Patrick’s place is great! Spotless clean which makes you feel right at home. With in walking distance to great restaurants and the malecón. Patrick & and Trevor have very good communication with the guests. I 100 percent recommend it

Our recent stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely wonderful! The unit was beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our group of two families. The location couldn't have been better—centrally located with easy access to restaurants, the beach, shopping, and everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality. Patrick and the entire team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Patrick and the team, for making our vacation so memorable!

This place was awesome and its location was a plus! Everyone there was super friendly and respectful…there’s a huge variety of food around this location, I think I had churros almost every night, since the guy sets up right on the corner!! There’s pharmacies right behind the building… the beach is like a 7 minute walk or so not a big deal when your enjoying the views and it was like my mini workout for the day from all the amazing food I consumed while in PV…this place is awesome and I would gladly come back and stay again with my family of 5, my littles really enjoyed the RT pool and jacuzzi… and I enjoyed the bar which is open from 1pm-6pm everyday. Patrick and his team are amazing quick to respond. Thanks for having us ☺️

The Airbnb was such a lovely place to stay! Everything was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. My favorite part was that there were two bathrooms, which was so convenient for our group. The view was amazing, and everything was so close by. We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and it was only about a 10–15 minute walk to the clubs and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Omar at the front desk was AMAZING! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find taxis whenever we needed them, and he made our stay so much easier. Thank you, Omar, for your excellent service!

Everything was excellent! From the easy check in process, the friendliness of the staff, to the pristine conditions of everything in the unit and building. Easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Location is great too, close to many restaurants and nightlife.

The place was like new, tidy, clean, the design and location were beautiful, the pool is very large with a spectacular view and includes a bar. Very quick communication and very friendly

First of all, the place is a gem, super in every way. Just one observation regarding the washing machines: they need service, but the truth is that both the reception staff and Omar, who provided us with the proper service the entire time, are wonderful. Thank you so much for your attention. We would come back again without a second thought. I asked my partner to marry me, and Omar was very supportive so that everything flowed in the best way.

This was such a wonderful stay and we are definitely coming back here when we come to Puerto Vallarta. The unit is so clean and so centrally located and I love that the way the place is decorated. I was also very impressed by the views from the big balcony and thy rooftop pool and hot tub are a big plus! Very wonderful deal, thank you for this stay!

Amazing place to stay. The surrounding areas aren’t perfect, but the place, space and pool were amazing. Walked to the beach a few times and great restaurants near by. The doorman was amazing and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay here. The property is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and always brought great energy, making us feel welcome from day one. We loved the balcony, and the rooftop pool offers beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta. Overall, it was the perfect place to experience the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This location is absolute perfection. Close enough to walk to everything and far enough to be a quiet oasis. The condo is gorgeous with a roof top pool area that is unmatched. The bedrooms both were comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen has a large dining room table to play games and relax, the balcony overlooks the church and is a comfy oasis. Front desk staff is truly a gem to this diamond of a location. We had two slight maintenance issues (not unusual for any condo anywhere) that were resolved within 10 minutes of our ask. One of my favorite stays!! host was super friendly and very quick to respond. we booked this trip very last minute(the night before we left to vallarta) and the host was quick to respond and accommodate everything. We were greeted with complimentary drinks upon arrival which was very nice and yummy! amazing views, everything was walking distance, very quiet and peaceful. would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would definitely be back!! 😊

This was exactly what we were looking for. We were a group of six people celebrating a birthday. The front room has a king bed and connected to that room is a separate space with two bunk beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a huge shower. The living room has a very cozy sofa bed which we used as a huge couch. The balcony has a day bed and some seating. This was ample space for six people. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, wished we would have spent more time there. The kitchen was adequate and had everything we needed to cook. The oven had a learning curve where you had to light the oven manually but worked fine once we figured that out. Another plus is the entry and front desk area. Omar was so helpful and friendly during the whole trip. Any questions we had were answered within minutes and provided everything we needed for the stay. There is always someone at the front desk so it felt very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place!

Possibly the best rooftop in Zona - we had a fabulous time and the apt layout was perfect for us. The staff was so friendly and helpful - Omar really took care of us. I’d recommend to friends and would stay again.

Beautifully decorated and furnished high-end condo in a new building that provides a relaxing environment while in PV. We loved the separation of bedrooms and bathrooms so privacy wasn’t an issue when we needed it. The hosts and property manager were always helpful and available to provide assistance or information.

Omar and staff were unbelievable, anything we needed.They were on it like a heartbeat.The place was quiet when you shut your doors from the sounds.And music from outside but loved the views of the ocean and the churches surrounding us and the madre mountains we will be back

Superb trip. Spent five days and it was a sanctuary. Love the rooftop, walkability to beach, lively neighbourhood and didn’t mention the rooftop ;-). The home was excellent. There was an odd sewage smell coming day 2 but came from a building drain. Amenities, linens, bedding rocked. Omar and the front desk staff were super nice and amazing.

Had a fantastic time in Puerto Vallarta and loved the place. It was so close to all of the nightlife and restaurants. The rooftop pool had fantastic view. Also, the host Oscar was great. He was very helpful and friendly. 5-Stars!

We couldn't recommend this place more. The stay was incredible and worked well with two families traveling with young children. They never wanted to leave! We are looking forward to coming back. Also, Omar and Dani, the concierge were so friendly and super helpful.

We had a great stay . Only one negative the pool was cold , not ideal. We asked the maintenance workers and they said there was no heating for the pool. The hot tub jets weren’t working and it wasn’t hot. But the hot tub temperature was warmer than the pool. great design of the condo beautiful finishing of the walls smart layout plan!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN A GREAT LOCATION! Very spacious and beautiful place. Great views from our balcony and roof top. Omar was very helpful and always there for any questions we had. He was there to welcome us and to help us load our bags when it was time to leave! I definitely recommend this place. Will be back soon!
