Can’t beat staying here! It’s private, has security, clean, pools, food and drinks. We felt safe and had a great time. We had adventures and had quiet peaceful days staying at the condo. Would definitely (and plan) stay here again.

I had an amazing stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The condo looked exactly as advertised, and the views were even better in person. Waking up every morning to that view was one of the highlights of the trip. The host and staff were fantastic—everyone was friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The condo was also stocked with everything you could need, including a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and even a first aid kit, which showed great attention to detail. The rooftop and pool area were incredible and easily one of the best amenities. Whether you wanted to relax during the day or watch the sunset, it was the perfect spot. Our stay was amazing. The place was beautiful, super clean, and well maintained in every detail. They really make you feel at home because they had everything: from sunscreen, medicine, and basic items to cooking condiments, which we really appreciated. The view is beautiful, and the whole atmosphere feels very quiet and comfortable. Also, the people and staff in the building were always very friendly and helpful. I also had a chance to get to know the owner a bit, and he was super nice and welcoming. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back without any hesitation—it's totally worth it!

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was huge and pristine. John's property manager Christian was on hand to greet us and available promptly for any questions. The view from the large balcony is worth it by itself, we spent many hours there watching the whales go by. Yes, this place is perfect for whale watching in the right season, don't forget your field glasses. The property has gated security so it felt completely safe and secure. The pictures describe the location very accurately. The rooftop pool was amazing! The on property restaurant and bar had decent food and drinks, very convenient for breakfast and after a long day out. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for our next visit.

John was an absolutely amazing SUPER host!! The best we’ve ever experienced. Luckily he was in town and went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us there and settled in. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff were amazing and the food was so delicious! The place was absolutely breathtaking from the infinity roof top pool, the roof top restaurant area, the condo and the lowered level pools and restaurant area. We will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing get away. Me and my best friend also had one of the best massages we’ve ever had by the staff Juan’s wife. It's a really nice place for a super pleasant vacation!!! The terrace has an incredible view over the entire Bay of Vallarta!!!! The only downside is the small, very dirty beach, but that's because of the people who come there from other places! I loved it, and I'll be back.

Great experience overall. The condo and the entire building exceeded our expectations. Joel and the rest of the staff were really great!! Staying at John's Sayan Beach condo could not have been more perfect. As soon as we completed the booking, a comfortable and meaningful communication was started and was maintained throughout our stay via John's wonderful concierge, Joel...who arranged for a grocery shop, airport transfer, an "in-house" covid test and supplied great conversation and expert recommendations. The condo itself was immaculate and exceeded every expectation...including the amazing view from the balcony! The facilities were also above our expectations...the rooftop infinity pool and bar/restaurant were an oasis. And the beach access could not have been easier. We are already planning our next trip!

Johns place is SPECTACULAR ! The condo is huge ! Staff is great ! They are very strict in the rules and policies but other than that our stay was amazing !

John’s Sayan Beach Condo is everything and more. Gorgeous, well stocked kitchen and rooms. The view is epic and the pools and staff are amazing. Joel was friendly and an awesome resource - arranging for our covid test in the condo. In all our trips to PV, we have never had a better location - close to restaurants and shopping and galleries all the while getting a front row to the ocean waves. The local road to get into town is being fixed from a mudslide and turned the 10 minute walk into town into a 15 min walk or a 4 min very cheap (70 peso) cab ride.

10/10 THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE THUS FAR. This condo exceeded my expectations, I was not expecting such a luxurious experience. This home was fully stocked from laundry detergent to xtra paper towels to full size body wash, shampoo’s & conditioner in every bathroom. Fully functioning well stocked kitchen. THE VIEW WAS TO DIE FOR! I watched the sunset every evening for 5 days on the balcony. Joel was great he was a phone call away for all of my questions &/or needs. The bedrooms are very spacious and has individual a/c temperature controls. My friends and I received massages on the patio that were a 10/10 **Highly Recommend** I’m making plans to return already! I honest did not want to leave. My stay was actually perfect!!

