Ana Lucia

This property was perfect for my family's first visit to Costa Rica and Ana was a great host. We booked her house at the last minute because the first house we booked (not through AirBnB) turned out to not be as advertised. Not only was her house everything she promised, but she was able to accommodate an early check in on short notice and everything went very smoothly. The pool in the private courtyard was perfect for our family to relax, and it only being accessible through the primary bedroom was ideal given our young kids. We also loved the location - easy access to anywhere in La Fortuna in just a 5-10 minute drive, but on a nice quiet residential street. We strongly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in La Fortuna!

Cute place that was close to La Fortuna and all the activities that we wanted to do in Arenal. Great fit for our family of four. We didn't use the kitchen much but had all the things needed if we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Despite the rain we loved our stay. We managed to see the summit of the Arenal volcano on our last day! As for the accommodation, we were delighted with the backyard and the outdoor kitchen. A beautiful lizard was watching us from the fence. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool too. Everything was perfect! We also felt safe in this neighborhood. From the street, we could even see the volcano! Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed our short stay at Ana Lucia's listing in La Fortuna. Great landing pad location if you're planning on checking out the various excursions and sites. Quiet, safe, a great local restaurant for your first night if you've had a long journey just 3 minutes down the road. Beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure in the showers, cute little plunge pool perfect for younger kids (10, 5, 3) with floaties. Was nervous about getting lost as we were driving ourselves, but the pinned location of the "little yellow house" on the short street this listing is located at is easy to find even on Google maps (verify via dm!). Host makes checking in and out easy. Would recommend stopping at a grocery store to pick up coffee filters, ground beans and milk before settling in if you're like us and need your first cup as soon as you wake up. Otherwise, had all the basic amenities one would hope for from a quality Airbnb - good linens, towels, toiletries, dish soap. We appreciated the ice maker.

This was a great stay! the place fits so many people (though we were only a family of 4). a beautiful serene backyard which was nice for nights in by the pool and BBQ. We felt very safe here and the neighborhood felt safe as well. great place to get coffee down the street and to see sloths by the bridge! I would recommend to others!

This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. We woke up to a screen saver view every morning and we sat for an hour watching the sunsets. Absolutely amazing experience.

Ana Lucia’s place is amazing. The view from each room was beautiful. I still miss it. My family and I had a great time in the pool and enjoying the sunsets. The house is on a very steep hill and then what feels like a drop. After a few trips, we got used to driving up. We also enjoyed the surrounding beaches and restaurants. Ana Lucia was very communicative and very flexible with check in and check out. We really enjoyed this house!

We really enjoyed Ana Lucia’s place for our family of 6. There are in fact two sets of bunk beds, so four beds in the room pictured and two queen beds. The pool area was so lovely and we had a lot of fun out there. The place was sparkling clean. The location was great as well - quiet and convenient. I would stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! As two families traveling together, the layout and space were absolutely perfect for our needs. The private backyard was a huge highlight—it felt like our own personal oasis. We loved that the location was slightly tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of La Fortuna, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere while still being just a short drive from all the local attractions. Also, a special mention for the charming little restaurant just 200m away; it was a total hidden gem and a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing host and house!

We had a great time at Ana Lucia’s house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center of La Fortuna. It was very spacious for our family of 5 and after a day of adventuring, we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. It was too cold and rainy for us to use the pool much, but in warmer weather, the pool and patio area would have been a lot of fun. Unless you are familiar with the area, we recommend arriving before night time - just to make it easier finding the house the first time. We ate at the restaurant down the street - which was great - but was only open for breakfast and lunch while we were there (their sign is not correct). But it was easy to hop in the car and find a number of wonderful restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Ana’s house. The place was beautiful with the most amazing view. It’s a little nerve racking driving up to the house because of how steep and narrow the roads are so I would recommend driving to and from in daylight hours.

We loved our stay! We went with two families. 4 adults 6 kids and it worked perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool! The backyard was so pleasant. Everything was so clean and open. The washer dryer was so nice since it rained the entire week on us. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but it seemed like they had all the amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning at las Delicias tabladas(short walk away). Best pinto around! We will definitely be returning to this Airbnb if we come to La Fortuna again!

