We stayed at Casa Patricia with 8 friends while celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we could not have been happier with our experience. We come to Puerto Vallarta every year and usually stay at an all-inclusive hotel, but that often comes with challenges like fighting for pool and beach space. Last year, some of our friends even got sick from the buffet, so this year we decided to try an Airbnb instead. Choosing Casa Patricia was the best decision. The property and views are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Truly, you will not be disappointed. Gabriel and Sara were amazing hosts: so warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, restaurant quality, yet still felt like comforting, homestyle Mexican fare. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting PV.

Book, you won't regret it! Casa Patricia is not only as described, it is much more. Being located at the top, it has incredible views, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house has a lot of space, so you never feel cramped. In addition, daily cleaning keeps everything impeccable. Chef Sara and Mr. Gabriel make the experience even better. The food is more than delicious, every dish was a real treat for the heart (don't miss the Kahlúa flan). Gabriel is always attentive to everything, willing to help with a great attitude and is a very dear person in the area. If you have any questions or need anything, approach him with confidence because he always finds a way to solve it. Thank you, Sara and Gabriel, for your hospitality and for all your attention. You certainly make Casa Patricia an amazing place. We hope to return soon.

Amazing time for 11 adults from arrival to departure. We enjoyed the fabulous pool deck with the view, loungers, bar area and pool/hot tub. Rooms were lovely also and cleaned daily. Highlight was our host, Gabriel , and chef, Sara. He helped to coordinate all for us from taxi rides to beach or town and multiple boat excursions, and made delicious margaritas whenever we asked! Sara’s food was fantastic and we enjoyed her paella, ceviche, lobster and steak, guacamole huevos rancheros, and french toast! They were so kind to our large group. Hope to return!

Casa Patricia was outstanding! The house was everything we could want and more. Sara is an excellent chef and every meal she made was beyond delicious. Gabriel was so helpful. Any request we had was handled quickly and graciously. The property is beautiful and the views couldn't be beat. We would come again and highly recommend. The only caution I have is it is a 7 story property. Lots and lots of stairs!

Our extended family of 12 had a great vacation here. The place is beautiful, private and super peaceful. The staff were attentive - Sara’s cooking was delicious, Gabriel gave us great local tips, and Carmella kept everything clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Patricia. The staff were lovely, the place was as expected, and the pool and pool deck was the best place to be! It’s also south of PV which we preferred to get away from all the tourists. Highly recommended.

Just finished our trip to Casa Patricia and all we can say is WOW. Just like every review before us, the pictures do not do it justice as to how gorgeous it is in person. The home is big and spacious and offers that old Mexican charm but with modern amenities. Gabriel is ready to help you with anything you might need, just ask! Rides up and down the hill, getting more groceries or showing you around Mismaloya on our way through. Sara the chef is amazing, EVERY single meal was delicious and thoughtful. She’s there to help you plan meals for your stay and help you get groceries. The cleaner was amazing as well, every day the rooms would be cleaned spotless and laundry was done and folded away to be packed. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home, ran by beautiful people!

This is a beautiful home nested on a hill top with most beautiful views! The staff on this home is wonderful!

We had a blast. Super nice area calm and relaxing. We enjoyed every second of it. The view is beautiful and the house was always cleaned. We did not have to worry about anything while we were there. Sara was great with the food, honestly we went off menu for most of the days we were there and she was very helpful recommending local meals to make. Gabriel helped us with transportation and adventures, he knows everyone! Great job for making our vacation easy and relaxing, I 100% recommend staying here.

Casa Patricia is a beautiful place with magnificent vistas, the personnel is efficient, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival on late evening, we expected to see the facade of Casa Patricia, instead we faced a closed gate, the Lomas de Mismaloya sign not clearly visible, it will be helpful to include a photo of the gate on the web site. It was great to be so close to the beach, but we had to depend on a ride to and from the house to the gate due to the long and steep pathway. I f you stay here, Sara and Gabriel will be pending of your needs, but expect to pay for everything: gas if an errand is run, even for drinking water! Consider to use public transit to go to Vallarta or Jardines Botanicos, buses are unexpensive and convenient.

Gabriel and Sara were absolutely wonderful. We are so glad we were able to stay in this beautiful place rather an all inclusive resort- the price is better and we didnt have to worry about other people! The meals were so delicious- we only went out to eat one time. Everything we needed was taken care of asap. The pictures online do not do this place justice! It is even better in person- we cant wait to come back next year! They took care of our shopping as well and we were well stocked on groceries. To make things easier for grocery reimbursements, it is best to have pesos on hand to pay them. We also had a housekeeper there who was great as well! We mostly hung out around the pool and outside bar area. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom, the ac worked great and for being a tropical area we did not have to deal with too many bugs! Thanks again!

