Clean and a central location. Recommend

Amazing location especially if you are a fan of the Jaco nightlife. Super clean, spacious unit with great security. Will be staying there again.

This is a great location if you want privacy, beautiful views, and easy to get in and out of Jaco. You have to walk up to the third floor, so not good for mobility issues. Really good place for a beach break and not far from local attractions.

Great host responsive and friendly The view from the place is amazing its directly on the beach. The condo was clean and the beds were soo comfortable. There are big pools right beside the beach with many chairs. The condo is still in a place where you can walk to everything but a little further from the main area. I 100% recommend and if I return i would book again there

This condo has all the amenities and the location is private, secure yet close to a lot of luxury and adventure. Loved the location and the feel of the place!

This is a beautiful condo, in a beautiful location. An elevator would make it perfect, but 3 flights of stairs is not too bad. The bed in the primary suite was amazing. I woke up feeling refreshed every morning I was there. Such a treat!

The only issue I had was additional cost for housekeeping. The place was great with great location and little bit more expensive but it would have been nice if we had housekeeping.

A very nice place with fantastic views. The staff on site and Dream Maker's team were very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The pool at Croc's was a highlight as well as being steps from the sand and sea, not to mention the onsite pool below. The kitchen and living room are open and super comfortable. The balcony is amazing... Thanks for the great stay!

The place was peaceful, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the barbecue, which was a bit old and could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great location with beautiful ocean views on the third top floor. Beautiful patio with table and chairs for 4 facing the beach and overlooks pool. Also, a private 4th floor upper sun deck on roof with very comfortable cushion chairs and couch with outstanding views. A very nice restaurant Claritas (newly updated) is right next door. The host Dream Makers were very responsive and very personable. These beachside end units don't have elevators, but very appreciative of security staff lending a hand to get luggage upstairs.

I visited with my two teenagers 13 and 14 years old and we all appreciated all the space we had if we wanted to be together or if each of us needed some time. We enjoyed the pool and beach club with ping pong and volleyball court. We traveled with our small dog and there’s a huge dog’s park next to the property, which we really enjoyed.

Dream Makers was very accommodating. The host was very nice and responsive. The condo was in the ideal location and very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

Property was as described and Dreammakers was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great time again. This is probably the 4th time we have stayed at this group of condos and the first time in this particular unit. This unit has everything you want and need.

This was an outstanding location! Close to everything but private and quiet. Sunsets were spectacular!

Had a great stay at this unit. Very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, and air conditioner worked perfectly. Did not have any complaints about the property, unit or surrounding area near air bnb. Cindy was responsive whenever I reached out to her. Did not get a chance to use the pool or go down to the beach due to the weather, it rained my whole stay. Only thing was, I arrived at the unit only to find out I had to stop at the office about 4 minutes drive down the main road to fill out paperwork. Wish I could of received the code to place our things inside the unit then head over to the office because while the car was parked across the street from office someone broke into the rental car and stole our bags. That didn't have anything to do with the property or host. But was a major inconvenience at the beginning of our trip. But I understand having to fill out paperwork in order to get keys/code for unit. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. 10 out of 10

Great place if you like to have privacy, security, and literally walkable distance to the beach. It has a nice rooftop patio overlooking the ocean. The host is amazing, we literally requested a last minute accommodation and they were able to make it happen.

Amazing stay! Everyone was very friendly and super accommodating. We had a flexible check in and free gated parking located right outside of our building. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking and we were walking distance from EVERYTHING downtown has to offer. Loved the king size bed super comfy and huge shower in our bathroom. All in all I would say this place is better than the pictures and very clean. Well worth the price and then some... You will not be dissapointed! :) PURA VIDA and thank you!

Will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in Jacó. Great balcony view of all the action right across the Cocal Casino. Definitely a place for guy trips. Jess from DreamMaker was absolutely helpful and was quick to address any issues we had. A++The condo was clean and bigger than we thought.

