Excellent place, very nice to be on vacation I highly recommend it

The residence is very nice and pleasant, in a quiet area and you can rest comfortably. The service provided was very good and fast, the hosts were very attentive and in constant communication to clarify our doubts. My family and I enjoyed the days we were here and highly recommend it. Arrival is easy by following the instructions as they are, a few minutes from the airport and to go to the center of Vallarta no more than 30 minutes depending on traffic, but the journey is excellent.

We spent 6 days in the house , everything was excellent , very clean and tidy house, good location , the pool was excellent for relaxing , I had many amenities. If I visit Vallarta again, we will surely contact them again. I was very kind to explain and giving me options of food and places to visit , in general , excellent .

We were very comfortable as the description of the place, air conditioning was excellent since it was very hot and in all the rooms there are, you have all that you need for the stay, central, very friendly, the warm pool is very comfortable and large. I recommend it. We had an excellent vacations. Also very quiet, no noise.

The architect received us very kindly, the house was very clean, with all the services offered, the pool with the splash pool was excellent, on one side there is an area to rest, read a book or enjoy with the family, the location is good, there is public transportation a few blocks away and everything is easily accessible, you are not isolated in any way.

Excellent experience, very comfortable house, we really liked the privacy. It's the first time we've been to Vallarta and at first we thought it would be far away but it turns out it was the opposite, we were right in the middle of the places we went, so it was great. Mr. Eduardo gave us recommendations for places to eat and the truth is it was delicious, nice and with very good prices, that was also excellent. I recommend it 100%, we will definitely come back in the future.

¡Excellent host! The Arq Eduardo is a super friendly person since we confirmed the reservation. I call at least 5 minutes and I send the location by phone so as not to have problems on arrival, the coto is very quiet, it has 3 rooms and in general everything in the house works very well , I love the chair in the super comfortable room, the pool has good height and is very spacious, we carry pets and they were comfortable in the accommodation, we will definitely return, in truth the price is fair or even worth more than what is published, in the carport it fits 2 cars and has surveillance day and night, I love the attention, kindness and respect that our host showed at all times 🙂

Pleasant, we felt right at home. Safety and tranquility that allow you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, the common areas and pool are clean, the water is warm so it is suitable for families with small children. Definitely a good place.

It is a super nice and pleasant place. It is in a very good location, since it is close to everything but without getting into the city traffic. The pool is heated and the whole house has air conditioning!

This is my first time using the app and we were very happy. The architect Eduardo was always attentive from before we arrived because we were delayed in checking in, and he was always in touch throughout our stay. The house is totally comfortable and very well equipped, as are the kitchen and the bedrooms. There is a heated swimming pool a few meters away that is very nice. We traveled with pets and they were comfortable too. We will surely love to come back on our next trips.

Since we arrived at the accommodation I felt at home, it is a super located area, quiet and with all the amenities you may need. I'm definitely coming back

many things to highlight , Eduardo was always on the lookout, a very kind person, friendly , always available for any doubt , very attentive , the house is a little removed from the beach area however it is worth in every way to stay there, a very safe area, private, the house impeccable, clean in all aspects, something I think important to comment is that due to its location you have the possibility to also move to Sayulita Nayarit and take the opportunity to know , you also have some shopping centers nearby for the purchase of food , we really feel at home , my congratulations to Eduardo ! I definitely recommend this place, a super good location, the most beautiful house I have rented on Airbnb, interiors, exteriors, large windows, spacious, quiet, every detail is very well cared for, the pool is very nice and large, almost always empty for you and your family to use, the garden is beautiful too, in general it is worth every peso, you will not regret it.

The house is really nice, comfortable, and centrally located. It's close to several beaches and the residential complex is very quiet. We traveled with our little dog and there was plenty of room to walk with him. Architect Eduardo and Ms. Liz were super friendly, from the time of our booking to the time of our arrival and departure. They always answered our questions and even recommended several places to visit. We would definitely stay at the house again. Excellent experience.

Everything was amazing, except for the beach; the ones nearby are private. They're not that far away, considering the traffic, if we drove about 30–40 minutes to the public beaches. But for sightseeing, the bus terminals are very close, as are the supermarkets. The service provided by Eduardo the architect was flawless—an amazing host—and the house was beautiful and very comfortable.