The villa was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Beautiful with a great view of the ocean and forest. Sarah our chef was fantastic. Her meals were amazing. Gabriel was friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing, we were very comfortable. Sara with her delicious meals, Gabriel was always attentive to make sure we didn't need anything, and Patricia was very kind to us. Obviously we'll be back soon :)

The place is beautiful, impeccable and really impressive. The crew there are just amazing people that provide the best service. Sarah’s food is just out of this world. Authentic Mexican cuisine prepared with attention and love. Gabriel is always resourceful and always provides us with everything we asked him. His Margaritas and Piña Colada 😋. Patricia last but not least was there everyday to make clean our rooms and the entire house. You cannot find better place to stay than Casa Patricia! The entire area of Mismaloya is beautiful and a lot of things to do around or your at 20 min by Uber from Puerto Vallarta. We were 8 of us and we all highly recommend this place. Muchas Gracias!!! This place was gorgeous! Looks just like the pictures. I don’t think you could have a better view anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and a Sarah’s cooking was amazing! It was like being at your own personal resort. We were a group of 10 and we had so much space! My only warning would be if you are disabled or have difficulty stairs it would be difficult to get around. Others than that you should book this place!!!

This place is amazing. Sarah’s cooking is awesome, Gabriel was very helpful with everything, including rides to and from the bottom of the hill. Patricia had our rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and pool towels daily. Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever had. I would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to refer any friend or family. Book it! Totally worth it!

Trust me when I say this - just go ahead and book now. This was probably the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. We went as a girls' trip and everything was absolutely perfect. Gabriel arranged our pickup from the airport, we were greeted with snacks and margaritas, and every room was spotless with comfortable beds. The views are absolutely breathtaking and Sara will blow you away with her amazing meals. Some of our favorite meals were the paella and carrot cake, which we all agreed was the best carrot cake we have ever had. We wanted for absolutely nothing. Gabriel booked us for whale watching, which was fantastic, and took us to and from the beach each time. We spent most of our time just enjoying the views by the pool, but it's a short taxi ride into PV for dinner or shopping. We are all talking about going back!

Our stay at Casa Patrica was exactly what are family needed. Having Sarah and Gabe there to feed us and help us with any of our needs most definitely made the stay!! They were such lovely people. The entertaining area was big, had lots of shade and places to rest in the sun. We took full advantage of the pool area!! We did have to bring our own pool floaties, which was fine. My absolute favourite part about the place was the VIEWS of the mountains and the ocean side, it was something else!! Took our breath away!! Definitely a beautiful experience and highly recommend staying here. Side Note: there is lots of stairs and we did have toddlers so keeping on eye on them around the pool was key and a few of the stair locations. We blocked the stairs off and it helped solve the problem. We enjoyed a few local spots close by, there was a restaurant about 5 minutes south of Mismolya right on the ocean and we loved it! Checked out the local tequila factory, the town was quite quaint.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Patricia. Sara cooked delicious meals and was able to whip up anything we suggested! Gabriel was extremely helpful and didn't hesitate to assist us. Melanie kept the property spotless!

Fantastic stay with our family. Casa Patricia was as described, beautiful views, great pool, all amenities as described. Sara cooked wonderful meals, even a birthday cake for one of our family (delicious and thank you so much for the extra effort). Gabriel took good care of us and was always very helpful with arranging tours and recommendations. Malena kept everything spotless. Felt like home, thank you for making our stay extra special. Amazing location with a beautiful view! The on-site hosts Gabriel and Sara were wonderful people. Sara cooked delicious food for us daily, arguably the best part of our stay in Jalisco. Gabriel was very helpful giving us rides to and from Mismaloya, helping set up a boat excursion, and taking care of any requests we had. The only problem we had was that the jacuzzi was broken 5 out of 7 of the nights that we were there, which was a bummer because our group specifically was looking for a listing with a hot tub. Gabriel went to get it fixed but more issues popped up daily and several repairmen had to come. Once fixed, the hot tub was not set to remain on, so it didn't really get up to a respectable temperature. I was the only one who got in it on the final night! All in all this location is fantastic, Sara and Gabriel made us feel right at home and the pool, game room, and common areas near the bar were a great spot to kick back and take downtime when we wanted to relax! Recommend!

We took our family for 8 nights, which included 8 adults and 3 children and spent most of our time on the pool/palapa deck. There was plenty of room for everybody. Cannot say enough about Chef Sara and Gabriel, they exceeded our exceptions. Gabriel was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Between him and Malana, they kept the place spotless. Sara's cooking has you feeling like you're eating at the best resaurant in the PV area at every meal. We highly recommend the Paella, special shrimp, pozole, seafood Vera Cruz and don't forget the tres leches cake and churros!

