The Space

The property provides access to a private beach stretching over 100 meters, featuring palapas, lounge chairs, seating areas, and a restaurant and bar offering affordable prices.

This spacious apartment is located in the premier complex of Acapulco Diamante and is luxuriously furnished. It includes:

• A dining room
• A large living room connected to a terrace, which also has a sitting area and a van
• A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes, cutlery, and glasses
• Four roomy bedrooms:
  • Two bedrooms with king-size beds
  • One bedroom with a queen-size bed
  • One bedroom with two double beds
• Three bedrooms have full bathrooms; there is a fourth full bathroom as well
• All bathrooms have natural light and views
• The master bedroom opens onto the terrace
• Another bedroom features a small balcony
• Each bedroom is fitted with both day and blackout blinds

Guest Access and Registration

Upon arrival, guests must register at the administration office located in the Casa Club, directly opposite the main entrance to the complex. Registration takes place at the ground floor counter, where all adults must present official identification. The responsible party is required to sign the condominium regulations.

A security deposit of 5,000 Mexican pesos (cash only) is required, covering a stay from one night up to one year. This deposit protects against any damage to the condominium or common areas and will be refunded upon check-out with the appropriate receipt. Please note this deposit is held by the administration, not the host or Airbnb.

After registration, guests proceed to the Ibiza Tower reception, where staff will welcome you, provide the apartment key, and assist with luggage. Every registered guest, including children, will receive a bracelet that must be worn throughout the stay.

Guests will also be given two electronic cards for food and beverage purchases at designated locations. These cards can be recharged as needed and are the only accepted payment method. Any remaining balance will be refunded at the recharge point upon departure. Lost or misplaced cards incur an additional fee.

Housekeeping and Additional Information

Maid service and general assistance within the apartment are included and available daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Electricity costs in the area are high, so guests are encouraged to use air conditioning only when inside the apartment with windows closed to help conserve energy and reduce expenses.

The complex provides a golf cart shuttle service connecting the Tower to the Club House, restaurant, main pool, and private beach for convenient transportation.
