Walkable to many different things, restaurants, cafes, parks, etc. We especially liked the filtered water tap and the 24/7 security guard. Large closets and living space for our family to spread out.

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults. It was spacious and comfortable, allowing for both privacy and gathering together in comfort. We were able to walk to great restaurants and easily access the metro nearby. The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating.

Our family loved staying at this condo in beautiful Condesa! It was extremely safe — there is a 24-hour doorman — and walkable to all that Condesa has to offer. We were very close to many delicious restaurants, and were able to walk to cultural attractions like the anthropology museum. The condo itself was very clean and spacious enough for our family of four, with stylish furnishings. The hosts were communicative and kind. If we ever go back to CDMX (and I really hope we do) we would love to try to stay here again!

We had a great time during our visit. The apartment is so big and the furniture was so nice and inviting. The roof deck was the highlight for us. Enjoyed meals and all the sun everyday. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, great location. Place was clean and no complaints. Owner is pretty strict with check-in / checkout timing so bear that in mind if traveling in, he had essentially no flexibility since other guests were staying there earlier that day

Excellent apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was as described -- spacious, clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Easy access to many great restaurants and the city in general. We felt safe both in the building and more generally in the Condesa neighborhood -- which we highly recommend as a base for exploring CDMX. There's a well stocked Walmart Express nearby for groceries, with a good wine selection. (Be sure to try the MX wines). The best among the many restaurants we tried was Maiz Tinto. Also excellent were Azul Condessa and Trillo. Note that there is a basic but useful gym in the basement of the building which we didn't discover until the last day. Thanks for a great stay!

Tomas' place was very centrally located, near lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. The unit is very spacious was more than enough for our group of two families. The building does get a bit of foot traffic below, so there will be some late crowds walking around on the weekends. The neighborhood is very safe.

Very nice apartment in a great location, very central to all things Roma Norte. Felt very safe, and there were many options for dining, gym/workout classes, and coffee around. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is close to Obregon, which can get somewhat loud on the weekends, but personally did not find that an issue.

Great location, walkable to many bars and restaurants. Area and building felt very safe. The home itself was very large with a great rooftop deck. Because you’re in a bustling city district, the music was loud on Friday and Saturday nights until about 1:30am.

We had a lovely stay!! Not only was the apartment very cool and clean, but it was also in such a great location in Roma Norte! So walkable to a bunch of great restaurants and bars. Tomas and team were very responsive and accommodating. And our favorite part was that there was a doorman at the entrance of the apartment 24/7 making us feel very safe and right at home.

Great place to stay — clean, spacious, great location! No complaints! A minor thing we hadn’t anticipated was that there’s only one AC in the entire apartment, so the bedrooms can get hot. We managed it okay because the outside temp was low, but could be a problem if it’s hot outside.

Bookmarking this one as my go-to for Mexico City! Great for working remotely: strong wi-fi network in all the rooms, two rooms have desks, and tons of plugs and accessories for connecting. The beds are super comfy, and have very nice sheets and duvets. Good sized place, nice little balcony, and leafy view out the windows. The 24-hour security staff were amazing, and there were ammenities we didn't get to use as well: secure parking, gym, elevator. Minutes to great restaurants and cafes, and the woman who runs the street vendor on the corner has some of the best churros I've had.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located apartment. Our family loved exploring the neighborhood—there’s so much character here, and we definitely ate our way through it! Some of the best tacos, pastries, and coffee spots are just a short walk away. The apartment itself felt cozy, safe, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The rooftop terrace was a favorite—we spent time up there just soaking in the sounds of the city. Our kids especially enjoyed having the yoga room upstairs to play and unwind. The doorman and woman were always so kind and welcoming—it truly made us feel at home. We’d gladly stay here again!

This apartment had everything we needed in our visit to CDMX! In addition to having three comfortable bedrooms, a private outdoor hangout space, and workout equipment in the apartment, the apartment itself is located in the heart of Roma Norte with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We appreciated the building's doorman security and ease of communication with Tomas as our host. Would highly recommend a stay here!

