I loved it. I would definitely come back. The house is beautiful and very large. The pool area is very nice. The view is spectacular in the afternoons. Everything was very clean. There is air conditioning throughout the house. Nothing was ever missing. Jeffry always communicated well. Yesenia, who helps around the house, cooks delicious food and always keeps the house spotless. I have no complaints. 100% recommended without a doubt. I hope to be able to return.

Seven of us gathered here for a family holiday and this house and pool exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed was supplied and well maintained. From the patio and pool we enjoyed watching the local iguanas. Both pool and hot tub were about 30 degrees which we enjoyed. One night the ac in one bedroom stopped working. Jeffery was contacted and it was repaired the very next day. To make our trip more enjoyable we had Yesenia prepare a number of meals. This was such a treat as she is a fantastic cook. This is a wonderful home to rent and enjoy.

It was our first time staying in the Nuevo area. It was a great location to work from. The house felt like a home.

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

An Excellent place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The huge house, comfortable, modern and functional. The great pool and hot tub. The temperature of the Jacuzzi allows you to enjoy it from the early hours of the day to the night. Exceptional cleaning and maintenance staff. Restaurants, plaza, places of distraction, adventures and beaches super close by. Undoubtedly the best place to Hospedarse in Nuevo Vallarta.

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Jeffry's place is honestly even better in person than in the pictures. It was amazing. The house is HUGE and the space is beautifully decorated with artwork. The outdoor space was the highlight. The pool was awesome and, although the hot tub wasn't quite hot (and seemed to be under a bit of repair while we were there) it was still warm and enjoyable. We went with another couple that had a 1.5 year old and our son was 2.5. The house was fairly easy to kid proof, but if you go with young ones you'll definitely want to watch them around the steps into the living room as well as out back by the canal (there's about a 4-5 foot drop from the backyard to the canal). But, if you avoid those things, everything else is magical. Yessenia the cook was SO lovely and her food was fantastic. Highly recommend. On the whole, an amazing stay. Would Very much recommend and would most definitely stay again for sure. Thank you Jeffry!

This house is a hidden gem!! My entire family had a wonderful time staying at Jeffry's house. From fresh coconut water to having everything we needed; we'll be happy to book again.

Jeffry excelente host

This is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and I've been on the platform over 9 years! It was incredibly clean, extremely comfortable and had everything a guest could ever need in a home. It was an excellent choice for a group of 7 - we all had plenty of space to have meals and sit together both inside and outside. The pool was beautiful, private and so clean. There were extra chairs, umbrellas and lots of inner tubes to play outside. We cooked some meals in the fully stocked kitchen and it truly had everything you could dream of needing, even down to decorative straws and cups. Jeffry was a phenomenal host all the way around and we also appreciated having Yesenia, the cleaner in the mornings. This far exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return.

I absolutely loved Jeffrey's house , was super cozy and clean and so comfortable . I highly recommend this amazing house to anyone that wants a peaceful get away that is surrounded by nature and so beautiful .the house also includes a friendly couple who maintain the pool and also inside the house. she cooked us an incredible breakfast for the whole family . I plan on renting this amazing place again .The hospitality was amazing as was the culture through out the home.

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had and I’ve stayed in several all over the world. The photos didn’t do it justice. The actual home far exceeded our expectations. Jeffry was super helpful and responsive at all times. Home was very clean and very well maintained and cared for. Light and airy and decent proximity to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. Would definitely recommend this home and would gladly stay here on a return trip.

It was all most excellent. It was our first time to PV; family and another came together with 4 kids total aged 2-almost 6 years old. The space has everything they needed, pool, toys, room to breathe, amenities, laundry, multiple bathrooms, lots of sitting room, TVs, fans, air con. Jeffry is an excellent host, so helpful and understanding and efficient. Yesenia and Jose are wonderful caretakers and very helpful as needed despite the chaos of our families! The area is walkable to a mall and even to the beach at about 25 min, however Ubers are fairly readily available and can take you anywhere. The area is very touristy which means it’s more expensive and perhaps less authentic cuisine, but if you ask around or do some walking in different areas, you can find it! The bikes are so great and our kids spent about 4 hours in the pool each day. The iguanas were a huge hit as well. There is nothing I can say except I wish it were longer! Thank you Jeffry, Yesenia and Jose for everything!

