Angie was a great host. She waited for us to be checked in and walked us through every room and gave us great recommendations on things to do. The villa is new and clean. The staff were very friendly. We received room service every day. They made us feel safe and at home. I would recommend this place for any one looking to visit Jaco. The villa is very close to everything.

Amazing home, it looked just as nice as the pictures . The location was perfect, in a quiet area just a 2 minute Uber ride from the strip. The host and her team were outstanding and made our entire stay seamless. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaco!

Our stay at Villa Black & White was amazing! Although we originally booked a different villa, unexpected issues came up before our trip. The team handled everything professionally, gave us options, compensated us fairly, and provided outstanding customer service. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 12. The beds were comfortable, each room had its own A/C, and even the extra air mattresses were a hit with the boys. Angie, our concierge, was incredible and always just a call away. She even helped us find the perfect birthday cake for my brother! Darmaris prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, kept the villa spotless, and made us feel at home. We also loved the in villa massages. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is as per the pictures. Great area. We were there for 7 days. The staff took care of everything. No issues at all. Our host was Angerlyn - I cannot say enough about her. She checked in with us daily, helped us book excursions and told us the hot spots around town. She made sure we had proper security. Very good person and easy to deal with. I use Air BnB often during travels. There is usually at least 1-2 things that aren’t as advertised. Not this place. Angerlyn - thank you for an unforgettable experience. You made our holiday better. Look forward to seeing you again.

The Black and White Villa was a beautiful home and if i return to Jaco i would definitely stay here again. The host and the staff were amazing. The place was exactly as described and was in great condition. Angie helped us with restaurant reservations and deliveries to the house for the groceries we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a high end place to stay in Jaco.

What a great experience. Angie was our host and she was awesome. Very professional and informative. She was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Can help set up really fun excursions like zip lining and surfing lessons. Or help guide on where to hit the best restaurants and bars around. And of course schedule rides to and from the airport and anywhere you need to go. She adds a lot of value to the whole experience. The house itself is gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable. Has literally all the amenities you could ask for. And feels like you’re nestled in the rainforest. The architect did a wonderful job. The pool is great. There’s big beautiful TV screens outside and inside the house. Loud speakers for music and awesome lighting all over. If you’re looking for a guided, fun, comfortable experience that has everything you need and more. This is the place and Angie’s team make it a no brainer. And definitely book the chef dinner at the house!

If you are traveling with a big group of people - This spot is it! The layout is perfect. Privacy from a room perspective, but nice common areas for everyone to hang out. All rooms have a luxury hotel feel with extremely nice bathrooms. The host were absolutely great! They set up chef services, excursions, and anything we needed. Location 10/10. Close to all main strip on Jaco with all of the restaurants, clubs, bars, and beach. About a 10-15 minute street walk, but ubers were about $2-3 US dollars. Definitely would recommend.

I had an incredible stay at Villa Oasis. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. I love the fact that I was able to coordinate with someone on ground. I’m a planner myself and it’s nice to collaborate with someone who is connected to our stay. Angie did an awesome job. I would only suggest everything should be clear and concise for everyone to be on the same page but other than that, this was was an amazing stay.

Great house in an excellent location. The security guard, Victor, was outstanding—very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The concierge service was also responsive and easy to work with. We had a few minor issues at the house, but they were addressed quickly and efficiently. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

If you want to have the premier stay in Jaco; you must stay at Villa Oasis. The property was beautiful and spacious. The best bird watching was done right outside of our rooms, with a macaw nest in the backyard. A short ride to all desirable locations, with transportation always available. The hosts on site were unbelievable. Angie is the absolute best, will take care of ANYTHING you need & is very responsive. You can’t get a better on site concierge than Angie. Four Seasons equivalent service. The staff Carlos, Maikel & Jeff gave us great local recommendations and made the trip 10x better. I highly recommend taking advantage of Diego the chef. He is fantastic. Antonio is a great, reliable & professional host. Every time I go to Costa Rica, I will be staying with him. I recommend you do too..

