The place is great. Rory is very helpful and always answers really fast. Sergio and Lorena are very helpful also. we definitely would stay again in this marvelous place. The apartment is really amazing even better than the pictures and this place is spotless and very well furnished thank you all for making this vacation. Very grateful.

First time renting through Airbanb. Couldn’t have had a better experience with the owner Rory. Everything he promised was exactly as delivered. The condo was beautiful and the views from our balcony was tremendous. Loved having my morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail sitting on the balcony with the views of the beach and Banderas Bay. Couldn’t have asked for a better location with restaurants in walkable neighborhoods. There’s a reason why Rory is a super host. He was always available and responded immediately to any of my questions.

Rory’s condo was absolutely amazing! The view is unreal and honestly took our breath away. The place is super comfy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. We loved the private patios, the great beds and bathrooms, and the awesome pool area. Getting to the bay is super easy, and if you’re lucky, you might even see whales every day like we did. We had four adults and a baby and felt completely at home. It’s safe, quiet, and just a quick drive to downtown PV. We honestly didn’t want to leave and can’t recommend this place enough.

We’ve stayed at ~40 Airbnbs/rentals over the past 10 years, and I have no doubt that Rory’s place is one of the best! Everything about his home is perfect - million $ view, unbeatable beachfront location, top-notch amenities, friendly and accommodating hosts (Rory and Sergio), and a generously stocked home. Sergio helped us organize a crib for the baby and connected us with a cook who made us amazing breakfasts. The home was spacious for 2 families that allowed us to spend time together while offering sufficient privacy. The pools and jacuzzi at Harbor 171 were outstanding, offering a relaxing setting with infinity views. Finally, Rory went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offered amazing recommendations, checked in regularly and even offered us a flexible checkout. All in all, Rory’s place offered a fantastic setting for us to build beautiful memories. Don’t think twice to book this gem- very highly recommended. Can’t wait to be back!!

Spent a week here with the entire family and have To say this was probably the greatest place I have stayed using AirBnB would be an understatement, the photos and description did not do this condo justice. Both the host and Sergio (who met us at check-in) were very friendly and super responsive to even the silliest of questions. :) The unit was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, beach supplies, extra linens, towels, marble floors, amazing quick to cool AC, the sliding door/windows that allow you to open the entire living area to the open air, comfortable outdoor furniture, rooftop pool and gym, outside pools, etc. etc. It was just GREAT!!! The condos proximity to so many great Puerta Vallarta locations (i.e. food in Versailles, everything along the Malecon) was perfect for us! Would definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

This place is amazing. The condo was beautiful, fully appointed with everything you need, and looks just like pictures. In addition to the pictures that are posted for the unit, the complex has a beautiful pool on the beach level. That was truly amazing. Rory and Sergio are great hosts. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The apartment look exactly like the photos--it is a lovely beachfront setting with lots of glass so that you can enjoy the ocean from every room in the house. The rooms are large and easily accomodated our family of six adults (3 couples) and two small children. We especially enjoyed the wrap around balcony/deck.

Rory’s place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The space itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Rory was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. This stay truly made our trip unforgettable. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Excellent location with a clean beach and nice people

This place was wonderful! It had tons of space, yet was very cozy for my family to gather. the furniture & decorat ions were very comfortable & fitting for the property. the views & sunsets are out of this world! it was the peperfect place to just unplug & relax. The hosts were very attentive. we had a silly small problem & they took care of it immediately & professionally. the property is pretty new & has wonderful pools & great beach access also.

One of Best places we have ever stayed by far.. Clean Beautiful views with sliding doors to enjoy the nice weather and listen to the waves Informative host Comfy beds The kitchen had everything we needed to cook We felt safe being the condo had security at the entrance Walking distance to the grocery store and resturants Peaceful location We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom We even saw whales from our balcony being it was whale season We were sad to leave wished we owned the Condo!!! Worth the price.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We were super surprised with the view! Sunsets, ocean - it is hard to properly explain how mind-blowing is the experience! And best part of that - whales, whales, whales! I think we saw them in 13 days 40-50 times at least from the balcony! Rory and Sergio are great hosts! Super responsive, attentive, helped with many preparations in advance and during the stay. Apartments are completely new, area is safe and there is much what to do on that beach - horse riding, jet ski and else! Highly recommended!

The oceanfront condo has the most majestic views! Corner condo with wrap around balcony allows for the perfect view of the gorgeous PV sunset's. Everything is brand new and it is furnished beautifully. The rooms were spacious and the master bedroom was fabulous. Plenty of pools Easy access to the beach. Roy and Sergio were very responsive & provide us with excellent hospitality. Amazing stay! We will be back again soon!
