The house is located in a very quiet and safe area. The house is very clean and tidy, as shown in the photos. It definitely meets the expectations mentioned, and the hosts are always in communication. Excellent service!

Alejandro & Lupita’s house was perfect. I went with a group of 14 people and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Location was great! We appreciated the safe, private and quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood, specially after a long day of being out. It’s about 10 mins away from the center of the city so it was easy to get to and there was a Soriana as soon as you exit the neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and all except one had its own restroom. Every room also had its own air conditioner, which came so in handy with the hot and humid weather. We got to use the kitchen and grill and everything was perfect, house had everything that we needed without us having to bring anything. Efrain was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and if I get the opportunity again one day would definitely book again.

We have been going for three years and enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal and safe. The kitchen was upgraded as well and we plan to go next year too!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, and the beds and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including coffee, which made us feel right at home. The flexible check-in process was very convenient, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed staying here with my big family. House was spacious for everyone and loved that our big group had their individual rooms. The rooms have AC, which was nice in the humid weather. If we go back again, I will definitely utilize the space again.

The house is huge, it has plenty of space and each room and part of the house is very spacious. We were several friends and never felt cramped. Excellent area where it is located, it has shopping centers, with restaurants, supermarkets and roads. Very good treatment from the hosts. Alejandro is a very good person and always recommends good places.

It was a great pleasure staying at Efrain’s beautiful house we felt right at home. Efrain was very friendly, communicative, and great host. We would definitely love to stay here again in the near future.

The house is perfect for a large group! The home is located in an excellent location, it’s a one minute drive from Costco and Soriana. There are also nearby restaurants, and the city center is about a 10 minute drive. Hosts were also super responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Everything was great

I'll keep it short and to the point...this place felt just like home. And the BEST part, AC units in each bedroom and ceiling fans! Neighborhood was pretty quiet and never had anyone suspicious looking at our cars, so your cars are safe. Would've been nice to have AC in the living room but there is a ceiling fan right under the couches, so it wasn't bad. This place is perfect for big families as you get the top and bottom apartments all to yourselves.

We really had a wonderful Christmas family trip last weekend. This house has a lot of space and is beautiful inside and out.

being the house so big if there was a couple of cleaning opportunities. We had 2 spiders left during the days of the stay

Efrain & Lupita were very fast to reply. They were flexible about check in & out since we were driving out there. They met us there to give us the keys and the house is beautiful! There is a lot of space and a huge dinning table. Overall, a great experience!

Efrain and Lupita’s place was the perfect location for my guests and I. Everyone had a relaxing stay and our beds were comfortable. The house is beautiful and spacious. The rooms were equipped with heater/ac, had sufficient towels and extra blankets and pillows. Each room had hand soap and shampoo in their showers. The showers water pressure was excellent. They provided us with bottled water for drinking and brushing our teeth. We felt safe in this neighborhood and noticed on site security driving around. Efrain was a very gracious host and was super flexible when I had to change my checkout time. We highly recommend this house.

We definitely recommend this place. They were very accommodating and helpful. The place was beautiful and pretty clean. We had an issue with the sofa bed but they were quick to offer solutions. Awesome place for those with a big group.

Apartments were clean, organized and comfortable (11 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect, 5 minutes from shops, 10 minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Lupita was quick to respond and courteous. We would definitely recommend!

The house complies with everything it offers, is comfortable and spacious. Since my family was a large group, it accommodated us great that the rooms had their bathroom (only one doesn't have one but the other bathrooms perfectly match the need), the living and kitchen spaces are nice and have all the comforts. Communication with hosts flowed very well and they respond super fast to address any situation. I certainly highly recommend the house.

Two beautiful homes side by side in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of stores and restaurants - very convenient to host our large group of 18 - it was a wonderful stay - and when we needed anything, Ephraim was right there to help us!

We were a group of 13 and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout! Showers stayed hot even after everyone used the water. It was a nice and convenient place to stay close to see downtown Ensenada, Guadalupe, and the Bufadora. Room to park 4 cars inside the garage, and felt safe to park outside as well. Would recommend for large groups!