Really liked the house and the exterior and pool was everything we hoped for. The location is good and an easy walk to a market and coffee etc. it’s a traditional home and full of character. We did run into some challenges during our stay but what stood out was the communication from Jeffry who worked hard to resolve the issue at hand. We tried Yesenia’s cooking for one dinner and one breakfast and was well worth the money. Would be nice if the window in the bedroom facing the street fully closed to help mitigate the noise. Would love to come back and enjoy the warm pool and back patio once again.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations . Each Bedroom with king size bed had its own ensuite and all the bedrooms were upstairs, the main floor was huge with a great kitchen but the best part was the pool/hot tub! Pool was a perfect temperature especially for the children they were never chilled. Would definitely recommend this property and would rent again. Thank you Jeffrey from us 🇨🇦

We just returned from our week long vacation. We had a great time. Jeffry’s home was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Jeffry was an excellent host, he was responsive and provided great recommendations. Yesenia cooked a superb meal for us our first night, it was delicious. The home was better than the pictures and extremely spacious. It was almost too large for our group of 7. The art work was beautiful. We loved everything about our vacation and can’t we wait to return. Thank you Jeffry for making our vacation so perfect.

Our stay at Casa Tranquilidad was exactly what we hoped for and more. It was so nice to have access to our own private pool, and the time we spent relaxing and watching the wildlife was beautiful. It was technically walkable, though it was hard for us to find a close public access to the beach. We ended up taking Ubers just about everywhere which was affordable and generally accessible. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were kind and efficient. We did pay for Yesenia to cook us one dinner for a special occasion and it was delicious and affordable. We recommend taking an Uber or taxi to the zona romantica as a day trip. We stayed for our wedding which we did on the beach at los conchas chinas. It was a beautiful trip and I would absolutely stay at Jeffry’s again.

Perfect home for our family of five plus two fur babies. Our older girls were visiting and their prime directive was to relax in the pool and Jeffrey's place was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee outside and watched the birds and iguanas drink from the pool and even enjoyed seeing many humming birds. The home and friendly cleaning staff was amazing!

Jeffry’s casa is fantastic. It matches all the photos and descriptions and more. It’s located in Nuevo Vallarta, so around a 45 minute drive from the downtown area, but there are some restaurants and bars a few minutes drive in the marina. The trade off in the drive more than makes up for it, as you get a pristine, peaceful oasis. The pool and patio area is so relaxing, and the house itself is gorgeous. There are a lot of board games and books inside if needed. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach (only a few minutes drive away!). I highly recommend you take advantage of Yesenia’s cooking. You arrange the payment directly with her, but I can assure you it will be the freshest, most delicious food (she used to work at a restaurant). I can’t speak highly enough of this Airbnb, if you have a group it will more than meet your expectations!

Jeffry’s place is amazing! Our party was 4 adults and 3 kids ages 4-7 and we had a blast swimming in the pool and relaxing in the house. Yesenia is a great cook and the house is spacious and very comfortable. Mall is just 15 min walk away, and the house is very conveniently located to the airport. We’d definitely stay again!

Jeffry's place is amazing - spacious and equipped with anything you may need! we were two families with small children and enjoyed his place a lot. iguanas were a big hit :) Jeffry is very responsive and accommodating - a super host indeed:) if you stay at Jeffry's I would recommend either renting a car or relying on bikes (Jeffry has some) to get around as there isn't much to do in the neighborhood.

The house was beautifully appointed with art, and the backyard patio/pool was the family's favorite spot. We ate our meals at the long wooden table on the patio, looking out to the canal, where birds and iguanas would gather in the trees. The location is great for exploring the beaches and towns in Nayarit. Jeffry's place is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, sand toys, and books and games for kids, which was a huge plus. Yesenia cooked two delicious meals for our family, too! We had a wonderful time.

What a gem of place! We had a lovely time at the house, it is beautiful and as described. Yesenia was a fantastic cook and we highly recommend her services. The pool and hottub are so much fun. If we came again, we would likely rent a car for the week if a big group, because Nuevo Vallarta was not allowing us to rent UberXL and we had to order two taxis or ubers to get to activities. Just a small recommendation. Despite that, everything was fantastic and we hope to come back to this amazing place!! 10/10 would recommend.

My family (5 adults + 1 toddler) had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Jeffry's place. It is a gorgeous house that is impressively decorated. It almost felt like we were living in a (much more comfortable) art museum. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The pool was warm, inviting, and a great size. The views out the back are fantastic - with very little in the way of bugs, but many birds & iguanas to watch. Jeffry was likely the most responsive Airbnb host I've ever worked with. He would often respond within minutes when I would message him, and was very, very helpful. I was working remotely while there, and it all went very well. The main internet went out for a few days (in the whole area), but he had backup satellite internet that worked great. We also had some power outages, but they did not last long. Overall - this was one of the nicest airbnb's we've ever stayed in, and we would definitely come back. You won't regret it!

