The best of the accommodations! Tim and Marcela are very friendly, and the accommodation is luxurious!

The house is spectacular. It has the best view in all of San Carlos. The infinity pool and private beach are incredible.

It's a very nice place, a bit confusing since I thought it was a house, and it's just that they rent you a floor of the house, since each floor is an apartment. What I did like was that they rent it privately. There's no one else in the house. They only rent it to one person at a time. Very friendly people and excellent service.

Our stay at Tim’s Casa Elementos in San Carlos was absolutely wonderful. The house was perfect in every way beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Mauricio and Marcela, who were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Casa Elementos to anyone visiting San Carlos. We would gladly return and hope to stay here again in the future!

Magnificent resting place. The description of the amenities was lacking. Incredible views, especially at sunrise with the range of vivid colors, and during the day with the parade of yachts entering/exiting the port. Very easy access to the beach, which was a nice bonus. It's also great for taking out a kayak or an inflatable paddle board. The pool-terrace was excellent for the number of people. The house itself is completely functional. There was nothing missing for the stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay and attention from Tim and the team.

The villa we stayed at was beautiful. It was in a gated community so it felt very safe. It’s not far from the town’s center so it was easy to drive to wherever we wanted to go that day in San Carlos. The villa itself was very spacious with an amazing view of the water. There is a stairway that goes down to a private beach that offers even more places to sit down and enjoy the view. The owner, Tim, was very hospitable and responsive the whole time. The cleaning lady was also extremely hospitable and would check on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend booking with Timothy. This will be my go-to every time I am planning a trip to San Carlos.

My stay at San Carlos was definitely a great experience, location of the house was perfect, view was beautiful, peace and definitely worth it! I was able to enjoy it with family, definitely recommend place, has private beach access, view to cerro tetakawi perfect for pictures and sunset views. House was clean, all cookware for cooking were available perfect to enjoy your stay have breakfast or dinner with ocean view. Loved it! ❤️

Excellent!! The house is comfortable and spacious, the view is beautiful, and the area is very quiet, ideal for a family vacation. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay without having to go out. Tim was always attentive.

We just spent a week at this home! We ate almost every meal with our entire group sitting at the handrail just staring out at the stunning beauty of the bay! We will be back for sure!

We loved Tim’s place! The location has beautiful views and the home is very clean and comfortable. Tim was fantastic at communicating with us and easy to reach if we happened to need anything. Our flights didn’t line up perfectly with the available check in days, so we messaged Tim prior to booking and he worked with us so we could check in during a day originally blocked out for the host not being available for check in. We appreciated the level of security and safety of the gated community also. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in the beautiful San Carlos!

The stay at Timothy's place was very good. The place was clean, tidy and just as described in the listing. Communication was clear and quick from the start, which made everything easier. The location is convenient and the place is comfortable to rest after a long day. Overall it is a pleasant and no inconvenience experience. I would definitely consider it again for a future visit.

The view from the house is stunning, the area is quiet and having a private caves to the beach made for an incredible stay.

This place was amazing. The rooms were large and fit our family of 9 easily. The views were better than the pictures. Tim was an excellent host and responded right away to any problems we encountered. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay with Tim so much and we can't wait to return! Beautiful ocean views from the every room in the house, including the balcony, and from the pool. We grilled outside by the beautiful infinity pool while watching the sun set over Tetakawi and as the boats came back in to the marina at night. We loved the easy access to the ocean straight from the house and spent time swimming and paddle boarding in the cove every day. From the moment we arrived Tim and his admin assistant greeted us and made us feel welcomed, and ensured that we had everything that we might need during our stay. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nice and open which was perfect for cooking meals together. The neighborhood is situated just minutes from the marina and restaurants and shopping, which made it easy to go out or quickly pick up anything we needed. We loved Tim's place and can't recommend it more enthusiastically!

Tim was on top of everything. No trick photography or undelivered promises. Excellent host. Super clean place with a view to die for and the pool was also squeaky clean and perfect temperature. We will be back and to date this is the best place we stayed in anywhere in San Carlos. We have been coming to San Carlos for many years but this will be our new home. Thanks Tim!!!

