Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back—it truly feels like a home away from home for our family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and has everything we need to relax and enjoy our time together. The beachfront location is simply unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to the beach that make every stay special. Loved the placed, right in front of the beach of Guasacate, easy access, kitchen had everything. We were 2 family’s with a 10 months old baby, 2 years and 9 years old. And we felt home in every corner of the house. Ac, beds, bathroom, spotless pool and beach access, all perfect. Definitely a place to go back. My co host Karina, always very responsive and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Camille's place. The property is gorgeous just like the pictures show, if not better, and it's right in front of an awesome surf break. The property manager Karina was super helpful throughout the entire stay. She gave us local recommendations, helped with rental vehicles, surf lessons, and fishing guides. We can't thank her enough. We ended up surfing and fishing with a guide named, Jimmy, who happened to be the neighbor. He was awesome, put us on waves and made sure we had a great time during our stay. The whole stay was amazing and they really do make sure you're taken care of in every way.

Our stay at Casa Perla was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The house is located right on the beach, and the sunsets every evening were absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those places where everything just feels right the moment you arrive. The house itself is beautiful, very well designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool is fantastic and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. Everything in the house is well thought out and perfectly maintained you can really tell a lot of care goes into this place. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful neighbor Jim, who is fantastic. Camille, the host, was amazing from start to finish, and Jeff, who helps manage the house, is incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever there was even the smallest question or issue, it was handled immediately. All in all, everything about this place is simply perfect. We would come back for sure!!!

Absolutely beautiful and relatively private beach house. I’ve rented in Nicaragua a few times and this is def my favorite. Karina was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend this house!

The apartment is very cozy and spacious. It has everything you need for the best family vacation. 100% recommended.

Camille's place was used as an extra space for five family members to only sleep and shower. Our large family was staying at a home in Kupuri. The condo was beautiful and seemed to be well equipped - again only used for a brief amount of time each day and a cup of coffee in the morning. It was very clean and had nice furnishings. The people who stayed there wished they would have been able to hang out at the condo more and said they would definitely stay there again. It had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the master and large patio. It was decorated in calming colors and had a large living room. Again, would be a great place to spend lots of time. We had very minimal contact with the concierge. There was a problem with the 6 person golf cart and the only communication with him was when we alerted him to that. We didn't need much from him though so it was just fine. The location is wonderful and so great to have the golf carts to go into town! It is a gem of a place!

Have rented in Punta Mita several times before and this was my favorite location by far. The condo is beautiful and spacious and all services are as advertised, but as a surfer this was ideal. Not only do you have access to El Surf Club (La Lancha), which we surfed every morning, but El Anclote (the break in front of town) is right in front of the condo, and we surfed that every afternoon. It was small, but too pretty to pass up. Being inside Hacienda de Mita, you have access to a few pools and the beach that are part of the complex, and a gate gives you easy access to town, so no need to take the golf cart unless you want to. We had a great vacation and were well taken care of. Thanks!

This home was the perfect setting for a family vacation. Each room had its own bathroom, each were modern and functional with beautiful natural light. The area is peaceful and safe. While it’s a house for many people, it offers a few spots where you can read or reflect in private outside of the bedrooms! We booked the private chef for dinner in our first night and she was great & reasonable / food was healthy and delicious.

Fantastic 3 night stay for myself and 7 others ( 4 adults and 4 children ) Pictures don’t do the place justice, huge beautiful space that is close to everything! Heated Pool and Hot Tub right downstairs is a huge perk! Includes 2 golf carts to get around as well as housekeeping, homemade breakfast, and concierge. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

The place is fantastic. It may be our favorite beach anywhere. Everyone that took care of us was wonderful. Area very safe. Nothing to do with the house, but if you are a foreigner traveling through Managua, they will thoroughly search your items looking to tax you on electronics, medical devices or anything not related to tourism. They confiscated phones we had brought to to give to kids for christmas gifts. We saw some real nightmares in customs with people losing PS5's, computers, microscopes.

Punta Mita is the new Hawaii with better food & beaches. The Condo is great and very close proximity to the town of Punta Mita where you can get some amazing street food as an alternative to nightly restaurants. It also comes with 2 golf carts which make it extremely convenient to zip around the gated grounds to all the beautiful Beach & Golf Clubs. The Condo has an amazing balcony with space for the whole family and partial Ocean views. Very tranquil setting and not a bad spot to have your morning coffee. Overall the Condo is much bigger than the pictures show and the two master Bedrooms are laid out perfectly with their own private bathrooms. The Concierge Diana was amazing and setup many excursions for us including transportation to and from airport. The rest of the staff that cooked breakfast and helped with the cleaning were very warm and helpful as well. All in all, I gave this place 5 stars and are very Happy that we gave Punta Mita a try.

