Ignacio was an excellent host. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was set up for a comfortable stay. The space was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my time and would happily stay again.

This has been the best stay that I have had coming to Cartagena. The place was super dope , clean , spacious , views were phenomenal and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I don’t want to stay in any other place when I come to Cartagena but here! My new second home.

Listen, I have never written a review on anything in my life but Ignacio deserves it! 1. The name Penthouse in the Sky should be called CASTLE in the Sky! Highest building in the city and not only do you have a view of the ocean from the entire house but the balcony in the back you see the entire city! Pictures do it no justice! The front balcony overlooking the ocean has a hot tub. As the clouds come off the ocean and literally hit you as your sitting in the hot tub you feel like you are in heaven. 2. All modern everything! The entire 30/40ft wall facing the ocean is all glass and you can see the World! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, beautiful modern kitchen with bar. Dining room table and a huge spacious great room. Balcony upstairs overlooking the entire downstairs and the ocean. Huge closets and storage. If Tom Brady, Taylor Swift, Tiger Woods or Donald Trump went to Cartagena on vacation this is EXACTLY where they would stay! There’s even a cleaning lady! 3. Best part is the securit.

This is the place you want to be when visiting Cartagena Colombia. Ignacio was beyond helpful and accommodating. Security within the building was superb, the area is perfect, and the views are unmatched. Can’t name another place where the Clock tower, airport, and beach is all visible from the amazing balconies. Yes balconies, both of its opposite views of Cartagena, which one facing the front of the property and the other facing the rear. 10/10 Recommend!!!!! I will be back…. Soon!!!

The view was incredible. The place was clean and they even did our laundry mid stay. Host went above and beyond! Walking distance from the Walled City. If you’re in Cartagena, you must stay here. Amazing experience, next time I’m in town I’m rebooking here! A+

Perfect location! Will book again

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Loved the place. walked out the door and your feet are in the sand! Arctic AC lol.. You have the beach in the front and you will feel the life of the city with the view behind you! the best of both worlds.

Ignacio was a great host and we communicated throughout my 30 day stay. The penthouse is very comfortable and secure. The guys at the front desk are always willing to help. The place had great views and the front door was staffed 24 hours a day. Walkable but cheap and fast Uber is also there. If I go back, it would be on my list of places to stay.

CRAZYYY view, I really loved it. The place was very very very clean which I really appreciate. Bonus points for the cleanliness. I just have to repeat myself, but the view was insane. Easy access to the condo. We didnt use the jacuzzi or the sauna because they needs a little bit of love, but appart from that I would recommended. Extremely close to the airport which I really appreciated. Thanks you

This is the third time I have stayed in this place. Ignacio is always very helpful. The apartment is very clean. Amalfi kept the place clean, and she was also attentive to what we needed. This is my favorite spot to stay in Cartagena. 100 % recommended.

I absolutely loved this penthouse! The 24-hour security provided a comforting sense of safety throughout my stay. Its prime location across the beach was simply fantastic, and getting to the walled city was a fast and easy with rides costing less than $5 USD. The maid service went above expectations by not only cleaning but also washing and folding our clothes. The hot tub was a great feature. The space comfortably accommodated our group of six with ample room to spare. The only minor critique one of our guests had was the downstairs bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The other beds and even the couch were quite comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay!

If you are looking for a getaway with your companion or even friends, this place is perfect. Minutes from all the action and just enough away to get peace. It even has a private balcony in the master bedroom. You are on the top floor of one the highest building in the area. Amazing view and hospitality was on point. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

This place was immaculate. Most beautiful view of the city from all angles. Everything is very clean. Photos are accurate. Views are much more breathtaking in person. Unforgettable experience staying at this top floor penthouse. I had no problems that couldn’t be solved by Ignacio fast and professionally. From the time of booking to the time of checking out, the host Ignacio was very helpful, friendly and prompt to everything. His condo is beautiful and is an amazing location. The morning views were breathtaking. Everything was easy to access. You can just stand outside the condo and transportation is going to drive up to take you anywhere you would like to go. Minutes away to the walled city and directly across the street from one of the beaches. This is will be my place I stay when we decide to come back to Cartagena.

