Everything is good. It doesn't include cleaning. The air conditioners cool well. The pool is very good.

Great place with excellent location.

It was an impromptu trip with my siblings, and it turned out to be fantastic; we felt right at home.

Best building to stay in. Grounds and gate keepers always attentive. Condo is on 6th floor and very windy in afternoons to be able to sit out on balcony. Excellent views. Place was as described.

A great stay… we were 3 adults - the space was good for us, the facilities & view were fantastic. Miriam and her team even came to our assistance late at night when a problem surfaced. Very happy with this booking - highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place!

Azul Condominiums was exactly what we had hoped for Miriam, our host, was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. All questions that I had were addressed clearly. The condo is beautiful, well maintained and close to various good restaurants. The view is exceptional. I was worried about the A/C because the condo was very warm when we arrived. Miriam put my mind at ease by providing clear instructions and the condo was extremely comfortable once the air kicked in. We will definitely consider renting this condo again.

I recommend this apartment, the location is very good and it is right on the beach and that is wonderful. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Everything we used worked perfectly.

This place was just as pictured super clean and in a fantastic location. It’s within walking distance to great coffee shops and delicious local restaurants. Miriam was incredibly accommodating. We really appreciated that she arranged a grocery pickup before our arrival, so we had everything we needed in the fridge on day one. It made settling in so much easier. This was our first time in Bucerías, and I’m so glad we chose this spot. Tucked away on a quiet residential street right on the beach, it felt peaceful and uncrowded much less busy than the areas near the big resorts. The beach out front was swimmable and usually only had a few locals, which we loved. The pool was also quiet and often empty. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit. It’s just so convenient and close to everything we needed.

This condo was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space was safe and clean. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in Bucerias, as there were great restaurants in walking distance and of course, it's right on the beach. The grocery stores were a quick Uber ride anytime we needed something although if you need something quick and easy, you could walk to the other stores. We looked at a lot of accomodations in the area before booking this beautiful condo and once we were in Bucerias, we looked at the other buildings we had considered and we have no doubt that we booked the best condo in town. Thank you to the hosts for clear check in instructions, be available for questions and very helpful for anything we needed. The security and maintenance teams are great. Just book this condo if you are considering it, you won't be disappointed.

We were sooooo happy with this condo. The location was amazing. The condo its self was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. Low key but very walkable!

We had a wonderful stay at Azul Condos. Lots of space, great amenities and the view was beautiful. Within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Quieter vibe around the pool and older crowd. We would love to stay again.

We love our time in Bucerias. It is so relaxing. The beaches are great! The restaurants are great! The unit is so nice and comfortable and the complex, pool and beach access are perfect. We will be back for sure!

Amazing place. Probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. great location, walkable to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Very nice condo place, Eduardo at the front was very helpful. I stayed there with my wife and 4 kids and it was perfect. Amazing views, great condo, easy to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and grocery. would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful condo. Spacious for 6 of us. Very friendly neighbors in the surrounding units. Only bummer was the construction noise Nextdoor. Would definitely recommend Azul condos!

Spacious condo with an amazing view of beach and ocean for miles. Ample balcony is perfect to sit and take in the gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a simple meal. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds. The location is great for walking a short distance for groceries and some of the best restaurants in Bucerias. The pool is lovely, surrounded by tall palm trees and beautifully kept gardens. The bottled water available on arrival was much appreciated. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also a nice touch. A wonderful stay in Bucerias and we highly recommend Miriam's condo.

Gorgeous condo and marvelous management......

Everything was perfect. The apartment is just like the photos and even better. It's very spacious and comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Very good service in the building from our arrival. The facilities are perfect, right on the seashore. The place is ideal for a good, relaxing vacation. The location is good. You can find everything in the area (supermarket, banks, shops, bars, restaurants), and it's very close to Sayulita, Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta if you want to spend a different kind of day. Miriam was always very attentive and friendly at all times. We will definitely return.

The pictures on the site look exactly like the unit. The view is amazing. The place is clean and well appointed. The AC works well and was nice to have. Loved the pool and the location was spectacular, truly steps from the beach. We will book again.

1000/10 would recommend! The location is AMAZING, the view leaves you SPEECHLESS, and the apartment was exactly as pictures GORGEOUS! Not to mention the host was excellent in communication. Don’t hesitate on booking. The beach is at your feet, the apartment has every amenity you could think of and it’s clean/safe. My family was already talking about coming back next the first day arrive that’s how much we loved it!

The apartment's facilities are consistent with the description. The ocean view is much better than what the photos could show. All the staff are friendly and diligent. There are anti-COVID safety and hygiene measures that everyone follows in the condominium, which is very clean. The area outside and inside the condominium is safe. There are multiple places nearby to eat and buy groceries, although for the latter it's better to have a car to get around. I suppose a taxi helps. Everything is very good. We will definitely try to return.

Miriam is very helpful and is always available to assist you. The apartment is very nice and quiet, definitely a good option to relax.

Second time staying with Miriam. She is a great host and everything exceeded our expectations again. Looking forward to our next trip to Bucerias.

Great condo in charming Bucerias. I was looking for a place to work remotely for a week. The views, amenities and location are terrific. I love being able to walk to dinner at night and take long runs on the beach in the morning. My only complaint was the internet. It was worse than dial up speeds. I go to Mexico every few months and have never had such a bad experience. If I wasn’t there to work it would have been less of an issue. But if you plan to work remotely, beware the condo’s WiFi barely functions.

The place is excellent, in a very quiet area, the beach is very beautiful and the apartment is as in photographs, very clean and beautiful!

