The Space
The Pacifico House features a unique design and typical Costa Rican decoration, thoughtfully crafted to provide an unforgettable experience. Guests can enjoy extraordinary views of the garden and pool, perfectly integrated with the style of Hacienda Pinilla. The house is designed to make guests feel at home from the start, making it ideal for relaxation and holiday enjoyment.
Casa Pacific is located in Hacienda Pinilla, a private area spanning 4,500 acres of historic farmland, featuring three of the best beaches in Costa Rica: Little Hawaii, Mansita, and Langosta. The unspoiled natural landscape enhances the experience, complemented by an excellent golf course, mountain bike trails, tennis and pickleball courts, and surf spots just minutes from the house.
All rooms and areas of the house are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. The house is designed with excellent lighting and natural ventilation throughout the year, maximizing the beauty of the surrounding nature.
The Pacifico House includes:
- Four bedrooms
- Three bathrooms
- Ample indoor and outdoor living areas
- A swimming pool, all on a single floor
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a barbecue on the balcony for outdoor leisure moments. For those who prefer dining out, numerous restaurant options are available in Avellanas, Tamarindo, or at the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities, including:

- Tennis and pickleball
Access to the three beaches within Hacienda—Little Hawaii, Mansita, and Langosta—is also available. Wildlife enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to see monkeys, deer, tropical birds, and other wildlife, as the property is adjacent to Las Baulas Marine National Park.
To access the Beach Club, there is a fee of $35 per person, while children under 10 years old can enter free of charge. Inside the condominium, there is a small gym available for residents and guests, with the key provided in the house.

Depending on the length of stay, a cleaning service is included every two days.

Realmente nos encantó la casa, es muy cómoda, decorada con muy buen gusto y tiene espacios muy amplios. Definitivamente vamos a volver. La anfitriona es realmente espléndida.

We really enjoyed our stay! After inclement weather during our stay in the mountains and the rainforest, we so enjoyed, relaxing in the sun, enjoying the beach club, and riding horses at Hacienda Pinilla. I loved the way the unit was laid out and the backyard was awesome. Leticia even left fresh fruit for us on the counter which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you have the time during your stay, and it’s during turtle nesting season, don’t miss the opportunity to book a tour to see the sea turtles. Also, if you enjoy riding, the stables on the property were awesome. Leticia was very responsive!

We had a lovely stay. The house was extremely clean and stocked with the essentials, and the layout worked well for two families. The outdoor shower and small pool were very nice for the kids to have. Leticia and her housekeeper, Carmen, couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, or flexible, going out of their way to assist with our questions regarding golf carts, grocery pre-stocking, bringing dinner guests over, check in/out, etc.

No better way to say how much we enjoy this place than revealed preferences: this is our third time staying there, and we will be back soon. We love the house and the location (see my other reviews for details about what we love). Leticia is super nice and easy to work with. Carmen (the housekeeper) does everything she can to make our stay amazing.

Had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and well-decorated, loved the outdoor showers in each bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Even the housekeeper, who came twice during our stay, was wonderful and even brought us home-cooked food one evening. Leticia was very helpful with providing local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.
