Lucas Ripoll Vitini

I loved it. I would definitely love to come back. It's very quiet. You can rest very well. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly. They offer extra services like a hotel. I definitely want to come back. It's in a good location and it's super easy to get to. They give you all the recommendations and tips before you arrive.

Casa Vitini is beautiful. We liked it very much. My only recommendation is to put up darker curtains in case you want to sleep a little longer. Great place, great service and location.

Casa Vitini was a peaceful stay, perfect for a rest after travel or the beach. The room was clean and quiet, and the pool area was great for relaxing. There is plenty to do within walking distance while not being in the center of the town, which was good for sleeping.

We had a great stay; the Airbnb was quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, and other businesses. When we arrived, the person at the front desk (Luis) was really friendly, made our stay go smoothly, and was always attentive! All the staff at Casa Vitini were really kind!

3 min walk to Kooks Cafe, 3 min moto ride to the path to Popoyo reef. The pool was so nice to have access to.

We loved the house! We cross the street and we're at the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua. Bonfire on the beach in the evening, yoga at the Kook café in the back and Begginer bay for surfing. Everything to have fun in peace!

We had already been to Guasacate. And without a doubt the best value accommodation was Casa Vitini. The host was friendly, attentive and always available to give information about the place. The staff who work there have been friendly and very professional. We will definitely repeat and recommend it to our friends. Thank you so much for making our stay a real pleasure.

I had a wonderful stay at this cute villa near the beach. I’ve stayed here before, and it was just as great as I remembered. Lucas is a fantastic host. His team is friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was a really nice bonus and perfect for relaxing, and the location is super convenient. Being able to walk around easily and get to the beach made everything so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at Casa Vitini. Guasacate is lovely, with restaurants and the beach both walkable. Lucas’s place was perfect. The pool was fun for the kids to play in and the accommodations clean and had everything we needed. Lucas and his family were lovely. We look forward to staying again on future visits

This is the second time I have stayed here and I recommend the place if you are looking for a family and quiet atmosphere. The only thing I would change are the curtains in the rooms for blackout ones. The rest was great and better now that the road is more advanced. There is only a small stretch of land to get there. Recommended

Exceptional stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and perfectly located, just minutes from the beach. The place is quiet, well appointed and even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts are attentive and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and would come back without hesitation!

We were looking for some more space and peace and quiet. This was the perfect place! Spacious room, with fully equipped kitchen to sure. Not to forget the swimming pool for the hot summer days and the AC in the room. Absolutely loved it!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had in a rented place. 1. Communication was respected. Lucas replied to messages right away, always willing to provide answers and help to whatever concern I had. 2. The Staff was great. The two persons I met were helpful and kind. 3. Place was clean and as it was listed. 4. Lucas was beyond expectations about what I expected from a host. He personalized this experience and staying and made sure that I enjoyed as good as possible. This is certainly a place that everyone who has not been in Tola should go. Casa Vitini should be your first choice when thinking of Tola.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Popoyo. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm welcome from the host. The house itself was perfect for our family, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like an additional bed to accommodate our twin babies and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare meals for the family. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to some great restaurants and shops. We loved spending our days exploring the area and coming back to relax in the AC, watching the sunset over the ocean. Overall, our stay was nothing short of magical, and we can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you to our host for making our trip so special!

Lucas and his family provided me with an amazing experience. The space was an amazing place to relax for 1 month. Each guest has his own space. Additionally the pool makes it stand out against other Airbnbs. Lucas went out of his way to ensure I had all the resources I needed. Also the helpers were always happy to help with cleaning, to an extra towel. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences after 5 years traveling with the app.