The place was incredible! The pool and view from the deck across the marina bay is spectacular! Watching the boats going in/out of the bay is so entertaining. The accommodations were clean, organized and very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom which helped a lot with 6 adults. Tim was very accommodating and helpful. The agua unit provided a bigger deck for outdoor eating vs the fuego unit; the Agua was worth the upgrade. But both units are super as they have the same number of bathrooms and bedrooms. If you have a lager group, rent both! Our family of (6) had the place to ourselves in the Agua. I appreciate that Tim doesn’t rent both units to different families. Access to the private small beach was nice to enjoy the ocean without having to leave the area. It’s a gated community therefore more secure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Fuego, the home is absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations, our views were incredible, the pool was amazing, you walk down to a private beach, we got to see manta rays, puffer fish, starfish and fishes, the water is beautiful. Tim was awesome, very attentive and friendly, made our stay great, we will definitely be back!!! 100% Recommend✨

Timothy's place is all about the view - so beautiful! We lived on the balcony and enjoyed the ever-changing rhythms of each day. The bird life is amazing- Pelicans and gulls, white egrets and blue herons, terns, cormorants, osprey and vultures all day long. The bay was calm and peaceful and we loved swimming and kayaking in it and out into the waterway. We enjoyed the boats coming and going into the Marina around the bend. Morning coffee, yoga, afternoon lunch, happy hour on the balcony were all perfect. We did drive into several restaurants in the area and enjoyed those. The Caracol neighborhood is lovely and we loved our morning walks through the area with all the varied sea and home views. Tim was very kind and helpful with any questions/ needs we had - We will be back!

Good place

Lovely home on the peninsula! Pool was perfection, gorgeous cove when the tide is out. Tim and Marcella were very helpful with recommendations; we had some fabulous food! Can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

The house is beautiful and very large, the view is spectacular. It was very comfortable to stay here as it had the perfect space. Tim and Marcela were always attentive and shared clear instructions.

Very responsive host usually responded right away or within 15 minutes. Place was nice with fantastic views. I can't say that there is anything i didn't like about Tim's place.

Everything was perfect, except for the cleaning fee, which I found very high, as it is only for the cleaning on the last day and does not specify that it is daily. The house is very nice and has everything you need to spend a few days feeling at home, and it has an incredible view.

It was beautiful, we did not want to leave. The only issue we had was with WiFi since it was a working vacation, but Tim and his team handled is smoothly and resolved the problem for us without missing a beat. The whole experience was amazing! This is truly what Airbnb standard should be. We would love to return and we definitely will!

Excelent service from Tim, Marcela & Alma. Large home on a hill in a gated community with a gorgeous view, close to the marina in the older area of town. Hacienda style furniture home with plenty of room for guests. Thank you Tim for your prompt response to all our needs.. we had a wonderful stay!!!

Casa Fuego was an amazing spot to spend a vacation with the family. You can really tell that the host cares about his property. Everything was spotless and felt very cozy. The pool and views were our favorite things about the property. We could sit for hours on the pool deck admiring the scenery. Tim was also a notably excellent host. He was really friendly and easy to communicate with. He’s like the fun cool neighbor that just wants you to feel comfortable. I’m usually not a fan of sharing the property, but honestly Tim was really funny and made us feel really comfortable asking for anything that we might’ve needed. Would recommend this spot to anyone visiting San Carlos!

Beautiful views, excellent in privacy, cleanliness and communication, everything perfect, I would come back without thinking.

Tim’s place was a beautiful home with spectacular views, well furnished with beautiful bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space. All bathrooms were well equipped and clean. The balcony views were incredible both during the day and night. Tim also let us have an extra guest which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here. We were a little disappointed with the next door construction project outside our back windows starting around 7-8am through 5pm-ish. This also took away the back private beach access. This would’ve been nice to know. I would also recommend having hangers in all closets, an iron readily available in each apartment and upgraded cookware. If you have a lot of people staying with you it would be nice to have the cookware to support it. Cookware available was a little rough - didn’t match the beauty of the home. These are little things and all in all we had a great time. I’d highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Tim's place is a great place to get some privacy and enjoy the great views of the ocean. Pool was very clean, enjoyed the edge less pool with the view of the beach. Everything was great! Lovely house and view! Just a few little things… the fridge doesn’t work well and food rotted really quickly, the hot water of the shower of the 2nd bathroom never worked, there was not enough paper toilet and a first aid kit would be appreciated. (My sister got injured by a stingray and we didn’t knew what to do or where to go…. If this happens to you, just FYI you should just put in hot water the part of your body that was injured.) I would absolutely recommend this place, Tim’s attention and the taxi airport contact he provided and the local taxi from San Carlos who helped us with the local errands.

Wow! This location & view in San Carlos is just beautiful. Felt more like a European coastal town. The balcony & sea breeze was really enjoyable. The house is spacious & perfect for a group without feeling crowded.

Great place to stay with amazing view!

We loved our stay at Casa Fuego, the location & views are amazing. This is by far our best Airbnb experience, not only in San Carlos but any of our Airbnb stays. We were able to snorkel in our private cove every morning & watch the glorious sunsets over Tetakawi each evening. The location is even more impressive than the photos depict! Great pool, incredible views, expansive balcony & really spacious accommodation! The host Tim, is extremely responsive & incredibly helpful, which made our stay even more relaxing! He introduced us to Armando & Juan at Blackies, a fantastic restaurant & our new favorite. We're planning on making an annual pilgrimage to Casa Fuego, thanks again Tim, for introducing us to your slice of Paradise!
