Great place to stay. Only negative was the grill was dirty and only one burner worked. Had to go buy a grill to cook.

Wonderful place to spend some days at the beach. House exceeded our expectations. The beach was also very clean, perfect for the best family vacation.

The listing doesn't do justice to how beautiful the house is and the tranquility you can experience inside it. It's definitely the best Airbnb property I've stayed at. The beach has a lot of shells in this area, but the privacy you have at the place is well worth it compared to the rest of the properties in Playa Hermosa. 100% recommended.

We slipped down from Arizona with our two tweens and grandmother for just under a week. Wonderfully quiet family time and incredible view. Everything went great. Of note, I brought mountain bikes and we had fun riding back and forth to the Maya Palace on the dirt roads.

Beautiful house right on the beach with stunning views and open house plan with giant sliding doors and screens. We loved our stay here. The manager was very attentive and helpful. We highly reccomend.

This is our best Airbnb stay yet! They've thought of everything at Casa Brisas.. This is located a good ways out from the main Penasco area, and it's perfect. it's probably a solid 30 minutes from the Malecon. We hardly saw anyone, but we did see dolphins! and incredible sunrise/sunsets. If you like clean, quiet, gorgeous views and an incredibly well kept, clean and stocked house.... this is your place. My family of 10 fit perfectly here. One bathroom per bedroom, so great. plus an extra half bath. The kitchen is super stocked. Everything is updated and beautiful decorated. They're ceiling is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures sing do this place justice. The extra little bonus of getting into the Mayan resort was nice but honestly it's not a deal breaker. id stay here again without that add on. We will absolutely only stay here from now on when we come to Puerto Penasco!

The photos don’t do the house justice! It is very well-stocked with anything you might need, plenty of space for larger groups/families, and THE VIEW! The extra “outdoor” dining space was perfect for the kids and let the adults enjoy meals in relative peace. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the patio, perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and outdoor access is a definite bonus. The WiFi was fast and reliable when we all needed a break from the sun. The property management team was very responsive and helpful with the couple of issues/questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Our recent stay at this beachfront rental was truly exceptional and by far the best we have experienced. The build of the home is simply stunning, with each bedroom offering its own bathroom and shower, providing everyone with privacy and comfort. Each room also boasts patio access with breathtaking beach views, making every moment feel like a luxurious escape. The decor of the house was tastefully done, adding to the overall beauty and ambiance of the place. The amenities provided were top-notch, including access to the nearby Mayan resort, which was not only convenient but also incredibly fun, especially for the kids. They had an absolute blast, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Everything about the home was fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook and grill with ease. The host was incredibly responsive and addressed any inquiries we had promptly, making our stay even more seamless. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a rental.

The home is stunning ! I really think the pictures don’t do this home justice. Loved the architecture , the view and access to the beach , all the amenities, but most importantly the memories I got to build with my family. Waking up to the sun rise , beach waves , playing and finding all sorts of sea life on the tide pools. Excellent for families , not too far from town and having the resort access to the pools is such a Nice perk . Thank you so much ! Deff recommend this home .

The location was exceptionally beautiful, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The residence was extremely comfortable and well-stocked. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The facilities are amazing, very comfortable, perfect to relax. It is necessary to take into account that it is 25-30 minutes from Puerto Peñasco. They are very attentive with the service, the beds are very comfortable, incredible view

The house in general was spectacular, it has a very nice design and you can see that whoever built it put a lot of effort into all the details. Cleanliness, order, a quiet place and in a private area to spend unforgettable moments with your family. I would definitely come back many more times...

I recently stayed at this Airbnb home in Rocky Point with 11 family members for four nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This property stands out as the best we’ve rented in our 20 years of visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the home was spotless and inviting. It was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space. One of the biggest highlights was having a washer and dryer, which made it incredibly convenient for our large group. After a day at the beach, it was nice to have clean, dry clothes ready for the next adventure. We also appreciated the ample hot water supply, ensuring that everyone could shower comfortably without worrying about running out. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a blender on hand made it easy to whip up smoothies and frozen drinks for our family gatherings. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and contributed to a wonderful family vacation.

Second time staying here, no disappointment, wish we could bring our house friendly pups. This feels like home away from home.

Wow! What a beautiful home! Nicest one one on the beach. Very clean and accommodating. We loved the views and privacy of the area. The brick detail on the ceilings was stunning. We will be coming back to stay with more family in the future. Would have done all 5 stars if the directions were more clear. We got lost for an hour but didn’t care because we were early anyways. Super convenient to the Mayan Palace for beachside dining, pools, lazy River and massages in the spa- loved it!!

The home is beautiful and better than the photographs. It is far away from the noise and clutter of the city. I recommend you purchase groceries from the city before you head to the home because once you are there, you won’t want to leave, but of course you need to eat. Not enough time in a day to enjoy everything the property has to offer. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Puerto Penasco.

This is an absolutely beautiful home outside of PP. It is very private and quiet, and the pics are totally accurate. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a reverse osmosis filter so you are set for drinking water. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. It's a bit off the beaten path, which is totally clear in the listing, just be aware you will not be in PP proper. Great place, would stay there again no question.

Everything was wonderful! The house was what we were expecting with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. It is a beautiful home . The only negative for us was that a high chair was listed in the amenities so we did not bring a portable high chair with us. However, there was no high chair which made it really difficult to feed the baby/toddler. Other than that everything was great. The cooking pots/pans are very basic and not very large so if you are cooking for a large group you may want to take some of your own larger pots etc. I took my own skillet, griddle, and slow cookers and I'm very thankful I did, otherwise cooking for our group of 12 would have been very tricky. It wasn't too hard to find. We initially followed the written directions that were emailed to us and were told by the guard station that we couldn't enter. So we followed the google maps directions and had no problems. We did go swimming at The Grand Mayan Palace and had no problems with that.

The house was perfect. It was squeaky clean, the decor was gorgeous, the kitchen was big, and with every amenity needed. The best part of the house was the view! So beautiful! Out of all the stays in Puerto Peñasco, this has been by far my favorite.

IT WAS THE IDEAL PLACE TO SPEND A FEW DAYS WITH THE FAMILY..

The Home is absolutely beautiful. I love that each bedroom is a master bedroom. The house is equipped with everything you need; to be on the safe side I would bring extra toilet paper. The next thing I would recommend is doing your research before you book. Our family was unaware that there is a water shortage and the house has limited water. Although, it says it in the manual, as you walk into the house, we were unaware that we would not have enough water to last one day. The host was responsible and very helpful in providing us with water. Other than this, the house is beautiful, the beach is pleasant and the wristbands to the Maya Palace were great! Definitely would book here again.

I fell in love with this house, is perfect it looks more beautiful in person then in pictures. Neighborhood is so peaceful beach view is pretty. Is 25 minutes away from Pto Peñasco.

Stayed here with a group of 10 with plenty of space for everyone. The views are incredible and there is lots of privacy. Clean beach front property with a hot tub.
