The apartment matches the photos. Actually, the stay was very good and very pleasant. Erick was always attentive to messages and always responded. We were very comfortable. The apartment has everything. As for the condominium (which has nothing to do with Erick), I think it has somewhat drastic rules: they want to charge you for everything, and the charges are not cheap at all. Surely the experiences they have had have made this happen, but in the end, it is part of the tranquility of the condominium. I don't think the ice chests in the pool area should bother you at all, and especially not having to pick them up and take them away. Even though it's in the condominium's rules, if someone brings them by mistake, a simple request to pick them up is enough, and there's no need to take them away from the guests.

Overall, a very good option. I just think it's a bit expensive, but not too much!

They responded quickly to our questions, and the apartment was clean. Having the restaurant next to the pool with reasonable prices and good service is a plus. The pool and lounge chairs are good. My only recommendation is that you update the living room. It's not comfortable.

We had a great stay at Península Nuevo. The beachfront location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area. The accommodation was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was as described. Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

It was an excellent stay. The heated pool was a very good size; the children enjoyed it a lot. The place was comfortable and clean, just as shown in the photos! The location is very good, the host was attentive and responded to our questions quickly, I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!

The apartment delivers what it promises. Eric and his team are very professional in handling any requests. Premium furniture and equipment. The condominium is very well organized, with an excellent gym and two good restaurants offering an extensive menu at reasonable prices. The spa is pretty good. They helped us arrange an exceptional chef and several additional cleanings, which was a great decision to further enhance the experience. In summary, highly recommended.

I had a great time with my friends. We were 4 couples and we like large and comfortable spaces to enjoy and spend time together.

House was perfect for our two families. We had 4 adults and 4 children, and the space worked out perfect. House was very clean with everything we needed for a great vacation. We loved being close to the Marina and just a short uber ride to Zona Romantica. Location worked out perfect for us with so we could explore areas from Zona Romantica to Bucerias. There was also a basketball court across the street that worked out well with our two boys. When we originally booked the house, we were a little worried about the noise from the airport but to be honest it didn't really bother us at all. Didn't notice it inside much at all and if we were outside, it wasn't bad either. I would highly recommend this property; Owner was great and accommodating as well!

Excellent host and the condominium was just as expected. The property is very quiet to live with the family and enjoy what it offers.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen had the necessary items, the grill had propane, the washer and dryer was a nice feature, the t.v. channels were plentiful and there was a view of the ocean. Parking was conveniently located and the building design was well thought out, as there were two elevators servicing a small number of rooms, negating wait time. The beach and pool area was clean, the ocean and pool water was warm and access to the property from the beach was behind a locked door, keeping the property secure. Access to the property requires traveling through two checkpoints, so identification is required well in advance of check in. A visit to the grocery store requires a vehicle. The drinks at the restaurant were tasty, but we didn’t try the food. Overall a great experience and will return. I’d elaborate more on the features, but there is a character limit. Book a week, you won’t regret it.

Great spot for families. Easy access to the pool, beach and restaurant on site. Only thing that was disappointing was lack of items that go with a renting a home such as dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, additional toilet paper and trash bags- had to make a trip to the store just to get these items.

Everything was according to the very nice photos the apartment and complex. The service was very good. They were very accessible. I would definitely return to the apartment, the staff of the complex is very friendly and friendly, without a doubt a very good place to spend time with the family.

Great experience in every aspect. The property is in perfect condition, the apartment is impeccable and the area in Nuevo Vallarta is beautiful, well maintained and far from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel area. Additionally, Eric and his team took care of us very well. Although there was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, this matter was addressed promptly and courteously. It was resolved within a reasonable time, and Jordi's follow-up (from Eric's team) made us feel that they really care about guests. We recommend the property and the hosting team. We plan to come back some day.

Spectacular experience at Erick's place! Everything was impeccable, the condominium is superbly located, Esther's support was invaluable; Jordi was very attentive and friendly. The condo staff service (lobby and waiters) was luxurious. We will definitely look to come back.

Wonderful condo, even more beautiful than in the photos. It's very large. Very well-equipped. Everything was perfect! The views are stunning. The layout is great. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the building. The pool is cleaned constantly. We loved our family stay and are already looking forward to booking again.

Absolutely gorgeous place! The condo, pool and ocean were spectacular! Only down-side was we had to run to the store to buy dishwasher detergent and more toilet paper and ask for more trash bags- not a big deal but would have been nice to have them provided so we didn't have to deal with that on vacation. Tennis rackets were provided which was really fun. Would love to have had pickle ball rackets also as there are 2 courts there. Overall, an absolutely wonderful, relaxing, stunning place.

The host and staff were very good and very attentive. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and beautiful, perfect to spend a few days with your family or friends. It has everything you need in the kitchen, pool/beach and bath towels, beach umbrellas and chairs.

