Our stay was excellent. The house was very clean, comfortable, and everything was very nice. In addition, the host always answered our questions immediately and was very attentive throughout the stay. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The house is very nice and spacious. We were 8 people and we were all very comfortable. The subdivision is very quiet. You can tell it's a well-maintained house. I would definitely stay there again.

It has everything you need to spend a week there. The house is very tastefully decorated, it feels nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. Communication with Raymundo was first class. Because it was winter, we had a cold climate and although the pool is heated with solar cells, the water temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. Some went into the pool, for brief periods. I'm sure the water is perfect in the hot season. Highly recommended

Our stay at Raymundo's place was perfect. The property is as shown in the photos and Raymundo's service was incredible, he was always attentive and the directions were super clear. The house is in a quiet and safe area, we arrived at night several times and everything was very quiet. The house has everything you need to spend a few quiet days with the family, clean, tidy and equipped. In general, everything was very good, I think it was one of the best houses we've ever stayed in. Thank you for everything, Raymundo!

A very comfortable house for an entire family, it has all the amenities to feel at home, the fractionation is very well located with respect to the center of Tequisquiapan, it is quiet and easy to find. Raymundo was always attentive to any questions during the event, he would definitely return and is 100% recommended.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, Raymundo and his wife Elisa are certainly very friendly and always interested in our needs, they gave us recommendations and solved everything we needed right away. The house is fully equipped and is certainly more spacious than what you can see in the photos. It has some improvements that need to be shared so that you can see them. We just went this weekend and the temperature of the pool was perfect to cool off and with respect to the rest of the house, despite it being so hot, having all the windows with mosquito nets you can leave them open to enjoy the air. We definitely recommend it and hope to return soon<3

Everything was excellent, Mr. Raymundo was always attentive to us. A plus is having a complete first aid kit, although fortunately we don't need it. The photos correspond to how the house is, everything is very clean and functional. We enjoyed the warm pool, swguro would go again. Thank you for everything.

Magnificent house, worth every penny you pay. The entrance is autonomous, we were provided with the key and we entered alone. The house is super clean and very nice. The garden is very nice, it has a barbecue and the pool is perfect for swimming for a while. About 8 minutes away is downtown Tequis and half an hour away are the most popular vineyards. Communication with Raymundo is very fast and he supports you in everything. I would definitely go back to this place.

It matches the description of the house, but the most important thing is the following: the rooms are spacious, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable, there is hot water in all the bathrooms all the time, there is a barbecue in the garden, the pool is spacious and has a comfortable temperature. Automated access is very simple to use, the house is located in a quiet, safe area without city noise. Perfect for relaxing and feeling at home!

The house is definitely much nicer than as seen in the photos. It's super nice, tidy, clean, and has everything. The location is perfect when you want to disconnect, as it is a few minutes from the center but in a very quiet place. They left us some courtesy wafers with a welcome note, details that make a difference. Raymundo, a super host, was always attentive.
