We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean, and we would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeper and the gentleman who took care of cleaning the pool. The host was always easy to reach and responded quickly whenever we had questions or encountered a problem. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. The house itself was perfect for our family: three beautiful bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large pool, and a genuinely child-friendly environment. We also really appreciated that the bed linen was changed weekly. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to others!

Such a gem! The rooms were large and comfortable and the pool was clean and refreshing. Walkable to many places and felts very safe. When we return to Granada we hope to stay here again.

Our stay in Granada was nothing short of amazing! We were close to restaurants, to the lake, and park. So much to do while you’re out for a walk. The house is perfect ac works great, and the pool was great to cool down. Heydi is a wonderful host very responsive.

This place was in an awesome location, walkable to everything I wanted to see in Granada! I felt safe at night but it is a block off the main activities, giving it a quiet and peaceful feel. I spent every evening in the hammock listening to the city and it was amazing! The pool was a true oasis in the middle of the city. My mom and I loved this place and I dream of living here! It was truly a great place and I’m so glad to have found it! I wouldn’t even look at staying anywhere else if I came back to Granada.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic place with excellent hosts. Home is exactly as described and as seen in the photos - gorgeous and plenty of space for our 3 adults to enjoy. Absolutely clean as well. Location is perfect - literally a block away from the main boulevard, with many many great restaurants within easy walking distance. Being one block away keeps you in the thick of it but also provides the right amount of peace and quiet, despite us being there in the busy semana santa celebrations. Heydi the consummate host - despite our late arrival she had Erick meet us and cheerfully show us the premises. She also went out of her way to arrange a much needed late-night taxi to the airport for one of our party. Excellent stay. Full stars all around.

This is a great place to stay. Many things to do with in walking distance. Stores with drinks and snacks just steps away from your door. Very friendly neighbors.

Everything was perfect, the swimming pool with its lights and waterfall was mesmerizing. Great location it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and Central Park.

Very nice place. The street doesn't look like much but as soon as you go inside it's a peaceful haven. The pool is perfect and the rooms too. Good water pressure in the showers! Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this special house. The architecture is beautiful, the place is very quiet and perfect for resting. The pool is delightfully cool and very nice. Heydi is a perfect host: friendly, attentive and always available. We highly recommend this house.

This is a great spot - perfect location close to the restaurant strip, easy walking distance to the boulevard by the lake, to nearby grocery stores (eg. Colonia) and to the market. We felt very safe in the immediate neighbourhood and surrounding neighbourhoods also. (we walked a lot!). The people are very friendly even if you do not speak much Spanish. The pool was a big plus - and the home is nicely laid out. We cooked most of our own meals and the kitchen is more than adequate. If you’re visiting Granada it’s a great choice!

Wow Big big big bang for your money private swimming pool air-conditioning very nice woodwork inside high ceilings maybe 30 feet all my friends from the hotels came in and wished they were staying in my place. I guess that says it all.

Beautiful house, spacious and with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay The pool is a success, the house is super close to La Calzada for restaurants and nightlife. Close to other cities such as Masaya, Catarina, San Juan del Sur and Managua.

Our family of 5 had an amazing week at this incredible find. The pool was where we spent most of our time to beat the mid-day heat. The space was pristine; the kind cleaning lady visited twice and a pool guy even came out once to clean the pool. Heydi was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She even helped us arrange for our final middle-of-the-night trip to the airport. Bedrooms were so comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning they provided! This location is close to everything: we walked to all the major sites in Granada, restaurants, the supermarket, and our boat tour on the lake. Perfect spot for families or anyone who wants to be awed by a beautiful colonial home.

Really enjoyed my stay here. In a great spot to walk around the town. Responsive host with great recommendations & guidebook (I hope they make it digital). Unfortunately the wifi doesn't reach the upstairs bedrooms well at this time. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Best house in Nicargua and only 1 minute walk from main street. 3 min walk to lake. I try to rent this house when I go there.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem! Heydi was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal—close to nearby restaurants (Kathy's Waffle House and La Hacienda were daily stops), the lake, and Central Park (the city's main tourist plaza), yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The thoughtful touches, like the pool swing, pool towels, and filtered water, made our stay extra special. All 3 bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space and pool were a dream! Whether you're looking for a cozy getaway or a home base to explore the area, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. Great place to stay in Granada. Very cool house and nice pool. All restaurants and the main square are 4 blocks away from the house.

The location is great although it looks like a bad neighborhood. It’s conveniently located half of block from La Calzada. Place is well equipped and Heydi is really good about helping your needs. The only downside is the mosquitoes 🦟. Even though Heydi kindly provided some mosquitoes sprays they were still annoying.

The place was fresh, clean and exactly what the photos showed. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the pool.

Location was perfect. We loved being there for the festival.

