Our stay was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable and well kept. The facilities are as shown in the photos and have everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. The service was excellent from the first moment. They were always very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to any questions. The location is also very good and makes the stay even more comfortable. It was definitely a very good experience and we would stay here again. We highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet, clean place with excellent service.

Very good place with a great location

Excellent accommodation very close to downtown Tepoztlán. It has everything you need to spend a very comfortable and fun family weekend. It has many rooms and bathrooms, the parking space is large, the space feels private, the pool is large and very clean, and it has several areas for everyone to have a great time. We will definitely be back in the future.

The house is very nice; it lived up to what was shown in the listing. The pool is quite spacious, and the waterfall is a bonus. We would definitely come back. In addition, Medin was always attentive and quite flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated.

Everything was good during the stay

The house is super nice, quiet area, my kids were very happy in the pool, the rooms are very comfortable and very spacious, Medin was very accessible at all times with me, I highly recommend his accommodation

Medin immediately answered our questions and was attentive. His instructions were very clear from the start. We had a problem when we arrived, we couldn't find the keys and he sent someone to help us immediately. It was our mistake. The area had music, but it didn't bother us. We were able to walk downtown for breakfast, very comfortable.

It was a very nice place, it complied with everything published in the photos, the pool is very nice, the location is good since it is close to the center of Tepoztlán, Medín was always in contact and answered quickly and friendly, it is an excellent place to spend with the family.

We arrived for a weekend and loved it. The house is very well located, you can walk to the tepoznieves from the house. The cottages are spacious, super clean and very well equipped. The host takes the time to leave soap, clean towels, paper, etc. The kitchens have all the necessary appliances. It is a very comfortable, beautiful, nice and quiet place. The pool is spacious, has a waterfall and lighting for the night. The best part is undoubtedly the view of the mountains. Amazing, I would definitely come back!!!

If what you're looking for is a good place to spend a good weekend in Tepoztlan, this stay is great!!! You can really walk to downtown, and for the time you want to rest it's perfect to return to the accommodation The rooms are super comfortable, very well cared for, have everything you need They are separate but at the same time being all on the same land, the shared amenities such as parking, playground, picina, allow to enjoy all together and be able to rest and have privacy between the guests Medin was always very friendly and clear to communicate with us. Always attentive, very open and flexible!

Excellent experience, Medin was attentive the whole time and was very kind to us. The accommodation is excellent for a plan of couples seeking privacy, since each of us, had their own chalet. In the photos it is not appreciated, but the property has a fabulous mountain view, highly recommended everything!
