The house is far more amazing than the photos! The staff was super friendly, and the food kept surprising us! You have a mountain in front of you surrounded by nature. There are incredible spots all over the property. We'll definitely be back, and I can say that it's one of the prettiest houses on Airbnb. Thanks to Santiago for always being attentive, and to all the staff! We had an amazing weekend.

It's a beautiful house in every way, with unique views of the region and plenty of contact with nature, which allows you to feel calm and at peace. The staff who help out at the house are always very attentive, friendly, and diligent. You really should try “Pau's vinaigrette”; it's delicious. Santiago was always very attentive and friendly; I can only thank him for his helpfulness.

The place is very nice, clean and has many amenities, the children and adults had an amazing time at the end of the year. Something important that exceeded my expectations is that there are always service staff to help with whatever is offered, food, cleaning, which makes the stay easier and makes you enjoy it to the fullest. Santiago's service was always timely and attentive. My family was super happy and definitely looking forward to coming back.

Our stay in Chalmita was undoubtedly one of the most extraordinary experiences we have ever had. From before arriving, the service was friendly, professional and very warm, making us feel expected and cared for at all times. Our experience at this house was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us impeccable and very warm attention. The place offers one of the best views of Chalma, ideal for relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we loved that they also had a pool table for a good time. It's an absolutely magical house. The furniture and bedroom decor are beautiful!!! And being surrounded by greenery, we didn't find any bugs. Everything was very clean and tidy. The service was super attentive to us and what was offered to us. We ate delicious food and the advantage is that you can give the money to the service and they buy what is needed to make the food Pau the cook is very good and Rulas is very helpful. The house is huge but since there are 7 people in the service, the gardens, the pool, the paddle tennis court are super well cared for with great maintenance. The house is located in a mountainous area with a very special energy. It is a place that gives a lot of peace and there are many spaces to meditate, read, listen to nature... We had one of the most beautiful New Year's Eves!!! Totally recommended for an unparalleled vacation!!! We visited the property for 4 nights in December. Santiago the host's attention was perfect. The place has impeccable service staff who prepared extraordinary food for us to eat every day and we were able to coordinate with them everything that was needed in terms of drinks, snacks, etc. The property itself is impressive, with a view of the mountains of the volcanic axis very similar to the Tepozteco. There are several viewpoints and terraces on the property that allow you to enjoy these views. The rooms, bathrooms, pool, gardens, and other rooms are in perfect condition and with a very nice colonial design. It comfortably accommodates 16 people, and there are many activities inside the property (paddle tennis, gardens to play in, several dining rooms and game tables, jacuzzi, swimming pool, terraces, fireplaces, etc.). I will definitely try to return in the future with my family and friends.

La Casa de Santiago is one of the most beautiful spaces in the region and probably in the country. The land has a privileged location, with stunning views of the mountain range, a beautiful image of mountains, and the sound of a river passing by the property. The house is beautiful, tasteful, comfortable, with spacious and perfectly manicured gardens, jacuzzi, it houses, many places to stay, rest or read. The staff service is excellent, very attentive and with a lot of initiative, as well as cooking spectacularly. This is really a great option to spend a weekend or a thermade with family or friends.

Our second stay in this property. We love the warmth and attention of the staff, the elegance and functionality of the house, the pool and jacuzzi are the center of attraction. The house has so many attractions for children and adults, the days are relaxed and full of activities that make up the family. It is a fun, harmonious, spacious, cozy and perfectly maintained destination. Santiago is always attentive and makes sure we feel at home at all times. Super recommended for families!!

Very nice colonial house. The space is relaxing, one can unwind and enjoy family and friends. The house has very good wifi and the terrace plus the amenities are very well preserved.

The house is amazing, has many very cozy spaces, well accomplished in decor and comfort. The grounds are very spacious and well kept. The jacuzzi is what we enjoy most in the night and the shade of the tabachin in the pool is beautiful to spend the afternoon. But what we liked the most was the treatment of the staff who took care of us, from the night we arrived they waited for us to make us dinner and very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Mrs. 's food. Pau is delicious, especially the crooked chicken! Definitely a gem of stay!