What a great stay in Playa Hermosa! The view was spectacular, the house was gorgeous, spacious and well appointed, and the beds were really comfortable. Every bedroom has its own en suite and there are two additional bathrooms, so the house would be great for a large group. (We were six.) I read some comments beforehand about lukewarm showers but this wasn’t an issue for us - they were nice and hot once the water had time to warm up. I got a little nervous before our arrival because there weren’t many recent reviews about the house and I didn’t receive the exact address from the host until the night before our flight, but it all worked out and the house was even better than we’d hoped! Previous reviewers didn’t exaggerate - the road up is VERY steep and winding, and the driveway down to the house is intense, but it was fine after the first drive. Not good for nervous drivers, but we would stay again in a heartbeat! Great meals at Father Rooster’s, Ginger’s, Coco Viquez. Pura vida!

Excellent location, close to a great restaurant that serves lunch, dinner and supper! The place is perfect with young children. Easy communication and the backyard is splendid. Only feedback: add utensils (forks, spoons), as well as common ingredients (oil, spices). Great stay at La Fortuna!

Ana' place was great, we went as a group of sisters and daughters, 6 of us. We had a lot of fun. Beds were comfortable. The remote to the gate didnt work but we just made do with the keypad. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Ana's house was a great place stay. It's on the outer edge of La Fortuna but my family was happy to be on a quiet street with easy access to Ubers if we decided to go to downtown La Fortuna. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could need. We really enjoyed ending our days with a dip in the pool. There's a great restaurant at the end of the street called Delicias Tablada that we ate at every day. The owner Danny was great and kept us fed for the 3 days. Make sure to check out sloths bridge, which is a few houses away from Ana's. We had a local who lived on the street named Jonas, take us on a night tour in the forested area next to sloth bridge. We saw frogs, toads, armadillos snakes and other cool insects. My son loved it. Our family would definitely stay at Ana's house again. She was very quick with communication and answered all of our questions. If you see Ana's house available to stay at, just go ahead and book it. You'll have a great time.

We had such a nice stay at Ana Lucia’s house! We visited with our two children and some friends of ours who also had two children! Such a beautiful property and in wonderful condition! The pool and backyard area was truly an oasis and we just loved the space so much! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The place was very close to town but felt so private! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely spectacular. Very clean, and great cooking amenities. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the ocean and bay were incredible and could be seen in every room. Ana was extremely responsive and let us check out late, which allowed us to have a wonderful last day of vacation. Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful beach and great restaurants within 5 minutes of driving. Road is steep but we rented a Rav 4 and had no issues driving to the house.

Everything was spectacular! I also appreciate being able to use the washer and dryer, after a few days of travel it was very necessary.

We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas, 8 people from two families. Four kids shared the bunker bed and they loved it. It’s a great experience. The area is very peaceful, we found a sloth on a tree near the bridge. The restaurant to the left, which is only 3 minutes walk, has a great variety to offer, from breakfast to dinner. Best omelette! Ana is a great host, very responsive and helpful. After we left for three days, we thought we left something value at the house and contacted her. She took extra efforts to help and we are really appreciative of her. (It turned out being a false alarm-we found it in another person’s backpack😀. ) Highly recommend this place if you are in La Fortuna for activities. And highly recommend to do rappelling, if you haven’t done it! So fun!

We had a wonderful stay- the house was very clean and our kids loved the pool. The best part of the house might be the little restaurant down the street. We had breakfast there everyday. Dani the owner was absolutely lovely, the food was tasty and the view of the volcano was spectacular. The house is a great location for all the wonderful activities La Fortuna has to offer.

We really enjoyed our time at Ana Lucia’s. The home is outside of town-which we really prefer. It is quiet and the back yard was really special. The pool was a nice place to relax. We walked down to Sloth Bridge based on other reviews. We were able to see two! So that was a bonus. Also we ate at Restaurante Delicias Tablada. We love small local places like that. The owner was very attentive to us. Recommend the pineapple smoothie-yummy!!! So much to do in this area-hope to be back again.