This gorgeous house is high up on the hill with the most breathtaking view. I miss it already. We spent nearly every moment in the pool, watching the butterflies and listening to the band playing on the beach below. Many pool tournaments were played in the game room, we even broke out the puzzles. Sara and Gabriel took great care of us. Sara made the most delicious shrimp I ever had and presented us with a tres leches cake so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. Sara was very accommodating to everyones various dietary needs. We never ate so well. Thank you Sara! Gabriel arranged all our adventures and transport, and made a killer margarita. We hated to leave. FYI: Lots of stairs and very steep hill up to the house, but worth it.

We couldn’t have been happier there. A big reason is gabriell, and Sarah. We wanted for nothing all week. The food was incredible, and anytime we wanted to do something, Gabriel took care of us. I scratched my rental car, and he went and got some rubbing compound and buffed it out perfectly. Wonderful people.

The Best property to stay in Mismaloya for Sure!!! Gorgeous views, Spacious property for a big family gatherings, and plenty of activities to do near by. The best part of this property would have to be the service Staff. Sara’s cooking was excellent , and Gabriel can tend to all are needs from setting up excursions to making a great Michelada. Our stay at Casa Patricia was everything we hoped for and more! The views are stunning, surrounded by nature with an amazing view of the ocean and beach! Our kids had a blast in the clean pool and Sarah’s cooking was absolutely delicious! She even made a tasty birthday cake for one of our little ones who was turning 4. Gabriel was SO helpful, he made everything super easy for us, providing taxis of his confidence for our safety. He made sure we were always comfortable, both Gabriel and Sarah made us feel at home, they’re super kind as well as the young lady who cleaned our rooms daily and even did our laundry for us. We’re thankful for our amazing experience at Casa Patricia and we can’t wait to go back.

This was a beautiful place. The area and the house were beautiful. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. We were a big group and they were always helpful and honestly I could not have asked for a better place to be at. The beach that is close by was beautiful with lots to do and see. The house its self great for adults and kids. Sara's cooking was delicious and made to perfection each time. The house was cleaned daily which was greatly appreciated it helped set the vacation mode. If I can describe the house and location in one word it would be beautiful. To describe the staff helpful and friendly.

Gabriel & Sara treated us like FAMILY and gave us excellent service entire stay. Sara's food was fresh, delicious, and made to order. Chicken enchiladas were the BEST we have ever tasted. Gabriel gave us advice on what to visit and always helped with transport. The driver's he booked were people he personally knew & trusted. The home is surrounded by wildlife both Sara & Gabriel taught us names of new animals. Our family cannot wait to come back to Casa Patricia and stay for longer duration.

We have been coming to PV for 30 yrs. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and wanted to do something special that included our family…9 adults and 2 grand babies. I found Casa Patricia and read the reviews. They raved about the spacious house with pool, hot tub, patio, and 4 BR suites, beautiful views. But most people rave about Sara, our cook and Gabriel, handiman-helper, in all ways. They were wonderful, along with Rosia, our housekeeper. We chose meals from Sara’s menu and all were delicious. She served our favs daily- beans, avocados, fruit, fresh oj. Her French toast is the best ever and Mahi with shrimp sauce, carrot cake, so good. Gabriel made sure we had water, bevs and ice daily, made coffee, set up all our rides in to PV, drove us to the beach. We had no hot water on the lower level the first two days, so Gabriel changed out the hot water heater. The only con was this is not a walkable home, you need a car everywhere you go. Even so, it was a lovely stay for us all!

This place is amazing! Incredible view, immaculately maintained, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Like every other review says though, the best perk of this place is Sara and Gabriel. Sara’s cooking is incredible (I dream of her chilaquiles) and Gabriel made our stay easy and stress free. Can’t say enough about how awesome they both are. Highly recommend this place!

WOW. Literally just WOW. Words cannot describe our stay at Casa Patricia. Pics do not do this place justice...the view is absolutely insane. The house itself is amazing. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, beds were comfy, everything was clean. The wonderful, amazing, incredible Gabriele and Sara were truly the highlight of the entire stay. Gabriele helped us with everything from taxi's, bags, recommendations, making margaritas etc. Sara cooked probably the best food we had in all of PV. I cannot rave about this place more. I celebrated my bachelorette party here with my best friends and every single one of us was blown away by how beautiful the whole experience was. Thank you Gabriele and Sara for such a wonderful stay - I'll remember this place forever!!!!!!!!!!!

