The villa is very nice, modern and clean. I really liked that almost all the walls are windows that can be opened, so the air circulation and lighting are very good. The upstairs terrace. I looooooove it! A highlight of the Villa. The pool looks bigger in the photos, but for 4 guests it's perfect. Access is indeed complicated. We didn't go in a 4x4 and we managed to get up, but the car did skid a bit. It's a great plus that the villa has yoga mats.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SWAR Villa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was incredibly clear right from the time of booking, and Will gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. The area feels very safe and secure, making it ideal for a peaceful family vacation. The villa itself is amazing, the views of the sunset from the balcony are truly exceptional, and the kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. As a quick practical tip for future guests: the road leading up the hill to the villa is not in very good condition, so a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. Our vehicle didn't have 4x4, and with a bit of rain, the climb can get tricky. However, this was just a minor detail in what was otherwise a beautiful and memorable stay. Thank you again to Will for everything. We highly recommend this villa without hesitation!

We love Casa Alex and Casa Lorie! It was the perfect place for us (2 couples). The kitchen is well appointed, the pool really lovely, and the nightly sunset views fantastic. We especially enjoyed the local wildlife, who visited pretty regularly, as well as the rich bird life. Our concierge, Will, was the best - always responsive and helpful. Will definitely return again!!!

First of all, I really love Santa Teresa. It has the best combination of a beautiful and walkable beach, fantastic restaurants, and great shopping. This house is perfectly located off the beaten path, but not too far away where you are climbing a rugged hill for long. It's elevated enough to be away from the busy town and perfectly situated for incredible sunsets. I highly recommend this place for two couples or a family.

Will was our concierge, he was awesome. very quick response to questions etc. Loved the place, the views, all the amenities we wanted. Will hooked us up with a side by side and it was there when we arrived. Highly recommend doing an atv or side by side to get up and down the hill. Summary: coming back!!

If you are looking for a place that feels like a real home, not just a borrowed house - this is it! We felt right at home immediately. Everything you need in the kitchen, a perfect little outdoor shower, and my favorite part was the patio and beautiful, comfortable furniture outside. The views were incredible. You can see so many birds and hear the monkeys - especially in the morning. We had our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outside every day to enjoy the beauty of this place. The pool was so perfect for evening swims or afternoon naps on the pool float. I read my kindle in the pool for hours just listening to the ocean and the birds. Santa Teresa is such a treasure and this place is a true gem 💎! We took several recommendations from Will and did a fishing tour with Day Trips (highly recommend!). He helped arrange a very early airport taxi for us and was so helpful and welcoming the entire time. I really appreciated the 2 large beach blankets provided they came in so handy. Pura Vida!

Lorie and Will were fantastic hosts. The place was immaculate, and their attentiveness and responsiveness truly exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this spot and will aim to return sometime soon!

Beautiful private villa , stunning views, well appointed with almost everything you need. The sunsets are beyond words with lots of places to sit and take it in. The pool was perfect for those hot days and is designed well. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with any issues that popped up.

This stay was one of the best in all of my travels. The host and property manager were fantastic and responsive. They helped to arrange airport transportation and ATV rental dropped off right at the property. If you do stay at the property I highly recommend you arrange the ATV service with them, as it is very useful to navigate up the hill that the property is on as well as getting around town and exploring. The whole experience of booking and staying at this property was fantastic, highly recommended.

The place is as shown in the photos, quiet but close enough to everything you might need, the slope to the house can be done in any vehicle, but in the rainy season it could be a little slippery since there is a part of the road that was not paved (especially if it is an SUV and at full capacity). I recommend the place, quick and very friendly service

I had an excellent time staying at Lories place. The hosts were super helpful giving local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Fortunately I know the area but if this is your first time they are a great recourse for booking anything you need and giving tips. The checkin was easy and the home looked just as beautiful as it does in the photos. The location is perfectly tucked away in the hills so you get that privacy and feeling of being inside nature. It had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were super accommodating to my checkout and any requests I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice private getaway.

Words are hard to use and describe this space and experience. The views of the pacific and the sunsets on display are one of a kind. The layout of the property is excellent for family or couples and the area is full of life, food, and great people! The pool was the main character of my stay. Book it!