Our family of 7 loved our stay at Ana Lucia’s place. The location is perfect, easy driving distance to all the local attractions. The house was very comfortable with space for all of us. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful and meticulous. We loved our stay, we were all sad to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay, outside of busy La Fortuna, so nice and peaceful. The outdoor area was great to relax in. Beautiful pool and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and geckos. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to La Fortuna.

Amazing house with the most beautiful sunset!

This is the first airbnb where the place looked better than the pictures. It was lovely. I loved the lush plants all around the property-made it feel so tropical. It is on a residential street with similar houses. Although there are two restaurants on the street they didn't generate much traffic. Like others we walked to the sloth bridge and saw a sloth, iguana and toucans (bring binoculars). Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We liked the location because it was a short drive to things we wanted to do and in a quiet area.

It was a wonderful stay! What a pleasure to live in Ana Lucia's impeccable and wonderfully furnished house. All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning. After the day's activities, the outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect for relaxing and all the necessary equipment to enjoy it is present. The location of the house is also fantastic. A few minutes away, there are very good restaurants: we went to Mary's BBQ (2-minute drive) as well as Delicias Tablada (2-minute walk). At the end of the street, near the river, we saw 3 sloths. It is a central location for organized or unorganized activities a few minutes away. Once again, a huge thank you for this wonderful vacation in your home Ana Lucia! Memorable memories!

Amazing house in a very convenient neighborhood. The pool was a fun place to relax after a day of hiking.

Lovely place to stay for large families.

My family had a wonderful time staying at Ana Lucia's place. It was a little challenging to find the correct house at first. It's a short drive from restaurants and amenities (not walkable). The house itself was beautifully decorated. Our kids LOVED the pool. It's small and unheated, but was perfect for our 6 yr old and 3 yr old kids. It was about 4 feet deep so we could comfortably stand and hang out while the kids played in the water. The temp wasn't a problem since it was so hot and humid. I wish we could have stayed at this Airbnb longer.

Ana Lucia's place was fantastic! She was a phenomenal host. She responded quickly and was very helpful with recommendations. The house was clean and cozy. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was close to the main town and all the attractions. I can't wait to come back to La Fortuna just to stay at her home again!

Our group of 8 absolutely loved this house! We were just outside of the city, but it was a 5-15min drive to everything. We were minutes away from the Don Juan Coffee Tour & Mary’s BBQ (which we highly recommend). Also located next to the sloth bridge, where we saw 2 sloths in the trees. The house was clean and the backyard was really nice. The AC worked really well too. We had an issue with the hot water at one point, and Ana sent someone over asap to fix it which we appreciated. She was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this airbnb!

Great stay!

Great house. it was just down the block from the sloth viewing bridge (it's on google maps) and we saw a really active sloth and a big iguana. Only downside was that there wasn't hot water.

Ana Lucia’s place in La Fortuna was one of my favorite stays! My friends and I really appreciated the amenities and the location. We were very close to the town and ideally located for a lot of our excursions. The place itself beautiful and exactly like the one photos. It was also sparkly clean. The pool was also really well maintained! We were very happy with our stay here, and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you Ana Lucia!

We had a lovely stay at Casa San Juan. The house is beautiful and the view and sunsets are spectacular. The house was very clean on arrival and appeared like the photos. The beds and linens were comfortable and upscale feeling, as were the furnishings throughout the house. Layout was perfect for two families with kids. The pool is great, although a little smaller than expected from the photos, but that didn’t affect our enjoyment. The house sits high on a hill, and the road/driveway is very steep - but it was no issue after a couple trips. The gated development felt secure and we tried out the community pool once. Ana Lucia was very prompt with communication. The pool needed a little attention when we arrived at the house and she sent someone to address it promptly. Only downside to the stay was that only one shower was hot, while the rest were lukewarm/fairly cold. Ana Lucia also sent someone to help fix this issue but it wasn’t resolved. We chose to carry on enjoying our vacation!