This quiet, peaceful, tree view apartment on a low-traffic street provided a wonderful base from which to explore the city. The three bedrooms are comfy, spacious and quiet. The living room, dining room and kitchen flow nicely. Comfy couch and chair in living room with a large flat screen. Simple, delightfully sparse furnishings make for a calm, restful space. Numerous cafes, restaurants, and espresso coffee places within 5-15 minute strolls, and even walking into the big park for us was a delight—40 minute walk to Museo de Antropologie. Not fancy, but perfect. Especially the trees and air-flow. Super clean. We loved the place!

We had a lovely stay in Mexico City and were so thankful to be hosted at this lovely apartment! The location was fantastic, and the building was clean and comfortable, with a 24/7 doorman. One note to be aware of: there was a VERY loud party across the street (I think it was a private residence) that kept us up until about 2-3am the Saturday night of our arrival. We stayed another 6 nights, and thankfully this didn’t happen again, so I am not sure how much of an anomaly this was. SO nice to have filtered water available for our use, and a washer/dryer if we need it! Hosts were great! Would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb and will absolutely recommend it to others! The apartment exceeded expectations in nearly every way. It’s lovely, spacious, and well stocked. We went with our 3 children and they were thrilled with the patios and comfortable bedrooms. There is quite a lively nightlife scene especially on the weekends, so be aware there is noise if you’re sensitive. But overall we loved the location and had a fabulous time! Thank you!

Awesome apartment in the coolest neighborhood! So many places to eat, grab coffee, or just walk around and see the sights. Neighborhood felt safe and added security at the apartment building really made us feel safe. Apartment was spacious for our family of 3 and our parents. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and a nice little balcony. We definitely want to stay again!

We loved staying here! The pictures don’t do the home justice. It was absolutely amazing. Super close to so many restaurants and shops. Tomas is also super responsive and gave us some suggestions for the area. We were super happy and pleased with our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a lovely calm space - as is the neighborhood. We spent a week there and discovered new spots every day. I could go on for days about the Anthropology and History museums, the coffee, the food, and the tree-lined streets.

Ideal location, spacious home as described, the rooftop was really great. Also appreciated the exercise area. Would definitely stay again :) the hosts were fantastic/ great communication. it is worth noting that the hot tub is inside one of the bathrooms / not outside.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Rooftop was awesome. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and there were additional bathrooms on each floor which was great for our group of 6. The common area was nice and open with a balcony and large windows. The door persons were always polite and timely. The neighborhood is great. There’s stuff to do and places to eat in every direction and yet it still manages to feel private. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Mexico City. The location is excellent, and the area felt safe. The place was perfect overall. The only issue was the polyester bedding, but as soon as I informed the manager, they immediately brought cotton sheets, resolving the matter right away. Highly recommend!

A perfect apartment in an excellent location in Mexico City.

This was so perfect for our 3-generation group of 6.. It was hard for me to find a place with 3 bedrooms that actually had space for 2 people per room - this fit the bill. To be honest, every day we headed out early and came back late, so we didn’t make much use of the well equipped kitchen, but it was nice for our early riser to get up and have coffee. And the diva was happy to do laundry mid trip. The one night we came in early, the younger folks were happy to play a round of the Battleship board game that was supplied. Super clean, no clutter, but it had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend this to a travelling family who is focused on exploring the amazing city.

Brian’s place was in a great location with proximity to lots of great restaurants and cafes. The street was also fairly quiet and the accommodation was very clean. The shower had very limited hot water though but otherwise the amenities were great.

Tomas Brian and Maria Andrea were very helpful and accommodating when booking our stay with different numbers of people staying on different nights. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location- plenty of room for 5 adults. While we didn’t actually need it, they even offered a free mid-week cleaning. The beds were really comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed (we ate out for basically every meal) and the showers were more or less hot, although the faucet in the non-master bedroom shower would flip between hot and cold sometimes. The building had friendly door security and the street was fairly quiet. We didn’t use it but the gym also looked nice! It was a short walk from hundreds of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay. Just as a heads up, I will say that the water tank is only 13L, so keep that in mind for larger groups.