A group of 9 best friends stayed at Villa Patricia for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The house and view are stunning, better than pictured, and as others viewers have stated — the real treat is Sara and Gabriel. Sara cooks incredible meals and Gabriel is so helpful with advice, service and transportation (either by himself or arranging it) and the two of them are as sweet as can be. We love them! Mismaloya is near other small fishing towns and beaches so plenty of excursions are to be had, but getting to them does require transportation (car, bus or water taxi). This house is not walkable to much (it’s at the top of a very tall hill) and there are stairs to climb from one level to another, but this is what makes the experience and view unique. All of our group loved every minute of staying here and we will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying at casa de Patricia and it was as amazing as the first. Sara and Gabriel are the best. They are so nice and welcoming. We plan to make this an annual trip because we all enjoy it so much. The property is very clean, quiet and relaxing. The food is soo good, we didn’t even go out to eat this trip because the Sara’s cooking is better than the restaurants we went to last time.

Mexico is ruined for me. No other trip could live up to our stay at Casa Patricia. The photos don't do justice to the views nor the villa. It's all so much more gorgeous in person. What really made our stay though, was the incredible staff. Sarah made some of the best Mexican food we've ever had, even compared to what we ate locally in PV. She was also happy to accommodate our toddlers' pickiness and my distaste for cilantro. The fish ceviche was fire, the chilaquiles mouth-watering, the "beef in juice" so satisfying, the enchiladas, tres leches cake, EVERYTHING was just delightful. Then there is Gabriel. Always smiling and willing to help us with anything he possibly can. He provided transportation, hauled our stuff, hooked us up at the beach, showed us the local wildlife... He is just awesome. We all adored him, but the toddlers really LOVED their "Tio Gabriel." Do yourself a favor and book this spot now! (Unless you have mobility issues... There are a LOT of stairs everywhere.)

This magical hillside retreat was exactly what we were hoping for during our week-long stay. From the flora and fauna to the plethora of birds and wildlife, it was the serene space we had hoped for. The views are absolutely amazing, and the deck is the perfect spot to spend your days reading and soaking up some sun. The pool and hot tub were a little chilly for us, but again, it was a beautiful space, and the sound of the water was so relaxing. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate Sara and Gabrielle - they are the best part of staying at Casa Patricia! We wanted for nothing the entire time. Having Sara prepare meals allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves and the company of our family.

We just stayed at Casa Patricia for one week. It was a beautiful place with a gorgeous view. It’s perched high up on the hill overlooking the jungle and Mismaloya Beach. The best thing about our stay was the great care that we received from the staff. Gabriel helped us with all of our needs. Arranging rides, serving us food, and carrying our luggage and groceries up and down the stairs (there are lots of stairs). Sara is an awesome cook. You must try her banana pancakes, tres leche cake, rib-eyes, and enchiladas. This is just to name a few. Mahani worked hard everyday cleaning our rooms to make us comfortable. It was a beautiful villa with even more beautiful people. We would highly recommend this place.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Casa Patricia. The house is gorgeous, full of unique and authentic artwork, furnishings, and architecture. The views are truly amazing, both of the ocean (we saw whales!) and the jungle (so many kinds of birds and wildlife!). The pool and hot tub were a delight. But what really made the experience so wonderful was Gabriel's unfailing willingness to help with anything we asked and Sara's unbelievably delicious cooking. So very gracious and kind! We were a three-generation family group, there to celebrate my 70th birthday, and everything about Casa Patricia made it truly special.

Our stay at Casa Patricia was beyond what we expected. The views were beautiful and all the rooms were nice and the pictures listed can’t even do this villa justice. We were all blown away every morning with it being hard to believe that this is where we were staying for the week. We had 9 adults and 1 child in our group and there was plenty of space to stay between the game room and the office option if anyone wanted privacy. The views were nice and the area was quiet with it being secluded up at the top. The real stars of this stay though were Gabriel and Sara. They went above and beyond for us when we needed something upon request and the reason we would book here again. They made it feel better than home with their hospitality. Sara’s cooking is to die for, we chose all our breakfasts to be at the Villa and some of our dinners. We regret not having more time at the Villa to try some more food but it increases our chances to see them again in the near future.We miss them already!

Wow! I don’t know where to begin, this place was unreal and so worth it! We went with four kids and four adults and everything was perfect! Gabriel and Sarah were amazing and there for us with whatever we needed. Oh, and the food, it was amazing! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from the resort life and crowds. We would love to go back!

We were a group of 4 couples. The home was perfect with each bedroom having it’s on bathroom and private space. We very much enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and the staff was friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. The meals Sara prepared were delicious and thoughtful. Gabriel was great in arranging transportation for us and taking care of anything else, we needed. Venturing out was the most challenging aspect of our trip. We needed a taxi pretty much everywhere we went, and it took a while to get places. We appreciated having our rooms cleaned every day. We would recommend this home to others.

This house was 11/10. So beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice. The beds were so comfy. We had 10 gals & it was enough space for everyone. The bottom third levels were just for us. Sara & Gabriel were amazing host. Chef Sara food was amazing & Gabriel arranged everything for us. There has room cleaning each day that was amazing. Such an amazing deal & want to go back again !!

