We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The views of the mountains are absolutely beautiful, and the whole property feels incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and spend quality time together as a family. A huge part of what made our stay so special was Jaime, who takes care of the property. He was truly exceptional—warm, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He went out to buy groceries for us, helped us get the jacuzzi ready, helped us with the BBQ, and was available whenever we needed anything. He made everything so easy and made us feel very well cared for. We left feeling rested and very happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for families or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains.

The house and the place are 10 times better than in the photos. The atmosphere is super quiet, safe and with a beautiful landscape. The real idea of the place is to stay and enjoy the house to the fullest (very comfortable rooms and easy to get home delivery). It's close to Medellín and Guatapé. Just keep in mind that access to the main road takes a bit of time, but it's worth it for the privacy. Mr. Jaime is the best host. He helped us a lot with everything. They helped us organize great activities at a very good price: a family raft, jet skis, and a big campfire on a quiet evening. It is highly recommended to bring a good pig for roasting on the barrel! A place to go back. Totally recommended!

Our stay was relaxing and wonderful! The house is spacious, in a beautiful location, and easy to access other landmarks in the area. It's a rustic home, so have reasonable expectations of the amenities, but we would certainly return again!

The location is very off the path and private -follow the instructions! The house is large and accommodated our 2 families. The surroundings are beautiful. The on-site gentleman who takes care of the place is very helpful. There is actually no washing machine, but he (or his wife) do your laundry for you (with tip expected but not obligatory). There are sounds (barking dogs, roosters, hotel next door parties) that can disrupt sleep. Overall a beautiful location and recommend a stay.

We can’t say enough great things about this house. It was pristine and exactly as shown in the pictures. On top of that, Jaime the handyman was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We would stay again 100%.

Upon arrival we had a small inconvenience because the previous guests had not yet left and the jacuzzi was not ready, but the next day they fixed it. He was very accommodating with all of our needs. And he suggested local vendors to help facilitate all of our water activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Guatapé! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and had breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy everything Guatapé has to offer. I stayed with my family for 3 nights in the Villa, we were very satisfied with the attention provided by Don Fernando and Don Jaime, who was always available for whatever we needed and was very kind in every sense of the word. It should be noted that the Villa was very clean (we had the opportunity to see a little of how the cleaning was being done when we arrived). In addition to that, the location with respect to the dam seemed excellent to us. The only drawback we found at the Villa was the condition of the road, as it was a bit in poor condition due to the season. However, it is a short stretch that is in poor condition and any type of vehicle passes without a problem. In conclusion, I totally recommend staying at the Villa.

The place is very conveniently located, the fact that it has access to the dam makes it easy to rent boats and jet skis, the view is amazing. The house is large, which makes a group of several people feel like there is plenty of space. Don Jaime is very helpful in every situation and is very attentive to solving problems. Perhaps I would improve the bathroom and kitchen utensils, although it is good it could be better, otherwise highly recommended and I would definitely come back. My family and I had a great time.

Stayed in this Airbnb with my family. First of all the view is amazing. The travel wasn’t bad at all and the house was easy to find by transportation. The host was extremely communicative and responded immediately when we contacted him over the app. Jaime the butler/property manager was the highlight of the trip. He was able to get us food, arrange transportation as well as arrange a boat tour of the area where we got to see the beautiful mountains. He was always available and willing to help us with our needs. He definitely made our trip. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. The area felt very safe. Thank you for providing my family with such an unforgettable experience in Colombia.

Thanks so much for everything it was a wonderful time.The house is more than perfect, very comfortable and wide, the views are beautiful. We truly recommed a 4x4 vehicle, because it is very private and far from the road. The housekeeper, Jaime, was so polite and helpful, and was always willing to help and assist. This house is perfectly located between the town El Peñol, which haas supermarkets and fruit shops, pharmacy, etc, and the town Guatapé, were you find the piedra, lots of colorful restaurants and fun things to do.