Great stay in Roma Norte. Apartment is in a perfect central location with a 24-7 doorman. Building and apartment are clean and well taken care of and the facilities are very modern and well appointed. We had plenty of space for a group of 5. Owners are very responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect for my family’s visit to Mexico City. It was clean, modern, quiet, and perfectly situated in the heart of Condesa. The kitchen had everything we needed for making easy breakfasts, the laundry in the apartment was great to have when traveling with our child, and the bathrooms had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and linens were comfy and the whole place was spotless. One of the bedrooms had a standing fan, which came in handy because some of the evenings were warm. All in all a great place. We’ll definitely stay again if we come back.

There are almost only great things to say about the apartment. I've stayed at many AirBnB apartments, and there always something missing that you have to go buy or manage without. This apartment had everything that I ever needed, including basic food items. It is conveniently located in the nice neighborhood of Condesa, in a quiet area, although if I ever return to CDMX i would probably look for an apartment in Roma Norte near Plaza Luis Cabrera, or in Condesa around Parque Mexico. Being in the apartment in March, it sometimes got a big hot at the apartment at night, before the night chill cooled it, and with the lack of A/C, we left the windows open and used the fan that is available in the apartment. The hosts have been super responsive. I never waited - no matter when I sent a question or a request - to get a response.

The apartment was home base for my family during our week in CDMX. My adult kids each had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom on the lower level, and we took the upstairs bedroom and bath. There are a total of 5 bathrooms — four with showers. There’s lots of space to spread out. The location was great, right in the heart of Roma Norte, and we spent some time each day up on the enormous roof deck, which is amazing. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and our hosts were quick to respond to questions. We had a couple small things that needed to be taken care of they sent the handyman over the next day. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment. A note to light sleepers that there is a bar somewhere nearby that plays dance music — we were able to block it out with some fan noise, and I’m not sure my kids noticed.

Great location and good for a family or large group. We loved the neighborhood and the spacious master bed area and outdoor space. We felt completely safe inside and out. Only issue we had was that hot water ran out quickly. Overall, would highly recommend.

We loved this place - location, quality, size. And the roof deck was a huge amenity, especially on NYE where we could watch the local fireworks. There are some nearby clubs that play loud music late into the night if that’s a concern of yours. The trade off for the excellent location was well worth it…we were able to tune that out and enjoy.

Wonderful place! We felt at home while also feeling like we were on a luxury vacation. Great design, decor and layout. Private outdoor spaces were a pleasant addition.

Perfect place to stay in Roma Norte.

Tomas was great in describing the location and the amenities … and accessing entry. The apartment is beautiful.. with a special mention of the large terrace with it’s great view!

We had a very nice stay at Toman Brian’s place in Roma Norte. The apartment looks just like the photos. Location was also great; walkable and convenient to a lot of the best restaurants in CDMX. We had an issue with the hot water in the apt; the host was super responsive (within minutes) and had the handyman come the next day to fix the issue. One thing to note if booking for warmer months - there is no A/C in the unit - we were fine visiting in November but families travelling in the summer may want to keep that in mind. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

This home is absolutely incredible! Stunning property right in the heart of the very best Mexico City has to offer. I cannot say enough good things about the home itself. Pristine, gorgeous, comfortable, spacious....all around amazing spot. And the beds were incredibly comfortable! We will definitely be coming back and will recommend to all of our friends.

Stunning is the correct word to describe this penthouse. We had a most fabulous time at this beautiful place, enjoyed lounging in the living room and having our morning coffee on the rooftop deck. The location is perfect, Roma Norte is an interesting, lively and very walkable neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hosts very super responsive and helpful. Tomas's apartment is beautiful and perfectly situated in Roma, a lively walkable neighborhood. We stayed for several days and the apartment came equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also appreciated how safe the neighborhood was and the 24/7 doormen were always helpful and pleasant. Would also like to give a shoutout to the hosts who were so easy to communicate with. Deidad in particular was incredibly responsive and helped us to arrange a slightly later check-out to accomodate our departure flight, which was very much appreciated as it allowed us to fit in a last brunch in the neighborhood!