This was one of our favourite stays during a two week trip to Costa Rica. The place is tastefully decorated and everything, particularly the garden area with pool, has been finished so nicely. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen is very well-equipped if you plan to dine in. The house smelled particularly divine too! Whatever you do, do NOT miss Restaurante Delicas Tablada. We are nearly at the end of our trip and they made the best casados in our opinion! Oh and we spotted a sloth just outside the property high up in the trees. 🦥

The house was as stunning as the pictures! Ana was UNBELIEVABLY responsive, and never annoyed with all of my questions. The positive reviews are ALL accurate! We didn’t love playa Hermosa beach or coco beach but drove to Papagayo beach a few times which was absolutely lovely!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe and secure—exactly what we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen had everything we could need, and the pool was a refreshing retreat after busy days of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor dining area—we spent so many relaxing mornings and evenings out there! Location-wise, it was ideal: close to an amazing sloth tour as well as coffee and chocolate tours, which made for fun and easy day trips. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Costa Rica adventure. Highly recommend!

Ana Lucia's place was perfect for our family getaway! Slept 8 people comfortably, all rooms were well furnished and tastefully decorated, kitchen had everything we needed. The house was located a couple of kilometers from downtown La Fortuna, which we appreciated as it was extremely quiet and private. Ana’s place in La Fortuna was the perfect start to our Costa Rica vacation and was our favourite. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities for cooking and doing the laundry. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature of the rooms were well controlled. The showers had great water pressure! The backyard is a true oasis. The house is a short drive to many restaurants, but our favourite was a walkable restaurant only two minutes away called Delicias tablada. This house was a great base point for canyoning, rafting, hanging bridges and tubing. Ana was a very responsive host and she was kind enough to leave us some beautiful chocolate treats, coffee and water. We would have loved to spend even more time here. Hope to come again!

This place was beautiful, the photos really don’t capture the luxury and peacefulness of this place! It’s a gated community and a super steep hill to get to the house, which made the view from the top just perfect. Many sunset pics were documented lol. Ana was very responsive and helpful, and just overall gracious- she let us check out later than the scheduled time. Overall best place we stayed at in Costa Rica. Thanks Ana!!

Our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is extremely cozy and comfortable. The latter is very clean and the small intimate courtyard with pool and outdoor kitchen is just perfect. The accommodation is located a few minutes from La Fortuna, making it very quiet, but in our opinion it is better to have a car to access it. We had a problem with the pool, but the host corrected the situation quickly. Great value, we will gladly go back.

Most pleasant stay in this very clean single-family home with modern comforts and all the desired equipment, including a landscaped courtyard with private pool that we enjoyed a lot. The only small gap to point out: the absence of hanging racks or hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes that we prefer not to store in dressers. And in addition it is possible to observe sloths a minute's walk near the small bridge! Recommended without hesitation!

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing views. Bathroom in every bedroom and lots of spaces to have a quiet moment away from the roommates. 😉 Recommend 4 wheel drive for the driveway and to arrive before it is dark. Drive up and then down to the house can be a bit intimidating. We had rented a 8 passenger van. Shower water was definitely cool, which was the only slight negative and the pool was smaller than we had mentally pictured, but we would return in a heartbeat. Wonderful oceanfront restaurants just a couple of miles down the hill. You won’t regret renting this awesome home. Pura Vida ❤️

Our family had an amazing time at Ana’s home! Everything was spotless and as pictured. There were many kitchen appliances and we were able to make dinner at her place. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for our family. It would be a pleasure to come back again!

Wonderful visit! Host super responsive. Home very clean and grand feeling. Castle-like with Spanish flair, high ceilings, huge doors, massive dining table, KitchenAid appliances, spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has a fantastic view w deck or patio access and high quality A/C. Infinity pool very refreshing in afternoon heat. Towels provided. Multiple seating areas on patios allow larger groups to sprawl and converse. We sat outside & talked after dark each night with no mosquitoes (Feb). Gated community w included mini golf & nice pool w 2 slides. All homes are on a mtn and the entrance road is VERY steep. Rental car struggled but made it every time. Fantastic daily walk down to gate and back for those who like some exercise 1.4 mi round trip. Awesome grill and prep area. We grilled several nights. There's a good local grocery store on the main road near the gate and a larger one in Playa del Coco 13 min away. Beautiful home with amazing views. Everyone happy!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard pool area was peaceful and private. The highlight for us was seeing sloths just down the street on two different days!! Ana Lucia was helpful and friendly when we had an issue with opening the gate and even sent someone to help us.