John is a very good host, he also provide us his assistant Joel. Whatever we need Joel would help us taking care of us very well. It a great place to book for you vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Don’t think twice about booking this beautiful Airbnb! We could not have asked for a better place- super clean, gorgeous ocean views (we saw whales from our patio!), spacious and updated! The property manager, Joel, really made our stay that much better. He was very responsive and welcoming! He even went out of his way to bring us a large jug of filtered water, and made us his homemade guac and pico. He really made our stay special so we look forward to returning to stay in this perfect Airbnb with the best property manager around! The amenities and rooftop pool were also a dream.

Everything about this place - the unit, the building, the staff, the service, the location - was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed and taken care of from the moment we booked, to our arrival, and through to our departure. The unit is pristine and has everything you can imagine. Joel is so helpful and prompt to respond. The staff at Sayan Beach and the building itself are amazing - the rooftop views are incredible. The location is perfect - away from high traffic areas makes the surroundings peaceful and relaxing, but all of the restaurants and buzz are a safe, quick & easy walk down the street into town (or grab an Uber or the staff will get you a cab no problem). We would absolutely book here again in the future as well as recommend to friends & family!

Great customer service and a beautiful Airbnb. All the amenities wedge perfect for our group, especially the gym, the one draw back is that the pool isn’t heated and it was cold for the entire trip. Other than that... everything was perfect

My second visit to Puerto Vallarta and John's place was a perfect and beautiful home base. Amapas is a beautiful and quiet beach right on your doorstep. Want to go to three chairs at Los Muertos? Take the beach shortcut. It's a skip and a hop away from everything zona romántica has to offer. Nothing more than 30 min walk to where you really want to be. Uber accessible, at home covid testing, room service and a rooftop bar and infinity pool view with no rival. You can see the whales from your balcony every morning - we saw plenty of seals and dolphins as well! I can't wait to be back.

John was a great host with outstanding communication and clearness. The apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen even though the restaurant is really good too. Easy check in and out. Overall a great experience and hope to be back soon.

John went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. His condo is better than any picture can show. Absolutely beautiful. Johns hospitality was phenomenal. We normally stay at an all inclusive resort but no more..The bar service and drinks were better than any resort. Everything you need is walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place. I plan to come back many more times. Waking up to the ocean is an experience I will miss every night until I return. The place could not have been better. The accommodation was excellent--spacious, beautifully decorated and stylish and the location was lovely. It was a perfect distance from the Romantic Zone--located in a peaceful and relaxing area but only a short ten minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend it and will definitely re-book for my next trip.

We spent 8 days. First location was perfect. Quiet new building 10 minute walk to town. Often in Mexico we hear noise from neighbors above. Heard nothing Second condo itself as in the pictures clean and spacious. Third the building high quality service and security. Restaurant provides unusually good food at reasonable prices. The rooftop pool is fabulous. Finally dealings with John and the local people was easy. Planning to come back

John's condo is the perfect place to spend a few days in Puerto Vallarta, especially with a group. The apartment is immaculate, huge, has great a/c, and beautiful views of the ocean. The complex itself is unbelievable: 2 infinity pools (one on the rooftop), gym, massages, and almost-at-cost food and drinks. We come every year, and I'm sure will be back next summer!

John’s place is spectacular! Very stylish and modern feel. It has all the amenities you will need for a vacation getaway. The only thing I will say is that master shower water did not drain as well as one would hope, and you have to keep a close eye on it. Other than that, the place is right off the coast with breathtaking views. The staff on the property is very helpful. It’s a very safe property, as they have someone on duty monitoring 24/7. The property is very close to Old Town near many restaurants and nightlife. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing place. Like all the reviews state... it’s like staying in a 5 star resort, but not being trapped in a huge resort. Great location and very easy to catch a taxi or Uber if needed. The pools are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. It was nice being able to order room service when we were too lazy to go out or cook.

John’s place is exactly what it looks like in the photos.... amazing! I’ve been to PV several times but have not stayed in this area. Quick walk to town on the beach was so great along with having two different pools to choose from. You are staying at a condo but with hotel amenities such as room service and a bar. Plus security! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy it all over again - along with the amazing ocean view which I forgot to mention!!!

