Jorge for starters was awesome. He welcomed us like we were family. It was a great meeting. The was exactly as described no complaints. The salt water pool was everything! We are already discussing the next trip. We can’t wait. If you haven’t booked! You are missing out!

Good house, clean, good AC. I would recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. They start you off but if you have a big party like we did, we had to bring more. Jorge was also very friendly and made check in easy. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home looked just like the photos and was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a great bonus, and the neighborhood was quiet, private, and peaceful. Our host was very helpful and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We ran into a few minor issues during our stay, but they were resolved quickly and without any hassle. The only thing to note is that the property is a little farther from most attractions and restaurants, but if you’re looking for a quiet, private place to stay, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend staying here!

This place was very nice! Spacious, had a pool, movie theatre room and enough beds for my large family’s vacation. It was about 30 minutes away from Rocky Point’s main beach, Playa Bonita. This place had a restaurant (with a limited menu) on the property grounds. Like 2 minutes from where we stayed. Tried to do the kayaking, but the shore was low tide and waaayyyy too far away. Would have had to walk through super muddy area for 20 minutes to reach the water. We communicated with Jorge throughout our stay. He replied immediately, even late at night when the internet went out. Came and fixed things as soon as we let him know. Super attentive and wanted us to be happy.

The house was amazing !!! So beautiful and felt right at home, we didn’t want to leave and ended up extending our stay. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Will def book again if available !

The listing was exactly like described. Beautiful, clean and down right relaxing. The space was huge and left me and my family enough room to play games, make delicious meals and relax in the great open spaces and the pool.

Overall the house was great! It felt homey & our kiddos loved this home! We had no issues with the home. Everything was easy to find! We do recommend them as your host!

This was a very comfortable stay, the only issue was that the beach was a decently far walk but it was not bad

It is an excellent place. It's ideal for getting away from the city and taking a break. It has all amenities. I can describe the place as safe, quiet and relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay felt very safe and well taken care of.

The house was perfect for the 13 of us. It is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the theatre room and the BBQ grill. The pool was nice and it is a short walk to the beach.

We came with a group of church teenagers and we really enjoyed our stay. They loved spending time in the heated pool. Had some problems with the lights at the pool but when we notified Jorge he came right away. Each bedroom was nice and big with clean and comfortable beds. And each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was a huge plus. But the bathrooms, specially the showers, were not clean. The whole place looked like it could use a deep clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay! The place was super clean and right by the beach. The host and resort staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The resort was peaceful but also had plenty of fun activities to do. Definitely a spot we’d come back to with friends and family!

The house was beautiful, very private and quite. My kids loved the pool and theater room. We liked that every room had its own thermostat so you can control the temperature in your room, we liked that the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook. We did liked that we had access to the resort and it’s amenities, they offer activities such as kayaking for free as well as other free activities or you can pay to go on an ATV tour or there activities. They have a restaurant with great food, especially the stake! Our server was excelente! If your looking to go in to town, it is about a 30 minute drive, we loved that we could walk on the beach but the water is very far from shore. I do recommend and will be back

The house is really comfortable, spacious and clean, the co-host Jorge is very kind and attentive, he was attentive and offered recommendations that were ideal to make our stay in the house and in the port something very pleasant. The house and the place it’s was really good the only inconvenience it’s the ocean recedes making at far walk to the water.

The house was big and beautiful! Each room had its own separate restroom and thermostat. The movie room and pool were amazing. I just wished we could have spent more time at the house. It is about 20 mins away from Playa Bonita and about 30 mins away from the Malecon. Very private area and felt super safe. All the staff at the resort were super helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was great. Thank you!

A very nice house, the host very friendly! We had a great stay!!

Amazing stay, very private and we felt completely safe the entire time. The only downside was that the beach near the property didn’t have water reaching the shore during our visit, it was super muddy as well so we couldn’t even walk by the shore so we had to drive about 20 minutes to a public beach. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Beautiful home, perfect for my family. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. Beach isn’t too far, spent half the day at the beach and rest of the day at the pool, so happy with our stay! Looking forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay!

The home was breathtaking I wish we had more time to stay because we didn’t get to take full advantage of the outdoor area and that alone was enough to make me want to live there. Every bedroom had its own full bath which was great for a group of 12 women getting dressed. The pool was heated and so pretty! We really enjoyed the theater room where we fell asleep watching movies every night. I would recommend if you have a large group bring towels and face wash cloths there wasn’t enough to accommodate a group of 12 so we went to buy some also make sure you bring laundry detergent if you plan on washing cloths. Other than that this house was undeniably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in!

This house was Absolutely Amazing!! The house was huge and every bedroom had a bathroom in it!! The backyard was Stunning!! We literally had our own resort like pool area!! We spent so much time in the backyard!! And the theater room!!! The kids absolutely loved it!! I highly recommend this house!! I would absolutely rent it again!! Thank you so much for making our vacation one to remember!!

The house is amazing! exactly what is described on the description. I was pleasantly surprised to find out at my arrival of all the amenities offered including the community pool, gym, and sports area. However, the one downfall was that the beach was far away. Apart from that we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone who wants something private and away from the crowd but still have lots to do.

It is a house with many amenities, very spacious , privacy, good distribution and in excellent condition.

The house with all its amenities as well as the host were amazing in every way we could’ve asked for! I would highly recommend it and definitely consider returning. We weren’t able to use the beach because of the tide. Our host had informed us of the variances with the tides so we weren’t shocked. We made the best of the pool instead.

This house is amazing! We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday with friends and family and it was awesome being able to entertain them with the pool and the movie theater room. All parts of the house were very clean and the house was very secure with security and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again with a large party!

Wonderful house with a very responsive and welcoming host. I would highly recommend this place. In addition the host recommended a great cook for us. He arrived at the house on time with his own grills and cooking equipment and the food was amazing. If you are ever in Rocky Point definitely call Juan Garcia!

It’s not often that you stay at a place and it looks exactly like the pictures! My family and I enjoyed the space how clean it was and the kids spent hours in the pool every day. It’s super cool if you feel like being down at the main pool, but if you just want some peace away from the hustle and bustle, you have your own private oasis!

House was lovely and as pictured described. Juan Carlos was incredible. We needed a hair drier, sent a text, reply in 4 minutes, hair drier delivered in 10 minutes. A hotel; couldn't have done better. Great stay enjoyed by everyone.

This is THE best place I have stayed in Puerto Penasco or actually anywhere. This place is amazing. My compliments to whoever designed this house. Every bedroom has its own restroom, the place is clean with no cluttered furniture. It has everything you need in the kitchen area and a washer and dryer. Everything was perfect, spacious and gorgeous. The pool area was incredible from the way it changes colors, to how nice and warm it was. There were 15 of us and we created a lot of beautiful memories. I highly recommend this place. Also, you basically have your own private beach. The only thing is that you need to know the times the ocean is near because for some reason the ocean did leave far from shore, so we would have to go to Puerto Penasco to swim in there. No big deal, it is only 20 minutes away. I posted pics on social media and they keep asking about this place. Well, I highly recommend it. I know you will love it as much as we did.

This was our second year staying at Casa Gemela 3. Jorge is always a fantastic host, showing us the house and explaining the rules. He is always very pleasant. We got to have other family members stay with us, and they are very interested in staying on their next trip. Thank you for another great trip in the books!