The house is a little out of the main area of La Fortuna but that made it very quiet. The pool area is beautiful to relax in, and having the outdoor bathroom is handy when using the pool. There is a steak house a couple houses down that is very good and usually has sloths in the trees next to it. There is another restaurant going the other direction that is great for breakfast. Ana answered all our questions quickly.

The home greatly exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, spacious and more than enough room for 4 couples. The deck and pool area was beautiful and perfect for dinners at home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for a week, and The views were spectacular! The home is up in the hills and the drive is steep. It’s well maintained and manageable with a regular vehicle but can be challenging if you’re not familiar with driving inclines. Uber does not come to the house and it is not walkable down the hill to the beach or restaurants due to the incline, you would need a rental car. Ana Lucia was a great host and check out was hassle free, no crazy cleaning necessary.

The AirBnB was located in a very quiet street, walking distance to an excellent restaurant: Restaurante Delicias Tablada. The owner, Danny, provided friendly service and excellent food! Beautiful place, stunning view. We had a couple small glitches but Ana responded right away and set everything straight. The view from the house can’t be beat. Definitely need a reliable car to get up extremely steep hills. Driving distance to beautiful beach 5 minutes.

We loved it here! We appreciated the extra touches of coffee and chocolate and laundry detergent available for us. We loved how close it was to everything we needed while also being private and peaceful. Sloths can be spotted right up the road before the bridge but they are hard to spot. We ate at both restaurants on the street and found them to be delicious and were so delighted to just walk there at the end of a day out driving and adventuring. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having extra blankets in the rooms to use if we got cold! Would definitely stay again!

Anna’s place is stunning! Close to the airport, Playa Hermosa & Playas Del Coco. It is very clean, modern, comfortable and the views are amazing. It is at the top of a steep hill, which was easy to navigate for us since we live in the mountains. The gated community was safe. We recommend renting a car to get around. We found a little gem of a beach 7 minutes away, Playa Buena (highly recommended). Anna’s restaurant recommendations were very good. Father Rooster’s is worth the drive.

Ana Lucia was an amazing host and we loved our time in her beautiful home. We appreciated the extra special touches including Biosphera products in the bathroom; the coffee, bottled water, and snacks that were provided; laundry detergent; high quality linens; and AC in the living area. The backyard is a dreamy, beautiful sanctuary and even when it rained we spent time there reading a book and relaxing. You can’t go wrong staying at her home!

This home was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and it fit 6 of us very comfortably! The nice gester of leaving us chocolates and coffee was very appreciated! Ana Lucia was always very prompt on responding to any message we sent. The pool was fun to unwind in after a long day of traveling! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe! We would definetely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna!! Such a fantastic location!! More than 5 stars!! PS...the restuarant just a few houses down from this home by the round about was really amazing too! We didn't discover it until the day we were leaving...we had breakfast there but they serve breakfast, lunch & dinner! Super nice people and food was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable and everything was well set up. It was close to La Fortuna and all the restaurants and activities in the area. The pool was clean and my older kids loved it. There were pool towels available. Just keep in mind the pool is a little deep for young children. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

The house is beautiful! I mean astonishing! The view is amazing. The pool and jacuzzi have a great setting. The kitchen is totally well stocked. This house is pure luxury, feels new and oh so clean. It offers the same quality you find at the top resorts in the area. Very similar feel to Las Catalinas. Ana Lucia was super responsive and attentive. We loved the top tier welcome basket, very much appreciated it, I can’t decide if I liked the wine or the Britt products more. We loved the local organic shower products, so much I am looking in getting them for my self.

