Can’t beat staying here! It’s private, has security, clean, pools, food and drinks. We felt safe and had a great time. We had adventures and had quiet peaceful days staying at the condo. Would definitely (and plan) stay here again.

I had an amazing stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The condo looked exactly as advertised, and the views were even better in person. Waking up every morning to that view was one of the highlights of the trip. The host and staff were fantastic—everyone was friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The condo was also stocked with everything you could need, including a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and even a first aid kit, which showed great attention to detail. The rooftop and pool area were incredible and easily one of the best amenities. Whether you wanted to relax during the day or watch the sunset, it was the perfect spot. Our stay was amazing. The place was beautiful, super clean, and well maintained in every detail. They really make you feel at home because they had everything: from sunscreen, medicine, and basic items to cooking condiments, which we really appreciated. The view is beautiful, and the whole atmosphere feels very quiet and comfortable. Also, the people and staff in the building were always very friendly and helpful. I also had a chance to get to know the owner a bit, and he was super nice and welcoming. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back without any hesitation—it's totally worth it!

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was huge and pristine. John's property manager Christian was on hand to greet us and available promptly for any questions. The view from the large balcony is worth it by itself, we spent many hours there watching the whales go by. Yes, this place is perfect for whale watching in the right season, don't forget your field glasses. The property has gated security so it felt completely safe and secure. The pictures describe the location very accurately. The rooftop pool was amazing! The on property restaurant and bar had decent food and drinks, very convenient for breakfast and after a long day out. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for our next visit.

John was an absolutely amazing SUPER host!! The best we’ve ever experienced. Luckily he was in town and went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us there and settled in. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff were amazing and the food was so delicious! The place was absolutely breathtaking from the infinity roof top pool, the roof top restaurant area, the condo and the lowered level pools and restaurant area. We will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing get away. Me and my best friend also had one of the best massages we’ve ever had by the staff Juan’s wife. Thank you to all the staff and John for taking such good care of us!

Best place

It's a really nice place for a super pleasant vacation!!! The terrace has an incredible view over the entire Bay of Vallarta!!!! The only downside is the small, very dirty beach, but that's because of the people who come there from other places! I loved it, and I'll be back.

It a great place to stay for a great price

Wow! John’s place is wonderful. We moved here last minute from other accommodation and were thrilled to find such a beautiful condo in such a fabulous spot. The views are quite something - we ended up barely leaving and just relaxing on the big comfortable terrace, with a full on view of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. Food at the restaurants in the building was consistently excellent and good value. Amazing rooftop pool area. Joel who checked us in was terrific - so friendly and kind and really helpful.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean apartment. It fully met my expectations. The view was incredible, and without a doubt, another key reason I would return is the service provided by the person who welcomed us; she was very kind.

I cannot say enough good things about John's condo. The views from the balcony, the comfortable beds, and the well-stocked kitchen were everything we needed. The condo has everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. John's responsiveness to any and all questions was quick and helpful. The location is just far enough away from the center of the city to provide the peace and relaxation you need. The views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking and provide the best sunsets. I highly recommend this place again to anyone wishing to stay in Puerto Vallarta. I will definitely look for this place again the next time I plan to visit.

Do not hesitate to book this awesome apartment. 6 of us stayed here for 5 nights & the apartment, building restaurants & pools are just perfect. The sunsets on the balcony are beautiful & the apartment has everything you need to make your stay very very convenient & comfortable. It is a very short & inexpensive Uber ride into town so this is very helpful. Joel who looks after guest arrival was so helpful and could not have been more welcoming. John & Joel shared plenty of information about our stay before arrival. We highly recommend staying here, take it from 6 very happy Aussies.

Great experience overall. The condo and the entire building exceeded our expectations. Joel and the rest of the staff were really great!! Gave us tips and informed us of places to go visit, as well as places to go eat! Bar staff were friendly and served really good drinks. Affordable dining which we were impressed with the food. Beautiful property and very clean. Infinity pool was amazing with breathtaking views. The staff was great & ready to help with anything we needed.