This place is beyond amazing and so is the host (Jeffrey), the housekeeper (Yesenia) and the gardner (Jose)! It's by far the best place we've ever stayed. It's your own slice of heaven, especially the pool. We had plans to go out a few days but ended up not wanting to leave the pool. Yesenia made us coconut shrimp, beef tacos, rice, these little beans/cheese tacos and three homemade sauces. We all agreed it was the best we've ever had. The only bad part was the day we had to leave. Thank you Jeffrey, Yesenia and Jose! We'll be back!

This has to be my most favorite AirBnB experience to date! Everything matched the description exactly. The back yard was my family's favorite place. Views of the canal, pool, visiting iguanas and ocean breezes made us never want to leave. Jeffry was a great host and was attentive to any requests or questions we had. You will not be disappointed if you book his home.

Home is exactly as pictured. Host contacted me directly thru (other sources) which is not recommended by AIRBNB standards. The home has cameras outside in two areas that I noticed. I was contacted by host due to garage being left open which he noticed viewing security cameras. Not sure how many times I was observed. Everything worked perfectly in the home, 1st night hot tub didn't warm up but someone came the following morning to repair. House staff very polite, but I would have preferred to be alone. No house rules book in the home and then sent to me by host via other forms of social communication apps.

Fantastic place! It's a beautiful home that looks even better than the pictures. All the amenities you could want. Especially the gorgeous pool right when you step the back door. And peaceful backyard. With resident iguana :) It was the perfect place for getaway with extended family. Lots of room for everyone and great to be able to enjoy meals on the outdoor patio. We throughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at this beautiful home. Outstanding amenities and very homey. Jeffry was very responsive to all questions we had and was always very kind. Yesmina and Jose kept the property immaculate inside and out. Yesmina cooked meals for us on occasion and they were always super yummy. Both Yesmina and Jose are wonderful and kind people. Such a bonus to our holiday. I very highly recommend this property and have only positive things to say. Pool is warm and clean! Our Christmas holiday was perfect! Also only about 15 minute walk to mall and lots of restaurants. Be sure to go to the farmers market on Tuesday’s. You can walk there as well.

An excellent place to go to relax and spend time with the family

My family and I returned from another outstanding stay in Jeffrey’s home. This time, Yessina made us an outstanding meal- like others have said, you really have to try her cooking! As expected, the home had everything we could have needed. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to return!

This place is amazing

So many great things to say about the house. Jeffry was very responsive with anything we needed. Upon arrival both the lady Reynesa and Jose were there to greet us. The rooms are very spacious and beds so comfortable. We have 3 kids and each kid had their own bed and TV. I highly recommend you pay the extra to have the wonderful lady there cool a breakfast and lunch for you. Her cooking is so yummy and better than a 5 star resort. We enjoyed lounging by the pool before and after my husbands 100k running trail race put on by UTMB. The bikes at the house were great to take a stroll down a few blocks to enjoy a bite to eat. Some places to eat that we highly recommend are Organi-k for breakfast and Ciao(Italian) for dinner. The house is kept clean on a daily basis which is so helpful. We felt so comfortable and safe here and we will be returning. Book this place if you want a great relaxing vacation or even an ultra trail run;).

Really nice place to stay well come back

This home was amazing! It had everything we were looking for. Everything from the home decor to the amenities to the cleanliness…everything was spectacular. Most importantly, Yesenia (housekeeper) and Jose (maintenance) were two of the most amazing people. Very kind and always willing to help. You must taste Yesenia’s cooking! She is really the star of this property. The pool and home are both cleaned every single day! Wowza!! I do want to mention how accommodating Jeffrey was. He built a temporary fence in front of the canal to keep our autistic son safe. Now, that is what I call going above and beyond! We loved the spaciousness of the property, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and too many things to name! For future visitors, I highly recommend the following: Airport Transfer (Vallarta Transfers and Incentives); Day trip to Bucerias, Sayulita, hikes and so on (Vallarta Vamonos….Alvaro was so awesome. Best day of our whole trip), pizza (Bella Pizza), groceries (Chedraui…forget Walmart) and massage (Le Spa). Bucerias market has the best prices for souvenirs and the guy right next to the Fat Boy Seafood restaurant in the market, has the most beautiful wooden masks at great prices. We took Ubers to the Malecon and all over Puerto Vallarta and the prices are super good. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this property! Book it.

We had a great stay here. It’s very close to Puerto Vallarta and minutes from great dinning. The pool was a great place to cool off.