Punta Mita never disappoints! We loved our stay from start to finish. The concierge Diana was extremely helpful and super easy to reach. The housekeeping staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast every mornings was an added and delicious bonus! The condo was perfectly situated and within walking distance to town which made it easy to grab dinner!It was a truly peaceful and relaxing stay.

My girlfriends and I had such a nice stay at this HDM unit. The renovation is so nice, bright and fresh and the terraces at HDM are a favorite of ours, sunrise to sunset you can see both. We also love the easy access to town. We did have a problem with water pressure in one of the bathroom sinks that was repaired in about 24 hours and the a/c broke in two of the bedrooms and that was fixed within 48 hours. It’s always so nice to have margaritas and chips and guac waiting after a long day of travel. Thank you Diana! And Mari was awesome! We would love to stay here again.

This unit is stunning and extremely convenient to everything, both inside and outside the gates. Amenities and utilities in the unit are above average. Service was amazing, breakfast cooked for 3 days was awesome for the family. Great family vacation.

We loved our stay in Punta Mita! The property is beautiful!! We loved the views, the amenities, the decor and it was impeccably clean. Our favorite spot was the large balcony. The different beach clubs were a blast. My family said it was one of their favorite vacations. We want to give a big shout to our concierge, Diana. There were a few hiccups in the beginning and she went above and beyond to resolve them. We accidentally left our passports behind when we left and she didn’t hesitate to bring them to us at the airport. We literally would have missed our flight without her. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed in Hacienda de Mita many times and this was definitely a fantastic experience! The booking process and follow-up were fluid and professional. Our special requests were all tended to without missing a beat. The unit also came with two golf carts which made life much easier!

Casa Perla was everything we could have wanted, and more! Karina's space is unbelievably wonderful, not to mention extremely clean, and we enjoyed our entire stay in the space. The location on the beach is so beautiful, and having a pool to enjoy throughout the day while people weren't surfing was ideal. The staff is spectacular too! Karina truly made sure all of our needs were met during our stay, and was always quick to answer. Karina pointed us in the direction of Todd to help us book excursions and other activities, and we highly recommend working with him while there. He was quick to respond and extremely helpful with ideas of how best to see beautiful Nicaragua. He also made sure we had the very best tour guide, Cris, on all of our day trips! We loved Cris! Todd even recommended massages at the Airbnb one day and helped to get those organized for us - it was icing on the cake after some hot days in the sun! As many of the other reviews have said, stock up on food and drink on your way into the Airbnb! You'll want snacks and drinks (and meals) throughout your stay, so plan ahead. I would definitely work with Todd to organize a personal chef too - it's an extremely fair price and was extra relaxing to not have to worry about cooking multiple meals a day for a large group. They were able to meet dietary restrictions as well, which was great, and the food was excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Casa Perla for the best vacation we've had in a long time!!

This place is even more specutacular than it appears in pictures. Chris was available at a moments notice and communication was a breeze. The services and amenities, like grocery prestocking, was great. I would come back to this home in a heartbeat. The WiFi was spotty, but honestly, it was too beautiful to be on the phone anyway. With two golf carts and premier membership access included , this newly renovated condo is the best value you can find inside the gates.

Absolutely beautiful! Concierge Christian was incredibly responsive and helpful making restaurant reservations, arranging chef services, COVID testing and airport transportation. Walkable to Punta Mita restaurants which was incredibly convenient. So many nice little details - linens top notch, organic soaps, yoga mat/weights, xbox, streaming services, etc. Private pool steps away from the condo. Truly paradise for relaxing family vacation.

This place is a piece of heaven! absolutely gorgeous! We had a spectacular time, the house is just like the pictures, even better actually, right on the most beautiful strip of beach with hardly anyone around. About a 30 minute walk down the beach for restaurants of your wanting to eat out. Todd was incredible at coordinating all of our excursions for our large group. Claudia was the most amazing cook and I would highly suggest doing the meal plan, nothing beat her cooking. We will definitely be coming back!

