Jim's spot is in an awesome location, close to everything in PDC. The beach, 5th ave, all of it is within walking distance. Above the location, the communication and thoughtfulness into making the place look great and welcoming, makes this place one of my best places i've ever stayed at. Definitely recommend !!!

Excellent stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a 3-minute walk to the beach and only 1 minute from Fifth Avenue, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the main tourist area right around the corner. There are also supermarkets nearby, which made everything even more convenient. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. We had everything we needed during our stay. Everything worked perfectly, especially the air conditioning, which was a huge plus. The pool was always clean and well maintained, and the entire property was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. I would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, tidy accommodation with everything you need to enjoy a weekend in Playa del Carmen

The condo was spacious for our group of 7. The decks are a major plus along with the plunge pool to cool down on hot days. A larger Counter top over would have been helpful . Access to the pool downstairs was also an asset. I would suggest rubber mats on the pool decks. It is very slippery when getting out of the plunge pool. Over all we really enjoyed our stay & Francisco was a huge help with the the things that needed to be repaired during our stay.

Jim’s place was clean and spacious, suitable for our party of 11. The room and bedding layout was able to accomodate everyone comfortably. The condo is within walking distance to 5ta Avenida which is filled with places to chose for food and shopping. Its location in Playa Del Carmen is central enough for a short drive to other nearby sites and attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

The location of the apartment was perfect. The restaurants and beach access were just steps away. The home was clean organized. Shout out to Sandra. She was very responsive with answering our questions and our concerns. This is definitely a place. I will be recommending to our friends.

Great stay, we really enjoyed the accommodation. Beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the main street, while being far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise. The rooms are large and match the description. There is room for everyone, air conditioning in all rooms, filtered water, small private Jacuzzi, balcony for eating outside. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the host and his availability in case of need. If you are looking for a place to stay for your group to have a good time in Playa del Carmen, this is definitely a good place.

The property is fantastic, with plenty of space to relax. The host was extremely friendly and approachable, always happy to help with any requests or issues. The location is incredible—just steps from the beach and the main street in Playa del Carmen. Many tours around Cancún also offer convenient pick-up and drop-off near the property.

Our family of nine had a great stay at Jim's place. Host was very responsive and communication was great. The home was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the whole family. It was quiet inside. The home is only a block from the beach, and a block from 5th Avenue where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The grocery store was within walking distance as well. We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again! Thanks for everything!

The apartment has a great location walking distance from the Quinta Avenida and many restaurants and night life but at the same time you cannot hear any noise from the bedrooms feeling peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and accommodated our family perfectly (we were 11). Balconies and top roof part are perfect to hang out and the view incredible. Great communication and very easy to check in and check out.

We had an amazing stay at Jim's apt. We were a group of 8, and everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The palace was clean and immaculately kept. A big shout-out to Sandra, who was more than amazing. She checked on us regularly before the trip even started and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apt is located steps away from the beach and the most happening street in Playa del Carmen. All sorts of restaurants/bars and convenience stores are a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend Jim's place, especially for bigger families.

All I have to say is that I have to go back. Beautiful Home and location! very helpful hosts who takes all the stress away from logistical point of view so you can focus on relaxation as intended.

The truth is that our stay at Jim's place was amazing, the apartment is very comfortable and Sandra was always attentive to us. It is highly recommended for the comfort, proximity and Sandra's attention!

Jim's Airbnb provided ideal accommodations for my large family, conveniently located near all the main attractions that Playa del Carmen has to offer.

Great location, great hospitality

My family and I had a wonderful time. The A/C worked wonderfully in each of the rooms. Slept well in the beds. Enjoyed grilling on the balcony. Was very close to beach and 5th Ave. Internet worked great. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Pots and pans and dishes were great quality and plentiful. Washer and dryer are life savers!

This place was perfect for our family trip! Close to the beach and 5th ave and the pool was great to cool off anytime. The space was very comfortable for 11 of us and the pack and play made things easy to bring our toddler. Group of 10 had ample space. Very comfortable! Lots of kitchenware, towels, toiletries…everything we needed (or forgot) was found in the apartment. Rooftop was great for the evenings. Prime location close to everything needed. Great place! Highly recommend and would stay again next time we are in Playa with a large group.

This place is amazing!! The roof top deck is the best! Plenty of space for a big family, and all the amenities you need and more! Beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear was so great to have especially with kids. The hosts are responsive and helpful and everything was smooth!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Thank you so much Jim and Stacy for letting us stay at your Airbnb in Playa Del Carmen. Our time there with our children and our grandchildren was amazing. The location of the Airbnb was perfect as far as a very short distance to the beach and a quick hop to Fifth Avenue. Although there were six adults and five children, we had ample space for privacy. it was a perfect place for our family, very big , very clean , lots of room , photos don't do it justice wish we could upload photo or video reviews , Jim was very flexible, very responsive, went the extra mile , I really recommend you to stay at this place , it's perfectly located one block from the beach , to the other side almost one block to 5th avenue , keep this place pristine and working like everything is , hope I can come back next year with the whole family , the only downside you always need more time to do stuff and we stayed a week , hope we stayed more time , internet worked great , even used zoom for some meetings while others where doing their own stuff on their cellphone , thank you for your great hospitality

Incredible airbnb, best I’ve stayed in Playa! First time visiting for my friends and it couldn’t have been better. The pictures also don’t do this place justice, it’s ideal for a big group! Great location and even better hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

We loved the place they where so helpful and friendly with any questions we had . Definitely recommended close to Quinta Avenida and about 2 blocks to the beach . Clean and spacious house they have everything u need . We will stay again

Jim, thanks for having me and my friends during our time in Playa del Carmen. We had such a great experience, everything as described, perfect location to explore Playa. The roof top space is spectacular to relax. Even if you need to do a bit of work the wifi works well. To summarize, highly recommend apartment for some days or even more. I felt like home 🙏

We were very comfortable

everything was great. loved that beach and Quinta Avenida we're super close. we had a rental the last few days and we parked on the street since it was a bigger vehicle and the parking spot is pretty small. they charge 10 pesos per hour and only charge from 10 am to 10 pm. would definitely stay here again they had lots of water available and laundry detergent, which we washed daily since we would go to the beach every day and had sand all in our clothes. it was very convenient to be able to wash, having 3 kids.