Wow! This place is truly special. We stayed here with our two college age sons and we all enjoyed it. They used the workout area often, and each had their own room with big windows - and one had their own terrace outside their sliding door. The master bedroom also has a massive terrace with two areas for outdoor sitting. We used all of the outdoor spaces everyday. The view, the street activity 4 floors down, and the beautiful trees and birds made for picture perfect mornings and evenings. The neighborhood had so many restaurants and we felt very safe every night walking home from our chosen local dinner spot. We were close enough to walk to see Condesa as well as to the Lucha Libre arena. There were two local bike check outs a block away which we used often as well. The apartment truly made our trip memorable…it was hard to leave!!

This is a stunning penthouse in the heart of Roma, a very hip and beautiful neighborhood that is close to anything else in Mexico City. The penthouse is beautiful, with all the amenities you would expect and more: Terrance, Grill, space for work, hidro-bath tub, etc;. Communication with the hosts (specially Deidad) was an absolute delight, always on top of our needs and making sure we had the best experience. The doormen were also very helpful, the building is super safe, and having parking in the building is a big plus (if you live in NYC you know what I mean). We would definitely return here ! Thank you very much for having us!

Great place in a great walkable location. Lots of great restaurants and coffee nearby. Would absolutely stay there again. The only thing to note is it’s not a quiet neighborhood on the weekends.

The location of this residence was really perfect. Doorman was always present and friendly. The building itself was perfectly quiet, but the neighborhood noise was something to contend with partly because we were there during the joyful festivities of pride day, it was a weekend, and we kept the windows open for airflow. Earbuds helped us manage. The apartment would be a great long-term stay - it was very comfortable and had nice spaces for grouping and having privacy. The hosts were responsive on the few questions we had. I would recommend this listing and would stay here again for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was comfortable for a family of 5 adults and one child under 2. The indoor spaces were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor patio space was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the location. The area had many restaurants nearby, was clean, safe, and had lovely green spaces and parks. It was a walkable area for exploring and dining. And easy to call ubers to get around to other parts of the city for sight seeing (Frida Kahlo, Anthropology museum, historic central district, etc). We highly recommend visiting Mexico City, and this property.

Can’t say enough positive things about Brian and the Airbnb. Brian was always helpful and responsive. His place is beautiful and modern, in a fabulous location surrounded by hip coffee shops, restaurants, stores and bars. The three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two of three have sunny views to wake up to in the morning. There is a large common area with a kitchen, dining room and living room with comfortable chairs and couches and a large TV. One of the highlights of the place is the rooftop patio and exercise room with yoga mats, light weights and a few other items to abet a workout. We will return next year!

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very comfortable, neat, new mattresses and pillows. You sleep very well as the building is quiet. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It is located in the center of the Condesa neighborhood, I walked to several restaurants and bars very easily. I didn't need a car to enjoy La Condesa. Great communication with Brian. Thank you for hosting me. I'll be back on my next trip.

Thomas’ beautifully spacious and clean penthouse in Roma Norte allowed me and my family to enjoy the Holidays in Mexico City. He was responsive and accommodating, ensuring we were well equipped to enjoy our experience. We appreciated his clear instructions on how to use all the items in the house, which made the beginning of our stay very easy. Additionally, the security guards and cleaning staff were helpful. Brian´s condo was fantastic ! We were within walking distance from parks, restaurants, and bars and in a tranquil area of Condesa!! Sunny and cozy apartment! Everything worked for us! Accesible and excellent communication with the host! We will come back again, that´s for sure!!!

This is an amazing spot in the heart of Roma, surrounded by the best of what the city has to offer. It is done with immaculate detail, and every space is comfortable. The rooftop deck is huge with beautiful views of the city, and full of flowers and vegetable. If you need to work or workout you have the perfect spots for those as well. In a city that can be so hectic and non stop it is a peaceful oasis.

Our stay at Tomas' apartment in CDMX was amazing. The place is exactly as described and the photos really don't do the space justice. We were a group of 5 friends and the location of the apartment, the size of the living room & terrace, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms made for a very convenient and fun stay in Mexico City. The location is in the heart of Roma Norte and just around the corner from Eno. Safety was not an issue with a 24 hour doorman who was absolutely lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for groups or families.
