Our experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment was not in proper condition: we found food from previous guests, which indicates a lack of basic cleanliness. Also, the place was extremely hot, as they were using the towel dryer at the time of our arrival. If check-in is at 3:00 p.m., you expect everything to be ready and in optimal condition, which was not the case. The facilities appeared neglected, and several items were not working, specifically the oven and the air conditioning, which significantly impacted our stay. There are also too many restrictions that limit the experience. They even scolded a child for playing with a plastic ball, which we found excessive. On the other hand, we were traveling with an elderly person in a wheelchair, and because we had a dog, they forced us to use only the furthest palapa, without taking into account our mobility issues.

How sad that you express yourself this way about the place after I allowed you to change the date, even though you had already lost your reservation and money due to the strict reservation policy. Indeed, the Residential Complex and Apartment regulations are very clear. Utility bills.

We had an incredible vacation. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The beach is beautiful, with very fine sand, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. Plus, Esme’s attention and help made our experience even more special. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

Excellent host, always with very good communication; the place is very nice, very comfortable, and super clean. Esmeralda, the girl who looks after the apartment, is super nice. She made us breakfast with great care, and we felt her attention at all times. I'll definitely go back ✨

It's a very nice and very spacious apartment. Well located and accessible. I would only add mirrors in all the rooms that don't have them yet. Francisco was very friendly and the person who helped with the cleaning was too.
