Perfect location - easily walkable from anywhere we wanted to go yet a bit off of the main centre so it wasn’t loud at night. Saad was quick to attend to any issues we had, and the pool was perfect to cool us down after a long day of exploring. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting Cartagena

Saad was the perfect host everything was just as described

The host was very prompt and this is truly a hidden gem. Nothing like I’ve ever stayed at before. The kitchen and hot tub area is very warm because it’s pretty much in a “courtyard” but all ACs in the living room (closed off by sets of door) and bedrooms. Also has a “rooftop balcony” that gives you an amazing view of the property looking down into the hot tub area. Very impressed. And the host is very responsive. She will sure you are good!

Saad’s Airbnb is in a prime location, with easy access to all the restaurants and attractions in the Walled City area. The plunge pool is clean and adds a charming touch to the house, perfect for cooling off and escaping the Cartagena heat. My favorite part of the house is the guest room with AC right by the entrance. It’s such a great spot to relax and cool down after a day of exploring. Definitely recommend!

Saad was everything you would want and expect from a good host. She was very attentive to everything and wanted to do her best for us always. She responded promptly every time I messaged - any queries were sorted out very quickly. The place was amazing to stay in. Very beautiful settings inside! The pool was great to relax in. All the facilities were excellent. Check in was very efficient. The maintenance team were great. They were so friendly and very welcoming. The location of this accommodation was ideal as it was in close proximity to everything. Once again, highly recommended - go ahead and book!

Everything is excellent, the house has a design that is very in keeping with the city and all the rooms are comfortable. All the rooms had AC and that was necessary. The area is very nice, close to a square. Saad always responded promptly and with answers. We had a great time!

What can I Say the place was amazing and perfect for our needs it was such an amazing place and the pool was straight out of a movie even walking right out of the property felt like I was in a movie scene. It was above and beyond my expectations. Lots to do with mostly everything was walking distance! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone going to visit Cartagena! Beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location. Wonderfully cooling swimming pool, which was very nice after a hot day in the city. Communication with Saad also went smoothly. There were some problems upon arrival and the wifi didn't work, but this was accurately addressed and resolved. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave our luggage until we left for the airport, which was very nice. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend this accommodation!

We were in Cartagena for our friend’s wedding & had an excellent stay at this incredible listing. Each room has its own bed, bathroom & living room area. The large dwelling shares some more indoor/outdoor seating as well as the incredible underground pool. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place for groups traveling to the walled city. 😁

We had a great stay at Casa Rosada. It was very comfortable, we really appreciated the AC in all the rooms. The kids throughly enjoyed the small pool. The place is very close to great restaurants. Our host was very responsive and super helpful. Will stay again when we come back. Thanks!

This place was amazing. The location is the best, it’s on a quiet block, and everything is in walking distance from the house. you are in the center of the walled city. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. The maid service was great. Great place to stay. The pool was fun to be in but it gets cold so be prepared. 10 out of 10

Lovley stay highly recommended

Our stay in Saad was generally very good, she was always attentive to our queries and the staff who supported her was very kind and polite. The house is very nice, the first floor is very well conditioned, but the second floor room does accumulate much more heat and the air conditioning does not have as much effect. Beyond that, everything was very clean, the kitchen is spacious and the house was very nice. I would recommend having for your guests 1 or 2 of the plugs that transform the entrance so that international passengers can charge their electronics without so much inconvenience. Finally, Saad gave us very good local recommendations and put us in touch with another person who also supports us a lot with the recommendations. Thank you for everything, I hope to host you again.

This house is amazing and Saad is an incredible host! She is always responsive and works hard to make your stay and trip memorable. There are 10 private suites within the whole house and common areas including the pool. It's just perfect!

The place is identical to the photos, the location is perfect if you want to be inside the walled city and at the same time in a quiet environment, this is the area, the host has an almost immediate response time and is very willing to help you as best he can. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about the area, the house has a living room with air conditioning at the entrance that cools you down when you enter, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 large common jacuzzi where 6 or more people can be at the same time, a comfortable terrace to enjoy the air at night and the sun in the morning. Really excellent value for money.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The house is gorgeous, AC works really well (there’s even a nice cool down room before entering the property), the pool was clean and temperature was comfortable, rooftop was free of debris as well. It looks exactly like the images and bonus points for having a cleaning service come deliver clean towels daily. Location was very walkable and easy to find. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was easy and just what our group needed. Host was responsive to questions and had others welcome us and walk us through the property. The pool was clean and at comfortable temperature. We were unsuccessful at using the clothes dryer- instructions would have been helpful. The location is wonderful, restaurants only feet away. I would recommend this home to others.

What a wonderful stay. We rented this house for our annual girls trip. Saad was extremely helpful from beginning to end. After booking we were contacted by a concierge, who was able to provide services, arrange activities, and make great recommendations to ensure we had a great experience in Cartagena. We were all flying in from different states. Some of us were arriving before scheduled check in time but Saad was very flexible and accommodating. When we arrived it was exactly what we expected. Exactly how it looked in the pictures. It is in a very walkable area, extremely close to everything. And if you’re looking for something that isn’t so close, the plaza right outside provides taxis or even carriage rides for those looking for a special treat. I would recommend this place time and time again ♥️

Yes, the house although different from what I'm use too. was perfect for me and my clients. Saad was there for me anytime of the day. Even when an issue came up well after hours. Saad had the issue resolved in minutes not hours. The is one of the main attractions of the house. If they can discover how to heat the pool it will become the most sought after location in ctg.

What an Amazing place. Located in the heart of everything and very accommodating. My large group of 10 all had our own private room, bathroom and kitchen for privacy. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The staff was very good and worked really hard to keep us with such a large group. I can’t say enough about this place Great stay, Great Value.

Situated steps from the gorgeous Plaza San Diego but along a relatively quiet street, Casa Rosada was the perfect place for my family and me when we visited Cartagena. The traditional layout provided a unique way to experience the local heritage, while the soaking pool was a great way to cool off during the hot afternoons. Saad was incredibly responsive to our needs, providing contacts to arrange airport transfers and sending a maintenance crew to deal with an issue within 20 minutes of us reaching out. We greatly enjoyed our stay and already want to return!

We had a wonderful two weeks in Casa Rosada, just steps away from lively Plaza San Diego and lots of great eateries and coffee shops. It's just two blocks away from an Éxito supermarket and the old city ramparts overlooking the water, and just barely a block away from the beautiful Serrezuela mall. Everything in the old town is within walking distance and it was always easy to get an Uber or taxi if we needed to go farther afield. The maid who arrived every morning was a nice extra touch, and Saad was always prompt to respond if we had a question and made sure to check in on us to make sure things were okay. Definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay very close to everything you’d want to do and see in the walled city. Cleaners showed up every day and kept the place looking excellent. The cold water left for us in the fridge was a great touch too!

Nice location and very responsive

Our stay here was fabulous. We loved how walkable everything was from the apartment. The pool was lovely to come back to each day after walking the city. Saad was super responsive, even offering to send someone when I could not get the dryer to work (turned out to be user error). We booked transfers through this property. They offered tours, but we had booked those on our own. Would def stay here again. There were some loud noises from clubs at night, but we didn’t mind. We liked being in the middle of everything!