Our stay was wonderful & the condo is spacious and lovely. The unit is big (approx 3,400 sq.ft., I believe), has 4 bedrooms, and even though there were only 3 of us, it was really nice to have all of that space which felt grand and opulent. You can tell that the owner obviously spends time there too because it was well stocked & appointed in addition to having everything we needed plus backup supplies. Joel our greeter and John's co-host, was very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. I have rented/stayed in several of the Sayan Indah units on multiple floors over the past few years and this unit and experience were the best so far. I would definitely return. Thanks John & Joel!

The condo and location are amazing!! The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies and toiletries, there's even a games drawer. The host's team took brilliant care of us and booked our day trip and our Covid tests before we came home. It's a good location, an easy walk into the romantic zone on the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous condo and property. Communication with both John and on-site staff was timely and seamless. Everything you could ever imagine needing is in the condo. Having the restaurant onsite for poolside drinks and snacks and room service throughout the day is super convenient.

Absolutely loved our stay at John’s place. The condo is huge, beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was absolutely seamless. Jose was great and checked us in and out with no issues. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed during our stay but the downstairs pool and restaurant were very accommodating. Would highly recommend John’s unit!

Rooftop infinity pool at the apartment was so nice. The apartment is roughly 1.5miles from main Romantic Zone. Walking will take about 15-20 minute or front desk can get you a taxi very affordable. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at John's Sayan Beach condo could not have been more perfect. As soon as we completed the booking, a comfortable and meaningful communication was started and was maintained throughout our stay via John's wonderful concierge, Joel...who arranged for a grocery shop, airport transfer, an "in-house" covid test and supplied great conversation and expert recommendations. The condo itself was immaculate and exceeded every expectation...including the amazing view from the balcony! The facilities were also above our expectations...the rooftop infinity pool and bar/restaurant were an oasis. And the beach access could not have been easier. We are already planning our next trip!

Don’t hesitate for a moment and just book. Not only is the condo more than expected but you are also assigned by Joel throughout your stay and he made our trip perfect. From setting up in room massages to excursions to our Covid test, responses were timely and he is so friendly and knowledgeable. This is the whole package and we can’t wait to bring our family back! Johns place is SPECTACULAR ! The condo is huge ! Staff is great ! They are very strict in the rules and policies but other than that our stay was amazing !

John’s Sayan Beach Condo is everything and more. Gorgeous, well stocked kitchen and rooms. The view is epic and the pools and staff are amazing. Joel was friendly and an awesome resource - arranging for our covid test in the condo. In all our trips to PV, we have never had a better location - close to restaurants and shopping and galleries all the while getting a front row to the ocean waves. The local road to get into town is being fixed from a mudslide and turned the 10 minute walk into town into a 15 min walk or a 4 min very cheap (70 peso) cab ride.

This property is a great place to use as base camp to explore Puerto Vallarta. The condo is spacious, beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all that you need and the views are spectacular. When you slide back the floor to ceiling windows and open the space up on two sides it’s simply breathtaking! The walk to town is not bad but the return is uphill and will leave you in a good sweat. No worries because the Uber rides are very reasonable and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Beach access is not real easy which might be an issue for some. The owner has a separate 3BR property a couple buildings down with access to a very nice little private beach. We 100% will return to one of these properties the next time we visit PV.

10/10 THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE THUS FAR. This condo exceeded my expectations, I was not expecting such a luxurious experience. This home was fully stocked from laundry detergent to xtra paper towels to full size body wash, shampoo’s & conditioner in every bathroom. Fully functioning well stocked kitchen. THE VIEW WAS TO DIE FOR! I watched the sunset every evening for 5 days on the balcony. Joel was great he was a phone call away for all of my questions &/or needs. The bedrooms are very spacious and has individual a/c temperature controls. My friends and I received massages on the patio that were a 10/10 **Highly Recommend** I’m making plans to return already! I honest did not want to leave. My stay was actually perfect!!

This house was simply amazing. Awesome finishes in the house, classy and elegant furniture, and access to bars pools and beaches. This building is fully equipped even with spa. A 1 hour massage in building is approximately 20 USD and was amazing. The host had someone manage the property and he was awesome! Very helpful, very responsive and gave great tips with the area. I will 100% be back if I can!

