My group had an amazing time staying at Jose’s space. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Playa Del Carmen. Jose was extremely responsive and helped arrange our transport from and back to the airport which simplified that part of the process. Anytime we had a question he replied very quickly and was super helpful. Highlights were: safe and secure neighborhood, hot tub/pool, comfortable firm beds, proximity to beach, restaurants, bars, Mayan ruins, and the ferry to Cozumel. Muchísimas gracias Jose, I hope to return one day!

Our stay with me and 5 other adult men at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The house itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing indoors or spending time in the common areas like the pool, gym, rooftop: we always felt at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing chef, who prepared the most delicious meals for us and she was so very kind and friendly. Every dish was thoughtfully made, and it truly elevated our experience. The host was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference. Overall, this was a great stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. We would absolutely love to return.

We chose Jose’s Airbnb for a friend’s bachelor party and it did not disappoint. The villa is located in a safe, gated neighborhood and is a 5 minute casual stroll to what has now become my favorite beach of all time. As a host, Jose was excellent - what I appreciated the most was how quickly he would respond to any questions we had. 5/5 stars!

Mr. Jose it’s an amazing Host !! Very friendly, super responsive and always kind. The location of the house was great, walking distance to the beach and town. The house definitely needs an upgrade and maintenance. El Sr. José es un anfitrión increíble !! Amigable, super atento y siempre amable. La ubicación de la casa era buena, a poca distancia caminando de la playa y la ciudad. La casa definitivamente necesita trabajos de mejora y mantenimiento.

We had a wonderful time and the house is very conducive to spending time together as a group, and also many quiet spots to get away by yourself. The house is very generously stocked with essentials like spices and toiletries. We found a cupboard full of sunscreen, bandages, antibiotic cream etc. We also had use of the bikes. We had two problems with the house: 1) it is very difficult to find. We had three groups come separately and each one had problems. When we tried to google map the address it didn’t even show up, we ended up having to drop a pin. Luckily we had younger people with us who worked that out because I never would have. 2) the house isn’t as gorgeous as the photos. It has wonderful “bones” but appears as though the photos were taken when it was first listed many years ago. The headboards in the bedrooms do not exist and the whole place needs a spruce up. So for $3500/night it was disappointing. The house is in a lovely and safe area close to many amenities.

Our stay at Jose's place was a great experience and enhanced our family trip. Jose was very responsive quick and happy to accomodate us with any need that came up to make our stay more comfortable. Jose is definitely a super host and would recommend him anytime!!!

Jose was a great host for 10 of us. Everything was described as the pictures and was always on standby for the guests. Would get his airbnb again in the future.