Casa Perla is a beautiful house on an amazing beach. Our family of 6 had a great week there. The house is awesome and the beach is amazing. For all things beach related the location is perfect. However, if there is one thing that would make me hesitate to return it is the location to everything off of the beach. If your goal is to stock up on food or pay for the meal plan and never leave the house or beach the location is perfect. However, if you want an afternoon snack from Market Popoyo it is nearly a 3 mile round trip walk. The closest restaurant is most of a 2 mile round trip. With our small children this became a bit of a chore. Do you need to do some extra shopping at a "real" grocery store? That will be a 2.5 hour round trip to Rivas. Do you want to take a day trip to Ometepe, Granada, or maybe Masaya? Be prepared to spend several hours bouncing down a rough gravel road. I don't want to sound like I am complaining. We love laid back vacations and try to avoid touristy areas. We had an awesome time at Casa Perla and in Nicaragua in general, but I didn't appreciate the amount of time that transportation would consume when we left the house and beach. I can 100% recommend Casa Perla, just go into it with your eyes open to the logistics of transportation.

This condo is idyllic. It is HUGE, the views are gorgeous, the private building pool was great. The highlights thought were the access to the three beach clubs, which are all different and so much fun, the golf cart which allowed us to be mobile the entire trip without any help, and Christian, who was a dream. Everything was easy, everyone was lovely. The trip was fabulous.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a vacation to Punta Mita. The location is amazing and offers so much to do within the gates or a short walk to the town. Having the golf carts made out stay even more convenient as we did not need a rental car and could take the carts to the various beach clubs and into town if needed. The pool is beautiful and having access to the other beach clubs is wonderful. We also enjoyed surfing at La Lancha, La Bahia, and right in front of the condo. Our family had one of the best trips ever. We will be returning with more friends and family next time.

Beautiful ocean view! My wife and I had an amazing time here. We used the bluetooth speakers by the pool and had some board games to play. The meal plan was worth it (more time to relax). Lots to explore nearby. Karina was quick to help us out with anything we needed

The condo is beautiful and perfect for our family of five (three teenage kids were able to share the two secondary bedrooms). The location in Punta Mita is also perfect—a short walk to the village for restaurants or groceries, and a quick golf cart ride to the various beaches.

We had such a lovely stay! Camille was a great help in getting us setup & making great recommendations. Then the concierge, Christian, and his staff were amazing and took such great care of us while there. The condo was so clean & comfortable. The location and proximity to surf and pool was awesome. We had a great stay at this condo over Thanksgiving break. It hosted 2 couples, a baby, and one adult perfectly. The location is great and Javier (the local property manager) was incredibly helpful leading up to and during our stay. He helped arrange car transfers from the airport, groceries, private chef, and restaurant recommendations. The condo and amenities are great. We played tennis and swam in the the pool - loved having access to the beach clubs which were great as well.

My family and I absolutely love this home and it’s location. It’s the perfect spot for anyone hoping to find a clean, secure, stylish, spacious home with access to the beach. The staff is absolutely amazing and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. A short walk down the beach and you’ll find multiple restaurants (La Perla was our favorite), awesome surf breaks and you can even find some very cool tide pools. We absolutely fell in love with the location and will definitely be returning soon, do miss out on this hidden gem!!

This home far exceeded expectations. Pictures dont do it justice. The decor is relaxing, stylish and minimalist in the best way. Tons of light, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and cool interesting design elements. The location couldnt be beat with the pool, ocean views, easy access to the complimentary golf carts and access to the stunning beach clubs within Punta Mita. We also loved the proximity to Punta de Mita town to easily walk to dinner outside the gates. Javier the host was so helpful, and arranged for cleaning, airport transfers, grocery shopping prior to our arrival as well as 2 nights of private cooks to make us dinner at home. It was pure luxury and the best vacation we have had in a long time. Feel fortunate the owners chose to share their beautiful space with renters.

We had a absolutely wonderful stay at The Inspired Casa Islas and cannot say enough good things about the host, Camille and the local concierges Javier and his son and daughter-in-law. Highlights: - We arranged ground transportation through the concierge and it was seamless and would highly recommend. - Check In was so welcoming! They provided Kiehl’s products for the bathrooms, some drinks and small snacks for is to enjoy! It’s the little things!! ♥️ - We very much enjoyed the access to the beach clubs. It provided the variety my 15 and 12 year old kids were searching for- they had a blast! - My husband and I very much enjoyed the food at Sufi restaurant and the beach club food at Sufi as well. - Amazing communication from the host, and personal recommendations on restaurants and tours from Javier. -We booked (on concierges recommendation) a wonderful and personal tour out to the Marietas islands 🌴 This was magic, whales and hidden beach are a must see. - Our family enjoyed all the walking paths around the property and the private pool for the unit. - Punta Mita village was lovely, quaint and authentic Mexico! The best was we had avocado toast and coffee several times at Cafecito and loved it. We wish we were still enjoying this amazing Airbnb in the most awe-inspiring destination!

