We loved our stay at Mansion Arenal! The Airbnb is super close to delicious local sodas and fun adventures. The house was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a great place to cool off and enjoy nature. The laundry room was a great bonus, especially with multiple washers and dryers. We really liked that everyone in our group had their own bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom. We would definitely come back again!

It looks just like the photos. The spaces are large, so it never feels cramped even when the house is full. The yard is amazing and spacious. The instructions are very clear, from how to get there to the instructions for the accommodation and check-out. If you have any questions, Rebeca is an incredible host who is very kindly attentive to everything and responds quickly. All the guests were satisfied with our stay at Mansión Arenal, and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful place with a lot more potential The property is a villa located, very close to the attractions in La Fortuna . It’s a little bit outdated, but it is a large place. That can fit a lot of people. Very responsive host Beautiful grounds and a big lot ranch style Pros space / location / pool / nice view of arenal volcano on a clear day, specially from the master bedroom balcony . Cons It is outdated, but it’s not a dealbreaker If there is very heavy rain, there is leaks in several areas form the roof and since it’s all tile, it can be a problem if someone slips Specially, by the entrance when you walk in . Just a little bit of TLC this place will be a true Jim in the area .

Fantastic house for a large family. Several rooms with attached bathrooms. Beautiful grounds, excellent location. A very nice view of the Arenal Volcano. Rebecca and her team were very responsive and helpful.

Rebeca’s space was beautiful and absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, with an incredible view of the volcano. The space was large enough for our family, with incredible outside seating. The pool was amazing. Rebeca was so helpful and responsive, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

This was by far the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in—truly a mansion and worth every penny. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay on this gorgeous property. Everything inside was spotless. The outdoor living room was our favorite place to relax. We thought the kitchen had all the essentials aside from a dishwasher. It a super size counter top oven (more functional than a small toaster oven).

The price is right for this apartment. It’s clean, central, and the host is on top of any questions and issues I had.

The location was perfect for us, and we had no complaints at all. Its was convenient comfortable, and amde our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better spot.

We stayed for three nights. The group included me, my husband, our five adult children and their partners, so we used all six main bedrooms. The air conditioning in each bedroom was critical and effective. It would have been nice to have A/C in the common TV room but on the last night we figure out we could open the windows and put the ceiling fan on high to make that space comfortable. For our size group, the home worked very well. Just know that it is remote and requires a car to get to stores or places to eat. We rented a vehicle in La Fortuna and used Uber to get to and from the office. Altogether a great stay and certainly better than staying in six hotel rooms.

This place was in a perfect location, right on the main strip, easy short walks to all the resturants. has a nice balcony to sit out on and drink your coffee, and speaking of coffee there was a coffee shop less than a few feet from the airbnb entrance.

If you are going to La Fortuna, this place is a great place to stay at! Everything was nearby and it was easy to get to places. Rebeca was very responsive and it was just like the photos! Loved our stay there!

Location, location, location - this Airbnb is located right near the downtown core which is very convenient! Super close to all the restaurants and night life (which means it does come with some noise which was tolerable)! Balcony is a nice bonus.

The place is great and well located, close to the restaurants in La Fortuna. The host was extremely helpful, and it was easy to get into the apartment. The street noise didn’t bother me at all, but you could hear loud music until about 10 p.m. I would stay here again if I were in La Fortuna.

Our group was blown away by this place! It was exactly what we were looking for and then some! The house itself was beautiful and it was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom (group of 8 with two couples). We were greeted daily by toucans and other amazing wildlife. Highly recommend staying with Rebeca!

The apartment is nice and is in an area close to restaurants and shops. When we arrived the air conditioning did not turn on due to a power issue and Rebecca responded quickly by sending someone to fix it. Thank you very much for your assistance

So peaceful and private. Stunning surroundings, pristine and clean inside and out! Comfortable beds and furniture! So much room and so many amenities! The perfect set up and location. The host is helpful and responsive! We would definitely return and stay as long as possible!

A group of nine (ages 60 to 85) very much enjoyed our 5 night stay at this beautiful mansion! Beautiful and large fenced property (perfect for our small dog) and a wonderful pool area, and spacious indoors with plenty of seating areas. We liked the location very much - walkable to a grocery store, awesome coffee place, art shops and restaurants. Rebecca was very responsive and helpful!

The house was perfect with everything you need, great location also for working on a computer, very nice terrace and central location. We had a problem with the AC and Rebecca immediately sent us a technician who fixed the problem in a few minutes. Absolutely recommended!

Loved my stay here, it was in a great location with lots of restaurants and places to shop. Everything was walkable or just a $2-4 uber ride away.

great apartment and host

Beautiful spot! We loved seeing the toucans, macaws, coatis, and various other birds! A little on the older style inside the home, but clean and comfortable. We had an issue with one bathroom and it was fixed immediately! I wish the whole place was stocked a bit better. The kitchen was scarcely stocked and we didn’t have a single extra blanket or pillow in the house (which we needed for kids that wouldn’t sleep away from parents). It was so nice that it was even decorated for the holidays! Overall, a great stay and we had the best time hanging on the outdoor patio!

Lovely home with lots of room for our group of 11 with age ranges 11-76. We had a few minor issues pop up, but Rebeca was very responsive and addressed them quickly. We Loved watching the Toucans in the trees and saw a parakeet too!

