Our stay was very good. From the time of booking and arrival, they were very attentive to us. Christopher took care of every question we had, solved everything very quickly, and we felt comfortable in the house. I recommend this place!

If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and spend quality time with your family, this is a great place to get away from the big city. It’s perfect for a peaceful getaway, family gathering, or simply a place to unwind and enjoy some time together. The location has everything you need nearby. There’s a pharmacy just about half a block away, and a supermarket is only about 2 kilometers away, so getting groceries and other necessities is very convenient. My girlfriend, her family, and I had a great time. The house has three rooms with AC and two rooms without AC. Fortunately, some of our family members didn’t mind the rooms without AC. The pool is also a great feature. It’s large enough for children to play and have fun, while still being enjoyable for the whole family. The host and everyone involved were really great and helpful. we had an excellent experience. This was definitely a 10/10 for us, and I would absolutely recommend this location

My second stay at Clifford's house. It is now one of my favorite beach spots. The house is close to Oational Beach and a few minutes from beaches like El Coco, Escameca and many others. I hope to return soon.

We went as a family and enjoyed the whole time because it's a very relaxing area. You can walk to the two beaches that are just a short distance away, enjoy the pool, relax in the hammocks, or simply walk to meet the monkeys. If you like cooking, you have everything you need. Otherwise, you can go to the restaurant that's half a block away and eat some delicious fried fish. Anyway, it was a very pleasant stay. We observed birds, crabs, etc. We recommend it, and we will definitely go back.

Everything was excellent, easy to get to, and a short distance from the new race/track. Dorys was very kind and helpful. It's a great place to unplug and spend some quality time by the sea or the pool.

Very nice experience, very beautiful place, super quiet, in total harmony with nature. We saw giant turtles laying eggs, and there were monkeys, squirrels, horses, and cows. It was very beautiful. Doris's service was very good; she was very friendly and super helpful. My only comment would be regarding the kitchen utensils, which could be improved a bit.

Cliff’s place is wonderful, located very close to Ostional Beach. It’s perfect whether you’re traveling alone or with your family, and you’ll have the entire house to yourself, which makes it even more comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and with the new road, getting around is much easier. You can reach several beautiful beaches nearby, playa Remanso is less than 20 minutes away, and Playa El Coco is only about 7 minutes from the house.

A very good place to relax. There is a natural tranquility combined with nature. The house is very much in line with its price. The cleaning staff come to clean the pool frequently. The beach is less than a minute away, and the restaurants are very good. It's easier to get here from the San Juan del Sur side, taking the new road. Waze takes you along a dirt road, which, although it's closer, is mostly rocks. highly recommended!

A pure gem! Doris and Cliff are very responsive and caring. I miss this place already! Very clean, quiet. Perfect to take some time off and relax in the pool. During the week I suggest to cook for yourself. There is a grill to cook fish that you bought directly from the local fishermen. I recommend a 100% this place

Cliff was a very responsive host, the house was super clean and pretty. Loved how close was to the beach (walking distance). It was worth every minute and the price. We had lot of fun as a family and would love to come back.

We had an excellent stay with two kids (aged 4 & 6) at Cliff's place. The place is very close (100m) to the beach down a small pathway. The pool is small (5m by 2m) which was perfect for young kids to play around in or for a quick dip to cool off. The place was very clean and someone came to skim the pool daily. The wifi was excellent. The place is hot at night but there are many fans. Cliff was very prompt at communication and helpful. There is a good beachfront restaurant 300m away (Juanita's Kitchen). FYI, there are a number of detours in effect on roads in the region, for construction of a large highway, so Google Maps is not accurate about the route to get there (no construction noise at the property). Highly recommend Cliff's place!

My family and I had a beautiful experience, the stay was cozy, the house met our expectations, very well equipped, just as shown. The beach and nature in the area is beautiful, very safe and private. Mrs. Doris was always friendly and available for any eventuality. Cliff was always very attentive and informed us of the details of the area and logistics.

We had a great 3-night stay with our family of 8! The house had plenty of space, and while only 3 of the 5 rooms had AC, the fans kept us comfortable. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. The host was super helpful and friendly, always quick to reply to any questions we had. Great spot for a family trip!

We felt right at home! The beach is 20 seconds from the house, where you can walk, visit restaurants in the area, take photos and even fish with a rod near the house. I'm from Costa Rica, I visited Cliff's house in Monte Tabor, and it really suits large group vacations, where enough space is required. In addition, very satisfied with the attention to receive us, during the stay and to say goodbye. Pura Vida!

Everything as described, Cliff is a super host, and his collaborators, like Enry, are very welcoming. We had a problem with the refrigerator and it was immediately replaced with another refrigerator, we can only be satisfied with everything. 5 stars deserved

Our stay in Nicaragua, especially in this home and neighborhood, was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, Cliff and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was spacious, comfortable, and felt very safe. A Hidden Gem in Playa Majagual – Even Better Than the Pictures! We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Playa Majagual! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (less than 100 meters) to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Nicaragua. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the beach is stunning, with soft sand, crystal-clear water, and a completely private, serene atmosphere. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a great place to relax and take in the tropical surroundings, and the overall layout makes it easy to unwind. The home is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect balance between comfort and nature. Getting there was surprisingly easy—we drove in a sedan and had no issues at all. The house is in a great spot, not only for enjoying Playa Majagual but also for exploring nearby beaches and San Juan del Sur, which is just a short drive away.

We had a very good stay at this house. The property was fitting for what we needed, it was spacious, clean, and the pool was a huge bonus, especially after a day of exploring the city and with the (extremely) warm weather. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and most importantly, we felt completely safe during our entire stay. There were some local shops and restaurants nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. Logistics were pretty easy, we actually did a combo rental, staying at a beach house first and then coming to this city house. It was a great deal for the price, and coordinating both stays with the same host made everything super easy. Would recommend 👍