Santiago's house is spectacular. We use airbnb all the time but it is undoubtedly one of the best houses we have stayed in Mexico, the photos do not approach the beautiful and great of the place. The amazing house to spend time with family and the section of the perfect flight to have a great time. But in my personal opinion the crown jewel is the - huge- garden and the spectacular views. I highly recommend it for a few days with family or friends. We definitely come back. Santiago in contact and on the lookout all the time. The supportive people in the house are super helpful (and great plus they cook you for you to enjoy, in particular we recommend the pizzas in a wood-burning oven). Santiago's estate provided our family with an extraordinary experience, truly a home-away-from-home feeling, with many fun amenities to make us really want to stay in and enjoy the place. - Attentive staff keeps the place super clean every day, gardens very well kept, rooms made daily, security - Kitchen staff is simply top notch, every menu done right, handmade tortillas every day, etc - Heated pool (for extra cost) and jacuzzi are all day fun for the kids - Kids really enjoyed the "casita", the koi pond, the cozy netflix tv area, we even had a treasure hunt for them! - We set up our portable badminton court on one of the many flat grass patches - Enjoyed frisbee, soccer, catch, etc - We brought 4 Padel racquets to enjoy every morning - We brought a karaoke kit to have family fun in the evening - Then there's the breathtaking "cañada", with a meditation spot down by the forest, and of course the "volado" lookout for a perfect afternoon chillout. - A daytrip or two to Malinalco (20 minute drive) is just wonderfully enjoyable, the town is unique, great restaurants, fun activities, the mercado and the many shops. In all, perhaps our best Airbnb experience in Mexico; Santiago is just a great host for all the preparations, the house is a luxury mansion decked out with every thoughtful detail, very elegant, the rooms are cozy and clean, food and drink simply superb.

The stay is amazing, actually the photos look beautiful and in person it is even much better. It's definitely a place you can enjoy with activities or just sitting down to listen to the river and feel the air. The service is very good! The people who are there are very friendly and cook very rich! They are also on the lookout for anything and help you in case you need it. Tremendous experience. Discovering a house like this when you arrive, it is impressive because it doesn't hurt anything: perfect location, climate, architecture and decor, go hand in hand with very friendly attention and many, many spots that make you enjoy new spaces practically every day. Pau's service and all the staff are extraordinary. The food is delicious and with local ingredients, like handmade tortillas, and the dough of the pizzas and the dough of the pizzas to make them in the stone oven. A magical place with the best views of nature. The service of all the staff is very good and very nice peace is always attentive and I help us make some very rich pizzas. Santiago is always attentive to everything and recommended heating the pool, which if it is worth it. A place where the whole family fits and you can have activities all day.

Santiago's house is AWESOME. It's much better than it looks in the photos and we had the best weekend possible. The property has huge terrain from which only the mountains, which surround the entire house. It has several viewpoints that are a gem and the house is decorated with exquisite taste. We were also very comfortable thanks to Pau and the service staff. We asked in advance to buy us vegetables, fruit and beers and when we arrived at the house everything was ready. They also cooked delicious food for us every day. Unbeatable, weekend with friends. The pool and jacuzzi are also a delight, the heating works perfectly and we soaked all day and all night! I really couldn't recommend it more, we'll definitely be back!! Thank you Santiago also for the excellent communication and for making our stay so comfortable and easy.

From the moment you arrive, you know your experience is going to be amazing. Geographically, the ranch couldn't have a better location. It's right in front of a hill, which makes the view magnificent. It has large green areas that are ideal for children to play or for taking a walk. The house has large interior spaces and has all the services and amenities. The service staff is very friendly. They supported us and accommodated everything we requested. Communication with Santiago and his mother was always very cordial. Both are very attentive and helped us with the purchase of food.

The house is great with an incredible view, with everything you need to feel at home (good beds, all the details). The service is perfect. They offer to do your shopping. The food is very tasty, and the kids loved the activity of making their own pizzas! A little paradise!!! And also Santiago and his mom are very attentive. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

I highly recommend it;) Our Malinalco weekend was amazing. Santiago was flexible with schedules and provided great follow-up from the day I contacted him. The arrival at the house was easy with the directions that Santiago sent us. They were waiting for us and they were all very friendly. We took advantage of the cooking service and they bought all the ingredients for us (the food was very good!)! We also made pizzas together and it was a great activity! The house is perfect and ideal for a trip of 15 people traveling from Mexico City (about a 2-hour trip). Malinalco: It's very nice and we visited the ruins! A great afternoon! House: The house is amazing, even better than the photos! Clean rooms, space for everyone, a very nice Jacuzzi and pool, areas with umbrellas, lots of grass, an incredible soccer field (and we played Frisbee), a more relaxed area with snooker/TV, and two very nice dogs. Nature: The house is in the middle of the mountains and inside the space there is a forest! What a quiet! Service: Perfect! Very friendly everyone in the house and available for everything!
