We just spent a week at this home! We ate almost every meal with our entire group sitting at the handrail just staring out at the stunning beauty of the bay! We will be back for sure!

Tim was super helpful. His place was absolutely beautiful, safe & convenient to restaurants, stores & beaches. Tim filled any request we had and welcomed our extra friends who came to visit. We recommend this wonderful retreat to anyone and we’ll definitely return soon!

This place was amazing. The rooms were large and fit our family of 9 easily. The views were better than the pictures. Tim was an excellent host and responded right away to any problems we encountered. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our family, we especially loved the pool. Marcela was excellent at checking in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Her care and attention really made a difference. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely home on the peninsula! Pool was perfection, gorgeous cove when the tide is out. Tim and Marcella were very helpful with recommendations; we had some fabulous food! Can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

Everything was perfect, except for the cleaning fee, which I found very high, as it is only for the cleaning on the last day and does not specify that it is daily. The house is very nice and has everything you need to spend a few days feeling at home, and it has an incredible view.

It is a beautiful place to stay, we are delighted, Tim and his team were very attentive to our needs, we appreciate their attention Now What if I recommend it? Extremely, What do I fly? Very soon It will be my choice in San Carlos, The place is very safe and beautiful

Tim was an outstanding host. He helped us out with absolute everything from early check-in to boat rental to restaurant suggestions. We have not yet been in such a wonderful Air BnB with the most stunning view from the terrace over the private pool to the beautiful sea. I highly recommend coming here! It will definitely be absolutely worth every penny in this awesome flat! Thank you again Tim.

Tim is an awesome host! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Anything that we needed he was right there to answer questions and to help us out! I will definitely be staying at this spot again in the future! If you want A+ service and care, Tim is your man! Thank you Tim for helping my family and I create lifelong memories!

Everything was great! Lovely house and view! Just a few little things… the fridge doesn’t work well and food rotted really quickly, the hot water of the shower of the 2nd bathroom never worked, there was not enough paper toilet and a first aid kit would be appreciated. (My sister got injured by a stingray and we didn’t knew what to do or where to go…. If this happens to you, just FYI you should just put in hot water the part of your body that was injured.) I would absolutely recommend this place, Tim’s attention and the taxi airport contact he provided and the local taxi from San Carlos who helped us with the local errands.

Wow! This location & view in San Carlos is just beautiful. Felt more like a European coastal town. The balcony & sea breeze was really enjoyable. The house is spacious & perfect for a group without feeling crowded.

Gorgeous! Views were incredible any time of the day and night! We walked the hills and neighborhood for a quick workout! Fun area and close to town for getting what you forgot!!

The views from Tim's place are incredible! Would highly recommend staying there!

We had a wonderful stay. Tim took great care of us. The home is perfectly situated near town and next to a private beach. The views are spectacular from all of the rooms and there is plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely go back.

Tim really helped us out and took the time to get us all setup. Even went so far to decorate for Christmas for us. The place, views, location were awesome! I highly recommend staying here.

This house is everything you could ever want when you stay in San Carlos. The beach is just a staircase away, the pool and outdoor space is amazing, and NOTHING can beat the views ❤️ Marcela made delicious food for our whole group a few times while we were there, and both she and Tim were very responsive when we needed to get in touch. Very comfortable stay, we will definitely be returning!

This home is amazing! The negative edge pool overlooking the ocean is everything! The house sits towards the outer edge of the cove so you get to see everything going in/out of the marina w/out any crazy noise/smells. The marina is near the house so it’s seriously convenient if you want to go deep sea fishing or other water excursions. You can spot stingrays in the cove, walk or just lay on the beach. The younger kids found swing sets nearby. The house is amazing & sleeps and accommodates a big family with no problem. There are plenty of nearby stores and touristy stops not too far. Tim is truly the hostess with the mostess, he was amazing to work with and always gave prompt communication. I look forward to booking this house again in the future.

The view is amazing, Tim is super attentive and responds super fast and they were very attentive to everything we needed, the house is very nice and you have a very nice time in the pool and apart from the private beach below is very nice too! We had a great time

I've gone to San Carlos a lot and this place is definitely the best view and the most comfortable I've ever found. The pool and grill area is super nice, the kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is not the most beautiful since it has many stones but the pool and the apartment are amazing!

Perfect location, Private beach and pool

What an amazing stay! Incredible views in a tranquille setting. Comfortable beds and furniture. So nice to have a nicely appointed kitchen and make some of our own meals. Watching the sunset behind Tetakawi while hanging out in the infinity pool is something i wont forget. Great lighting and no bugs made evenings by the pool so enjoyable. Nice semi-private beach and calm water. Host responded to all inquiries in minutes. Best B&B stay ever!!
