The house is very nice and in a great location. Nayely was always attentive. Nothing was missing; she had everything planned.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Nayeli was very attentive and gave us recommendations on activities and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent, two blocks from the Santo Domingo temple. We will gladly return.

Not only was the house great, Nayely, the host, was amazing. She gave us great recommendations, was so kind, and was extremely responsive. We got locked out once and she arrived within minutes to open the door for us. Also the location of the home is phenomenal. Thank you for everything Nayely!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca in such a beautiful residence. The bedrooms are centered around the sculpture filled courtyard exactly like the photos. It's in a perfect location just a couple of blocks from the plaza and is walkable to all the art galleries and restaurants. But the most important feature is the host, Nayley, who is amazing. She maintains a high level of communication throughout our stay. She arranged for a ride from the airport, set up a series of private tours, and provided personal recommendations for restaurants and shops. The combination of the beautiful residence and Nayley's personal touch should make this residence a "must stay here" part of your Oaxaca experience.

This place is beautiful! We love how peaceful it feels. The rooms are surprisingly VERY quiet for being so close to bars and restaurants. The house is so good for groups. We love the common spaces. They’re very comfortable to hang out in after a day of exploring. Nayely is a great, kind hostess! She was very attentive.

Nayely’s home was an incredible haven during my family trip to Oaxaca, and we can’t wait to go back again. The home was beautifully designed and spacious and centrally located in the city, nearby many amazing restaurants, mezcalerias, museums, and other cultural highlights. We were lucky enough to be in Oaxaca for the Guelegetza festival in July , and the city was vibrant and colorful with parades and many festivities. Nayely was a knowledgeable and response host, and I highly recommend this home.

Best location you could possibly find! Very easy to walk next door to michelin star restaurants, boutique shopping and spa/salon. Loved that each room had its own bathroom, so each family member had their own accommodations (no need to share). Host was responsive and helpful. AC worked great. If I had to think of one opportunity area, it would be that some of the cups weren't all the way clean upon arrival and if you leave any food out (ie: bag of chips), it might attract small ants, but that could of been bc of the hot season we stayed in this listing. Overall, it was a great decision to book this Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our group of 8, with four comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The shared spaces—kitchen, dining room, and living area—were ideal for gathering and relaxing together. Best of all, the location couldn't be better. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and all the charm of Oaxaca’s historic center. We’d love to return!

The house was great and located right in the middle of the city, within easy walking distance of all of the sights and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and clean and the rooms were spacious. You could comfortably fit 4-5 couples. Nayely was super responsive and helped us organize a tour of a mezcal palenque outside of town. Muchas gracias!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Oaxaca was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 9, and the home was the perfect fit for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it incredibly convenient and private for everyone. The spacious living area was ideal for family meals, and we loved unwinding there after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better — it’s in the heart of Oaxaca's historic center, so we were able to walk everywhere. From charming shops to incredible dining spots, lively bars, and even an urgent care center, everything we needed was just steps away from the house. A special thank you to Nayely, who was such a gracious host. She was always quick to respond to our questions, and her flexibility made the entire experience even more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. We’re not sure when our next trip to Oaxaca will be, but without a doubt, we’ll be returning to this wonderful home. I can’t recommend this place enough. The location was great, close to fun bars and main attractions in the city. The bedrooms were great, each with their own bathroom. The dining room, kitchen, and main living area were modern and perfect for gathering. Nayely was incredible. Very communicative, accommodating, and she even provided us with local recommendations to guide us on our visit. As others have mentioned, it’s close to a bar with live music, but we only felt it was loud during the week. If you plan to be out on the weekend, it’s not very bothersome.

Nayely was a great host and provided a great place for my visit with friends. Each room has its own bathroom which makes it great and efficient for a group. the open air design is great and the location is very walkable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our one night of home cooked dinner. would absolutely come again!

The house is spectacular!!! We loved the location because everything is a walkable distance and when you return to the house you can rest incredible in the rooms that are super spacious and with everything you need: comfortable beds, pillows of different types, super soft sheets, cellular connections next to the bed, wide closet and safe. The bathrooms are very complete with enough towels, hair dryer, hooks for hanging towels, in short! Every detail is very well thought out in that house. The TV room is perfect, with super comfortable armchairs and TV according to the size of the space! The kitchen has everything you need and the two outdoor rooms on the patio were great idea for the morning coffee!! We would definitely go back!! Thank you very much for everything

I was with elderly people so the location turned out to be great since everything was close and they didn't have to walk much. The house is very comfortable , at the last minute I asked Nayely for cleaning the house and she got it very quickly, Nayely is an excellent host, kind and always attentive. It's a great place to stay, if you're looking to stay in the center of everything.

