Absolutely wonderful two week family holiday! As others have commented, the villa and views are even more beautiful than the photos. And Alina is the most helpful, charming, responsive host ever. My advice: go for as long as you can spare! We’ll be back.

The place has an amazing view from all areas of the house. Outdoor area is great. There are beach chairs, umbrellas snd more for a day at the beach. We loved it.

Stunning! Only wished we had booked it for longer. What a beautiful getaway with the perfect view of the water and hillside from a perfect slice of paradise. Few AirBnBs ever make us say, we have to come to this one again.

We had an incredible stay at Vista Royal Villa. The home is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that truly surpass what the photos show. Alina was a fantastic host and provided detailed instructions & thoughtful recommendations, which made our trip seamless. We followed her recommendation to use Luis for both our airport transfer and an excursion, and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend him—he was amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and took us to a waterfall, mud baths, hot springs, a volcano, & a rainforest. It was the highlight of our trip and allowed us to experience so much of Costa Rica in a single day. We also used Vamos Car Rental, which was very convenient. They delivered the car directly to the villa and picked it up afterward for a minimal fee. Having a car made it easy to explore Playa Coco, and we even took a day trip to Tamarindo. We all agreed this was the best vacation we’ve ever had. Thank you, Alina, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We were a party of 6 friends and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful house, beautiful views, lovely flora and fauna and friendly people! We had the best 3 days at Alina’s place. Pura Vida!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Ocotal Beach! The property is located behind a secure gate, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The house is modern with a beautiful Zen-like feel, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we loved being able to use the grill while enjoying the beautiful view—it made for perfect, relaxing evenings. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Alina was an excellent host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations. The location was ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Ocotal Beach area!

Perfect house and location

We loved our stay! Beautiful views and the house was modern, clean, and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and it was plenty of space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the house was well stocked with amenities in the kitchen, beach chairs, and towels. The walk to the beach was easy and the kids enjoyed digging in the sand and exploring the tide pool. We also enjoyed the beaches at Playa del Coco and Playa Hermosa. We loved eating at Father Rooster.

Loved this home. We had family in for our 30th wedding anniversary and room enough for 10. Woke up every day to beautiful views and friendly birds. The beaches were easy to get to and the pool and big windows allowed for enjoy time in the house. Alina was extra helpful and accommodating.

Home was beautiful, there was 9 in my party, plenty of room, view was amazing, we saw iguanas, racoons and monkeys from the deck and was visited by beautiful birds daily that would eat from our hands. The recommended chef was pricey but so good we did two nights. The recommended excursion contacts were friendly and easy to deal with, we had amazing experiences. Everything we needed was present in the home, we cooked and grilled daily, kitchen had all the conveniences of home. plenty of beach towels and the restrooms were fully stocked with everything from bathing towels, hair dryers and soaps and shampoos. You will hear a lot of exotic sounds from outside throughout the night if you're a light sleeper, which added to our Costa Rican experience! Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Tina

Really spectacular view and plenty of space both indoor and out for our entire family. We had two toddlers with us and they had the time of their lives in the pool.

The place is truly beautiful and luxurious. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Alina’s house. The house and property are so much more amazing than pictures are able to capture! We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, but there are so many great restaurants nearby also. My kids loved the pool and they are already asking when we can come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alina's amazing property. We felt right at home!! The whole property is even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed and beyond. We took full advantage of the lovely deck, pool and spa. Relaxing, playing games and soaking up the Costa Rican sunshine. Even lovely in the little rain we got. So much lovely nature around. The birding from the deck was awesome. We took advantage of her suggestions as to tours, shopping, adventures and great restaurants. We really hope to return someday. Do not hesitate to secure this Airbnb!! It's sooo worth it!!