The house was amazing!!! The view was one of our favorite things about the whole trip!! Ana Lucia was also so helpful and was always quick to answer my questions! Her chef recommendation (Sebastian, a French chef) prepared the most amazing meal and was also one of our favorites!!! This house made the trip!

Beautiful. We were 2 families for a total of 7 including 4 children aged 11-14. The place is perfect. Perfect height. The kids loved the pool, nice bad weather they were in. The outdoor kitchen was a big plus, we dined in the shelter every night. The only negative, no steak knives for 7 people and not enough tricks to keep the place clean (rags, dish linens and a swiffer!!) with the big rains even leaving the shoes outside the floors quickly come dirty. The place is perfectly located 5 minutes from the main street ( by car) . No problem parking in the city. I would recommend it in a second.

All in all a great stay! Ana was a great host. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and we LOVED the ice maker. Overall, the kitchen is fine; but not great for much cooking due to limited kitchen supplies. I didn’t realize there was no dishwasher or disposal - my fault. The washer and dryer were brand new front load and were so great to have as nothing dries quickly in Costa Rica! Away from the bustle of town, but SO close to the many activities we did. Would recommend! The kids loved the pool and we felt secure with the gate!

We had an amazing stay at Ana’s place! Everything matched the description or even better (brand new washer and dryer who were a great use with 3 kids!). The house was very clean apart from things here and there without too much importance. The pool was amazing and 100% private. The backyard table/barbecue/pool area is on the back of the house and you have to go through the main bedroom to access it (there is an other option thru the laundry room but you’ll have to go through some plants/trees). There is enough space to park one car inside the gate and one outside the gate. We were very comfortable being two families in the house. The kids had a blast with the bunk bed (note that the upper one are rather high but both our 7yo were fine!). There is quite a lot to do around the house 5-20min driving! The kitchen had an ice machine, blender, microwave, toaster oven, regular oven and electric stove. No dishwasher. AC worked well! We loved our stay and recommend Ana’s place!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked very well. It was clean, nice and comfortable. The boat was easily reached. I thought the area would be more walkable, and that there would be a path to see wildlife like sloths and birds. This is not the host’s fault and there did used to be a nearby path but it’s now closed off. The road would be nice to walk on but there are a lot of cars speeding by which makes it hard. However the house itself was very comfortable, easy to find, close to everything and a great home base for exploring the area!

We loved our stay in La Fortuna. So much to do and we felt like we were close to everything. The house was lovely. Backyard was amazing!

A wonderful place to call home in La Fortuna. We especially enjoyed the pool with the beautiful plants. Everything is so clean in Costa Rica and this house was no different. Comfortable beds too. Our family loved how close it was to the town centre. Well worth the money and we would definitely stay there again!

This spot was perfect for our few days in La Fortuna! Just a quick drive to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Host was also very good at communicating and ensuring that we had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. The location is close to everything. The outdoor area was so relaxing after long days of hiking. Ana was so sweet and friendly. She gave quick responses and was very helpful.

a quiet and centrally located place just 5 min from fortune in a quiet and quiet neighborhood

We had no trouble finding the house and liked the neighborhood location (which included daily sloth viewings in a vacant lot down past the traffic circle just across the small bridge). Getting to town was easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable and the split unit a/c was appreciated and quiet. The washer and dryer were excellent and easy to use. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances that we needed plus coffee and nuts. And the kids were fascinated with the ice maker. We all enjoyed the lovely pool which had plenty of towels and chairs. The house was perfect for our two couples and two kids. Highly recommend Ana Lucia's house!

This house is fantastic. The sunsets are stunning and the neighborhood is really safe. The pool was a plus and we spent a lot of time in there cooling off and relaxing. We had 5 kids and 4 adults and the home was plenty spacious for our group. The home is on a steep hill so it isn’t really walkable but we had a van during our stay and it was just fine for us. Thanks for a great trip!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and larger than the pictures looked. The backyard was great in the afternoon after activities to cool off in the pool. We walked to a couple nearby restaurants as well as to some of the nearby nature spots and saw some sloths frequently. The spot is just a bit out of town, but it’s quite nice as you feel relatively secluded but can get to shops, grocery stores or restaurants in 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend!