John's place is beautiful and one of the best AirBnB's I've ever rented. Communication with John is very thorough and quick. Emails from both John and his property management team were detailed and left no questions to be asked. The condo is very clean and comfortable. There were 5 adults and 1 toddler staying between the 3 rooms. We were able to do laundry and had everything we needed to cook our own meals which made us feel very much at home. At night time is was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the master bedroom. We were able to walk along the beach or streets into town with the toddler without any problems. I appreciated that the bars and food at the property were charged to the room so you don't have to carry a card with you to any of the bars/pools, just some small cash to tip the staff. The staff were nice, their friendliness did not feel forced, and they were not overbearing. If I have the opportunity to rent John's condo next time I'm in PV I would do so.

Amazing condo, pictures don't do it justice. So many extras in the unit - towels galore, shampoo, conditioner, snorkel, boogie boards, coffee, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds. The roof top pool is unreal. Proximity to the Romantic Zone is fabulous - a short (but very uneven) walk, or a $2-3 Uber. The food and drinks at the restaurant are wonderful and so inexpensive - just know that it's relaxed (slower) service. The gym is gorgeous. The building is well attended to and is spotless. Sunsets are spectacular. I can't stress the next part enough - book massages and activities through Security, not the concierge. The Sayan is just sensational. An added bonus, the other unit owners were a total delight. One even hosted my kids to play with their dog. The onsite staff could not have been nicer. Loved Joaquin and Enrique! John's attention to detail within the unit is fantastic. It makes the next part of the review very perplexing. This is a luxury rental, in line with other places we've rented in Mexico. The property management and communication were a mess - the complete opposite of our other experiences. I encourage you to book this condo but use the onsite security (Joaquin and Enrique) not the property manager/concierge. Things we wish we would have known. The property management was changed from the time we booked to our stay but not updated in the listing. I spent three weeks going back and forth with the old management who never indicated they were no longer servicing the unit. I contacted John a few days before our trip to say nothing was able to be confirmed. He then alerted me of the change. It wasn't until I sent him a screenshot from his AirBnb listing that he realized the mistake in his listing. He cited an email sent from Jorge, the new property manager but I never received it. John is the only unit owner who uses the new company. Based on all the glowing reviews in 2018, he should have stayed with PVRPV. Jorge arranged transportation ($60US, lovely but fyi, return trip via Uber, $10). I texted him when we were on our way. He said he already knew and someone would meet us upon arrival. They didn't. Confusion set in when I looked at the Airbnb app and two different unit numbers were listed (turns out, one unit listed is John's new Indah unit). This wouldn't have been a problem if we were greeted like we were told. When the concierge did arrive an hour later, he had us sign a piece of paper, took us to the security desk and left. He didn't show us around, no details were provided on the unit. No mid-week cleaning scheduled at check-in as described in the house manual. The new company is not familiar with the building, this is per John. Jorge booked our massages but told us there was no spa. During our stay we saw the massage room and the board listing the prices at 1/2 the cost of what Jorge booked. John's response "he booked outside help, it's more expensive". Later John saw who we booked through the building and said, "she's really the best". Why not list in your house manual? I asked John about whether I should book activities through Jorge or the Security desk, his response, "security is easier". I also told John based on the two incidents, I didn't trust Jorge, the concierge, for accurate information. Within minutes, I received a message from Jorge saying that "I'm sorry you don't trust me" and how hard he's working for us. So uncomfortable. John lists HBO but he doesn't have it. We missed the GoT season premiere. Not the end of the world but don't list it in your manual if you don't have it. Texts back and forth with Jorge who contacted John. Never resolved. Grill didn't work - we have two at home and know how to operate them. Jorge said he'd send someone. Took 1.5 hours to show up and by that time we just ordered food from downstairs. John popped by shortly after the concierge arrived (who also struggled with it) and his explanation, "the grill is never used" but John got it to work. . Mid-week cleaning was arranged the night before. Jorge asked us if she could come early so we cleared out for hours. She arrived much later than we were told and was still cleaning when we returned. Plumbing problem in the kitchen. Things happen, we understand. We reported immediately and wound up doing two loads of towels from all that we cleaned up. Concierge made no effort to help clean up. I let John know. No response. The final blow. We were told we could check out at 11:30 a.m. Surprise, the cleaning service arrived at 8:45 a.m. just as we were all about to shower and pack up. We asked her to come back later and she said no. I texted Jorge, no response. Emailed John. John responded at noon, AFTER we checked out, saying we were welcome to stay while she cleaned, he was sorry, it's difficult to reach them today, and hopefully I understand it's a holiday weekend. Had this been communicated, we would have made other arrangements. It's a shame we were made to feel like a nuisance in this high end unit. In all, we absolutely loved the condo but did not appreciate the unnecessary and totally avoidable headaches.

