It is a VERY nice and complete property, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and a plus is the option they offer to get some basic things (beers, wine, snacks) at an additional but affordable cost When I had to go, they were repairing the main access road, which can be a nuisance when arriving by car

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, as the house has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, it also has spaces to socialize and recreation for all ages. The house was clean, tidy and also has general information on services. I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice cabin in the woods. It was probably one of the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. It was worth every penny. We felt very safe because it was gated. Although it was a bit far away from everything, our family really enjoyed being in this quiet and peaceful part of town. The dirt roads leading up to the house may be rough on your cars so drive carefully. This place was clean and beds were comfortable. House was stocked with everything you need. They even stocked the house with beer and wine but at an additional cost. They even provided some firewoods for the fireplace. You can ask for more firewood at additional cost. There was a house keeper that came half way through our stay to clean the house, which was a bonus. The only thing I wish she did differently was to give us new towels from the used ones she took away. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is quite comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a bit outside of the main downtown area so you’ll need to arrange for transportation or take a taxi which we were able to do quite easily.

Everything was excellent quality/design. The hosts are always attentive to their needs. Karina and Luis are very friendly and very helpful. The place is in a wooded area, very close to downtown. The quality of the furniture, mattresses, pillows is perfect. Thank you for everything

The house has everything you need and more to spend a comfortable vacation with family or friends. It has 3 double bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed that can be closed off to create another bedroom, and a loft with two more single beds. The living room, dining room, terraces, kitchen, etc. are super-equipped. You can use the outdoor grill, the fireplace and the TVs are smart TVs with Netflix, etc. There are also nice touches such as firewood, charcoal for the grill, a mini basic pantry and wines that can be purchased. Downtown San Cristobal is a 30-minute walk away. Very good experience overall.

Definitely book this Airbnb! We loved our stay in November and December 2021 and would not hesitate to return! Pros: - Amazing communication with the host! They answered quickly and went above and beyond to fill our requests (heaters, safes, a hand mixer)! - They keep a 5 gallon bottle of Water filled for you in the kitchen which is amazing to have! - WiFi is fast and reliable! - Kitchen is stocked with so many appliances - 3 different coffee makers, air fryer, electric vegetable steamer, microwave, 5-burner gas stovetop, hand mixer, blender. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill. - Lots of hot water in the kitchen. - Showers had good hot water but NOT if two people were in both of the two showers at the same time! - Multiple, beautiful outdoor seating areas that are so cute and sweet! - Two living rooms that are comfy and welcoming. - Nice, large closets in the bedrooms. - Lots of electrical outlets in the bedrooms. - Gated community. - Washing machine with close line for drying outside. - Spacious showers. - Beds were comfortable with lots of blankets. - Dining room table is huge! - They had a Christmas tree set-up, which was such a nice touch! - You can walk downtown - takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the main central area. - Area feels very safe. Lots of friendly people out walking with their dogs or biking. - Dedicated, private parking space next to the house. Cons: - The house is cold! It retains a lot of cold air. So that means the nights and mornings are really chilly. And during the day, the coolness remains inside even when it warms up outside. The space heaters they provided upon request did help! - The area, albeit not downtown and more remote, is slightly noisier than you would expect. The noise was mainly due to dogs barking, roosters crowing, fireworks, and construction. Some of these occurring late at night and early in the morning. - The drive to the house is steep and rocky and dusty. Make sure your car can handle it! We had a rental car that was a VW Jetta that handled it fine with slow, careful driving. - Only one ensuite bathroom (for the bedroom that also has a loft with two beds in the loft). All three bedrooms are upstairs. There is one hallway bathroom that two of the bedrooms share.

The house is wonderful and super luxurious. Forget the photos, you have to experience it. Maximum attention to every detail. Many amenities are at your disposal. Definitely the best place to stay in San Cristobal. Thank you, Arena and Luis, for your hospitality and for always being available.