The house is comfortable. Accessible to nearby places to visit, restaurants to eat and stores to shop.

I have been to Granada several times. I always try to get one of Heidi's properties, but they were all full for my dates. I reluctantly rented someone else's. I was completely ripped off. After a weeklong fight with Airbnb support to do the right thing, I found myself stranded over 3000 miles from home. One call to Heidi & problem solved. She got me into this amazing, clean & well stocked property in the heart of everything Granada has to offer. This house is completely finished. It is much more than any description or photos could ever completely show. Heidi & her staff are on the ball. You will never need anything & they are there to make sure of that. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, pool are ready for you. The one bad thing about Heidi & this property is that your expectations will change for every other place & host you deal with. Heidi is a lot more than a host; she is also your tour guide & new trusted friend. She & her business partner Erick also speak perfect English. Bonus!

Excellent place to stay in Granada. The location is ideal, the apartment stays cool inside and the swimming pool is great for cooling off after walking around town.

This house was a perfect fit for our family! The two biggest pluses were the amazing pool and the private parking inside the gated house.

The entire stay was amazing. From Heydi's initial contact to when Eric showed us around the house. Elsa kept the place extremely clean. The host was incredible at making us feel at home, she messaged several times making sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the pool was kept very clean, the cleaner came twice during our stay. We really appreciated having a fresh pool. Highly recommended!

Casa Emma is a wonderful Colonial home in the heart of Granada. The house had everything you needed, was close to restaurants, churches and the park. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool. Heydi was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions and checked-in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of fans throughout the home and A/C in the rooms to cool you down. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances for those that want to cook up a meal. This was great for our family birthday celebration in Granada. Would definitely recommend staying at Casa Emma if you are planning a trip to Granada.

I would only stay in one of Heydis houses. She is the best to communicate with. Great house only 2 blocks from teh main drag and very safe walking everywhere. I walked to teh beach everyday. Its a 2 hour walk and very pretty teh whole way

The house was beautiful, and the deep pool was lovely! The rooms were a great size and the air conditioning was nice after a day of walking around the city. Heydi and Erick were very responsive and helped us get in and out of the property easily. The location is perfect for walking around town. Truly enjoyed this place and will look for it again next time we visit Granada!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We especially loved the pool during our siestas when it was very hot in the middle of the day. The home was very spacious and in a great location in the middle of everything. Everything was a 10 minute walk or less. We would definitely come back here!

I could literally return to Granada just to be in this house,everything is spectacular,garage,kitchen,living room, pool,rooms and laundry center and the proximity to the pier and Boulevard to the cathedral is incredible

Heydi was helpful before, during and after our stay. We ask her to recommend a car service to pick us up from the airport and we were so happy with this service that we booked them for every leg of our trip. Heydi also arranged for us to check in early. We were met at the front entrance by Erick who was friendly and gave us a tour of the entire house. The house is gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos! It was 40 degrees celsius everyday so having the private pool was extremely satisfying and convenient! It's an open concept house but the bedrooms have AC. Loved the large hammock on the rooftop! Convenience stores, restaurants and lively nightlife all within walking distance but far enough away that it is very quiet at night. One issue occurred - the power went out in half the house, AC in one bedroom stopped working, and so did the wifi and fridge but Heydi did everything she could to get it restored. Was resolved in a day. We appreciate all of her help to get this fixed fast!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Heydi personally met us at check in which was extremely impressive. And she suggested a local outfit that was amazing for our tour guide requirements. Would love to stay here again if back in Granada.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was much larger in person with very high ceilings and an open concept feel. The pool was wonderful for a plunge to cool off from the heat! Once returned from exploring, we spent our time in the house sitting right next to the pool. Bedrooms were very large with a comfortable mattress and quickly cooled off with only a few minutes of AC. It was also quite dark and quiet, allowing us to sleep in! :) Check in and out went smooth, and Heydi was quick to respond. She also helped us set up our airport transport before we arrived. Our stay in Granada was beyond expectations. Beautiful country and friendly people! Thank you

It really was fabulous. It was a very well done place and Heydi was very helpful.

Amazing house: spacious, private pool, top floor patio overlooking the city, super close to historic downtown but on a quiet street, which made for peaceful sleeps and east access to everything in the city. Highly recommend for its location and quality of accommodation. The only thing to be aware of is no self check in or out, so you wil.need to make arrangements to meet up with someone for key pickup and drop off. It was a bit of a pain for us as our plane landed late and we had to make special arrangements to get in (Heydi did help rally well with this to her credit), and it could be an issue for departure depending on when you want to leave in the morning (it was OK for us but if leaving early it could be a pain).

Book it! The house has its own private pool and is great for those traveling with a group. We were a group of three girlfriends and the house felt super spacious. Very clean. Neighborhood is perfect walking distance from the main square. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen was gorgeous. Fans and AC work well. And there was a washer! Heydi was very responsive. Couldn’t have imagined a better spot!