First of all the house was stunning. Exceeded my expectations. There was enough room for each person to have their own space while simultaneously providing common areas. However, the best part of the stay had to be Gabriel and Sarah. Sarah’s food was amazing and agreed to be the best food we had on the trip. Gabriel helped us with anything we needed. From local recommendations to margaritas in stand by. They are both the best.

We stayed with a group of 7 at Casa Patricia, including a few teenagers. It was a perfect place for all of us to enjoy. Gabriel and Sarah made our stay extra special. Their hospitality was warm, welcoming and genuine. Sarah’s food was delicious and she happily cooked for our mixed group of vegetarians, pescatarians and meat eaters. Gabriel went above and beyond for us, and we felt well taken care of. The view is breathtaking! So much better than the photos. The house is spacious and well appointed. Simply put, the experience we had was magical. Don’t hesitate to book this villa! Thank you Gabriel and Sarah! We already miss you! We can’t wait to return.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Casa Patricia. From start to finish this was such a positive experience. The host is very responsive prior to the trip and answered any questions we had. He helped arrange transportation for our group of 9 adults from the airport. The house is gorgeous and the views are amazing (the photos don’t do it justice) but Sara and Gabriel really made the vacation special. They are both so kind and welcoming. Sara’s food is delicious. She made us breakfast and dinner daily. Everything she made was fantastic. Gabriel arranged massages at the house for us, a trip into town, and a boat excursion. He made sure the fridge was always stocked and got us anything we requested. The rooms are very comfortable and spread out so we all still had our privacy. The housekeeper was fantastic and kept everything so clean. I was nervous the pool might be too cold but it was perfect and we spent a majority of time in it. We all agreed we can’t wait to go back!

It was a fantastic stay for seven of us. Gabriel is here every minute to make sure our requests are fulfilled. The view , the beautiful house , most importantly, the hospitality and the wonderful chef Sarah brought us a unforgettable trip.

Gorgeous view is an understatement! The staff treated us like family and and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We traveled with teens and it was a perfect destination for the whole family. Delicious meals, excellent communication and lots to do in the area. Our favorite activities: ATVs with Estigo Tours, Dinner at The Iguana at the Kimberly Hotel, rhythms of the night show and dinner. We would definitely visit casa Patricia again!

the photos are accurate, the view is great. If you are hoping for walking distance to town this is not the spot for you. However, if you want to relax with great views this has everything you need. Gabriel drove us when we needed, and Sara's cooking was the best! We were greeted with the tastiest margaritas to kick off my bachelorette weekend. Whenever something needed fixing around the house or we had a question Gabriel was on it to help us out. Would easily book this again.

Amazing Airbnb with phenomenal views! Located right in the jungle with a lot of great wildlife to watch (beautiful birds and friendly Coatis). Gabriel made the stay very enjoyable and helped us organize any excursions. Sara's food was to die for - fresh fruit every morning and amazing lunch/dinner. The two home cooked meals a day were a staple of the vacation (highly recommend the French toast and enchiladas). The drive from Mismaloya into Puerto Vallarta can get long after a few days, but the beautiful location of the villa more than made up for it. Overall one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had.

Casa Patricia was the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at. Gabriel and Sara are amazing hosts and helped make this trip unforgettable. The food made by Chef Sara is some of the best we have had anywhere. Gabriel is very helpful and will go above and beyond to help make your trip as care free as you would want. This place is paradise and I am very grateful for Casa Patricia for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime.

Great space, the staff there is amazing and there are such beautiful views from every level. Food prepared by the chef was awesome and very affordable. We would consider staying there again soon This is a perfect spot for 4 couples, I would not put a couple in the game room as they would have to sleep on an air mattress. Anything over 8 adults would have to be kids or someone that’s willing to sleep in an air mattress.

Gabriel, Sarah, the whole staff gracias. Sarah and gabriel were always so attentive always there for us. The steaks, lobster, the purée de camote, vegetable and the cake amazing hands down. The quesadillas with the guacamole and pico de gallo oh lord the breakfast 🥞 just amazing nothing bad to say about the location, the house and the staff this was a blessing truly one experience we will never forget can’t wait to return.

This Airbnb was an amazing experience! We were a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were each very unique and the location of the home was spectacular. The house is at the very top of a hill and it is surrounded by nothing but mountains and a gorgeous view of the beach. The house is also in a gated community. Maria (housekeeper), Gabriel (bartender) and Sara (chef) made are stay amazing. They were all so nice and welcoming to all of us. The house was never dirty, our drinks were amazing, the food was spectacular, and the overall service cannot be beat. We went out to eat a few times in downtown PV and the food never compared to what Sara made for us. Eating at the Airbnb was much cheaper than going out to eat, so I would recommend eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Airbnb. Gabriel was able to help us get in contact with a driver with a van that fit us all comfortably and we used that the whole week we were there for our transportation needs. The house is six stories high and two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen area is on the fifth floor. If there was any con to this trip, it would be the number of stairs that we had to walk every day. However, we would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks y’all!

