Perfect spot when in Tamarindo. Jean Marc is a wonderful and attentive host.

We enjoyed our stay at The Breeze! The property was kept spotlessly clean, and the gardens and pool were a real highlight. We also appreciated the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. The vibe at the property was chill and family-friendly, and Jean Marc was a delightfully charismatic host. When multiple groups were in the pool area it felt a little busy, but there were also times when we had it to ourselves, and we had a memorable afternoon watching a troop of howler monkeys traverse the trees high above. One thing to be aware of is the property next door is a surf hostel and we were certainly conscious of more noise there in the evenings, but on the whole it wasn’t an issue.

We loved our stay at Jean-Marc's villa. The pool at the villa was a good size and the kids had hours of fun. The villa was a great size and very comfortable for our family of 5. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. It was walkable to all the fantastic restaurants, shopping and bars in the area. The staff were so helpful and made our stay!

Beautiful place in a great location. It really is 150m from the beach! And right around the corner from a grocery store, lots of places to eat, and right up the street from all the surf shops. We LOVED the pool too. Great way to spend hot afternoons in the shade. And we got to see howler monkeys and parrots in the morning! Jean Marc and his staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

Staying at Jean Marc's place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. Having a home base that was peaceful, well located and beautiful made a huge difference in the experience we had in Tamarindo. From the moment we arrived, Jean Marc and his manager Dauly, made us feel at home. The villa was extremely clean (great housekeeping staff!) and comfortable and had everything we needed to settle in. (I'm not a fan of air conditioning, but the a/c was great). The grounds are beautiful and lush and well maintained and we enjoyed just sitting out on our patio or taking a dip in the pool. It was easy to walk to the beach and the town since the property is very close to both. Jean Marc and Dauly were on target with recommendations for local spots and yoga that quickly became our favorites. And we were able to take surf lessons from Dauly, who is an amazing teacher. They both went out of their way to make sure that we were having an optimal stay in Tamarindo. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at The Breeze was absolutely incredible—truly a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be better, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. The pool was perfect and the water was always so refreshing—an ideal spot to relax and cool off after a day out. The host was fantastic—very welcoming and thoughtful. We really appreciated how he checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. The daily housekeeping service was another wonderful touch that made our stay feel relaxing and luxurious. Overall, this place felt like a true oasis. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Jean-Marc is an outstanding host. Beautiful location (oasis in the middle of the city) although noisier on Friday and Saturday nights because the villa is close to everything including bars. The people who work on site (cleaning, garden maintenance, manager) are all charming. Looking forward to returning!

We had the best stay in Tamarindo and Jean Marc made our stay easy and seamless! We were able to check in early and airport transportation was arranged for us upon check out to pick us up directly from the villa. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach, town, and tons of restaurants! The ambiance of the villa was perfect with so much wildlife around! Overall, it was clean, safe, convenient, & enjoyable! I would stay in any property Jean Marc hosts! :) The only negative is the walls were VERY thin so we were awoken at 6am by very loud children in the pool one morning, but otherwise the other guests were very respectful and kind also!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Dona Ines. The houses were beautiful and the gardens and the pool were peaceful and relaxing. Jean Marc and Rhonda were extremely communicative and helpful. They always responded immediately and gave us great suggestions and were helpful with whatever we needed. Dauly who runs the house on a day-to-day basis was amazing. He was there every day and anything that we needed was done or responded to immediately. Xiumara kept the house beautiful clean and was so helpful. The house was exactly the pictures. We were 11 people and had more than enough room. The house is close within walking distance to everything. We would definitely return. We had a great vacation. These were the best hosts we have ever had.

The Breeze is a wonderful place! Location is very convenient to everything. Easy walk to beach, shops and many restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing, with beautiful wildlife in trees. Everything was very clean, we had a great time!

One of the best Airbnb stays we have had. The villa was perfect, very comfortable (two adults and two children) and clean, close to the beach and walkable to great restaurants and stores. Even with families staying in the other villas it was quiet and peaceful. Jean Marc, Luca, and other staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time in Tamarindo and will stay here again when we return!

jean marc, and his entire team were so helpful and friendly. i was not expecting daily housekeeping, and that was a great surprise! the grounds were very well kept, and the pool was always cleaned several times a day! the location is walkable, but still private and feels very safe with kids. i would recommend