Fantastic time and loved this house. We stayed as a group of 6 adults for the week of Día de Muertos. The location is perfect with tons of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere for the full week aside from a few airbnb excursions. The house is great for a big group. We appreciated the privacy of the rooms, separate bathrooms and air conditioners. We also loved the outdoor living room which is open air with a high covered ceiling, this is the room with the massage table in the photos but they’ve moved the sofa, seats and chaise lounge to that area. There is plenty of gathering space with a seating area by water feature, big indoor dining area and indoor living room with TV and Netflix. There was a nightclub next door which played music Thursday-Sunday nights starting around 10pm. It did not bother us for sleeping as it was pretty muffled by the thick walls in the rooms. It was noticeable but we didn’t need earplugs. There was no noise Mon-Wed nights.

Beautiful interior, great location. Since it is in a great location there are some bars nearby that play music, I slept right thru the noise as it didn’t bother me or our group. The place has 5 bedrooms, it was perfect for our group which had 3 couples and 2 singles. There are 3 larger bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms, so keep that in mind when picking out your rooms. Living area was awesome, equipped with large TV and large dining table. Plenty of of space!

Beautiful location that was safe, accessible and accommodating. There was plenty of space, the layout was great, and Nayely's communication was top notch. Would recommend for parties of friends or couples with ease. Only critique was the gorgeous reflecting pond which did support the artistic aesthetic, but definitely contributed to the mosquitos in the area.

Nayely's little house is a great option for staying in Oaxaca, and she's a great host. It is located very close to the Church of Santo Domingo, and you can do everything on foot. It is comfortable, it has it very well decorated and we were very happy. The only drawback is that the adjoining property is a bar, and some noise can be heard at night.

It is a house that is enjoyed, its areas, art and location. The recommendations that Nayely made about activities and restaurants were very helpful, we enjoyed each of his suggestions. Many congratulations, great property!

This is a great house in a great location. It is very urban which is fantastic for cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s within walking distance of so many downtown sites. There is a great bar next door with live music, lucky for us both nights had fantastic bands and we got to enjoy the music! Great spot! Great house!

A Wonderful experience! The home felt like a mini hotel with each bedroom and private baths, each with their own entrance. The common spaces were ample and uniquely different. There is some live music every night from about 10-1AM but if you are in your room sound is minimal . If you are in the beautiful courtyards the music is a welcome addition if you are a music lover and even dancing is an opportunity!

Casa Magdalenas is a beautiful home. It has an excellent location in the center and ample space to comfortably host my whole family. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning system and in the same way everything you need in the house for our stay. In addition to the cozy home, Nayely was an amazing host. She was always attentive to messages and our needs. She was very friendly and helped us organize private tours, transportation, and even shared many restaurant/cafes/bars recommendations and activities in the city. The only thing I should mention is the noise of the bar located right next to the house. Many times it is live music, at night and can be a bit loud. It didn't affect us much, but if they aren't able to sleep with a lot of noise, I would recommend considering other quieter places. Despite this, everyone in my family loved the house and our stay. Thank you so much for everything Nayely!

Staying at Casa Magdalenas was a pleasant experience. In the house I was able to admire the details of the design and relax in its art and harmony. I was also able to enjoy the actual movement of the city of Oaxaca by its central location. At night there is a little noise, however it is tolerable and the host was aware of what I might need. The stay at Nayeli's place was great. The house is large and spacious, decorated with pampering and with a lot of attention to detail. The house is very central and you can walk to all nearby points of interest. We stayed a few days but we really enjoyed the visit. Nayeli helped us with everything and was always on the lookout for us. If we return to Oaxaca, we will not hesitate to repeat it.

Nayely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were there at a very busy time (over Christmas) and she helped us with anything we needed as well as stopping by with a few surprises (local bread, wine for Christmas, etc). We got great recommendations from her and she was very helpful with our different check out times and other requests. We had 2 dinners at home, which Nayely helped coordinate to perfection. The house is gorgeous, she has put a lot of love and effort into it. The location is perfect and even though there is music near by that starts late at night (and might keep you up a bit), you cannot beat the location and accommodations of this house. I cannot say enough great things about her and her house. It is a must stay if you are a big group and prefer being together than in separate hotels/rooms!

The place was very centric, walkable to the Santo Domingo Church, Etnobotanic Garden, Zócalo and Mercados.

