Everything was fantastic with Leticia, the house, and with Carmen, who was very kind and always willing to help.

The house is very cozy, with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Leticia was always attentive to what we might need.

We really loved the house, it is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and has very spacious areas. We're definitely going back. The host is really splendid.

We really enjoyed our stay! After inclement weather during our stay in the mountains and the rainforest, we so enjoyed, relaxing in the sun, enjoying the beach club, and riding horses at Hacienda Pinilla. I loved the way the unit was laid out and the backyard was awesome. Leticia even left fresh fruit for us on the counter which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you have the time during your stay, and it’s during turtle nesting season, don’t miss the opportunity to book a tour to see the sea turtles. Also, if you enjoy riding, the stables on the property were awesome. Leticia was very responsive!

We had a lovely stay. The house was extremely clean and stocked with the essentials, and the layout worked well for two families. The outdoor shower and small pool were very nice for the kids to have. Leticia and her housekeeper, Carmen, couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, or flexible, going out of their way to assist with our questions regarding golf carts, grocery pre-stocking, bringing dinner guests over, check in/out, etc.

No better way to say how much we enjoy this place than revealed preferences: this is our third time staying there, and we will be back soon. We love the house and the location (see my other reviews for details about what we love). Leticia is super nice and easy to work with. Carmen (the housekeeper) does everything she can to make our stay amazing.

Had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and well-decorated, loved the outdoor showers in each bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Even the housekeeper, who came twice during our stay, was wonderful and even brought us home-cooked food one evening. Leticia was very helpful with providing local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

Leticia was super accommodating and quick to respond to questions, couldn't ask for a better host! The house is located in the best community of Hacienda Pinilla and is as pictured. It perfectly fit our 2 families, the pool is a little small but so great if you have little ones.

We had an amazing time at hacienda pinilla. The house smelled so good when we walked in and fresh fruit was displayed on the counter. Lots of fresh towels and very clean house. Thank you for having us!

We love Leticia’s place. It fits our multi-generational family of 9 easily. This is our second stay and we have already booked it for the easter break. The house is great, very comfortable, and very clean. Leticia is super nice and answers questions super fast (for instance the propane tank ran out just when we started cooking and she helped us find the spare one stored in the hidden pool house right away). Carmen (the cleaning lady) goes above and beyond to make one’s stay as relaxing as possible. Location in hacienda pinilla and close to playa avellanas is perfect.

Leticia’s home was spotless and exactly as described. We were delighted to find fresh fruit upon arrival, and Leticia was helpful in advising us on how best to stock the kitchen for our stay. She was proactive and friendly, especially in helping us communicate with the gate to the private community (so airport transfers could come and go smoothly).