This place is as amazing as it looks and sounds—and even more so. No dudes en reservarlo ahora. Gabriel, Sara, and Maria take such good care of you it’s unbelievable. And the house itself has views for days. It’s nice because it’s a little outside of Puerto Vallarta and so más tranquilo. Perfect for a family or group of friends to spend time together in a beautiful place with delicious food prepared by Sara and all your needs catered to by Gabriel and all your dirt dealt with by Maria. They go above and beyond to care for you. Sara made a gorgeous birthday cake for someone in our party, Gabriel drove us to town to get what we needed, Maria kept the place spotless. The people really made this place what it is—wonderful! We can’t wait to come back!

Casa Patricia was fabulous! Sara, Gabriel and Maria were more than awesome. We haven’t done so much “nothing” in a long time and it was so welcomed. Pack bug spray as the “noseeum” bugs were bad - we left with hundreds of bites. The music from the beach hotel was a bit much to be desired on some nights while trying to sleep but it didn’t ruin the trip. We even had fire works a couple of nights from the beach below. Either way the trip was just what we needed! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Incredible views and amazing amenities in this once in a lifetime experience. All views look over Mismaloya Playa and all the surrounding mountains and jungle. The pool and palapa outside was our favorite hangout place with our family and friends that joined us on the trip. Gabriel went above and beyond on any request we asked and gave us so many great local tips. Every meal Sara cooked was better than most restaurants - she is an amazing chef! It's like staying a luxury hotel but better! We can't wait to book another trip with our family. Just a heads up there are a lot of stairs for any older guests but we all loved the extra exercise. Can not rave more about the staff and their attention to detail at this home.

My family and I had a great time at Casa Patricia. This place exceeded our expectations! This place had the most beautiful views, it was very spacious, clean and modern. Each room has an AC so that was great!Sara’s food was incredible & Gabriel was available at any time to assist with anything we needed. My only complain was that the hot tub was not working. Also, based on previous comments we were under the impression that we would have transportation available to go get our COVID test but that was not the case. We did have to take a taxi to the city. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back to Casa Patricia!

This place is incredible ! Everything that everyone else has commented rang true for our group too. The views at the villa were out of this world. The food Sara prepared was incredible and they made everything so easy with getting around and helping coordinate all of our needs. Easily my best Airbnb I've been to.

Casa Patricia can only be described as stunning both with the view and the service. Gabriel and Sara were the loveliest hosts while we were there. The food was spectacular and cannot even begin to talk about how amazing the house is. Gabriel addressed any issues that came up so quickly it was amazing! Sara made the most amazing food, and her chilaquiles and guacamole was outstanding and drool worthy. Looking forward to booking again!!

Well what can I say about this house it was a beautiful house the view the food Sara cooked was super good everything I told her to make she made it my family really enjoyed the house the game room all the kids loved it the staff was super Attentive to all our needs the house was always clean they even washed our clothes that am so thankful because I didn’t bring dirty clothes home we had 15 people 12 adults 3 kids and we fit so well and everyone had a bed so if you are trying to find a awesome house with a beautiful view this is the house u won’t regret it. I really want to thank Sara and Gabriel and Mari they were best so hopeful thanks 🙏 so much.

The location is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it any justice! The property is just as gorgeous and Gabriel did a wonderful job of make sure we had what we needed for our stay. He definitely went above and beyond for us. Pictures came our perfect and we can’t wait to come back again with family that fell in love with our pictures of our stay at the house.

Beautiful views and stay and lovely hosts! From start to finish we were amazed of all that Mismaloya had to offer (the pictures definitely did not do the home justice). There’s quite a few bugs in the area since you are in the jungle, so I would highly recommend bringing bug spray with you to help with that. The food from the chef was great and you do have to take Taxis to and from the house to get to Puerto Vallarta (it was about $500 pesos or $25USD for a 7 person van). Gabriel was amazing at setting up many excursions and providing his thoughts around the best locations and prices in the area. Also, he made sure that we had everything that we needed from start to finish (even when I had an allergic reaction and told us the best place to go to see the doctor). Highly recommend staying here!

Sara and Gabriel were so helpful and literally on call to our every need. Sara did an awesome job with the food preparation and presentation and it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Side note, if you can’t do stairs (160 total) then this isn’t the place for you. Lol. But I was able to hit my daily exercise goal from going up and down the stairs because my room just so happened to be at the very bottom. Despite being far from everything, this villa has everything you should want and need should you decide to just stay in for your entire visit.