First time at Peninsula and certainly not our last! Eric's place is stunning and modern. The photos and descriptions are very accurate. Easy breeze all day, spectacular sunsets everyday. Amenities are outstanding and staff on premises were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Eric is very attentive to details and very responsive. During one of the 5 weeks we were there, our adult children came for a visit and were very impressed with all the amenities, especially with the Gym and Tennis courts. Restaurants on premises are great including the service right on the beach. Jordi, Eric's assistant is a fantastic guy. We had difficulty to book private transfers from the airport for our children (daughter with 6 month old baby) but Jordi came to the rescue and offered to organize the pick up for us. This kind of service ranks right up there in our books. All in all our genuine thanks for a memorable stay and are already looking forward to repeat next year.

We immediately felt at home. The home is spacious allowing for privacy in large groups but has a warm cozy feeling. The pool was my families favorite. It is refreshing and clean. The outdoor patio was a great place to play games in the evenings with a light breeze and all the beautiful hanging lights outdoors.

We had a great time on this be autiful home on the Marina Golf course. The warm pool was great after a round of golf. Martha's housekeeping was great, and her meals were delicious Mexican feasts. Well done!

Wow! The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures! There are 3-4 different levels with 2 bedrooms and bath on the top floor, the master and queen each w ensuite bathrooms in the middle floor, and another full bath on the main floor by the entrance. The kitchen, living and outdoor area are on the lower floor. We were greeted with some nice cold cervezas. The pantry is stocked with cooking supplies if anyone wants to cook. There was coffee and sugar as well. The backyard pool area was lovely. The nearby grocery store was about a 12 minute walk, and we often walked to the marina area where there are lots of great restaurants. That was 15-20 min walk. We maybe used half our “electricity” allowance- if that. No issues at all- this is a great house for a group. Although, it’s a long ways from NS Canada, we hope we can return someday. Thanks again!

The experience at home roos was excellent

Eric and Jordi were great hosts. They looked after my family in all our vacation needs. They had excellent restaurant recommendations, knew all the staff and made the staying super enjoyable., I have a baby and they recommended a place to get a crib and stroller for her. The vacation was flawless, I recommend this property if you like nice facility and great staff and just a few steps from the beach. PS: the apartment complex offers daily massages for an excellent price and they are phenomenal.

We were so happy to find this place. Our booking from another “superhost” cancelled a few hours before our flight left and we were in a panic to find last minute accommodations with enough room for our group that was within our price point. Eric responded immediately and we were able to quickly book and have peace of mind that we would arrive in PV with a place to stay. The home is clean and spacious. It’s close to shopping, transit and many food choices. Housekeeper Martha was great - helpful, kept the place clean, great cook - made is a huge batch of salsa verde. It was not the beachy vacation we thought we were going to have, but we all thoroughly enjoyed exploring the streets of PV.

We had a great stay at Eric’s home. The layout of the house worked well for our group (9 adults 2 toddlers). The pool was great and the deck area had lots of space to hang out. The neighbourhood was nice, not many people around. We walked to the marina each day as well as the nearby grocery store, which were totally safe and close by. Martha cooked us breakfast most mornings, which was nice and she did a great job of cleaning. We hired a private chef to cook us dinner a few nights (which was amazing). I would highly recommend doing this. We also hired Star through Airbnb to do a tequila tasting for us, which was a ton of fun.

Great place to stay with family! Top notch amenities inside the apartment and at common condo areas. Loved the decor inside, everything u need is included -even nespresso coffee machine! Everything works perfectly and was spotless! Jordi and Eric were super responsive for checkin/checkout -didn’t need to contact them otherwise bc everything was great. Internet super fast for remote work. The beach is also very nice so kids and adults r looking forward to coming back.

What a beautiful condo - we enjoyed the week thoroughly! Everything was spotless and decorated tastefully. Jordi was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The unit is spacious and in a great location (front balcony overlooks the wonderful pool and ocean) for easy access to the help desk staffed 24 hours a day. Both balconies are large and furnished. The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta was safe, quiet, relaxing and a step up from most resort hotels, vacation clubs and Airbnbs in the area. The grounds were artfully designed and well maintained. We would relish the opportunity to return to this unit and highly recommend its rental!

The staff at condo complex were great. Very clean unit. Eric and his support staff were great. Very helpful when we need an earlier check in time. The complex is in a great location, perfect walks either direction. Family friendly pool so know what you would prefer. Beach is ways quiet if that’s what you want. A larger coffee pot, toaster and English instructions for tv and stove would have been nice but we managed via internet. Again location and staff are above average. Again thanks to Eric for accommodating our schedule, we recommend..

