Everything was great. The house was very quiet. The children had a great time in the pool because it was heated. Susana was always attentive to everything we needed.

Ana was always attentive, from the time I booked until we left the house. She was very friendly, as were Susy and her sister, who helped us cook. There is a store outside the residential complex, because there were no napkins, and it's like a mini-supermarket with a good selection, so we walked over to buy some, and everything was perfect. We would definitely come back!

Excellent place to rest on the weekend, very quiet place and Ana's property has everything you need. The pool water temperature is ideal and the gardens are in perfect condition. Communication with Ana was very good from the beginning to the end of the stay. Mrs. Sonia, who helps take care of the house, is very helpful and attentive. We'll be back soon!!

It is a tremendous property with lots of green space, beautiful trees, and tranquility. While the house shows some (normal) signs of age, it still provides comfort, space, and an ideal atmosphere for families or groups. The subdivision feels very safe. Recommended!

It's a beautiful house! Exactly as described. The water in the house is delicious. Ideal for children. A safe place and each space is used. It is in a very safe subdivision and also has a perimeter delimited with a lock on the gate. Ana is always available and very friendly! Susi always helped us very kindly.

A spectacular family vacation home, especially with kids. It is perfectly equipped and the garden is amazing (better than in the photos). Nights of fireplace and fire pit and afternoons of pool and grilled meat in the garden. Super clean, spacious and very cozy. We would definitely be back!

They make delicious food and are super attentive. We were a group of 14 friends and they coordinated breakfast, lunch and snacks for us! We never lacked anything. I went with my whole family (mom, siblings, brothers-in-law, nephews, in-laws, etc.) and we had an unforgettable weekend (I know it sounds cheesy, but it's the truth). The house has everything for a large group to have an incredible time: a spectacular garden, barbecue, swimming pool, lots of chairs and tables, soccer goals, an outdoor campfire area, and games for children. It is very well equipped with everything to serve food for many people and also has the help of Susana, a person with excellent disposition.

We spent a couple of very comfortable days in the house, the weather did not let us enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked, but despite the rain the pool was super nice and warm, Ana is very friendly and Susi too.

Everything was amazing, Ana's place is in a private neighborhood very close to Tequisquiapan, the house is wow, just like the photos, a lady named Susana was taking care of us throughout our stay, which was very good for our group, I really recommend this place a lot, the pool and the social area was more than we expected, I highly recommend it!

Excellent facilities to go together with your family. Clean pool (warm water), large bedrooms, bathrooms in good order (Jacuzzi in main bedroom) . The house comes with everything you need for your stay (bedding, cookware, refrigerator in good condition, towels, chairs and garden umbrellas, etc.). Both Ana (hostess) and the person who helps with the cleaning, were always attentive to any needs. It is definitely an excellent option to go on vacation.