Beautiful villa, perfect for a group of six or six couples. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with excellent cleaning service throughout our stay. Angie truly went above & beyond, arranging a private yacht for my bday, RT airport transportation, a waterfall excursion, private chef services w/ daily menus, dinner reservations, in-villa massages for 8 & amazing local restaurant & nightlife suggestions. Her attention to detail made everything seamless & stress-free. Chef Diego & his team were phenomenal—every meal was a masterpiece in both flavor & presentation. Diego was attentive, ran errands when needed & ensured our comfort at all times. Service was unmatched; we didn’t lift a finger unless we wanted to. We loved them so much we even invited them out w/ us & felt safe, cared for & truly looked after the entire trip. Minor issues: jacuzzi jets didn’t work, pool was smaller than expected & cleaning crew was loud early AM w/ trash missed once, causing ants. Despite this, the experience exceeded expectations. Antonio was An amazing guy, he’s like a brother now. He was really nice, very helpful, very communicative and he took care of us. He definitely is a great host and he really takes time out of his day to not help you but to make your stay better.

From the moment we arrived Antonio was there to greet us. Antonio gave us a tour of the villa and all its beautiful amenities. We where a group of 20 and accommodations where amazing. Antonio set up a few blow up mattresses for the younger kids. All 8 rooms had an en suite which where beautiful. The outdoor areas where beautiful and private. The cleaning crew where amazing and showed up daily to take care of us. We needed manual keys for the gate for our holiday and within hours we had them. We also had great recommendations for attractions which where all amazing as well. we where about 1 mile walk to the beautiful beach in jaco. would definitely come back and stay here again.

Villa Oasis is hands down the best Airbnb I have ever been too! We had a group of 7 guys and we all had our own space and felt comfortable. Angie and Antonio made the trip even more incredible. Hands down a 10 out of 10. The cleaning crew went above and beyond. Victor out specify the last 2 nights was definitely the highlight of the trip for us, he will be talked about 20 years from now. Villa Black and White was a beautiful and spacious home. Antonio and his team took care of my family as if we were their family. They decorated the space for my Bachelorette, had chefs, and transportation ready every day. They were flexible and super responsive to all our needs. Absolutely loved them and will definitely be returning!

Antonio is the sweetest. Him and his team make sure we had breakfast daily housekeeping and fresh linen daily whatever we need he had concierge bring it to the house. He made sure that we had transportation all throughout Costa Rica. Make sure that we get to and from the airport safely, sightseeing great drivers. If I ever was to visit Costa Rica again, I will book through Antonio and his property was so beautiful.

From the moment we arrived in Costa Rica, this team made our stay absolutely perfect. Angie was super attentive throughout our stay (as well as in the weeks leading up), making sure we had everything we needed. Carlos and Jefferson were our go-to tour guides throughout our stay for both excursions and random activities that we planned last second. They helped us with grocery shopping, gave us great recommendations on bars/restaurants, and helped us out throughout our stay when interacting with locals (especially with helping to translate for us). Maikel was also great helping around the house (like putting our groceries away for us so we could party), was super attentive at night when we needed anything, and making sure we had a safe stay. This team was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them more - we all felt like kings the entire trip! Thank you for helping us have such a memorable stay!

So fun. A private bathroom for every room. A gorgeous upstairs that’s perfect for hanging out. Angerlyn, Antonio, and the rest of the team made us feel like royalty. The airport transportation was such an amazing perk. They cleaned our rooms every day, provided fresh towels, hot breakfast, you name it! We couldn’t believe how accommodating they were, it was actually unbelievable. We couldn’t find the power cord to the pool speaker and boom, within 5 minutes they show up to help. We needed a taxi to dinner and boom, they had one outside waiting for us. We asked for directions to the beach and boom Antonio appeared out of thin air to take us there in a van! They arranged our excursions. I’m telling you this was so much more than your typical Airbnb stay. This was first class hosting. 10/10!!!

