Excellent.

As a mom traveling with five 20 year olds.. And as a half hispanic woman whose mom was born in mexico, we always choose mexico for our family vacation every year.. This year, they decided to add a few friends to the mix... The home itself was absolutely stunning.I have a zero complaints.The air conditioning was amazing..the fact that they had air conditioning in the common spaces is kind of rare..so that was nice... This public van that is used for the neighborhood, was one of the coolest features ever..it's just five dollars per person, and they'll take you anywhere within a ten to fifteen mile radius that was really cool..... They take you to the walmart and just wait for you and not cost any more money, way better than any taxi service... The pool was absolutely beautiful and it was warm and the space itself was very walkable into town. I recommend it..

Everything was excellent: the apartment, location, price, beach very close by, and all the services nearby, restaurants, supermarket, shops, and the marina.

Incredible stay at this Airbnb. The house felt like home, has an amazing view and garden. We were able to walk to most things including restaurants, the beach, etc. spent a few days at the Waldorf Astoria down the street during the day enjoying the spa and pool. The house is private, we added weekly housekeeping which made it easy and enjoyed the houses pool daily as well.

Always a pleasure to stay at Alejandra's place. Perfect location for a fishing trip. Right at the harbor. Defiantly will stay again.

Considering that it's located right in the heart of downtown the condo is still very quite and separated from all the action. Liked the access to the pool right from the apartment, very comfy.

We loved Pedregal House! Walkable to downtown Cabo! Excection view and was perfect for our group of 5. Alejandra was very accomodating and answered our questions very timely. Looking forward to returning someday! Thank you!

Everything was perfect. If you're looking to be in the middle of the action, this is the spot. Great communication and easy check in. Unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time hanging by the pool, which is just outside the unit. There are patio tables to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view of the marina. We had a wonderful stay.

Year after year I stay at 1 of Alejandra's condos, and it's always an excellent experience. She's always so nice and friendly to communicate with and very reasonable, I highly recommend staying with Alejandra.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this condo in Cabo! The location is unbeatable—just steps from everything you’d want to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind. The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed, and felt like a true home away from home. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a daily highlight. Communication with our host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Can’t wait to come back—highly recommended!

The location of this listing cannot be better. The number of restaurants and a big shopping center and grocery store is less than a 5-minute walk away.

This place is perfect for people who love to be in the center of town and who enjoy the nightlife. It is ease walking distance from anything you need and has a great view. To be completely honest the weekends are loud and there are two night clubs down stairs that run until about 2am but with the bedroom doors closed and a little white noise it is bearable especially if you like to go out. We have adult children so we had no issues with it. The view of the marina is great and having restaurants downstairs is a major plus. Alejandra was always very responsive and gave very clear instructions. We look forward to staying here again!!

Amazing views, and quiet/safe location! The house was great for my family of 5 plus my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed time in the pool and “rock climbing” behind the house, we walked to the marina and a nearby coffee shop every day, and we had all of the amenities we needed. Several issues arose during our stay, but the host is extremely responsive and considerate.

Our stay was great. The apartment is very spacious, clean and with all amenities, I would go back. If we had any questions Alejandra answered us quickly. No need to rent a car, everything is nearby, the market, restaurants, nightclubs and the main marina as one of the reasons for the trip was fishing. One hundred percent recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay at Casa Tepeji. It was a lovely setting, great views and felt very safe. It was a great retreat for my family with plenty of space to allow everyone to hang out or have a bit of private chill time. We utilized the pool every day. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Alejandra’s Condo is in an amazing spot, right on the Marina. The pool is right outside the door off the living room, facing the Marina. You can watch the sun come up and all the action going on. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation.

This is a perfect location right on the marina. The condo is awesome and walkable to all excursions, restaurants, bars, and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pedregal House - Perfect Location within the Gated Community of Pedregal! Plenty of room for our party of five. Private yard with pool and patio is perfect after a day of fishing and or shopping. The view of Marina is incredible from this location! Very easy walk to Marina, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Alejandra was responsive and addressed our needs.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of downtown Cabo look no further! Right in the middle of all the clubs and restaurants! Can be loud with the music of the night clubs but not a problem if you are there in the nightclubs! Perfect for friends getaway! The Airbnb is pretty big and we had more than enough room for all 8 adults! Incredible view of the marina! This is the only plan I want to stay when I come to Cabo! The Airbnb had everything you can need!

This location is literally right on the marina! we enjoyed people watching from the balcony and the amazing few of the harbor and all its activity. We have small children and the location allowed us to be right in the middle of everything our group wanted to do but still return home easily and quickly for naps, snacks etc. I was surprised at the night life and noise of Cabo (first time visitors) but we slept upstairs and put the baby and toddler to bed without any issues due to noise etc. Beautiful place, great price, excellent location and Alejandra was responsive to questions we had even though we were visiting on a major international holiday. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the activities of the marina but want a quick retreat to your home-away from home.