Absolutely stunning home on an incredible beach. A nice walk to a few restaurants and bars (around 1 mile) and a 10 minute walk to some great tide pools. The waves out front are good for boogie boarding but for surfing you’ll need to go south.

We have stayed at Hacienda de Mita several times. This condo is excellent. Great view from the patio and master bedroom. Host is very generous in the beverages and snacks that are left to enjoy. Having two golf carts made it really convenient for our family. I rarely find beds to be comfortable in rental condos, but these beds were great. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Punta Mita to a different airbnb that smelled of mold, was not clean, and had no working door handle. Thank goodness Camille's place was available! Not only was she and Javier able to accommodate my group on short/almost immediate notice, the apartment, location, and all the amenities that came along with were beyond perfection - well exceeding expectations. The apartment itself is super stylish, clean, and comfortable. And location could not be beat (located within the gates of the beach clubs, where the Four Seasons and St. Regis are). Access to the beach clubs, golf cart and call, made the trip. Thanks again to Camille and Javier for saving the day! Definitely will be back.

Can’t say enough about how amazing Punta Mita was and the safety and security within this condo area. We absolutely loved the area and our local host Javier and his wife were so helpful throughout our stay! The beach clubs were top notch and since it was off season we had much of the area to ourselves. We hope to return as soon as possible because there was so much left to do! Definitely check out Sayulita while visiting if you can. Camille is a very gracious owner/host, accommodating and understanding, very easy to get in touch with and responsive.

This place was fantastic. Great location right on the beach. Amazing house. New, clean and very hip. We had a family of five (kids of 10, 13, 16). The kids had a great time. Todd, the main contact was awesome. He helped us find great fishing and was a really helpful resource. Very responsive all the time. This part of Nicaragua is wonderful. I would highly recommend this house and area.

Casa Perla is unbelievable. The pictures do not do this place justice. This is an amazing spot right on the beach with incredible views. The staff is super helpful and so quick to respond to every request. Will definitely be coming back. Can not say enough about how beautiful it is. Definitely will be coming back. Buy groceries and you’ll never have to leave the kitchen is amazing! The area around is so nice as well tons to do and explore.

Sometimes the words 'amazing', 'fantastic', 'wonderful', 'perfect' and others are clichés used all too freely in reviews but when it comes to Casa Perla, I am struggling to describe our time there with anything else that can authentically relay what an incredible experience it was. The house is beautiful. I was attracted by the pictures on here, which look great, but in person the full splendour of the place was revealed, set against the stunning backdrop of the beach and the Pacific ocean. The house is new, clean, smart and comfortable. It has good wifi, a nice TV, a lovely bar and roof terrace, beautiful kitchen/breakfast room with lots of windows to show off the beach and a lovely outdoor area with the swimming pool and bbq. There was hardly anyone else on the beach and we felt that it was ours yet it wasn't too far a walk to find a few restaurants and bars to enjoy sunsets or views from. There was also good security within the gated complex where the house is located. I communicated with Todd before arriving and he organised transport for us from Granada and back to the airport when it was time to go. He was also very helpful in providing details of local activities and he arranged a fishing trip for us which was a lot of fun. Dwight came to meet us when we arrived, showed us around and was always on hand if we had any problems. Both Todd and Dwight were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and we never had a moments worry. All in all, the house easily surpassed our expectations and we fell in love with the area; I would highly recommend this property, I would be shocked if you were disappointed in it. A beautiful home at a wonderful property. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures convey, and the proximity to the town with restaurants, shops, etc. was awesome. We traveled here with young children, and it worked out really well. Plenty of open space for gathering as a group and hanging out, but also enough privacy in all of the bedrooms. Hope we can make it back soon!

This is a magnificent designer home right on a secluded beach 20 minutes walk to the surf hotels at the other end. Every small detail has been built for luxury relaxation. Imagine a dawn run on the beach, swim in the surf, rinse in your outside shower and mellow in the pool or hammocks while breakfast is served on the terrace. Sunset is visible from every room and sleeping is with crashing waves outside your window. Support staff are extremely helpful and the housekeeper cleans around you. We didn’t use her cooking services but it would probably be another level of comfort.

The condo is wonderfully chic: airy white upholstery and large comfortable beds, dining room and patio for dining, new and luxe bathrooms. The recent renovation really appeals to modern tastes and the actual space looks exactly as it does in the photos. The property’s amenities include multiple pools, beach clubs, and a golf cart to get around. It is ideal for families but still felt quiet and elegant. The property manager Javier is wonderful. Super responsive and thorough and detail oriented and also extremely kind. We relied on him to plan outings, and to coordinate with cook, housekeeper, and drivers. He really made the trip.