Rebecca was a great host. Always responsive and very friendly. Went above and beyond. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting La Fortuna or Arenal. Lots of space and privacy, it very close to the town.

The apartment was perfect for a couple! Plenty of space and the air conditioning was very much appreciated! This isn’t a negative, just something to keep in mind that the neighbors are loud and the walls are thin. Also the street noise and music from nearby roller skating rink were loud. Bring either ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones if noises bother you or you have young children. I would definitely stay again, as it was centrally located and had many amazing restaurants and sodas nearby!

Beautiful house and was perfect for our family vacation. House was very large with great pool and deck area. Each bedroom had its own AC and bathroom. Great house, we felt very secure, and we had a fun time in the area.

This place is amazing! Location is great and offers a lot of privacy also. Very close to restaurants and places to grab tours. Wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the awesome pool!

A beautiful and magical escape. We loved our time at La fortuna. The house was perfect, spacious comfortable and beautiful. We felt relaxed and in nature. Highly recommend. Rebecca was attentive to all of our needs and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Fabi with the cleaning company made sure everything was clean and she helped us with food and groceries and made sure everything ran smoothly. We felt very comfortable and at ease so we could enjoy the activities we planned. Overall a wonderful experience and stay. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Rebecca’s place and it was the perfect space for me! It’s in a central location, nearby all sorts of restaurants and activities, and it’s a beautiful space; I particularly love the high ceilings and large windows! Not to mention the hosts are quick to respond whenever you’re in need of something/have questions. I’ll be back!

A clean house, very good service and the location is close to everything

Rebeca was very kind! When I arrived at the accommodation it was better than the photos, the kitchen was very clean, the bathroom was impeccable, the bedding was very clean and it smelled very good, this last point is very difficult to find in other places when you stay only for one night (as in my case). Super central and comfortable! My recommendation: don't think about it any longer! This is definitely the place to book in downtown La Fortuna! When I get the chance, I'll definitely stay here again!

Really nice Airbnb

This seven bedroom mansion was perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook and enjoy time together as family. The large yard provided privacy and yet it was only a short walk into town for us to enjoy all of La Fortuna. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Rebeca's apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and was in an excellent location. It's right in the heart of La Fortuna, within walking distance to sodas, shops, and everything you might need. We felt very safe the entire time, and the space was quiet and had great AC. It was the perfect base for exploring Arenal and the La Fortuna area. We loved staying here and would return on our next trip! Thank you, Rebeca!

Great setting and large comfortable house with nice pool. I would have liked big fans in the common areas and common outside terrace. Ac s on all rooms. Would have been nice to have a toilet room near the common areas. They are all within the bedrooms. But that is a minor inconvenience. I would select this conveniently located and well appointed house again

This home suited our needs perfectly. We had a group of five couples, so 10 people. Everyone had their own bedroom space. The view outside was beautiful. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to see any sloths or monkeys on grounds, but we did see a pair of toucans! Location was very central to everything! There were a couple of things that did need to be addressed, and Rebecca took care of those things and responded promptly. All in all, a great stay.

We had a great stay at Rebecca’s listing. The apartment is easy to access, very spacious and right in the city centre. We were able to walk to all restaurants and had a great view of the mountains. Since you are right on the main road the apartment is very loud but Rebecca did mention that in the listing, it didn’t bother us much. We enjoyed our stay.

Rebecca was so helpful and communicative. She responded very quickly to all messages. When we had a little trouble with a room air conditioner, she immediately sent a repair person to fix. Our family of 6 enjoyed the private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was great. We saw many birds on the grounds. We loved it!

Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and booked some great tours for us! Also got us transportation from the airport. The place is right downtown we were able to walk everywhere! The perfect size of space and very clean!

Our friend group of 8 stayed in Mansion Arenal for 6 nights. It was absolutely perfect! The house is more beautiful than the photos show. The actual property was even more beautiful! Everything was well maintained and clean. We spent a lot of time dining outside and lounging by the pool, which ended up being the perfect spot for birdwatching. We saw toucans, guans, and even a pair of scarlet macaws! Getting to the house was easy. The location is ideal, about a 5 minute drive to La Fortuna, but the home is located very close to restaurants and stores in Zeta Trece, making it very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely loved our time there! Rebecca was very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly, highly recommend!!

We stayed only one night but it had all the amenities to be comfortable, the place was very tidy and clean, the directions were clear

We really loved the setting, all the birds on the property. Spacious bedrooms and nice common areas. The location is ideal. Rebeca connected us with a chef who made a wonderful dinner for our group. The kitchen could use some more amenities like sharper knives, vegetable peeler, placemats, but overall good and we would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for just me staying there! I work remotely and the internet was a little spotty on zoom but I used my hotspot so it was okay. The place was perfect and had everything I needed! It was open and spacious. The only thing is that it’s in the main street downtown so you do hear cars and motorcycles and people talking. But that is what you expect downtown area. It’s walkable to all the restaurants and coffee shops and sodas and the little park! My favorite place was lava lounge! It had live music almost every night. I enjoyed my stay here!

Very private. Landscaped yard with a view of the volcano! Toucans! clean attractive pool. Washer & drier. Every kitchen appliance (but no oven). 5 bedrooms each with a full bath and mini-split. ENORMOUS main bedroom. Gated. Recommend you have a car. in the middle of everything, but not too far to walk.