If you’re going to PVR, you HAVE to stay at John’s place! His condo is very modern and so beautiful. The full wall of sliding doors to the lanai was so perfect to wake up to, open, have a coffee, and look at the breathtaking views. The staff at the condo and the property management were very helpful, polite, and always quick to take care of us. The other condo owners made us feel so welcome as if we were at home. The rooftop bar and infinity pool was like a paradise of its own - we never wanted to leave! We love that Johns condo is close enough to downtown PVR by Uber, a short walk to the Romantic Zone, and up in the hills for some amazing views. There’s even a beautiful path along the ocean to some local beaches south of the condo. We always felt very safe at the condo and leaving the condo on foot. This is the place to stay in PVR - we will definitely be back!

Three friends and I stayed at John's place for my bachelorette party and we had the BEST time. John's place is so clean with stunning views and we felt very safe. The rooftop infinity pool is out of this world!! The gym has all brand new equipment from weights, to bikes, ellipticals, yoga mats, row machine, etc. Overall, we had an amazing stay and we cannot wait to return. Thanks John!

John's place is the perfect place to spend a weekend in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is looks brand new, is enormous, has every amenity you could want, and has a great view of the infinity pool below and the ocean. The beds in each room are super comfortable, the showers are enormous, and the property itself is the perfect place to stay. We love the infinity pool on the roof that overlooks the city and the ocean. Particularly great is that all the food and drinks are done at cost, so you get the feel of staying at a beautiful resort without all the expense. We've been coming for 3 years, and can't wait to come against next year!

The location is superb! The reviews gave me a high expectation but what we experienced was far greater than anything I could have imagined! The location is literally a few feet from the beach with breathtaking, panoramic views from the condo....watching gorgeous sunsets every evening. The place was immaculate, fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The on site restaurant is highly recommended with delicious, reasonably priced food and drinks. I've never seen a filet mignon or lobster on a menu priced under $20 until now! I give John's place 5 stars. His property management team was very attentive and professional. I can't wait to plan my next vacation at Sayan Beach!

Apartment is stunning and very secure. It’s very close to the town however is at the top of a very steep hill which for adults is fine. However for smaller kids it’s not the easiest to get up and down albeit Uber and Taxis are available and very cheap. Highly recommend.

This place is even nicer than we expected. Not only is the condo in top condition and with lots of space and great views, the infiniti pools/jacuzzi/bars/restaurants on the ground floor and a second one on the roof are amazing places of serenity . Food and drinks on site were outstanding and at very reasonable prices. My family got so comfortable at Sayan it was sometimes hard to get them leave to explore the rest of Puerto Vallarta. Had one small issue with a window blind when we arrived, and John's team had it repaired within an hour. This place is a genuine oasis and it surpassed all our expectations. So restful. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend to friends and family as well as return ourselves.

The place is very nice, spacious, modern, comfortable. The development has excellent maintenance, its bars and restaurants are great, excellent quality and price, you don't need to go out for anything. Great staff. It's an apartment with hotel services, an excellent option.

A wonderful stay! I stayed here with my husband and two other couples. It was the perfect amount of space for 6 people. I loved that they had an espresso machine at the lower pool and we enjoyed a cappuccino each morning. Our favorite pool was the rooftop. So beautiful! It was also nice that we could order reasonably priced food and drinks at the pool. The walk to town was about 20 minutes (over lots of cobblestones) but went by quickly. The gym was well-equipped too. Would definitely stay again!

One of the unexpected bonuses we found after staying at this great condo were the on-site bars and restaurant. They offered reasonably priced food and drinks that you could eat poolside, or in the condo itself via room service. Even though a small market was close by, it was much easier to get some chips, salsa and guac sent up! The concierge services were also great, Angel and the rest of the team were extremely responsive. Thanks for the great stay John!

