This home is AMAZING and the staff is GREAT. I truly appreciated the quick responsiveness of our host who sought to address any concern and meet any need in RECORD TIME. Being from a tourist destination myself The Bahamas, I truly appreciated the hospitality. This home comes highly recommended by me and I would definitely do it again. Definitely 5 stars.

And an incredibly nice and cozy cottage with more than enough beds. We had a very nice stay. I can definitely recommend it.
Best Bits: The beautiful warm pool and spacious, very comfortable rooms were a huge plus. Our host was incredibly helpful and the villa was spotlessly clean. The garden was also beautiful and well-kept. The air conditioning was excellent and the area was safe, friendly and quiet. There were two small mini markets nearby and some lovely quiet beaches. There were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Food: Even in the low season, there were still two restaurants serving delicious local food. Problems: Two of the rooms didn’t have reliable hot showers. As advertised, the neighbours played very loud music on weekends. This started on a Friday afternoon and continued relentlessly until Sunday afternoon. It was never turned off or down. Despite this, we were always able to sleep inside the house but it was difficult to enjoy the pool during these days. One bedroom also lacked wardrobes and another bedroom was separate from the rest of the villa. Would stay here again.
Me and my family had a great time here. I was plaaning to celebrate my birthday away from home and this place was perfect for it. The caretaker was very helpful and had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a city escape.

It's a wonderful place, very comfortable, with plenty of privacy, perfect for spending a few days unwinding and spending time with family and friends.

The house is nice, very clean, spacious, with lots of places to enjoy the property. It has a super spacious rooftop with a delightful atmosphere in the evenings, and a large terrace where you can have a BBQ, breakfast, or lunch surrounded by the property's beautiful greenery. The large bougainvillea plant is wonderful; you don't want to leave. We enjoyed the pool every day, with a delightful temperature and a safe depth. We were able to play cricket on the property, do our egg hunt on Easter Day, and go for walks. It has a private beach access within walking distance. We really never needed to leave the property; I had a wonderful time. We were two families. There were 9 of us, and we never felt cramped with one another, as the property is spacious and comfortable, so you don't run into each other. It has kitchen utensils in good condition, an oven/air fryer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and everything we needed for five spectacular days. We would go back without a second thought.

Beautiful place!!! Worth every penny. My family and I loved the house. Our host always answered every question and gave us very helpful recommendations. The caretaker was a very good person, friendly and respectful. We would definitely come back. 💃🏽🙏🏽🥰

Our family stay was fantastic. The property was beautiful and the caretaker was friendly and attentive to our needs. Host communication was thorough, prompt, and helpful. Everything we look for in a vacation rental.
Very successful stay. The apartment is clean, as described and in a great location. Good contact with the host – I recommend it!
Everything was great, quiet, a spectacular setting, I felt at home, and the family was very happy
We had very few issues, hot water heater went out while we were there but they got it fixed. The stove and refrigerator were kinda on the fritz. Aris and his family do an amazing job keeping the yard immaculate and he even picked us some fresh limes. The property is gorgeous but the trade off is all those flowers leave a lot of mess in the pool. No big deal because Aris, the groundskeeper, takes care of the pool as well as the yard perfectly. The neighbors are loud when they were there but I slept through it with the AC on. There are plenty of pans, silverware and dishes. The roof space is great on calm nights or for watching the sun rise and set. Los Compiches just 100 meters down the driveway had amazing ambiance and even better food. every restaurant we tried on the isthmus was great. very good stay overall.

Amazing house and location! If you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the waves of the sea... this is it!!! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped; the photos faithfully reflect the place, although the magic is discovered when you are there! Thank you so much Kathryel for all your kindness!!!!
The house is just as seen in the photos, everything in very good condition. Communication was smooth and they responded.

It is a special property to enjoy the climate and the mountainous surroundings of the place, isolated, quiet and peaceful but at the same time close enough to the places of interest in Cerro Punta. The cabin is beautiful, ideal to enjoy with friends, the girls in my group enjoyed room 6 with two pajama nights. The campfire light was very cool for adults with a little wine, good conversations and laughter. I recommend the cabin 100%
