This was our fifth time staying at this beautiful beachfront home, and that alone says everything. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back—it truly feels like a home away from home for our family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and has everything we need to relax and enjoy our time together. The beachfront location is simply unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to the beach that make every stay special. We always leave with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you once again for another fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved the placed, right in front of the beach of Guasacate, easy access, kitchen had everything. We were 2 family’s with a 10 months old baby, 2 years and 9 years old. And we felt home in every corner of the house. Ac, beds, bathroom, spotless pool and beach access, all perfect. Definitely a place to go back. My co host Karina, always very responsive and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Camille's place. The property is gorgeous just like the pictures show, if not better, and it's right in front of an awesome surf break. The property manager Karina was super helpful throughout the entire stay. She gave us local recommendations, helped with rental vehicles, surf lessons, and fishing guides. We can't thank her enough. We ended up surfing and fishing with a guide named, Jimmy, who happened to be the neighbor. He was awesome, put us on waves and made sure we had a great time during our stay. The whole stay was amazing and they really do make sure you're taken care of in every way.

Our stay at Casa Perla was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The house is located right on the beach, and the sunsets every evening were absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those places where everything just feels right the moment you arrive. The house itself is beautiful, very well designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool is fantastic and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. Everything in the house is well thought out and perfectly maintained you can really tell a lot of care goes into this place. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful neighbor Jim, who is fantastic. Camille, the host, was amazing from start to finish, and Jeff, who helps manage the house, is incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever there was even the smallest question or issue, it was handled immediately. All in all, everything about this place is simply perfect. We would come back for sure!!!

Absolutely beautiful and relatively private beach house. I’ve rented in Nicaragua a few times and this is def my favorite. Karina was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend this house!

Camille’s house is the perfect place to spend time with family! Big thanks to Karina who took care of the delivery of the groceries and who allowed us to taste the local cuisine thanks to the talents of Mireilla !

This home was the perfect setting for a family vacation. Each room had its own bathroom, each were modern and functional with beautiful natural light. The area is peaceful and safe. While it’s a house for many people, it offers a few spots where you can read or reflect in private outside of the bedrooms! We booked the private chef for dinner in our first night and she was great & reasonable / food was healthy and delicious.

The place is fantastic. It may be our favorite beach anywhere. Everyone that took care of us was wonderful. Area very safe. Nothing to do with the house, but if you are a foreigner traveling through Managua, they will thoroughly search your items looking to tax you on electronics, medical devices or anything not related to tourism. They confiscated phones we had brought to to give to kids for christmas gifts. We saw some real nightmares in customs with people losing PS5's, computers, microscopes.

Casa Perla was everything we could have wanted, and more! Karina's space is unbelievably wonderful, not to mention extremely clean, and we enjoyed our entire stay in the space. The location on the beach is so beautiful, and having a pool to enjoy throughout the day while people weren't surfing was ideal. The staff is spectacular too! Karina truly made sure all of our needs were met during our stay, and was always quick to answer. Karina pointed us in the direction of Todd to help us book excursions and other activities, and we highly recommend working with him while there. He was quick to respond and extremely helpful with ideas of how best to see beautiful Nicaragua. He also made sure we had the very best tour guide, Cris, on all of our day trips! We loved Cris! Todd even recommended massages at the Airbnb one day and helped to get those organized for us - it was icing on the cake after some hot days in the sun! As many of the other reviews have said, stock up on food and drink on your way into the Airbnb! You'll want snacks and drinks (and meals) throughout your stay, so plan ahead. I would definitely work with Todd to organize a personal chef too - it's an extremely fair price and was extra relaxing to not have to worry about cooking multiple meals a day for a large group. They were able to meet dietary restrictions as well, which was great, and the food was excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Casa Perla for the best vacation we've had in a long time!!