We really loved our stay here. It’s really close to central histórico only a 5 minute drive. The views from this penthouse are absurd. It has to be the best view in Cartegena. Wifi worked well, place was squeaky clean, and felt very safe. Jacuzzi was a huge plus and will note the beds were super comfortable and showers worked great. Place was great I definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for a visit to Cartagena. Just a quick drive into old town and the beach is right across the street. Sunsets off the balcony are outrageous. To top all that off their is a maid that comes in and cleans everything including our clothes that we didn’t expect. Thanks again for having us!

Ignacio was very helpful and attentive to every need when I needed him. The pictures of the pent house looks great online but booking, but when you are actually there it is one of the most beautiful views I have ever had, because not only was it a oceanfront view from the living room but also the bed room. The house keeping was super amazing and helpful and last but not the less every time I visit Cartagena I will most definitely stay there again… Thank you again Ignacio for everything.

You have to see the place and views in person to truly appreciate it. The location is amazing and positioned in a prime location. Walking distance to several restaurants, bodegas, and the local market. There is usually a taxi, waiting right out front or easily able to walk up to the sidewalk and flag one down. On top of that, Uber runs frequently there as well. The building is very secure. Guards at the front around the clock and have to unlock the door for you to enter and leave. The maid is great! We came home everyday to a cleaned house and she washed and folded our clothes…we did not expect that! Less than 10mins from the airport. Definitely would recommend.

Stop thinking about it and stay here! Good location. Short Uber ride to anywhere you need to go. Beautiful condo with an amazing view & comfy beds. Building itself felt very secure. Ignacio had great communication throughout the process which was awesome. The only thing I cannot rate is the beach, although it is a beachfront property. It always seemed congested so we just opted for excursion to Rosario Islands which had much nicer waters and definitely a must if in Cartagena!

This is a beautiful unit and great building. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived as well as having house cleaning every other day. VERY spacious and lots of amenities added for convenience. The beds are super comfortable. the location was excellent. The host is gracious and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Airbnb is nice the views are as expected check in process is stringent security is very strict about following and abiding by the rules, the pools very nice infinity pool Jacuzzis. the private Jacuzzi was a very nice touch as well although it does take a little longer to get filled up Ac was very cool air the Wi-Fi was great I was able to work from there for a few days without any issues penthouse views with no one above you it was an awesome stay. Very close to the wall city and getting to restaurants and clubs overall great location great views great stay next to a liquor store I will be visiting again.

Ignacio's place was very nice, excellent location and wonderful views from a 30th floor, the plus of the Jacuzzi was something very nice, we had an additional cleaning during our stay which is appreciated, the only thing that was missing was the detail of shampoo and soap to bathe but overall everything was very good! This place was AMAZING, the view of columbia is beautiful, the host kept in contact with us daily even sent us all tourist activities he was available at any time. The cleaning service was 10/10 our place stayed clean every day. Security made sure we were safe at all times. I would recommend this bnb to anyone traveling to columbia . The private jacuzzi in this unit is a plus.

Ignacio is an amazing host. From the beginning of my booking , he was highly responsive, giving me information about exploring Cartagena as well as offering suggestions of activities to do while there. My husband caught COVID one week prior to our booking and could no longer go on our planned trip. After contacting Ignacio, he was very understanding of my need to adjust my reservation with new guests in a short time frame. His place is beautiful! The view from the penthouse balcony took my breath away every morning. The best part of this place was the convenient location to all places including the airport, old town, getsemani etc. Every place was about 5-10 min in distance via cab which was a bonus ! We also appreciated the building security as tourists. The icing on the cake was our wonderful cleaning lady who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even went as far as doing and folding our laundry , we couldn’t thank her enough. On our last day, Ignacio helped us coordinate COVID testing to ensure our departure. He truly made our time in Cartagena stress free and comfortable. He remained accessible, ready to answer any questions and address concerns as they came up. We are so grateful for this wonderful experience and are looking forward to booking with him again in the future.

the penthouse is truely amazing. my fiance and i had a wonderful tiime in cartagena and enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. the wifi and cable tv worked perfectly. if you want to enjoy your stay i would highly recommend this penthouse. we look forward to a future stay. thank you so much Ignacio. and a big thank you to amafi for an excellent jiob cleaning for us.