Beautiful property. Modern and spacious with a good flow overall. On a quiet deadend block but yet, close to all local and lively attractions. Pool was great for a big group. But the cherry on top was the concierge service, specifically Angie. Angie set the entire trip up for us, from airport transportation, excursions such as beach parties, snorkeling, ATV tours, and personal chefs. All of which were highly highly recommended. Our family just stayed at Villa Black & White (7 adults & 3 kids) and we had the most amazing time! The house is amazing & looks just like the pictures. The daily breakfast was cooked to order the last few days they even asked us what we’d like to have. The ladies doing the cooking and cleaning are top notch! Antonio gave us several recommendations for restaurants - they were all amazing. We also did the waterfall tour & monkey experience - both I highly recommend. The guides are amazing at what they do & extremely helpful with the kids and the older people in our group. Carlos was always on call for a ride & all of the staff were extremely friendly & responsive. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Could not recommend this place enough! This is a beautiful home, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a party of 12 adults and 2 toddlers. The highlight was the amazing concierge experience provided by Angie with pick-up and drop off from the airport, seamless bookings of adventure sports and in-home massages, express delivery services for water and milk for the kids. Huge shout out to the ladies who made the breakfast every morning and took care of the house. Our private chef dinner was outstanding. Overall a great vacation!

Our group of friends has been coming to Costa Rica for over 10 years. Antonio, Angie and the team were by far the best hosts we've encountered during all of our visits. Even before our arrival, they were in regular communication with our group to coordinate about the details. Upon arrival, we were picked up from the airport in a shuttle and driven (at no extra charge) to the home. The photos of the home actually do not do it justice - it is an amazing property. The staff arrived daily each morning to clean and prepare breakfast for our group - again this was at no extra charge. The pool and hottub were clean and available 24/7. Each room provides a safe for personal belongings and each room locks with a key. In addition, there is on-site security that is visible but not intrusive. The property is within 15 minute walking distance to the beach. This property is ideal for families or groups of friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Black and White was exquisite. Everything was as described. The amenities are top-notch and the pool is a great place to hang out. However, the standout feature here is the amazing team of staff that exude pride in their work and the resort. The amount of planning, cooking, etc that the staff handled removed all anxiety for managing a vacation with our large group of nine people. Definitely utilize the concierge, Angie, Jefferson, Carlos, Diego, and so many more catered to our every need, even delivering us things like extra ice posthaste. Breakfast was provided every morning and we had a chef prepare meals each night. This was honestly a top-tier Airbnb experience.

We have never found a private home with 8bedrooms and 8bathrooms, this location was absolutely perfect! And the entire villa was breathtaking! The location was excellent, as it was walkable to downtown Joca. The beds, lemons and towels were all excellent, and the food that was prepared for us at the Villa was great. The host did an excellent job arranging our excursions, letting us know when transportation was ready, and always being proactive in finding out what else we needed. Any time any issue arose (such as batteries in a remote needing replacing), the host was immediately addressed the situation without hesitation. The staff that came to the location to provide housekeeping, and other services was very friendly and helpful as well.

This house was truly amazing. I planned all my dinners and activities with Angie. She is very sweet, helpful, responsive, and gave great recommendations. Jefferson was our check in and check out host he was super kind and attentive when we arrived and left. He helped us with activities and well and any concerns while on the property. Carlos is THE BEST he was our driver and was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly a friend. He is amazing and will do anything to make you feel comfortable and happy. Josue was our tour guide for La Fortuna he was super nice, explained everything to us, and was very patient with our huge group. Amazing house and amazing hosts BEST HOUSE IN COSTA RICA!! 🇨🇷❤️

Antonio’s place was the Bomb 😎 the photos was exactly how the place looked , All Staff was polite ,very helpful & they didn’t take long to respond if I needed something. Me and friends had a great time the breakfast was on point & the chief did his thing for dinner time 🍽️ Highly recommended !

