip, and the property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were beyond satisfied and plan to book with Maria year after year. Highly recommend!

What I liked most about this house was the location. If you like to go out at night or in the afternoon, it's perfect. Everything is close by and you can walk everywhere. The beds are superior and comfortable, and I think it's perfect that each room has its own bathroom. Overall, it's very good. I recommend it👍🏻😊

A very spacious place. The house is in excellent condition, and I would stay there again since it is very central to everything.

Indeed, there was a lot of noise at night, but since I already knew about it, my 13 guests prepared themselves with earplugs, and the issue was resolved. We had hot water in the showers at all times, and the space was spacious and offered privacy. We were two older adults, and María Eugenia let us sleep in the living room on armchairs so we wouldn't have to climb stairs. Thank you, Eugenia. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at your place the next time we visit. You're a sweetheart.

Very good location, comfortable and clean house

My family spent four days in Playa del Carmen, and our stay was truly exceptional. Maria was wonderful to work with—very pleasant, proactive, and always quick to answer any questions. She was also incredibly understanding and supportive when our flight was delayed, which made a stressful situation much easier. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop. We enjoyed two full days up there barbecuing, relaxing, and making memories together as a family. It was the perfect space to unwind. The building itself is in a fantastic location—centrally situated, walkable to the beach, and close to many amenities, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around effortless. Overall, our stay was a 10+. If we return to Playa del Carmen, we would absolutely choose to stay at this Airbnb again.

Euge was a genius; she provided us with information about everything related to the house and many excursions, and she was helpful at all times. He responded to everything we asked him at all times. The only issue with the house is the noise from the bar across the street, but this is beyond her control. Thank you, Euge, for everything.

A comfortable, cozy and clean place, well located, the host is very attentive and willing to collaborate with you, but there is one detail, the nightclubs located in front of the place are very noisy and at night it is difficult to rest

Definitely a great place! It has absolutely everything, 100% service and unbeatable attention. The rooms each have total privacy and the common areas are excellent! Services such as a pharmacy, store, etc. literally a few steps away and the sea just 1 block away, everything excellent, 100% recommended

I loved the house, we traveled as a family and the space was perfect. It is very well located to go for a walk and if you are looking for a party you are also a few steps away. The only thing is that the music from the bars next door is very loud and until dawn, if that's not a problem for you, this place is perfect!

Maria was hands down the best host you could ask for. Very responsive to any questions, continuously followed up with me prior to the trip and during our stay. She Recommended places/events for us to attend and even took us to an event!!! I wouldn’t consider Maria a host as now her and her husband are considered our friends!! Will 100% stay with them on any future trips!! As for the property it was perfect. 4 large bedrooms with full in suite bathrooms. Also a half bath downstairs! Living/kitchen and rooftop area are huge and perfect for entertaining. This spot right on the strip walking distance to all the action is well worth every penny!! Highly recommend you book here!!

Our stay was just perfect. We traveled as a family (9 adults and 4 children) and the house was ideal: spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. The spaces are very functional and cozy, which allowed us to enjoy both moments of togetherness and privacy. What really made the difference was Eugenia's hospitality: always attentive, available for any questions and with a warmth that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks to her, our experience was even more special. We definitely recommend this place 100% and we would certainly love to return.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and well-maintained. Maria, the host, was super welcoming—she met us at the entrance and gave us a personal tour along with clear instructions for everything in the house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Quinta Avenida. As expected, it was a bit loud at night due to nearby clubs, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!