Don’t think twice about booking this beautiful Airbnb! We could not have asked for a better place- super clean, gorgeous ocean views (we saw whales from our patio!), spacious and updated! The property manager, Joel, really made our stay that much better. He was very responsive and welcoming! He even went out of his way to bring us a large jug of filtered water, and made us his homemade guac and pico. He really made our stay special so we look forward to returning to stay in this perfect Airbnb with the best property manager around! The amenities and rooftop pool were also a dream.

Everything about this place - the unit, the building, the staff, the service, the location - was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed and taken care of from the moment we booked, to our arrival, and through to our departure. The unit is pristine and has everything you can imagine. Joel is so helpful and prompt to respond. The staff at Sayan Beach and the building itself are amazing - the rooftop views are incredible. The location is perfect - away from high traffic areas makes the surroundings peaceful and relaxing, but all of the restaurants and buzz are a safe, quick & easy walk down the street into town (or grab an Uber or the staff will get you a cab no problem). We would absolutely book here again in the future as well as recommend to friends & family!

Great customer service and a beautiful Airbnb. All the amenities wedge perfect for our group, especially the gym, the one draw back is that the pool isn’t heated and it was cold for the entire trip. Other than that... everything was perfect

My second visit to Puerto Vallarta and John's place was a perfect and beautiful home base. Amapas is a beautiful and quiet beach right on your doorstep. Want to go to three chairs at Los Muertos? Take the beach shortcut. It's a skip and a hop away from everything zona romántica has to offer. Nothing more than 30 min walk to where you really want to be. Uber accessible, at home covid testing, room service and a rooftop bar and infinity pool view with no rival. You can see the whales from your balcony every morning - we saw plenty of seals and dolphins as well! I can't wait to be back.

The place is more amazing than the pictures including both the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room and the two large infinity pools at the condo unit. Good gym, good food/drinks, and extremely cheap given the current exchange rates. Uber trips to Old Town and the sandy beaches were short, $2 US rides. If you're looking for good shopping or more restaurants, you will need a cheap cab/Uber as the walk is along a busy street/highway but I liked being in a beautiful, safe location a few minutes away from the downtown area. I will be returning to this location in the future.

John went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. His condo is better than any picture can show. Absolutely beautiful. Johns hospitality was phenomenal. We normally stay at an all inclusive resort but no more..The bar service and drinks were better than any resort. Everything you need is walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Literally perfect. Pictures in the listing barely do the apartment justice. The views are just amazing!! Every possible amenity you might need. We really appreciated the extra touches -- additional towels, sunscreen, fully stocked medicine cabinet, Samsung HDTVs in every room, and Amazon Echos everywhere, made it feel just like home.

This place is beautiful. And the management company was great to work with...a big shout out to Fernando. The condo was spotless and the furnishings made it feel like home. The sunset photos from the balcony are amazing. Don’t skip the massages...we paid around 500 pesos for an hour massage. Almost everyone in our group booked two massages and loved them. The pool has a rule of no inflatables so don’t pack them. They also don’t like yeti type pool glasses but they were fine with them as long as they filled them with drinks that we purchased at the bars. The tab at the end of the week was easy to reconcile since we signed every copy and did not accidentally walk out on any tabs. They actually showed us every charge that was put on our bill and there were 3 that were not ours...they were signed by someone else and they simply removed them from our tab. Hopefully they found the guy who signed them to our room. We would absolutely stay here again we all thought it was a great value. And only 45 peso Uber rides to almost all the spots we went to and we never waited more than 4 minutes for a Uber to pick us up.

The accommodation was excellent--spacious, beautifully decorated and stylish and the location was lovely. It was a perfect distance from the Romantic Zone--located in a peaceful and relaxing area but only a short ten minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend it and will definitely re-book for my next trip.

We spent 8 days. First location was perfect. Quiet new building 10 minute walk to town. Often in Mexico we hear noise from neighbors above. Heard nothing Second condo itself as in the pictures clean and spacious. Third the building high quality service and security. Restaurant provides unusually good food at reasonable prices. The rooftop pool is fabulous. Finally dealings with John and the local people was easy. Planning to come back

Absolutely beautiful accommodations with the most fantastic views from the huge outdoor patio of our unit and the top floor infinity pool. No words express how truly beautiful it was. The actual unit was very clean and modern with fully equipped kitchen. Front desk staff where fantastic. Easy walk to all the action or cheap taxi fares with you prefer. We as a group of 6 would all stay here again in a heart beat.