Jeffry has a spectacular house in a very good area within Nuevo Vallarta. What you enjoy the most are the outdoor areas, such as the terrace and the pool. They have a very nice view, and you can even see a great variety of birds. The interior is also very nice with everything you need to have a great vacation.

I worked at Airbnb back in the early days, and I can tell you that this is literally the perfect listing. The only thing more lovely than the home is the host. The house, pool and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos, but it really was the people that made the difference for me. Jeffry, the host, along with Yessenia and Beto who work mornings at the house, made my stay perfect. We had a minor travel disaster that would have ruined most vacations, but these three beautiful people, through their thoughtfulness and care, saved the trip. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic Stay! House was wonderful and Host went above and beyond for us!

We recently completed our stay at this residence and found it to be exceptional in many respects! Having secured approximately 10 various similar rental arrangements this residence was by far the best. The residential setting was exquisite, particularly given the privacy, seclusion peacefulness and tranquility of both the backyard itself and the location along the canal. Ironically, we reconfigured our vacation to the Ocean and infrequently decided to lounge by the Pool, instead. At all times we felt safe, comfortable and welcomed. The Residence itself was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable…yet, in a dramatic and authentic manner, largely attributable to the open design. Bedroom(s) and Bathrooms were clean, bright and comfortable. Well lit Patio was a very satisfying location for after dinner drink. The availability of the bicycles was a bonus, as many valuable spots and services to frequent nearby. At the outset, our Host Jeffry was prompt, responsive, informative and pleasantly accommodating…really comforting to know, he was only a text message a way, especially before our arrival (and after) and our realization of the incredibly complete, beautiful and well-appointed nature of the Residence. The groundskeeper – Beto was cheerful and polite – grounds and pool were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeper Yesenia was a complete joy and delight, as she kept the residence spotless and well-organized. She prepared a couple of authentic and outstanding Mexican Dinners…we were introduced to many authentic Mexican customs and culture, through her generosity and warmth. Moreover, such a fantastic spirit and notwithstanding a significant language barrier, it warmed one’s soul to make her laugh…pretty much became our Mexican hobby and pleasure. Clearly, we would highly recommend this location for any couple, couples or family for their Vacation!

You can stop your search. This place was a special getaway for the wife and I, but would comfortably hold many more. Good location to head north to Bucieras or Sayulito, we also headed south to the Malecon and Romantico district. Loved the house and had a good tv and sound system to enjoy a show each night after the beach. The pool was very nice each morning and evening. The staff was a new experience for us at an Airbnb and the 1st day we weren't sure we liked them being there but they were great. The house was clean each day and the yard and pool spotless. FYI the upstairs room to the right has the best AC!! Thanks Jeffry.

We've just spent a fantastic week at Jeffry's place and we're already planning our next visit. The house is incredible - great layout for multiple guests, pool and terraces are amazing. We loved the location; residential but with a few good restos a short walk away (La Dolce Vita was a stand out). An easy drive (Uber, or it's local version, inDriver) to get to PV beaches or to quieter and charming, Bucerias. The house was the perfect home base to come back to. We stayed here (four adults and three children) for a week, and couldn’t have asked for a better time. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very cool. Jeffry was always available and responsive to our questions. The location was in a residential neighborhood, but had plenty of privacy, which was particularly great because we spent part or most of everyday playing or lounging in the pool. We loved our whole experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was fully equiped, had everything we needed and more…like the bycicles. The heated pool is a must in winter for us, the jacuzzy was a plus. The house was super clean and the staff were really nice and quiet. We really spend most of our day at the terrace, weather was great for that, but we enjoyed the whole house a lot, there are games to play and Netflix. Something that I must say is a first was the internet, it worked all around the house at good speed, we worked remotely and this is the first time we did not have any issue with internet. Our host was really nice and attentive, we definetely plan to come back!

I have stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and am so HAPPY I found Jeffrys place. It is my favourite and I will be back! Where to start: 1) The place is STUNNING, decorated impeccably (with so many interesting art pieces) and so comfortable with very high quality furniture. 2) The place is so unique with absolutely everything you need for your stay. The Kitchen is fully stocked. The bathrooms are fully stocked. 3)There are extras like bug spray, first aid stuff & sunscreen. He thought of EVERYTHING. 4)The locations is very safe. 5) There is something to do for everyone - my parents in their 70's, my kids in their 20's and my husband & I. From the pool, to hot tub to the balcony to the board games and so many 'just relax' spaces. Staying here it is impossible to not relax. 6) About a 15 minute walk away is a grocery store, many stores, Starbucks, Gelato spots, restaurants and more. (He also has bikes available to use). There is also a Farmers Market on Tuesdays. 7) The beach is within walking distance 8) The wifi is excellent so anyone working while on holiday will have zero problems. 9) The team that Jeffry has help him are fantastic! For a special treat they will cook an authentic meal for you... so so so so GOOD! 10) As a host, Jeffry provides all of the information you need he is super responsive and is very very very helpful! He is a super nice person and you can see and feel the passion he has to ensure his guests are happy and enjoying themselves. If I could give Jeffrys place 100 stars, I would. :)