We had a wonderful experience at Heydi’s place. It is exactly as pictured in the photos, even bigger than the photos show. The location is excellent, the bedding comfortable and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, there is plenty of space, highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home! The house was cozy and well-furnished, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for our family dinners. The location was ideal, close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality of our hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Definitely a five-star experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a great getaway!

The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! Exactly like the pictures. There are so many places to eat within a few blocks. the people are so friendly. The house had everything we needed full kitchen, washer, lovely pool and great natural light. Highly recommend this as a must stay.

An incredibly beautiful house, very well located near the center of Granada, clean, equipped, in short, a spectacular accommodation.

This place was great, very close to many restaurants and activities. The art, the colors, the pool. It was honestly gorgeous. The bedroom was cozy and were the only rooms with air conditioners which saved us from the heat. Before you book, please understand that the home is an open-concept like most homes are in Nicaragua. There will be tiny lizards and little critters but they do not bother. Wi-Fi was good and the place had everything we needed. Heydi was very helpful and made sure our late arrival was catered to, she was also very responsive. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, we felt very safe, and we enjoyed it a lot.

The place was incredible! We loved it and had a great time. We traveled with a toddler and the pack n play provided was awesome. All amenities were awesome. Heidi and Erick were great. The safe didn’t work, but we felt like our things were secure in the unit.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay in Grenada and this was ideal home base. We ended up just hanging out around the pool more than we expected because it was so nice. Within walking distance of lots of fun attractions and restaurants.

Heydi’s airbnb was just perfect. Close to La Calzada which you can find restaurants and bars, a park where you can find handmade clothing and accessories, to a local market (which made us feel just as a local) we bought cereal, eggs, quesillo, rosquillas, natural orange juice and fruits. Heydi, went above and beyond for us. We got to Nicaragua at 2am and she coordinate transportation for us from the airport to the airbnb. The airbnb had everything we needed! Highly recommend the airbnb!

This house is amazing and spacious. We loved it there and wished we could spend at least 5 more days there. The pool was great, small but beautiful. The whole design of the house is lovely, I had to take so many pictures. There are 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms and there is a third bathroom too. The top floor bathroom, the door doesn't lock from the inside. We loved the hammock. There is a washer and dryer but no detergent. It is great that there is water available for us to drink, it is not cold but we filled our water bottles with it and put them in the fridge. Kitchen is nice but there is nothing in there, like the basics...salt, oil, coffee, tea...We did not cook so we were fine. There is AC in the bedrooms. The house is secure, multiple locks on the gate. Pharmacy and tiny store right across the street and the center is about 4 minutes walking. Perfect location!! I highly recommend this house. The cleaning lady is so kind.

We loved staying at Casa Carlota, it is full of details, it is very spacious and cozy. It is a beautiful house to spend time with family. It has everything you need and the pool is perfect to cool off. The location is also perfect to get to know the surroundings of Granada. You can walk to the driveway and the best restaurants in the area. We recommend it and would love to return.

We had a fantastic time at this house (family of 5). We loved the open air design and the pool was perfect, surrounded by lots of plants. The roof top patio and hammock were great for an afternoon siesta. Would happily stay here again.

Great spot in Granada. The courtyard pool is amazing for cooling off in! Walking distance to the town centre, lots of good restaurants & the waterfront. The place was so comfortable and felt very safe.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Granada house. It was spacious and clean, had a washer & dryer, had a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The bedrooms could be closed off at night with air conditioning. The location was just on the edge of the good part of town; not far was a more derelict area. However it was within walking distance to everything. The only thing I’d suggest is to have some basic things in the kitchen like salt, sugar and oil for cooking.

We loved our time at this oasis of an airbnb. It is designed and set up so considerately, very clean, very comfortable, and felt like the perfect oasis to work remotely during the day and walk to the best restaurants and area at night. Very walkable to all the best things We would recommend this airbnb to anyone and it was one of our favorite stays our entire month in Nicaragua. Only con: the WiFi was not working very well despite sending a technician a few times which became an issue for us being able to take work calls and work in general, and cost us money having to tether from cell data. That was more expensive than planned and a problem, however Heydi always worked hard and fast to try and find a solution. The issue was outside wiring and the company’s fault really. The parade and fireworks every day at 4.30am …yes am, were a bit surprising but just the charm of the time of year we suppose! Would gladly rent here again.

very nice comfy house walking distance to granadas highlights. in a calm street. personally i would add a bag of coffee some salt and pepper as complementary items. but thats peanuts. good bed clean safe. would visit again.

This was a beautiful place we stayed in Granada, Nicaragua! The host was wonderful, and we had an incredible time. I completely recommend this place and would definitely come back and stay again!
