Veronica’s Airbnb is a dream. Located right in front of Playa Marlin. I loved waking up to the sunrise and sound of waves every morning. Veronica was a great host and very attentive to every question I had. 10/10 would stay again.

The location of this property can't be beat. It is right on a beach, and there is a shopping mall with a large grocery store across the street. Communication with Veronica was super efficient, and she always got back to us right away.

This was an absolutely amazing stay! Right on the beach and convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would def stay here again!

Unfortunately, we had our first bad experience with Airbnb with this last reservation. When we arrived at the apartment, we realized that of the two beds, only one sheets had only one sheets and no comforter, and the other bed had a plastic liner and a cloth liner on top of the bed. When you wanted to take a bath, hot water didn't come out and we had to go buy batteries for the passing heater to make it work. The listing says it has a lockbox that's not true. When we wanted to relax for a while to watch TV, we also realized that it didn't serve the TV, wanting to cook something, we realized that the pans they have are of the worst possible quality, since the Teflon came off when it warmed up. Being this, we talked to the host to discuss, and instead of remedying things, he offered us $10 per day of stay in return, but only so that we did not write a bad review on the platform. I told her that we were not interested in the money. We just want to have the services as we hired them, and if I wasn't going to resolve the minimum thing as a host, I would instead compensate the client with a night's stay in exchange for the bad experience we have. Conclusion they brought us a single duvet for a bed itself that was old and broken, and that was it. We never had TV the 6 days stay and we were never resolved the other topics on the contrary ended up sending a message raising falsehoods that we even had to block their number and had to complain on the phone with customer service on AirBnB. This apartment is not recommended for anything. The only good thing about the apartment was its location in front of the beach.

PARA TODOS QUE LEEN, POR FAVOR OJO CON ESTE HUESPED: EL PERFIL ES A NOMBRE DE “AYDE” PERO EN REALIDAD A USARLO ES SU ESPOSO CESAR QUE A PARTE DEL CHAT USA TAMBIEN EL CELULAR DE AYDE PARA QUEJARSE Y RECLAMAR SOBRE CADA DETALLITO QUE SE LE PODRìA OCURRIR: EL FUE QUE CON UNA FORMA MUY DESAGRADABLE Y MOLESTA NOS HIZO LA VIDA DICIL DESDE EL MOMENTO QUE LLEGO’ HASTA EL FINAL. Para entrar en detalles: somos anfitriones que al minimo problema estamos listos y dispuestos para resolver cualquier problema o imprevisto de la forma mas rapida y eficiente posible. En este caso hubo un problema con la television: se arreglò previamente a la llegada de Cesar y Ayde pero desafortunadamente sin que lo sabìamos el tecnico no la habia dejado bien y volviò a fallar cuando llegaron los huespedes. El dia siguiente fuimos de persona a la villa para disculparnos del incidente y para llevarnos otra vez la TV para que el tecnico la volviera a arreglar. Sin contar el hecho que llegaron horas despues de la hora que habiamos establecido, entramos a la villa con el permiso de ellos y vimos que dejaron aire acondicionado aprendido y luces aprendidas en pleno dia, cuando esta expresamente indicado de apagar los servicios en caso uno se salga de la propriedad. Totalmente ignorando las reglas de la casa y faltando el respecto. Sin embargo no les hicimos ningun comentario al respecto de esto. En respuesta a nuestras disculpas y perder una tarde para subir a la villa aprovecharon la situacion para pedirnos un edredòn y varias toallas extra, que les dimos sin ningun costo y sin dudar un segundo. Cuando el tecnico nos dijo que necesitaba mas dias para arreglar la TV (y no iba a estar lista a tiempo antes de su checkout) avisamos imediatamente a los huespedes proponiendoles de nuestra iniciativa una compensaciòn de 100 usd por la molestia. En lugar de aceptar, el señor Cesar me pidiò mas dinero aùn en cambio para no ponerme ningun comentario con forma para nada honesta, quejandose en la misma ocasion que el edredon extra que se le dio no es exactamente el mismo en la foto, y que los trastes no son lindos como los que tiene en su casa. El dia de su checkout salieron mas de una hora DESPUES del check out indicado en la plataforma. Cuando la señora de la limpieza les tocò la puerta le hablaron de forma maleducada diciendole que se esperara hasta que se salieran una hora despues, como si fueran ellos los dueños de nuestra propriedad. Una experiencia nefasta y sumamente desagradable con estos huespedes, sin ningun agradeciemiento por los esfuerzos que hicimos para quedar bien con ellos. Y en respuesta a la ignorancia y la maldad de las calumnias del señor César: - ellos pagaron un precio para 2 pax, entonces por esto una cama tendida en lugar de dos (que es precio para 3/4 pax) - el plástico está tendido sobre el colchón, se puede sanitizar y es por IGIENE (ya que estamos en contingencia!) - tomaron solos la decisión de comprar las pilas para el boiler sin decirnos nada, les comentamos que no era necesario que era obligación nuestra y les ofrecimos reembolso...nunca aceptaron - los trastes no son exactamente nuevos pero no tienen ningún teflón despegandose y sirven: desde que empezamos hace dos años ningún huésped jamás se ha quejado que los trastes no sirven. En fin: ABSOLUTAMENTE NO RECOMENDADOS!!!

The location is excellent, you have oxxo, supermarket, taxis, taxis, bus stop and restaurants very close by, everything is on foot. The wonderful view is right from the sea. The house has everything you need and has 24/7 security. Veronica's attention is the best. I would amply recommend it.

Excellent location and view. The villa has everything you need, kitchen with fridge and stove, spacious bathroom, comfortable and spacious bedroom. Best of all, the location, in the middle of the hotel zone. I recommend it 100/10!!!

The place was okay overall. The TV and AC were not working, which made it a bit uncomfortable, but Veronica was very communicative and helpful when I needed recommendations for places to visit/restaurants to eat.

Fun stay! The host would not allow me to have anyone inside the condo except for myself and my friend that I booked with. Met three people on the beach that wanted to play cards so i had the host talk to security but they told them not to allow it. Everything else was solid!

Perfect break, beautiful location on the beach with sea view and pool, quiet apartment complex as far as the neighborhood is concerned. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance , parking no problem, bus also at the doorstep and the best, Veronica & Luca as a host ! Super helpful and very good press. Contact. Anytime again !!

Veronica was the best, she recommend us what to do, help us to do some tours and it was amazing, she was so helpful since I book the place. I will 100% recommend this place, the view is amazing service, I will definitely come back and book this place.! Perfect location right on the beach! Relaxed apartment with the necessary amenities for a lovely vacation on the beach. Great WiFi, lots of space and quick responses from owners for all needs and questions. As others have mentioned, the hot water in the shower is quite tricky but no issues with it running out. Apartment is across the street from shopping center for all your needs and restaurants are walkable as well. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

If you are traveling to Cancun then this is the place for you. The hosts are absolutely amazing, accommodating and there to help you with any of your needs. My booking was last minute and late at night and the communication and the help with planning in the wee hours of the night was done with ease because Veronica made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Their place was perfect for my family needs. The description and pictures are accurate. The reviews are all true. The view from this place is spectacular and the location is centrally located so you can walk, catch a bus or taxi which they are outside of the complex. There is a mall directly across from the complex. There are always cons to everything and when I say they are so minor that they aren’t worth mentioning because all of the pros outweigh them. You cannot go wrong with this place and I will definitely stay again
