Wow! This place hands down exceeded all of my expectations! A great place to enjoy the lovely town and beaches of sayulita. Such a great find!

Such a great spot! Amazing view and property, especially the outdoor areas. Rooms were all amazing and well air-conditioned. Primary bedroom had the whole second floor patio which was awesome. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when anything came up. Great location at the top of the hill from the center of town. Would stay here again!

Mackenzie’s place was the perfect Airbnb for our family of five (kids ages 2, 5, and 8). She and her team were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the pool and balcony is breathtaking- we would absolutely book again. The open-air living space can get warm during the day, but the bedrooms have great AC, which made it super comfortable (especially for us Colorado people!). The golf cart is a must and was so fun for the kids. It made getting into town incredibly easy- it’s only about a 2-minute drive down the hill. We also loved all of Mackenzie’s coffee and food recommendations- everything we tried was spot on. The only minor issue was the main fridge not cooling properly, but Mackenzie and her team were very communicative and helpful, and the additional mini fridges worked well. Overall, such a special place- we’d absolutely stay here again.

Casa Tres Vistas exceeded every expectation. The house is massive, and honestly, the photos don't even do justice to the incredible view of Sayulita. We stayed in the main bedroom on the second floor and felt like royalty—waking up to that vista was perfect for morning yoga, meditation, or just lounging in the hammock. The check-in process was seamless and having a personal tour made us feel right at home. Above all, the owners were so thoughtful; they left a gift for my girlfriend and me to celebrate our engagement, which made the trip truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect, we had no complaints, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and functional. Hosts and staff were super responsive and helpful and accommodating. I would rent this place again and would tell friends about it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Tres Vistas. The whole team was super accommodating, helpful and quick to respond when needed. Isabel even met us when we checked in and gave us a tour to familiarize ourselves. It was perfect for what we needed - a private, relaxing home away from home. A short 5 min walk to town down the hill to all the action. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable (having ensuites were a game changer!). There are some comments about noise and truthfully, it’s hard to avoid when staying in Sayulita especially on weekends. Most of our guests didn’t hear a thing and the ear plugs provided by the hosts were a nice touch. We definitely plan to return!

The home is spectacular! So spacious and comfortable. Everything is SO clean and well cared for. We had a wonderful trip and appreciate what a good job the local team Ramero and Sofia did!

This is the second time we have stayed at Tres Vistas. It a is a beautiful comfortable place on gringo hill in Sayulita. The home looks exactly like the photos. The outdoor living space is by far our favorite area. We will be back for sure.

Great hosts! House is beautiful - 3 rooms with a pool and 2 decks. Walking distance to town! (If you can handle a hill). Would definitely stay again.

We visited with our ten month old and three of our parents. The place is beautiful—awesome views of the ocean, a great pool, spacious rooms and lots of common spaces, making it a perfect place to hang out at all times of day. The team shared lots of great recommendations, which made transportation and a delicious dinner prepared at the house easy to arrange. Honestly, it was such a wonderful experience - Mackenzie's team was kind, responsive and proactive—we didn't have any problems, but I'm confident they would have fixed them if we did! While it's true the noise from the city drifts up the hill on the weekends, none of us needed the earplugs provided... and we climbed up and down the hill like champs! (hot tip: forget about a stroller, we used a carrier, but would definitely have gotten a golf cart if our daughter was walking). Like others have said, just book it! You'll love it.

Beautiful home, up on the top of the hill. Would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get up and down the hill, especially if you have small children. The pool was fantastic, not heated, but once the sun hits in the early afternoon and is very refreshing. The rooms were spacious and each has a bathroom. The beds were comfortable too. You can definitely hear the nightlife and the neighbors, but nothing a sound machine and earplugs won’t block out. All and all, a beautiful home and space- Sayulita is a very comfortable town.

Our family loved our vacation in Sayulita. The home, was laid out wonderfully, with plenty of space, each of the rooms felt like a master suite….especially loved the outdoor space to cook dinner and dine with family. Our hosts were there to greet us upon arrival and were very quick to respond with any questions we had, shoutout to Carlos and Sebastian! The home was perched on the hill, great views and not far from town. Loved all the windows and doors leading out. The iron details gave the home an old world Mexican villa feel. We loved it!! Bought a couple extra yoga mats and left for you guys.

Tres Vistas was all we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a member of the team. He walked us through the property and explained how everything worked. The home was perfect, with amazing views, well appointed, and a great location and proximity to town. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, they coordinated with our shuttle and golf cart rentals. We have already discussed a return trip and have only been home for a few days. Thank you for a very memorable trip!

A beautiful vacation spot! Although it rained it a bit, we still did everything we planned to do. The rain was greatly appreciated during the warm days! Beautiful space that accommodates 6 adults. Great gathering space indoors and out. Nicely appointment bedrooms with comfy beds, bathrooms and AC. Everything included in the kitchen! Carlos & Bloyd were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Answered all questions, gave great recommendations and responded very quickly. Very walkable to all of Sayulita. We rented a golf cart that came in handy after walking the hill up and down to town. Very peaceful jungle setting. Lots of birds and iguanas. The top bedroom has great views (as well as the pool area) and the most jungle like experience. You will hear birds, neighborhood chihuahuas and the bar music from town. Ear plugs worked well. The bar music usually ends around 11pm. Saturday night is the most lively. Our family had a blast. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely host and incredible place to stay! The outdoor pool/patio was an amazing hang out spot. The downtown was very walkable although pretty steep on the way back up.