We had a great stay @ Azul, well run & managed , gorgeous pool, ocean views r spectacular, host responded immediately to any concerns we had. Placed was well cleaned 1x week, we were there for 5 weeks. Great experience

The views are amazing! We enjoyed every minute we stayed at the condo. The beds were comfy, the washer and dryer came in handy, the pool was perfect and the location was close to great cafes and restaurants. We’d love to come back and stay again.

Miriam was so wonderful to work with and Azul is a beautiful property! The condo has spectacular views and nothing beats the sound of the ocean at night. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable, but otherwise, everything about the unit was great. Well equipped, walking distance to everything in Bucerias... they even provided beach and pool toys for our kids to enjoy! We will most definitely return!

This place is absolutely amazing the views are incredible and we really put to test Miriam...since they have a energy break out before we came and they were super conscious about the situation and make or stay really comfortable provide an alternate place in the meantime the energy got back to the building. We just spend a week Azul Del Mar. It is a fabulous condo in an amazing property. Pictures do not so it justice. The views are amazing. The condo furnishings are great and up to date. It includes all linens and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, washer dryer combo and a full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you could need. The town of Bucerías is a relatively unknown gem with amazing cafes, restaurants and everything within walking distance. There is one grocery within walking distance and an upscale La Comer only about 2 miles away. Most importantly Miriam and Lizabeth were the best of hosts. They answered email questions promptly, found out the times for mass and personally walked us through condo demonstrating how to use WiFi and Internet based TV. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

This is the most beautiful condo and amazing location in Bucerias! Everything was perfect from start to finish for our group. From the friendly Azul Del Mar staff to our host Miriam who was such a great help to us...our holiday was the very best ever. This spacious condo has the most magical views from the wrap around deck...and a fantastic well stocked kitchen....super comfy beds and a spectacular pool deck with tall swaying palms and infinity edge pool...that steps down to the best beach in town. It is also literally steps away to shopping and dining of all levels to explore. Best holiday ever at Azul Del Mar!! Thankyou so much...we hope to be back soon!

It is an excellent place with a great location and a prime view. The condominium staff is very friendly and helpful. The condo is very modern, comfortable and very pleasant to look at. Everything was delivered to us clean, and I really don't have any suggestions about the place or the service. Simply a great place.

Great location, beautiful views. Had almost everything a person would need for a trip to the beach. Even had some aloe vera in the bathroom.

This is a beautiful condo on a great beach. Location is great; pool is nice. It is in a residential area so very quiet. The space of the condo is nice, peaceful and clean. I can be at the beach all day and this one was no exception. Cute restaurants you can walk to. Miriam and Lizbeth are responsive and great hosts.

This place is incredibly clean and stylish. The way I can tell if a place is truly clean is by smelling the beds pillows. If they smell completely clean as a general rule the rest of the condo will be spotless. If you want to be a little far from the crowds and go to sleep with the sound of the waves, this condo is the one for you. There are several shopping centers around such as Mega Soriana and La Comer to do your grocery shopping. Local restaurants and taco places deliver so don't hesitate to ask for delivery even if the listing does not mention it. We used the terrace a lot early in the morning and at sunset and the views are incredible. The area is very nice and you can walk to a nearby convenience store Oxxo if needed. Right next to the Oxxo is Suspiros bakery which sells and delivers delicious cakes, give it a try, ask for the Cajeta triple layer cake, you will love it.

Just returned home after spending an amazing 4 nights in Miriam and Lizbeth's condo and words cannot express how sad my family and I were to leave. I chose this condo for it's breathtaking views and they exceeded my expectations. I saw dolphins with my morning coffee daily and the seaguls flying by the floor to ceiling windows was a thrill. We walked every morning to eat breakfast to restaurants within walking distance. As it was low season not all restaurants were open but downtown Bucerias was a very quick 5 min cab ride. Highly recommend this gem in a truly peaceful little town just a 30 min ride from Puerto Vallarta airport. Can't wait to return during whale watching season!

Amazing condo with sweeping views of the coast. Has all the amenities one can imagine and it was a really comfortable stay.

This condo is amazing!! It’s clean, well stocked, and the views can’t be beat. It’s near tons of restaurants and other amenities. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Obviously as the photos are showing, the view is the main reason for booking. Not only the floor-to-ceiling Glass doors fully open the space to the outdoor, but the condominium is literally sitting on the beach. Infinity pool, modern and complete amenities. Nothing is missing to classify this place as a top 1st accommodation. Plus Myriam left some very thoughtful touches for us, making this stay unforgettable. We loved everything about this condo!! The view is absolutely beautiful from sunup to sundown! It is a nice, quiet complex that is well kept. Lots of great restaurants are within walking distance. Our family will definitely try to go back to Azul Condominiums! We had a great family vacation!

Best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta/ Bucerias/ Punta Mita. Excellent depa, Miriam is very friendly, excellent localization, It has nothing, but nothing anything bad. I recommend it 100000%. Miriam’s place was so amazing! The location was great, the staff were super helpful, the pool was perfect, the views spectacular! We saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. The kitchen had all the amenities.

This place is wonderful if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with ALL the amenities! The location is perfect, 20min taxi from puerto Vallarta. Buceries is a 10 minutes walk and its beautiful. Several fun shops, gelato and restaurants. Our favorite was Sandrinas and Mizzogiornos. The churros in Buceries are amazing and only cost 50pesos!!!! The pool and grounds are incredibly clean and the host and gentlemen that run the condominium are the best! Everyone was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pool was never over crowded and the beach is footsteps away. The waves from the ocean crashing into the shore can be very load at night and in the early morning...

This place is fantastic. The pool is lovely and access to the beach is supreme. It is very special to wake up to the beach. It's easy walking distance to town, and many great restaurants. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very well stocked. I really appreciate that the condo was immaculately clean. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