Nice spot has everything you need

Our host was excellent! The officers and staff were also most helpful ms helped us find everything we needed, rides to excursions, restaurants, everything. It was a gorgeous space

The whole team was very helpful for us! The condo was in great condition, clean, and well stocked. The location is perfect if you like nightlife, but not too loud at all. A/C was powerful and water pressure in the shower was decent. Security was very friendly and the gated access felt very reassuring. Always stayed in touch. Easy to contact for recommendations when we were wanting to plan things to do. Even booked things for us with transportation. Very nice accommodation and very fun place to be.

Everything was good just had an issue with the safety deposit boxes but that was eventually resolved

Wow! What a view and top notch space. Waking up and going to sleep to the sounds of the waves is hard to beat

We enjoyed our experience booking with Dream Makers. Customer help line got our transportation booked round trip from San Jose in a private vehicle with two cool drivers for less than the cost of Uber. The ladies at check in were amazing. They offered refreshments and even went with us to the property to give us a tour and recommendations. Will definitely start our search with Dream Makers properties on our next visit.

I had a beautiful time in Jaco! The location was outstanding! Beautiful ocean views right out the bedroom window! I will stay here ANY TIME I am in Costa Rica!

Costa Rica is a gorgeous country and Jaco beach is a magical place. We began and ended each day on the patio overlooking the ocean. The sunsets are INCREDIBLE! We arranged a few excursions. (Vista Los Suenos Adventure park offers zip lining, ATV) But we mostly enjoyed calling this Home, watching the surfers, walking the beach and enjoying sunsets, exploring the local dining , and evenings at the pool/jacuzzi. A very healthy and restful vacation!

What an awesome location. right front and center of everything. safe secure and perfect. We had a group of brothers and could not have asked for a better place next to the Cocal (almost in it). Dreammakers Maria was absolutely responsive and waited for us to checkin. She also helped us price options for activities in the area throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again

The was super helpful, met us at the property to welcome us. They answered our questions very quickly, and gave many recommendations. The property is nicely located on the beach with access to next door Crocs. Totally secure building, with very friendly guards. Clean space, very large, great AC, fairly stocked, washer/dryer, nicely furnished. This one will definitely stay on my list for the next trip. Highly recommended.

Loved the apartment as it sits right on the beach. The view is really nice and it’s next to some restaurants. Would stay again!

Great condo in a great beachfront location, very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping.

Bahia Encantade was a great place for our first visit to CR. The condo was bright and had nice furnishings. We loved hanging by the pool and beach. Cesar was very helpful with information on tours. We loved seeing all of the monkeys that are close to the condo. We weren’t there long enough to want to cook. For those that do, you will need to bring or buy all of the staples

If you are doing a guys trip this is the airbnb spot for you. Location was on point, security was great, Entertainment was plenty. However if this is a family trip, expecting a 5 star hotel bed, unable to sleep do to outside noise, unable to handle extra attention this is not a spot for you.

Beautiful space. Looks exactly as listed. Directly on the beach. Rooftop patio was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Loved it. Worth every cent.

Great location on the north side of the uncrowded beach. Condo has a great view of the ocean with a private space on the rooftop. Condo is comfortable. Kitchen has some appointments in case you want to prepare your own meal. Large refrigerator. AC worked well in the bedroom. Pool is always clean. Safe on property.

We had a fabulous stay here! The condo was clean, bright, and perfect for a week of work/vacation. The internet was fast enough for two of us to work or stream, the beach was steps away, and the team at Dream Makers was extremely helpful and accessible. The condo was within walking distance to town and had 24/7 security and gated parking. The pool and deck were maintained every morning and the property staff were friendly.

Beautiful place! This was an amazing property with everything you need and was very big. The view from the balcony is an amazing way to wake up and also catch the sunset. Everything is new and check in was very easy. It is at the end of the beach so it is quiet than the main part of town. We had a car and it was easy to park in the lot right there. It was also very easy to Uber to town for dinner. Also the check in process was very thorough where we were shown everything we needed to know. Highly recommend you stay here.

Directly in the center of all the action. Walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, the beach, Check-in was a breeze. Security onsite made sure we felt safe. Washer and dryer onsite. The staff at Dreammakers were just a text away if we needed anything. A+ vacation.