Visited with 10 adults and everyone was happy :-) Nayely was very responsive and helpful with early check in and late check out. Would definitely recommend this home The only issue we encountered was the late night music from a place next door, thankfully there were earplugs and the music stopped at midnight.

The place was unique, modern, rustic, and cozy. Great location, and able to walk to the Zocalo and festivities. We loved the details on the decorations all over the house. It is spotless and convenient with everything you need—excellent communication with Nayely, the host, who quickly responded to all my questions. I will highly recommend it and will definitely rent it again.

I can’t say enough about Nayely and her amazing home! We enjoyed our stay from start to finish, and Nayely truly bent over backwards to make our magical time in Oaxaca more perfect. The house is ideally located - walking distance to wonderful restaurants and cafes, markets, sites, and shops. We only used taxis to and from the airport, and Nayely very kindly helped secure a van for our large multi-age family. When I reached out in desperation trying to order tacos to be delivered for hungry arriving family members, Nayely was also there to help. We are so grateful!!! I need to make sure to comment on the beauty of the house, decor, and surroundings. Gorgeous!!! Lovely comfortable bedrooms, tasteful public spaces, and lovely courtyards. Great place, super close to Santo Domingo and everything around

This is an exquisite property designed by our wonderful host, in a modern, clean, minimalist style. It boasts a whopping 6 bedrooms (if I counted correctly, I may have lost track), making it ideal for a larger group or family or for folks who want privacy and their own space. It's ideally located, within easy walking distance to the entire center of Oaxaca, but is just two blocks away from a main thoroughfare, lending quiet and calm to the place. Every room has A/C. Nayely was incredibly responsive; AirBNB's mistranslation did result in one minor misunderstanding, but this is really my own fault for not speaking the native tongue of the country I was visiting. (Of note, we did arrange our own taxi from the airport which was more economical.) Ideal property, would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful space in an excellent location. Close to all sights and top restaurants, but removed by enough to not have too many crowds. Many small cafes and coffee shops nearby for breakfast. While the unit sleeps ten, I would say that is divided into three large double rooms with spacious bathrooms and two much smaller double rooms with smaller baths. Would work well for families with children but not so well for five adult couples. Host did an excellent job of providing restaurant selections, tour guides (for both city and surroundings), transportation to and from airport and a photographer for a special family event. Was very responsive with helpful and timely advice. Nayely truly is a super host.

This place is fantastic! The location is perfect in the heart of the city. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious with so much natural light. We were able to check- in early and Nayely even allowed us to stay 2 nights instead of the typical 3 night minimum. Stay here if you have the chance!

My words fall short on my stay at this AirBnb. We booked this place 30mins before checking in the hotel we had booked was a disgrace. We found this place last minute even then when we arrived, the host and her family made sure we got the house in perfect condition. They welcomed us as family! We were 6 adults and children. And every one of us thought this was possibly the best place we have stayed in. It is in centre of Oaxaca but the minute you close the main door, you are in a little piece of heaven. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The location super central and we didnt need to take any taxis as we were able to walk everywhere. The host was super responsive and even arranged our transportation to the airport. It will be difficult to forget this house or the host. We will be back for sure!

Our group of couples (8 adults) had a wonderful time at Nayelys beautiful modern stylish art house. The location was perfect, walking distance to all city (centro) attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and everything! We felt safe in the home. Nayely was always responsive to our questions and had wonderful suggestions. We had not booked a driver for tours and Nayely immediately connected us to a secure friendly tour driver that took us to far attractions, and wherever we wanted for two days. We had a slight issue with the a/c and Nayely immediately sent over a repair person and the problem was handled. We highly recommend this home rental!

Great location and close to everything — perfect for groups and/or families with kids. PS — Lots of reviews mentioned low water pressure, but I think they have updated the showers to resolve this.

This is a gem of a property! Incredibly beautiful and comfortable and perfectly located. The host is terrifically responsive to questions. It was the perfect place for my husband and me to spend quality time with our three grown children and their partners. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Nayely was great at communicating, helping and solving issues and she was just overall very nice. The location couldn’t be better, the house is nice, although a bit expensive for what you get (the bathroom would keep on getting clogged for example). However, the kind and problem solving disposition of Nayely made up for it. She fixed all issues as soon as possible. She is a great host and would recommend the house because of it.

Great location- in Center but in the courtyard it was very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. We spent evenings sitting in the courtyard. One note - 2 bedrooms only have skylights but one can leave the doors open to the courtyard

We were so incredibly excited to book her stunning home for our brother's wedding but the wedding was canceled few weeks before due to a extreme family emergency and she worked with us to reschedule for the new wedding date. .