All of the bedrooms are very comfortable, particularly the beds. The kitchen was modern. The balcony was large and provided a great view of the ocean and sunset. The facilities on the roof were spectacular. Great view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta, beautiful (and warm) infinity pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and surprisingly cheap and tasty cocktails. We did not have any food on the roof but will next time. Pro tip: don’t turn on the balcony lights at night as it attracts swarms of moths. It was a ten minute walk or easy Uber ride to the romantic zone. I would add the option of utilizing the barbecue grill. If we had stayed longer, maybe we would have used the barbecue on the balcony. Overall, a fabulous property which exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to our host John.

Just GORGEOUS!!! From the moment we stepped into this premier condo community, from the enthusiastic greetings of the concierge at check-in, to the jaw-dropping views & the stunning place we were lucky enough to enjoy for 8 days, there wasn’t one thing that we would have changed about our stay in PV! Honestly, Syan Beach is so perfect, I could have been just as happy to stay at the resort the entire time — between the stunning condo, gorgeous pools, fully-equipped fitness facility, & the restaurant and pool food/drink service, with first-class staff who are incredible!! (Lest I not forget to add, very reasonably priced!) In addition to the perfect place, in the most ideal location, (just a short walk to all the hippest spots) John was an amazing host! We had a fluke minor issue with the door lock & he came over within 10 minutes & immediately fixed it! Not to mention, his outstanding communication & attention to details that made us feel very comfortable & we were able to easily feel right at-home at his place! I am already checking my schedule to see about booking another trip before Summer, just so I can spend another glorious week relaxing & feeling pampered at Syan Beach!!! Location of condo is excellent to town. Staff is there to assist at anytime. Condo is perfect for 2 or 6! Falling asleep to the waves crashing onto the rocks - hope you like that added bonus! As a hotelier for 30 years, all I can say is this condo is perfection! Do yourself a favor and reserve it...today!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo in a gorgeous setting. The amenities of the Sayan Beach Condo building are wonderful. The pictures are accurate. John was responsive and accommodating throughout the process.

This condo is on the second floor at the north end. The windows open to the forest there and the feeling is of a private home. The amenities are great. We love the menu and food from the restaurant. The Dish TV service is a special treat with all the US choices and time shifting. This condo has the master BR opening onto the balcony, whereas the others on the floor do not.

Absolutely beautiful exactly or better then described, John meet us when we arrived was very nice and kind. The staff was awesome Angel, Joaquin, Carlos, helping make our visit one to remember forever. If your looking for quiet relaxing paradise a short walk from the Malecon, this your place!

We stayed for 7 days in John’s place. Architecture is one of our passions and this building is a fine example of modern architecture. With about 30 units in the building the pools and common spaces were never crowded. The roof top infinity pool/bar has an incredible view of the coast line. The location is perfect. Just a short charming walk to old town yet it is peacefully out of the tourist hubbub. John was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend his place to the discerning traveler!

We had a fantastic 5 night vacation at Sayan Beach. The unit is stunningly stylish, the location and view unbeatable! We have been looking for the perfect place to stay in PV for 15 years and this is it! The view from our deck with lush greenery the side with clear views of the ocean is truly special. Everything was spotless and even better than the photos portray it. The pools were awesome and quiet. Service super friendly, the on-site gym was amazing with excellent equipment. The restaurant and bars had very reasonable and yummy food and drinks. We spotted dolphins, birds, manta rays from the rooftop pool deck, not to mention beautiful sunsets. The walk to town along the beach takes minutes and cab home at night simple. We will definitely be returning, hopefully for much much longer!

Book this place now. You won’t regret it. Beautiful views of the ocean. Clean and modern space. Short uber ride to the city or 15 min walk. Great infinity pools. We had a great stay. Thanks for hosting us John!

We didn't even need to go to the market, we just bought all our food and drink there when we weren't out on the town. You are a short walk down to the shops and best beaches in PV. I will say that there is quite a hill that you need walk up when going back and forth. It wasn't a problem for our group but if you have any mobility issues it will be worth the 70pesos to get a taxi.