What a fantastic and amazing place to stay... Antonio, Angie are fantastic host! I travel often, and I use Airbnb properties exclusively and I always read the reviews, and I appreciate honest feedback from prior guest before I book. So I'm hoping that as you are taking a min to read this post, please know that my feelings are genuine, thoughtful and true. I find the most important things concerning my stay is... does it an accurately depict the descriptions (cleanliness, is the host responsive, type of service provided). Tony and his staff hit the bullseye every time. Shout-out to an amazing staff Angie, Wendy (cook), Heli, Juan, Michael (security) the boat crew (you gotta do it!) Ezequiel, Bayron, and Joel was so much fun. They were all outstanding, and they made us feel like family. The Staff was remarkable. someone was always available. The house is amazing. we were able to walk downtown and browse the stores. We will be back.

I brought a group of five guys to Antonio's place to spend three nights for a friend's bachelor party. We made the absolute perfect decision. Antonio's home was beautiful and spacious. Everything from the bathrooms, to the outdoor dining area to the pool was incredible. The team -- Angie, Jefferson and Carlos -- took great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. They provided roundtrip transportation to and from the airport, organized excursions for us and procured a private chef to prepare dinner for us (and that was the best meal we'd had on the entire trip). Aside from the property being amazing, the team really knows what it means to be friendly and hospitable. Again, we made the perfect decision and will absolutely stay there with them again in the future. I 100% recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH, GUYS!!

Antonio and his team were super professional, responsive, and helpful. Angie, in particular, was the MVP. She coordinated all our excursions and parties. I couldn't ask for a better team to help throw a bachelor party. The place was close to nightlife, accessible by Uber or on foot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. See you next time! Awesome location. Great artistic and architectural work. Went with a group of 8 guys and enjoyed our stay. The housekeepers - Dixie and Steve, were phenomenal and attentive. Kept the environment clean for us, which provided high level comfort. The Chef, Augustin, did great with our daily meals and provided great entertainment. We had one of our guys who could not eat meat and Augustin made sure he was attentive and accommodating. Lastly, the owner Antonio and his team, were extremely good with communication and support. When we come back to visit, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Antonio has a great team of concierge at the property. The property was clean, safe and much better than the description. I recommend the property to anyone looking to travel to Jaco Beach. The shuttle back and forth from airport was smooth and safe, concierge option to accompany us through within the city was an amazing bonus(Wilfredo is awesome), lastly the property was safe due to security present during entirety of our stay. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Last but not least, ANGIE WAS THE MVP of our stay. She was very helpful and availble every time we needed something. Thank you Angie 🙏🏽. Antonio, Angie, and the rest of the crew were absolutely incredible. They helped us plan all of our activities with great recommendations, they responded promptly to all inquiries, and were all around pleasant hosts. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without them! I don't think we could have found a better Airbnb!

The villa was gorgeous. it looked like pictures. The bedrooms were big and spacious. The house was clean. The pool was spectacular. it was walking distance from the restaurants and clubs. Located in a safe neighborhood. Great for large groups. The rental includes a boat. it is small. They say the boat fits 12 but it fits less than that. We were 8 and fit comfortably. more than that would have been a tight fit. still, we had a blast on the boat. The best part of our stay was without a doubt, the staff. They were very welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and made us feel at home. Angie was very responsive. she helped set up our excursions, give recommendations for restaurants and helped with reservations and transportation. I can't say enough about them. thank you so much to the staff. I recommend this rental without any hesitation.

From the moment we made our reservation, Angie, the property coordinator, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She ensured that our stay was seamless and enjoyable from day one. The accommodations were fantastic—each room was impeccably clean and featured a full bath, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The services offered were top-notch, particularly the option to have a chef prepare breakfast and lunch for us. Simply amazing...starting from the moment the reservation was made, Antonio and his team communicated constantly with me about everything until my departure. Anytime we ever want to go to Costa Rica, this is the first place we will look! Everything was amazing from when we got picked up at the airport til we got dropped off! Angie was such a huge help even before we booked, she answered all the questions we had, she helped us with all activities, always checking up on us.