Jeffry was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed to have the most optimal time. The house and pool were cleaned daily, and the security was fantastic. Not to mention, the house is spacious and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Nuevo Vallarta!

our first time staying at a airbnb so I don't have anything to compare to. what I can write is that it was a pleasurable stay. The home met all of our expectations and the home owner communicated often enough to check on us. He is a great host and we left him a little gift out of our appreciation for going out of his was before we even arrived. I could write on and on about how peaceful the house is. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome. The host has plenty of TVs but honestly we never turned any of them on, we were happy with the tranquility that the house gave us. The maintenance man and the daily cleaning lady were of outstanding people that did the extra things so we didn't need to worry about anything. If anyone reading this has any doubts about staying here, please have no worries, you will be amazed,

Absolutely beautiful house with an amazing pool. Loved that every room had a bathroom. The pool was my kids favorite spot to be. Eye catching art all around the house. Definitely recommend.

The residence is very nice, spacious and with enough space to enjoy family time. The facilities are in good condition. It has very comfortable rooms, as well as everything you need to cook or make a barbecue. The cleaning staff is very friendly and non-invasive during the stay.

Jeffry’s home is definitely my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. Jeffry is a great host. Communication was easy, warm, and prompt. It's clearly important to Jeffry that guests feel comfortable and cared for, and we did! His attention to detail was amazing and we felt so at home. The home is very well stocked ( this home has everything you could ever need during your stay), it’s beautiful, super clean, serene, peaceful, well decorated ( love every art piece he has on display), relaxing....waking up to the view of the pool/backyard( and the ocasión crocodiles in the river) and having our morning coffee outside on the outdoor table is the best feeling. Both Yesenia and Beto were also very kind, welcoming and helpful, they clearly take very good care of the house for the guest to enjoy. My family and I love every single thing about this place <3.

If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! Let me start off by saying that Jeffry is an amazing host he answered all our questions as soon as they came up, Yessenia managed the housekeeping and occasionally cooked for us and I’m not going to lie she made the stay that much better, and Beto managed the outside maintenance, he always kept everything neat and organized outside for us! I truly loved it here! The amenities were fantastic, very spacious, comfortable, clean, and just out right the best stay I’ve ever had at an air b&b and probably any hotel!

Absolutely loved staying at Jeffrey’s house! Had everything our family of 6 needed for the week, and if we needed anything extra, they would get to us no problem! Rooms are all great sizes, clean and comfortable. Common areas are thoughtfully laid out, and comfy - felt like I was in my own home! Pool and outdoor area was definitely the selling point. Will be booking this place in the future for sure! Thank you, Jeffrey and team!

Jeffrey’s home was amazing, really loved our time here, and especially the pool.

We loved this house so much. It had everything we needed to feel at home which is always a nice bonus when traveling. Yesenia, the cook/housekeeper was the best thing since sliced bread. Her meals were amazing and at a very reasonable price. I would go back just for her. She took the trip to a completely different level. The backyard was also an oasis. We definitely spent most days outside, in the pool. I would come back time and time again. Thanks Jeffry! And thanks so much to Yesenia. She will be missed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and comfortable, with everything you need. And best of all, the excellent attention of the host, who was always on the lookout for anything, with the best attitude and super fast communication. I highly recommend it!

The house itself is beautiful check in and check out was needed they had towels and all the things you needed already. The pool did not have a heater but I was grateful for that as it was super hot and the pool was still pretty warm. overall easy 5 stars

This is a must. Don’t stay at a resort when you can have your own place. The river adds a jingle vibe. The house is amazing. The picture do no justice because it is 10 times better in person (even tho the pictures are awesome). I highly recommend this place. Jeff made it super easy. Plus his staff made sure our place was kept clean throughout our stay. This is my new go to when we stay in the are. Book it. Trust me.

Hands down the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The house was huge and spotless. I strongly encourage everyone to have Yesenia, who comes every day to clean, cook your meals; the food is better (and cheaper!) than at any restaurant. And Jeffry, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