We rented Eric's condo and we really liked it. Location near the beach, the restaurant is very good and service is exceptional. We were a group of 10 friends from business school and our stay was great: the property I greatly furnished and equipped, the pool is quiet and relaxing with a golf course in front, and the reservation + check-in process is very professional. Only thing is that the room with four single beds might be a bit small as two of them are pullout from under the regular ones. All the other rooms and spaces were perfect. Highly recommended

Beuatiful, spacious condo with filtered views to the ocean. Large sliders that open up out to the deck were perfect to open up every morning to let the cool ocean breeze in. Condo has essentially everything you need for cooking and great beach time. Eric was extremely responsive to all our questions and helped with other arrangements. The staff at the restaurant was incredible as was the front desk. $15 hour long massages on the beach or in the spa...yes please! My kids and wife took full advantage of this perk. Overall, would definitely recommend Eric's place and we will be back for sure!

Eric’s place was great! We had a group of 8 coming for a bachelor party and it is located on a golf course with a great pool. We were in the marina and it was easy to walk to restaurants and excursions. The drive into downtown was anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on when you decided to go (traffic). Ubers were always, always available for less than $8. Overall a great place that warrants 5 stars! We didn’t go over on electricity but we really didn’t use the AC except in small spurts a few times. The house remained cool and comfortable. But we were out in town most of the day. You might go over if you’re pumping A/C and staying in. That was a concern of mine but it proved to be a non-issue. The airport is a 5 minute drive so that’s an added bonus! If you have mobility issues, please note there are stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the kitchen and pool area.

The apartment has a stunning layout, incredible views, and the decor is calming and modern! The Penisula complex itself is AMAZING!!!! Great location, pool is great, and the staff is so friendly. My family and I cannot wait to go back! Eric, our host, was incredibly detailed and his hospitality was very much appreciated!

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. The apartment was spacious and homey. The property and amenities were great. Louisa made the checkin/out process seamless; and was always a text/call away with anything we had questions or concerns about. The front desk at the property was also always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They arranged for a lab to come to our apartment to administer Covid tests the day before we flew-added convenience on vacation. The area is calm and quiet which we loved. If we wanted action, we were just a taxi ride away. I would definitely recommend Eric's property to anyone planning a relaxing getaway in Mexico. Hope to visit again soon.

An excellent alternative to stay in Nuevo Vallarta, great location with a fabulous beach, this is very important since not all the spots in Vallarta are good. The apartment has absolutely everything to have a great experience. Great host detail to provide you with a bath kit start up, with soap, shampoo, paper, as well as with basic cooking things that help you start your vacation. The decor of the apartment is fabulous, the style gives it a very special warmth and creates an ideal atmosphere for rest, every detail is taken care of. Communication is perfect, from before your arrival, to your arrival and at the time of departure; every moment is scheduled so you don't have any problems. Definitely one of the best I have stayed in. 1000% recommended.

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities you can expect, even a grill for roasting meat. I had a problem with the energy usage, since the planned top-ups were not made and it was difficult to track the electricity usage. I should clarify that it did not affect my stay, nor did I lose power. It's just something that could be improved, and it would be good to have a daily electricity report to plan its use well.

An amazing experience in every way. The whole family was happy!! The apartment is amazing, the decor, the details, you can certainly see the touch of interior design that would surprise anyone. All the rooms are amazing and super comfortable. Excellent cleaning and everything worked perfectly. The TV is great for watching series and movies with the family. Lots of fun board games for the evening. The Weber grill, wow, brand new Excellent facilities!! The pool and beach area are super quiet to relax and spend the day very comfortably. We definitely want to come back, my daughters didn't want to leave. Super luxury vacation.

Beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each room has an AC unit which was a must for us. The house was very spacious and has a pool that we took advantage of. We liked that there is a driveway with parking spaces. When greeted at check in you do a walk through of the house and go over house rules, everything is very clear. I was taken back about the charge if we go over electricity, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem. Other than that I recommend this house!

Fantastic property in a great location where the pictures do not fully justify this condo. 20mins from the airport, direct access to a pristine beach just over the Jalisco border in Nayarit (Nuevo Vallarta) and 10 minutes to a large grocery store (by car). This is the perfect location to discover and enjoy all that NV and the surround areas of Bucerias, Sayulita and Punta de Mita have to offer - we discovered a really nice beach with not much people traffic at San Ignacio, just 25mins by car. Oh, and seeing as it’s still a requirement to have a COVID test prior to returning to the US, the hospital just down the road does the rapid test (<2hrs) for MX$650/ea. This condo is possibly one of the most well-kept and modern style properties on the strip. The furnishings and finishes are impeccable. While there is a limit on the amount of electricity you can consume before incurring an additional fee, I can assure you that you won’t reach the point of incurring that charge - we were there 10-days, had the A/C blasting away, ran the dishwasher and washer/dryer daily and still didn’t reach the limit. Eric and Luisa are great. They made us feel right at home from the outset, and did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. They didn’t disappoint; giving us ideas on areas to consider a purchase and putting us in touch with realtors. I would highly recommend that you check this place out if you’re looking in Nuevo Vallarta.
