Very responsive host. The lady that opened the house to us was very nice and punctual. The house is near great restaurants and a few blocks from the beach.

We really liked the place, despite some issues with the water, which were eventually resolved. The host was quite flexible with the check-in time and responded quickly to our concerns. The house is quite spacious; all the bedrooms are large and clean. Some maintenance details are missing in the kitchen, but everything else was excellent; it exceeded our expectations. The area is quiet, and there are places to eat nearby; El Malecón is two blocks away. We would stay here again.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days, it has air conditioning and the shower works very well, the only thing is that there are not enough towels for the number of guests and there are too many mosquitoes, maybe it needs to be fumigated because we ran out of two insecticides and we all ended up bitten, it's impossible to be in the pool area with the mosquitoes and they went up to the rooms, but the house is comfortable and it is very central.

Excellent place to vacation; ideal for a group of friends or large family. The pool is the cherry on the cake, a wonder, the whole time it was heated and clean. The house was always cool because of the air conditioning that abounds everywhere. Of course, you must be quiet because the neighbors are too strict, which is usually complicated by being designed for group stays. The host and cleaning lady were extremely flexible and compressible at all times, procured and facilitated our stay.

I recommend the house ! Very tidy , for a family trip, Francisco is very attentive , he gave us the house very clean . The house has rules , but like anywhere , nothing extreme ; my family and I didn't go through it very nicely, it has minisplit in all areas ; warmth we don't pass and there are many places to eat walking . I recommend Panama and cheite burgers. The house is delivered with towels and the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. My family liked it to come back next year! In a nutshell , recommended ! i have several years coming to Mazatlán I have rented in several locations and this year was not the exception, the thing is that without belittling the other accommodations that I have been in this is luxury , but I do not talk about anything , super luxury the beautiful house the heated pool is the asaderito mamada for roasted meat, the beach very close to the attention of Francisco to the million we will definitely return , we come with family and all very comfortable everyone in their rooms, we travel on this occasion 14 adults and 2 minors I definitely recommend it 100% !!!! .

The rooms had everything, bed linens, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped, you don't need to bring anything. There you find everything to cook. The beach and boardwalk are 3 blocks away; nearby, there is an Oxxo, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. Quiet, safe area. They really don't hesitate to stay here. The house was delivered impeccably clean, Mrs. Mirella who received us and to whom we gave the keys, always attentive, clear instructions, very nice. Another important fact, the garage is very spacious. And downstairs, there's a room in case someone can't climb stairs. We will definitely be back; the house exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much.

It is a very spacious house, very comfortable for all of us who stayed there. At no point did we feel that we were getting in each other's way when moving around the different areas of the house, nor that we were crowded in any area. The heated pool was excellent, as the weather was still cool. It is also very well located, close to the tourist area but far enough away that the noise from the area's activities doesn't bother you. There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and services nearby. I definitely recommend it for large groups.

The house was not only spacious, clean & comfortable but also felt safe and extremely close to the malecón. 2 blocks away. My family fell I love with the place. Happy it had the pool & where to bbq.The owner would communicate in a timely manner with any questions /concerns. I would definitely stay here again.