We had a group in for a wedding and this place felt like luxury living in Sayulita! Every room was spacious and had it's own bathroom, amazing views, and the backyard is the best I've seen in Sayulita. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get up Gringo hill - that made it perfect. During the week it was super peaceful but the weekends on Friday and Saturday (just like any rental nearby) it gets loud from the bands/djs from the city center. Just something to know when you're staying close to the city center. There is a walking path to get you down pretty quick - but we just used our golf cart the whole time. Check in was super easy as multiple people were there to help and super easy instructional website. Wifi and AC worked great.

Lovely home with beautiful ocean view and an awesome pool. Very walkable to town. Felt very safe and comfortable the entire trip. The local dogs love to bark all night long and the music from town carries up into the hills but it was a good mix of liveliness and relaxing. We loved how high up we were and the views were unobstructed. The host was very nice to show us around upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this place.

Casa Tres Vistas was a gorgeous home away from home for our group of 4 women on our annual 'retreat'. The host and property management company were extremely responsive and check-in was a breeze. All of their recommendations for transportation and the fun local events were spot on. (Gracias, Carlos!) A thing to note for light sleepers or those with children: there are no 'quiet hours' in the town itself, and we struggled to sleep soundly despite the ear plugs provided (although these did help!). There's construction during the day, but expected and it didn't bother us (we played music outside, problem solved). The walk to/from town is STEEP and dark at night, so we plan to take the advice of renting a golf cart next time. Regardless of the noise issues and trek up the hill, this was the best vacation any of us have been on! The views, the pool, the rooms, the superb cuisine from our amazing chef Daniel (from Mexotik) and the daytrips nearby were perfect in every single way!

We had a great time staying at Casa Tres Vistas. The house is amazing, my kids loved the pool, the beds were comfy, there was a cleaning person every other day, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to reach - probably the best hosts I have ever dealt with! One thing to know is that the house is on Gringo Hill, and each place is right next to each other, so during the day you can hear neighbors talking, construction happening, at night you can hear music playing, dogs barking. There are ear plugs provided. We rented a golf cart because we have 2 young kids, but you can easily walk in to town in 5 minutes or less. I would recommend Casa Tres Vistas in a heartbeat if you are staying in Sayulita!

I don't have enough great things to say about casa tres vistas! The house is even more beautiful in person, the hosts were SO helpful and accommodating and the location was perfect. There were 5 of us in the group and we had more than enough space. Regarding the walk, the house is literally up at the top of Gringo Hill, which is part of what makes it so beautiful but you need to keep that in mind when choosing to stay here. We stayed 3 nights and didn't rent a golf cart, it was a ~5 minute walk to town and there is a paved path with stairs back up to the house and we had no problems. I felt that the hosts went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay and I would definitely go back. Don't even think about it, just book it!!

Exactly what we expected! Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 6. Some loud dogs and cats at night so the ear plugs were definitely helpful. Had 2 chefs (Daniel and Juan) come out and cook for us and it was awesome. House might benefit from a few more lounge chairs (only 2 currently). Very responsive hosts - no scissors when we arrived but were delivered the next day. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in many rentals over the years as a family. My husband and kids are still raving about this property. This place exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful and in great condition. The property managers were very responsive and communicated well. the property is in a great location away from the buzz but close enough to town to walk and enjoy the activity.

Great place, well kept, great communication. This place sits atop the beautiful town of Sayulita. Right in the middle of it all. We did rent a golf cart to get up and down to town and it was a game changer. Thanks for all the recommendations. We also had chefs come to house.

The views were awesome, the space was great, and Carlos was very helpful. The AC worked great in the bedrooms and the pool was so nice to have as it was hot and humid when we were there. I definitely recommend getting a golf cart as the hike up the hill is quite a task. We love sayulita and we will be back!

Had a great time. There was a group of people who I could contact for any question about the place. They were very accommodating on the arrival time. We had a problem with one of the showers getting clogged the very first morning were got there, but they send someone to fix it right away. One thing that I didn't like was that the room on the second floor was super dusty because of the palm roof, bed sheets were clean, but cover bed was also dusty. Be aware of the roosters and other birds waking you up early. Also in the morning there are some big birds that make weird noises super early in the morning, but the hosts were kind to provide earplugs.

We cannot say enough about this home!! The most beautiful views, spacious rooms with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. It was perfect for our group trip and the hosts were so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We absolutely adore Sayulita and would be happy to stay here again!

We really loved this house and we’re greeted with so much kindness at checking in! It was my husband’s and my birthday vacation and was warmly welcomed at Casa Tres Vistas. The staff were so kind to help my husband coordinate surprising me with my sister and 3 other guests at the house! It was a lot of effort and was so thoughtful! This house has a wonderful pool and bar area for entertaining. The living/ dining area opens up to the pool and it is a great space for a group to vacation together. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated and the AC is very cold. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this house for your vacation.