Overall I would stay at this airbnb again. Host is very responsive and helpful. She accommodated our toddler by getting a brand new “pack n play” crib. Pros: Pictures don’t do justice as others have said. Convenient location. Great pool and views. Price! Good AC Parking is private with attendance opening/closing gate, very convenient and safe. Cons: Patio door was not functional but host said she will get it fixed it may take a while. It’s next to a restaurant and smell of oil/bbq may bother some. You need some windows/door shut to avoid. Smell of bathrooms (coming from older drain openings), we put a plastic bag to block the shower drains and open windows and helped. We expected the noise, so didn’t bother us with doors closed. Elevator to second floor didn’t function (but wasn’t part of listing, not hosts fault). Smaller pool, you can’t really swim.

We loved our stay here. we had all the comforts of home, cleaning supplies, extra linens, very well furnished kitchen. Private yard, no neighbors on either side. The view is beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and night life. This home suited our family perfectly. Everyone had their own space. Master bedroom has 2 patios. Two other bedrooms had patios. Perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the cruise ships coming in. The pool is perfect for cooling off. We will definitely book here again.

Great stay, I would love to come back every time I visit Los Cabos

Alenjandra's place is a gem in the heart of downtown Cabo. Very safe and comfortable. The online pictures don't do it justice. Very clean and modern Airbnb with an unbelievable view over the harbor.

I travel with 4 men that have an annual fishing trip to Cabo since 2008. We have stayed years in hotels until the pricing got too expensive. The last three years have been condos. We will book this condo again every year if it is available. Can't write a long review, so I will try and give the details people need. -This condo is in the best location of Cabo. The place is surrounded by restaurants, night clubs, activities (fishing, water taxis, snorkeling/diving) -Spacious patio overlooking the marina. View of sunrise and sunset. Watching the boats rocking is peaceful. Scenery is great. -Condo was roomy and clean. One of the few in that complex with access to the elevator. All essentials were provided. Plenty of extra towels. Pool available. -Gated entrance at night. Always a security guard present. Felt safe. -Owner nice and easy to work with. Not a negative for us, but something to be aware of. The night clubs are loud until 2:00 am. Set your expectations.

Nice clean house with big rooms and spectacular views. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again no doubt.

Alejandra's place was a great choice for us. The waterfront view and downtown surroundings were enjoyable. The pool added to the experience. The home was a perfect distance up the hill, close enough to walk, and far enough up the hill to provide some amazing views. The house had everything we needed, and the smart key pad made check-in easy. The price was affordable for what we got. Thanks for the pleasant stay. We'll be back next time we're in Cabo! :)

Location,Location,Location! Alejandra’s place is in the perfect location, right on the marina. Restaurants, bars and loads of shopping are literally steps away. Boat excursions and rentals are right outside of the condo and Medano beach is also walking distance. In addition, if you like Starbucks there is one across the street. The condo itself is gorgeous ,comfy and clean. The view from the balcony over looks the marina and the view is breathtaking. We rented the lower 3 bedroom condo and the upstairs one bedroom suite as well. We traveled with our 3 adult daughters so the space worked well for us, especially because each room has it’s own bathroom. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. There is dance music at night from the marina but the windows are well made we just kept them closed at bedtime and it blocked out most of the noise, it did not affect our stay at all. I highly recommend Alejandra’s condo, I look forward to staying here again.

The house was great! It was very spacious, clean, and inviting. The backyard, including the pool, were very well kept. It was the perfect space to relax before going out for the day, and a great way to wind down from all of the activities. Not only is the house walking distance to all of the attractions, it also felt safe.

This was the most perfect condo to enjoy all that Cabo San Lucas has to offer! The location couldn't be better, so close to restaurants, shopping, and any Cabo excursion you can imagine. The views of the marina are spectacular! The condo itself is amazing. Roomy and tidy with a wonderful little courtyard and pool. We loved it and will definitely book again!

Great location in Marina area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alejandra’s place. As described, it is right on the marina..... the pool and deck area is the perfect place for watching all of the activity along the boardwalk and in the marina. The condo is quite well equipped, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Alejandra’s place!

Great spot in Cabo,everything’s within walking distance

The space was perfect. When she says it is in the center of everything, that was spot on. I loved the condo and felt very comfortable there! Decent supply of cookware and all the appliances worked perfectly. I could hear a little music at night, but it was no big deal and did not keep me awake. Alejandra was always super fast to respond and was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, I really loved you place.
