Very nice place. If you have difficulty walking it is up a hill.

Great quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. Access by foot to the main road and the malecon was facilitated by the pedestrian walkway. Great outdoor patio where we had all our meals and relaxed on the roomy furniture. We loved the place and felt at home.

The place is very nice and has many areas to spend with your family. Just bring repellent because being close to the lake you will need it. Everything is super good

An excellent house to rest, very close to downtown Chapala and 20 minutes from Ajijic

We had an amazing time, a quiet place to enjoy as a family surrounded by nature. The instructions were very clear for the arrival and Santiago was very helpful at all times! Definitely a place to come back to! Thank you for everything!

Great place! This home is perfectly located. About a 10-minute walk to the Chapala Malecon and at the same time away from the noise. There is a pharmacy (open 24 hours) and an oxxo nearby. The home is very clean, comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could need. It has great internet, perfect to do home office. Santiago is the best. Always attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. We highly recommend this place!

It is a beautiful place, the house is very nice, the main bedroom with a king bed, the other two with 4 singles, they have many blankets and everything is very spacious, the pool is in the common area and it does not have heating so we could not use it for the weather. The rooms only have a fan and there are no mosquito nets throughout the house. The showers are very well. The water and very warm, the internet is very effective. The internet is very effective. In fact, I was made that for the time we were everything in the time we were everything was perfect. It was not hot because it was not hot. We did not take the fans and there were very few sparkles; the hospitality of Santiago is always very good. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much for everything Santiago, for sure to return!

This place is gorgeous!!! Its a true hidden gem! I went with a group of friends for the weekend and we didn’t want to leave the house. Its fully equipped and centrally located to el Malecon. Im definitely going back!!!

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY SPACIOUS AND EQUIPPED.

The decoration of the house is great, it is very spacious... Having breakfast at the table outside enjoying the huge gardens is the best way to start the day. In general, we spent most of the time on the terrace. The house comes with everything you need in terms of utensils, dishes, appliances, etc. It was a very relaxed weekend, we enjoyed it a lot and we will definitely return.

We stayed at Santiago's house for a weekend with friends and small children. The house is very spacious and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss a thing. There is a large common area for children to play and a grocery store nearby. The only downside was perhaps that the children's pool was out of service but we were able to use the adult pool.

The house is spacious and very nice. Like the condominium where it is located. It is very well-equipped and close to the Chapala esplanade.

The host's response time is unbeatable, and I loved his flexibility so that we could make the most of our weekend getaway. The house is very nice. Its terrace-garden area is totally independent from the other houses, providing a lot of privacy. This was one of my concerns when we decided to rent, but it's not a problem at all!
