I would highly recommend this villa. It’s a very large and functional space that is very conveniently located. Jose is an amazing host. He was super responsive and helpful. I would love to stay here again someday.

Jose was super responsive and prompt. He helped organize an amazing chef’s dinner that was vegan/vegetarian friendly. The place is located in a safe, gated community and walkable to downtown. Our group loved it and we'd definitely stay again.

Absolutely incredible stay. Better than the photos. I researched tons of places before settling on this one. Very private, we were able to play music and hang as a large group of women and felt very secure and comfortable in the pool and on the roof. The walk to the beach is unexpectedly beautiful, through a private safe path along Mayan ruins. Walk to town is maybe 15-20 minutes through the safe gated tourist community and an outdoor mall at the edge of town. Airbnb was stunning, with extra bathrooms & outdoor showers we weren't expecting. The whole place was spotless with ample towels, soap, amenities. I was a little worried it'd look more rundown in person because of 1-2 reviews, but it was in great shape and very well maintained. Jose set up our transport and private chef and helped get any taxis into the gated community. As a group of 13 women, we felt totally safe the entire time and spoiled rotten. Thank you, Jose, for helping to make this a fantastic weekend!

Jose was amazing host. Was helpful around the clock on any needs required. My friends and I all had a amazing time staying at the property. We will definitely be visiting again.

My group had an amazing time staying at Jose’s space. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Playa Del Carmen. Jose was extremely responsive and helped arrange our transport from and back to the airport which simplified that part of the process. Anytime we had a question he replied very quickly and was super helpful. Highlights were: safe and secure neighborhood, hot tub/pool, comfortable firm beds, proximity to beach, restaurants, bars, Mayan ruins, and the ferry to Cozumel. Muchísimas gracias Jose, I hope to return one day!

Our stay with me and 5 other adult men at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The house itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing indoors or spending time in the common areas like the pool, gym, rooftop: we always felt at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing chef, who prepared the most delicious meals for us and she was so very kind and friendly. Every dish was thoughtfully made, and it truly elevated our experience. The host was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference. Overall, this was a great stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. We would absolutely love to return.

We chose Jose’s Airbnb for a friend’s bachelor party and it did not disappoint. The villa is located in a safe, gated neighborhood and is a 5 minute casual stroll to what has now become my favorite beach of all time. As a host, Jose was excellent - what I appreciated the most was how quickly he would respond to any questions we had. 5/5 stars!