Our family loved Casa Patricia so much! It was such a big, beautifully built home at the top of an oceanside hill with plenty of privacy. Many levels/floors in the home with lots to do. Multiple bars throughout and an insane amount of sleeping spots. Gabriel and Sara are the sweetest and most helpful hosts. Sara is an AMAZING chef that cooks with so much authenticity. Gabriel lended a hand at any time, bartended any time and answered any question we may have had. Both Gabriel and Sara have connections for EVERYTHING and I mean everything like bars, beach spots, activities, drivers, shops, restaurants, etc. We felt like VIP’s thanks to those two. Maria, the maid folded our towels into different sea animals and even washed our clothes. We really had the time of our lives and are overly thankful we got to spend our first time in Mexico at the amazing Casa Patricia.

Our group of six women had a fantastic time at Casa Patricia. Everything you’ll read by other reviewers is accurate, and I highly recommend this Airbnb! Sarah, Gabriel, and Maria are all amazing. I decided to add some costs to my review as it might be helpful to others, too. I sent our menu and some extra supplies in advance, and Sarah had everything ready to go for us. We took advantage of having Sarah prepare breakfast and dinner for us daily and enjoyed every meal we had! The best part was that the total cost for food was a little over $100 per person (plus tips). That price also included the extra supplies (including alcohol) we asked for as well. We didn’t have an extravagant menu (no lobster, etc.), but everything was delicious. Gabriel also helped us get COVID tests before our return to the U.S. The cost was only 650 pesos per person, and we had the results in less than 5 hours. He also arranged for a van to take all six of us back to the airport, and the cost was very reasonable (1,000 pesos); we just took taxis from the airport when we arrived, and that worked OK too (~450 pesos for each taxi). I also asked about how to tip the staff, and it was recommended that we tip 10% of our total rental cost, which is what we did, but we also added a 10% tip to the cost of food since Sarah had to go out and buy everything. The villa was beautiful, and everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Thanks to Maria, we all went home with clean clothes, and she kept the villa sparkling. Overall we had a great trip, and we are already looking at our calendars for a return trip!

This is the best Airbnb myself and everyone in our group had stayed on (10 of us total). The place is beyond words, and the pictures here truly do not do it justice. The administration is amazing! Gabriel, Sara and the lovely lady who cleans are all an amazing team of people, who take service to the next level. If you are hesitant to reserve... take it from me! i was hesitant too, and now hoping I can always come back here for my vacations at PV.

Casa Patricia is by far the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed at. We celebrated my girlfriend's 30th birthday for the weekend and everything was perfect! We had a total of 13 guests and the house was big enough to accommodate everyone easily. The pictures on the Airbnb app do not do justice because the house views in person are even more amazing! Everyone could not get enough of the amazingly beautiful view of Puerto Vallarta!! The house was spectacular and we were treated like royalty. Gabriel was an awesome and amazing host! He took us into town to run errands, arranged our activities, and arranged for a covid test for all the guests. He was so helpful and made this experience much easier!! Chef Sara’s food was very delicious!! She made breakfast and dinner for us, and both meals were amazing! Make sure you try the Paella...It was the best!!! She also made my girlfriend the BEST Tres leches cake and Choco flan for her birthday. This is our home the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta! Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had.

This is our second time in five months to visit Casa de Patricia and it was even more amazing than the first trip! The beach in Mismaloya that is walkable from the house is THE BEST beach! We went in to town to the beaches downtown PV and they were so crowded and bombarded by panhandlers and people selling trinkets. You do not experience this in Mismaloya! Sarah, Gabriel, and Maria are true gems! We planned on eating out more this trip but Sarah's cooking cannot be beat! We only ate out twice the seven days we were there. Her cooking is just too good to pass up! While Sarah offers a menu, your best bet is to ask her to cook what she prefers and man does she deliver! We had breakfast and dinner every day but one and were blown away by every meal. We highly recommend leaving a generous tip as they bend over backwards for your every need! When you visit the beach at Mismaloya, ask around for Toni. He owns a boat and will take you on a day trip to several beaches just south of town that are only accessible by boat. One stop, Yelapa, has a beautiful waterfall. Several of the other stops have incredible restaurants that offer amazing food and fresh seafood. It's a great day to get out and explore! The romatica zone is about a 15-20 minute car ride in to town. Some days Gabriel brought us to town and other days, we took taxis which cost about $10. You cannot beat the location and the amenities. Casa Patricia is such a special place and a slice of paradise!

