It would only be worthwhile for them to use their people to check important details. It smelled too much of gas and indeed a hose was damaged. That can be fatal for guests, the property, and some apartments. Everything else was great.

We loved it, we would definitely go back! What we liked the most was the location, it's perfect, supermarket nearby, shops, restaurants and best of all the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Excellent facilities, very complete and equipped, excellent location, only the pool table needs maintenance but it has a movie theater and a children's play area.

Estamos comprometidos con ofrecer un espacio impecable desde la llegada y mantenemos siempre comunicación constante durante la estancia. This is our third time staying at Aqualina and we love it here. The views are nice, even from the third floor where we stayed this time (although at this floor you really hear the traffic). The beach is just down the street.There is a small gym (rarely occupied), a squash court, and a pool table and fussball. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking but pls note you can't use the laundry machine. There are three bedrooms, where the beds are made for couples (sharing a bed is not as easy if you are friends/siblings). The apartment easily sleeps 2 couples and 3 more persons. The hosts are very helpful and communicative, for example when our AC broke during Easter weekend they sent someone immediately to fix it. We had a lovely time!

Sobre la lavadora, su uso está destinado principalmente a estancias largas, por eso no aparece como amenidad en el anuncio. The place is good, it is not excellent but it is definitely a very well located apartment, spacious, with incredible pools and close to the beach and although it has some details I think it was more than good to have a pleasant stay

Stunning Views and Prime Location, but Some Drawbacks The property has a nice view and is close to the beach, making it an good spot for a relaxing getaway. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt spacious and inviting. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, there was no internet access during our visit, and it seemed the host was aware of this beforehand but failed to inform us in advance. This was quite inconvenient, especially for those who needed to stay connected. Additionally, the apartment felt under-equipped for the price. Basic essentials like kitchen utensils, toiletries, and other amenities were either missing or insufficient. It would have been helpful to have a more well-stocked space, especially for longer stays.

Nos sorprendió sinceramente tu valoración, y más por un detalle con un proveedor externo como es Telmex. Creeme que sentimos más que tú el problema del Internet. Dónde en cuanto nos lo reportaste, no paramos de insistir e insistir a Telmex para que lo solucionara, y gracias a Dios se logró solucionar. Queremos resaltar que tenemos contratado fibra óptica con gran velocidad, por lo que entenderás nuestro malestar con ellos. Respecto al equipamiento en departamento si algo se les agotó durante estancia, con mucho gusto se les puede apoyar, pero no tuvimos ningún comentario. Cuidamos muchísimo que cuenten con todo lo necesario durante su estancia, por lo que se lleva un inventario, por lo que por señalar algunas de las cosas que se les brindan durante su estancia : se les proporciona en cocina: sartenes, ollas de varios tamaños, utensilios de cocina, platos de varios tamaños, cubiertos, vasos, tazas, recipientes, servilletas. Además de refrigerador, microondas, tostador, cafetera, horno, estufa, licuadora, lavadora, entre otros. Además de todos los productos de limpieza. Se les brinda además toallas para cada huésped para baño y otra para uso en albercas, tapete de baño, toalla de manos, camas equipadas y listas, shampoo, jabón, crema en cada baño, papel de baño. De hecho nos sorprendió que tras su salida hubiera faltante de toalla, cubiertos y vaso.

Great location, its pool on the roof has an amazing view. It only took some time for the police to give us access, but everything was fine. I recommend it.

The place is beautiful, the amazing view of the Bay of Acapulco, the apartment is super spacious with all amenities. The staff in extreme friendly, also the corporate staff were extremely attentive and very attentive at the time of any request. It was a beautiful apartment with a nice view. It was pleasant to be able to swim in the different pools. Ideal also that you could buy water downstairs and not pick up everything from supermarkets. The internet was not that fast. That would be better. Apartment was nice and spacious but could be modernized a bit.
Everything is very good, comes with everything you need for an amazing stay. The view is spectacular, the apartment is very spacious and well-kept, the Tower facilities are very clean.

In general everything is very good, only the air conditioning is shared in 2 of the rooms and that makes it impractical because if one wants air and another does not, it is not possible to do it since both share the same.

The location is very good, easy to get to, the apartment has everything you need to have a good time, but I think the maximum room to be comfortable is 8 people. Great location, walking distance from the beach and really really clean. They have more rules than I’ve seen in other airbnbs and some were pretty common sense but we agreed it helps maintain the apartment in the great condition we found it and it also allows for it to be a place to relax and enjoy after having fun on the beach. The apartment is quite and the residents and staff take pride on keeping it a relaxing and enjoyable at most. The apartment complex is clean and safe and the amenities are pretty awesome. The host was responsive and communication was great. Dona Cris, the person we interacted with was super nice and pleasant to be around. Highly recommend this place & the host.

It was far beyond our expectations, it did fulfill each aspect that we did and did not considered. Great place to stay with the entire family, if you have kids it does cover their needs entirely. Beach isn’t far from the entrance, it’s just a 5 minute walk to get there. Space was more than needed, felt at home the entire trip. The quick turn around from the Host makes you feel cover in all aspects. Greatly recommended!!!

The location is excellent, the view is amazing, plus the rooms are very comfortable and large. Host was very friendly at all times and was aware of what we needed and had a good time. The apartment is highly recommended.
Excellent location, safe condominium, quality and comfortable. Thoughtful hosts if we needed anything. The sky pool is great, as are the other two pools. A bit of discomfort with air conditioning that is shared in two rooms, and sometimes some people want air on and some don't, but if they all come to an agreement, that's no problem. Overall a very good place for a relaxing vacation.

The super spacious apartment, has everything you need to spend your holidays, you can go out and enter at the time you like, the skypool of 10, the view up there is spectacular.
The beach is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. The view of the depa is very beautiful and is close to a store and places to eat and ants. The rooms and the entire depa are well equipped and towels are included for each guest. Communication is also very quick and the service of the building employees was very kind. We recommend this place!

The word is incredible... Wide apartment, 17th floor with a spectacular view of Acapulco, 3 pools, next to it is a Soriana, good restaurants 700 meters around, 100 meters walking from the beach, quick responses, very friendly building staff,... the truth was an incredible stay we will definitely return.
Excellent service, everything as it comes in the description, is very satisfied.

An excellent place to spend a vacation, with a magnificent location and top notch facilities!
My stay at this place was amazing. My family and I really like it, it is very family and comfortable, super safe and private, in addition to the hospitality of the staff who work super friendly there. I would no doubt return on my next vacation ;) 5 stars ;) thank you Sarah. It was super flux;)

Amazing host with a great home located in the perfect location. The rooftop patio / pool has the most beautiful views of the bay! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Acapulco!