The place is amazing! Very clean and the view is priceless! Beds are extremely comfortable. MAKE SURE TO BRING A CREDIT CARD when checking-in because it is required (no debit accepted). You definitely won’t regret your stay! It is quiet but close to town. The amenities in the condo are top notch, very advanced. Alexa’s in every room, air conditioning in every room, washer/ dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash (all full size). The building is very strict with bringing guest, it’s very exclusive. Yes, yes, yes stay here! We were a group of 6 friends and just loved the space. You could have privacy (each room has it’s own bathroom), or enjoy plenty of open space together. Views are fantastic! The condo is well equipped with just about everything you need, except your own food and drink. There are even beach chairs that have insulated coolers for use at the beaches! The staff/security at the condo was attentive to all of our requests. Food at the restaurant was good. And most importantly, the host was very responsive with communications. Downtown is a 10-15 min walk, or very reasonable cabs are always accessible. I definitely recommend John’s Airbnb!

I was a little nervous before I arrived since I had pretty high expectations from the pictures and reviews. I was not let down! The condo and its amenities are gorgeous and modern. The beds were very comfortable. It was great that each room had its own A/C unit, so some could sleep with it running and others (like me) could sleep without it on. The Alexas in every room was a bit excessive, since one instruction would activate all of them - but that is a commentary more about Alexa than this property. We never made it to the 3rd floor pool area, which has ping pong and foosball. But we were at the rooftop pool every day enjoying the swim up bar. I never thought I needed to sit IN a pool while drinking a cappuccino and reading a book at a bar, but now I have a new vice. There is also a hot tub up there. It was awesome on drizzly days. The restaurant food was hit or miss - stick with the shrimp, which was SO fresh. The fries were also amazing. The biggest down side was that it wasn't really walking distance to downtown or a nice beach. However, it was a quick and very cheap Uber ride over. You can also call downstairs and they'll have a taxi ready for you right away. The taxi is more expensive (which, compared to US prices, is still super cheap), but we could request a larger vehicle then to fit our whole party. We all booked massages in the property, too - some people even on multiple days, they liked it so much! In short, the property is amazing and the amenities made it the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

John's condo is the perfect place to spend a few days in Puerto Vallarta, especially with a group. The apartment is immaculate, huge, has great a/c, and beautiful views of the ocean. The complex itself is unbelievable: 2 infinity pools (one on the rooftop), gym, massages, and almost-at-cost food and drinks. We come every year, and I'm sure will be back next summer!

What an incredible place! The apartment is even more gorgeous in person than in the photos and that's saying a lot since the photos are great. John responded quickly and has extremely accurate description of his place. The staff at the Sayan at Indah are wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. My friends and I almost didn't want to leave the building because its so lovely but Puerto Vallarta has such heart you have to explore. I highly recommend! And please tip the staff in pesos/cash, they really deserve it!

John's home in Puerto Vallarta is nothing short of breathtaking. The view alone was worth booking the location. It felt like we were staying at a 5-star luxury resort. Everything you could possibly need is readily available--you really don't need to leave the premises at all during your stay. John and his property manager were also very thorough with their communication. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Puerto Vallarta.

John’s place is spectacular! Very stylish and modern feel. It has all the amenities you will need for a vacation getaway. The only thing I will say is that master shower water did not drain as well as one would hope, and you have to keep a close eye on it. Other than that, the place is right off the coast with breathtaking views. The staff on the property is very helpful. It’s a very safe property, as they have someone on duty monitoring 24/7. The property is very close to Old Town near many restaurants and nightlife. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others.

Everything you see in the photos provided are exactly what you get! The amenities and staff were fantastic. We were flabbergasted at the value of the food and drinks on location and couldn’t be more than happier considering we are a family of 8 with hungry kids and thirsty adults. I would certainly recommend staying here for anyone that wants to avoid overcrowded hotels. You get way, way more for what you pay!
