Hi Adiss, we find your review extremely unfair. Regarding flexible check-in/out times, I explained to you, even before you booked, that early check-in was not possible, and you never asked us for a late checkout. <br/>Regarding the Wi-Fi, we never received any communication from you through the app about there being a problem with the Wi-Fi. <br/>Regarding the cockroaches, again, we never received any communication from you, and it is even more unusual considering that you gave us 5 stars for cleanliness.