Perfect place for a vacation. The pools on the property were outstanding and are perfect for lap swimming. Condo was immaculate. Staff was very accommodating and prices were very reasonable. Suggest that you go grocery shopping prior to arrival as you won't want to leave. Transportation company suggested was also very accommodating. This has been my best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta in more than 30 years I have been coming here. The view, the space, the amenities, the service and the food are all great.

Three words - Book It Now!!! When we arrived we were greeted by Angel who was incredibly welcoming. We had a food delivery service drop off groceries ahead of time and Angel took care of arranging the delivery. John's condo is absolutely stunning. Great ocean views, large patio with BBQ, inviting living space, and well appointed kitchen. There were four of us and we all felt like we had more than enough space. 3 big bathrooms in each bedroom made it feel like we had our own hotel rooms. The building is really great. The staff will take care of all your needs from room services pool side service. Affordable drinks and food. This has to be one of the best properties in PV. We had a private chef come in and cook for our friends birthday one night from Fusion Chefs. Angel also helped coordinate that as well. What an amazing experience over all. Privately situated yet we walked to town within minutes! Highly recommend this vacation spot and John was divine:)

John's home is simply amazing. First of all, the pictures on airbnb are good, but they do not do it justice. The terrace is fantastic, and so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing while taking in the insane views. The three bedrooms are very well appointed, with super comfortable mattresses, soft linens and plenty of pillows of very good quality. Air conditioning works very well: it literally takes about 5 minutes to cool off the room after you turn it on. Water pressure is great and the 3 bathrooms have rain showers. The kitchen is super modern, in sleek gray tones, and with high end appliances. In addition to the apartment, you do have unlimited access to the largest rooftop infinity pool in PV with truly insane views of the entire bay, along with a full service bar and restaurant. Food and drinks are excellent. In the morning you can have breakfast in the lobby, which is made to order and very good too. I should clarify that the "lobby" is what the building calls the area. It is more like "the ridiculously scenic downstairs bar and seating area with 3 pools and beach access". We used the gym pretty much every day: it is a very complete facility with treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals, and bikes, as well as free weights and machines. Overall, this home attains the perfect combination between your own apartment and the services of a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Finally, John was a superb host. He was very engaged in the process, gave us tips and recommendations and overall made sure we had a great time. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom place in PV, do yourself a favor and click on this one.

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Just what I want from a beach vacation! Its location just outside the busy part of town was perfect- close enough to easily walk in for shopping and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful enough to look at the ocean and hear the waves crash. The pools with the condo were great and the restaurants and bars were extremely affordable! I would absolutely stay here if we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta!

Had a great few nights at John's place. Too few in fact. We moved up the coast to a five star hotel property that paled in comparison. Will definitely stay put next trip.

This place is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was super clean and modern. View is breathtaking. The staff at Sayan were so kind. The food and drinks are so inexpensive, we couldn't believe it. Definitely coming back.

Where can I get started... Best location and best views of the bay. You will enjoy the most amazing sunsets in the terrace and the infinity pool and roof garden... The apartment is really comfortable and John has done an amazing job with the decoration of the space and the amenities in the apartment, you will really feel at home here... The service is great, all the staff were really friendly, organized and will make sure you enjoy your stay... We wanted to be close to downtown to enjoy all the great restaurants nearby, but we ended up enjoying the food at the Condo restaurant everyday, great dishes, really affordable food and beverages, that you can enjoy all day long at the main restaurant, your apartment or the roof garden... Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at all over the world. I definitely recommend This option regardless if this is your first time in Puerto Vallarta, or if you are a frequent visitor. You will not be disappointed! Simply the best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Everything with our time here was excellent. The staff at Sayan welcomed us as soon as we made it to the airport! During our stay we enjoyed all of the amenities. The accommodations we very modern and we felt safe. Everything from the gym to the jacuzzi was clean and fully functioning. The apartment has a beautiful view just like photos showed. The walk to to the beach was short and the water felt great! I would stay here again.

I absolutely LOVED the experience that John created for me. Everything starting from the airport pick up was nothing short of amazing. The property is lovely and is conveniently located near everything you will need to be close by. The view from the home is impeccable. The service of the staff was also great and everyone was so friendly. I would never visit PV without staying here at John's place.

