The apartment is clean, comfortable, well maintained and very secure with a guarded gate. Located just in front of the beach club. Parking spot right in front of apartment complex. Great restaurants nearby in the marina, Marriott Hotel and in the Beach Club. Fernando was attentive, cordial, responds quickly and communication was great.

Very quiet place, ideal for resting. It rained a lot, but we still had a good time. I'll be back.

Excellent choice! The house is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The furniture is fantastic. It made us feel at home. Other important aspects that we appreciated were the comfortable pillows and mattresses. We really enjoyed the proximity to the condominium pool. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is great! There was only one problem with the pool due to the use of a cleaning product, but it is understood that it depends on the company in charge of maintenance.

The place is nice, well decorated and has everything you need! The beds and mattresses are excellent. You sleep and rest incredibly well! Super recommended. Regards.

Excellent location on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility. The pool is just a few steps away and super private if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the beach club. The house is super well-equipped, and the beds are wonderful for sleeping. I would come back!

beautiful place in a fantastic location right in the heart of Jaco beach. very clean and spacious. the plunge pool is great. 24 hour security in a gated community made us feel very safe. Walking distance to everything. we greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beach Airbnb! It was perfect for our family and our kids absolutely loved it. The place was even better than the pictures—spacious, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Having access to the club was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt relaxed and at home the entire time. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to families looking for a great beach getaway.

The house is really comfortable… the rooms are large and the bathrooms are clean and comfortable… in the kitchen we found everything to cook without any problems. The house has a pool and allows you to have that facility with children to enjoy the water all day... we hope to return very soon...

A very comfortable apartment, it is close to the pool, which for us, who went with a baby, was very convenient. It also has a terrace where you can share and enjoy. It is close to the Marina, which provides an option to spend the afternoons and has access to the Beach Club, which is quite good too.

We had a wonderful stay at Lapa living. It’s short walk to the town center, restaurants, shops and the beach. It’s guarded 24/7 and felt very safe. The house had all we needed for our 9-days stay. We had visits from parrots and beautiful lizards around the pool. The host was quick to respond and fix any problems we had. We will highly recommend staying there

The location is unbeatable: just 5 minutes from downtown and Jacó beach, with easy access to everything you need during your stay. Don Fernando is a super host, always attentive and with impeccable communication, which made everything even better. Definitely a highly recommended place to go back to.

Our first time to Costa Rica. We had a 3 year old, a 17 year old and a 20 year. Plus my wife and I. More than enough space. Super clean, private and safe. The guards at the gate were the best, friendly and on top of it. It was our own little neighborhood right in the middle of Costa, Rica. The wild life in the whole country is great, but we were able to see many animals from our front door. Fernando was a great host and very responsive. The house was beautiful. Having your own pool was great for the kids. Restaurants and stores right outside of the gate and a quick walk to the main strip. We will stay here again. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at ever.