This place is fantastic! It was perfect for our group of 8 and would be great for even more than that. The staff is amazing! Gabriel was so helpful from everything to running extra errands for us to helping us book excursions! Sara is an incredible cook and we loved everything she made! Definitely try the special fish, bacon wrapped shrimp, chicken sopes, garlic lobster, banana pancakes, French toast, chiliquillas, and chicken tortilla soup. Honestly though everything she cooked was fantastic. Maria was awesome and cleaned up everyday and even will do your laundry! We came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes which was awesome. The view is gorgeous and the house has everything you would need to have a great vacation. The pool table was used almost everyday by our teenagers along with the pool. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Also, the admin for the house have excellent communication and helped us out a lot before the trip even started. Know that if you stay here though you are about a 15-25 minute drive from areas of Puerto Vallarta, this wasn’t an issue for us and Gabriel was very accommodating with giving us rides to town or getting us Taxis.

This is a fantastic house!! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Gabriel and Sarah and the rest of the staff were so nice and accommodating. The house is large and spacious. The outdoor area is phenomenal. And having a vehicle to use was wonderful!!! We loved every minute!! Thank you for having us!!

Casa Patricia is the most beautiful Airbnb sitting atop the cliffs of Mismaloya. The views are stunning from every area of the Casa. The pictures don’t do it full justice. Jungle views, ocean views, and nature sounds everywhere. Me and a group of girls came here for my bachelorette and every one of us were in love with this place. The hospitality at the casa was great all around. Sara, the chef cooked the most delicious meals (from lobster tails, garlic shrimp, paella, and delicious guacamole). Gabriel was always there for any questions or concerns and drove us around for our activities. He made all of us girls feel so safe on the trip. Maria was the housekeeper who cleaned our rooms everyday and even washed, folded our laundry when it was left out. The three of them made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond for our trip. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and we enjoyed everything about Casa Patricia! Definitely don’t miss out on staying here if you plan on visiting Puerto Vallarta with a group!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so great and catered to us for everything. The food was absolutely amazing, and better than anything we had eating out in the city. We are excited to come back again and stay at Casa Patricia. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beautiful upscale experience in Puerta Vallarta.

Our experience at Casa Patricia was literally magical!! The home took our breath away, the pictures don’t do it justice and the view WOW! I pinched myself a couple times because I couldn’t believe it was real! To top it off Gabriel and Sara are living angels! They are the kindest most genuine people that we have ever come across. Sara’s cooking is phenomenal! I can’t pick a favorite meal that she made us because everything was delicious! She thought my wife how to make tres leches cake! And, her churros are to die for! I might have gained 10lbs, she ensured that we were well fed. Gabriel’s communication was top notch! He ensured that our fridge was full, taught us to make margaritas, arranged everything for us from a tequila tour, dinner on the beach, sunset boat tour and transportation to it all! And, Maria came to clean every day, she even did our laundry and folded them! What?! I never knew that we could book such an experience through Airbnb. We feel so grateful that we found Casa Patricia. Consider yourself blessed if you have the opportunity to stay here. This was such a surreal experience! We can’t wait to come back!

Wow... where do I begin? It’s hard to believe that our trip is over, and I honestly have nothing negative to say about this casa or the staff. The casa is BEAUTIFUL! Huge! Each attendee had their privacy but spacious enough to gather together on the main outdoor pool floor. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t stop taking photos and used our drones to take some footage. Gabriel, Sara, and Maria went above and beyond during our stay. Gabriel is so kindhearted. He helped make sure we get a cab whenever we needed one. He helped give suggestions on where to go in Mismaloya and Puerto Vallarta. He and Sara worked together on making sure the food and drinks were fully stocked. Sara’s meals did not disappoint. They tasted way better than any restaurant we went to. So yummy! Maria cleaned our rooms spotless each morning. Thanks to her patience for some of us sleeping in, past through morning. I honestly can’t put into words how amazing this place and the staff - they made this trip 100000% better. Anyone who’s reading this, book this place. I can vouch it’s not too good to be true. Don’t hesitate; you will not regret it. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

We just left Casa Patricia and can’t wait to go back! The view and accommodations were really great and Gabriel and Sara made us feel like family! Our group was very content with the service and the house! Will be booking again with them! :)

Staying at Casa Patricia proved to be above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined. It sits high on the Lomas de Mismaloya overlooking the ocean and quaint village below. Gabriel was a huge help in getting us to where we needed to go, gave us tips on fun things to do, and made sure we were all taken care of 24/7. Sara’s cooking is absolutely incredible and her hospitality and friendliness was 10/10. Every room in the house was comfortable and clean and the housekeeper would visit daily. The pool and bar area was our favorite place to hang out, relax, and soak up some vitamin D. With all this being said, we will absolutely return and are counting down the days we can go back to Casa Patricia. 11/10 recommend to anyone looking for a beautifully luxurious place to vacation.