First of all, as pretty as the pictures are in the listing, it is EVEN BETTER! The apartment is right on the beach. It is brand new as well! The staff at Sayan Beach is very welcoming and helpful as well. The rooftop bar/restaurant/pool offers an unbelievable view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. There are also pools on the first floor with a restaurant and bar. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living/dining area and a gourmet kitchen. You can definitely live here! BTW, the food and drinks at the restaurants on site are not only good but very inexpensive. John's place is THE place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

John's condo was everything advertised and more. New, clean, stylish, everything you could possibly want for a PV getaway. Design of the condo provided privacy for each room but togetherness also. Check in/Check out went smoothly and efficiently. John's Concierge Angel was fantastic. Celina the Concierge for Sayan Beach was great also. The service at Sayan Beach was top notch. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and good. The location is great, with Old Town a short walk down the hill or beach to great restaurants and night life. The pools are amazing! The massages at Sayan Beach were incredible and very reasonably priced. John was an amazing host and sent us very detailed information in advance to plan our trip. Sayan Beach provided transportation to/from airport made it all very easy. There were a few very minor issues and none of them had to do with John. One elevator never worked during our stay. I had to send my food back once but they made it right immediately. And, I wish they would designate the lower pool for families and the rooftop pool for 12 and older. ALL VERY MINOR ISSUES!!!! I left Sayan Beach wanting to come back as an owner. It was a terrific vacation experience. John is a great host. LOVED IT. WANT TO GO BACK SOON!!!!!!

There is only one way to describe John's Sayan Beach condo: PARADISE. As a host, John went above and beyond all our expectations to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. His condo was immaculately designed and furnished with breathtaking ocean and pool views. To say our stay was comfortable would be an understatement. John's condo and the Sayan complex itself are the epitome of luxury. We have traveled around the world to some of the finest destinations from the South of France to the exclusive beach resorts of Thailand, and I can say that we have truly discovered a gem in our own backyard of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The home itself has everything you could possibly need for your stay and I cannot overstate how beautiful it is. Every time you walk in, you get the same sense of awe as the very first time. The neighborhood itself is fantastic, we were able to walk down to the mini amapas shop almost every day to get the best fresh guacamole and salsa I have ever had. Plenty of restaurants around, we tried Las Palapas and Cafe De Artistes, but enjoyed the fish tacos on the beach just as much. Food and drinks at the Sayan resort are very very very well priced, so you don't even have to leave home if you don't want to (trust me, you won't want to very often!) The concierge was fantastic as well in coordinating massages, boat trips, private car rides etc. The wait staff was excellent. You will be very well taken care of during your whole trip and the only disappointment you will experience is on the day you have to go home! All in all, it was an AMAZING trip, 5 star all the way, and we will definitely be back!

John was an outstanding host! He was very polite, responsive, and thorough in his communication about arrival details and the property itself. I have been to PV 7-8 times now and this hands down was my best experience. The condo itself is beautiful and even better than described. Modern, clean, spacious, and accommodating with large patio and an incredible view of the ocean and pool below on the ground level. The amenities are above all outstanding and as described with 2 infinity pools, a full state of the art gym, very reasonable food and drink prices, and an incredible staff. It feels like a private club! It's also very easy to get to town with a 5 minute taxi ride or a quick walk. I'm very fortunate to have found this gem and can't wait to get back! Thanks John!

John did an excellent job welcoming us to the property. He met us at the elevator and walked us through the condo. He then provided us with a tour of the entire building, even introducing us to all the staff. He had coffee for us in the morning, as well as, a few bottles of wine upon our arrival. The condo and the building it is contained in are amazing; well maintained, clean and modern. The view from the condo was exceptional, and the rooftop pool/bar is one of the most amazing places we have ever been. We spent 9 hours enjoying this space; conversation, food and cocktails. The staff was fun and accommodating. The concierge, Celina, was also jovial and helpful. The complimentary ride to the airport in a roomy suburban, made our painful departure a little easier. This is one of our favorite stays, we will definitely recommend to friends and family and book again! Can't wait.
